My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience, and stay here a couple weekends ago. Sally went above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of. Also, there was another very friendly and helpful young lady who was very accommodating at check-in. I wish I remembered her name. Breakfast was delicious, and Starbucks coffee is a perfect way to wake up and have that convenience in the hotel. Our room was super cozy with a picture perfect Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back to Glenwood Springs, and will be staying here again.

Over all, the visit was real nice. The beds are comfortable the staff is great. A couple things that stand out on the negative end, Vent in bathroom did not work… this is the second Marriott that had this problem. My guess is that they use a central venting system and it has flaws. Accolades on the accommodations and the furnishings. The desk is a bit weird with most of the table space t as kenbup by a tv… I didn't use the desk and didn't need to so no skin off my nose. All in all, you stay here, you'll like it.

One thing that sucks is all food services do not come with room. The rooms on the other hand were very roomy and perfect space for me and my family. In the lobby, there was a sizeable lounging area with some computers which came in handy.

The hotel was pretty amazing and the bistro was really good. They messed up on my breakfast order they put avocado on my sandwich when I requested to not have it and they forgot my kids milk and my coffee all together. I don’t know if it was an off morning or just a disorganized place because the dinner at the bistro was perfect but it was different people. Also my daughter was injured and one of the rooms was going to be handicapped and the other was not they were trying to put her grandma and her in a wheelchair In the room that was not handicapped which made no sense. I think the smart thing would of been to switch. Which we ended up doing but it wasn’t their suggestion it was ours. Otherwise a really nice place to stay just beware of the spiders. We found a big brown spider in bathroom and we know it’s not their fault cause critters get in even when we don’t want them to. I screamed like a banshee but glad it was only one. Super impressed. Thanks Marriott for the nice stay.

The staff was great and really helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. I ordered breakfast at the restaurant on-site, and felt that what I got was not quite worth what I paid, although it was pretty good.

We spent the weekend with our MG event. The front desk clerk greeted us warmly when checked in and the manager was visible thrrougout, making sure we we're taken care of. The water and citrus water in the lobby is a nice touch as a free refreshment for tired travellers. The room we stayed in was peaceful and tastefully decorated. We had two blissful nights of sleep in this clean, classy hotel. Thank you again for making us feel so welcomed. We will be back next year.

Great Marriott hotel. Awesome location and view. Staff were friendly, hotel was really well upkept. Nice outdoor patio so you can kick back and relax while enjoying the mountain air. Would definitely recommend if you'll be in the Glenwood Springs area.

Noise above us 202 the first night n changed to another room 330 still noise from the bathroom fan circulating all bathrooms was loud… second night stayed another room 310 finally quiet n had a good night sleep. Never did we had a experience like that at any Marriott. I think they need to change the fan situation.

I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. We got a few drinks from the bistro downstairs and the cups were leaking out of the bottom. A bit annoying. The rooms were very nice and clean. When I accidentally spilled my drink that was leaking the guest service quickly changed out my bedding.

I am a huge fan of the Courtyard family of hotels. They are always consistent in quality and service. This one is no exception in those areas. It is exceptional in it's views! We arrived in the dark and didn't notice the mountain overlooking is until the morning. It was a pleasant surprise to wake up to. This is only minutes away from the hot springs spa and downtown Glenwood. Very family friendly. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Note — — the residence inn pictured is just across the street. It's not the same hotel.

Loved the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful. Just wish they had free breakfast. (but Daily Bread in Glenwood had great food)

Super clean rooms, recently refurbished, beautiful lobby, most reasonable rate on our cross country road trip so far. What's not to like? The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; even the bartender was fun to chat with. The next morning I came downstairs and visited the bistro and brought a Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte upstairs to my wife! 100% perfect across the board: price, amenities, service, etc. Loved it!

Our room had recently been refurbished, only two weeks prior, very comfortable bed and accommodations. Only complaint was that there are too many compact car spots (too tight for most size vehicles), not enough parking between the Courtyard and the Residence Inn properties.

The best hotel in the whole world. Especially the Bistro. The entire staff is outstanding and truly dedicated to doing their best. :) (p. S. I miss you guys)

Excellent, clean room. Loved the upscale decor and room arrangement. Did not like the lack of free breakfast. Instead, the on-premisis "bistro" provides (pre-packaged) bagels, sweet rolls, or something they will cook fresh, nothing special and over-priced. Bistro workers were friendly. Hotel desk was not.

Hotel was nice. No one was at front desk when we arrived. After 5 minutes we found someone. Internet never worked. No free breakfast. Overall below expectations.

Really. Nice rooms for me and my wife, and her mom. This place also has a Starbucks in the front lobby, and just a 3 minute drive away, is a great area with several nice places to eat. Recommended!

Super clean! The front desk was fantastic. The crew left extra toiletries on our door since we left the hanger up when we left. No microwave in room but fridge, and coffee maker. Will definitely stay again!

Very occomidating and friendly staff. There was no coffee maker in the room so the front desk gave me a voucher for the bistro. Indoor pool area was nice and workout equipment in the gym was in good order.

For the furniture and the layout, the room was too small. There was barely room for me to walk along my side of the bed. However, the beds were very comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. Good location, nice lobby and patio area, close to the free bus stop. We will never again use Priceline to book anything.

This place is the worst place we have ever stayed. Visually it looks great however this is what went wrong: 1. Outlets in the room we stayed in didnt work. Couldn't charge our phones unless I unplugged a lamp. 2. We had a 2 queen beds in a room since my family of 4 would be staying the night however we only got enough towels for 2 people. 3. We were trying to watch a movie however it looks like audio restrictions were placed on the hotel TVs so we could barely hear what we were watching. 4. We purchased a mountain view room with no mountain view. 5. The biggest flaw is that we were cold all night. Our heater would not work in our room. We called the front desk only to be told that we are working the heater correctly. On each bed was a sheet and thin duvet… we ended up sleeping in layers of clothes to stay warm. Don't stay here!

Loved this hotel! We had a really nice suite with lots of space (like a small apartment), lovely furniture, a little kichenette in the living room, excellent closet and organization space, big bathroom, 2 flat screen tvs, 2 ac/heaters, nice desk area and furniture, and a lovely building with well kept, colorful grounds. Only things missing were a microwave and adequate outlets near the bed. We definitely recommend and would stay here again. Keep up the good work!

Hotel is your standard Courtyard and is well maintained and clean. Location is typically good but very difficult to get in and out of downtown with the bridge construction going on this summer.

Lovely exterior, limited amenities. Selected this hotel for the pool. The pool was small, cold and dirty. The room was tidy, but not clean. Breakfast not included. One of the more expensive hotels I've stayed in and not worth the price.

Nice hotel. When I checked in they acted like they were sold out of rooms, even though I made my reservation 3 months prior. The indoor pool wasn't heated. Not ideal when you have a 6 and a 3 year old. Bathroom definitely could have been cleaner.

We had amazing service from Tara at the front desk. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Rachel, working in the Bistro was wonderful as well. Mike and I had dinner and cocktails… great service. We will be back! Thank you Tara and Rachel :)

Nice Marriott hotel centrally located. Room was updated with excellent mountain view! Close to food and shopping. The pool is very small but has long hours. Breakfast not included but can buy stuff at the bistro. Bistro is nice, good food, serving cooked breakfast & Starbucks coffee! They also do dinner & drinks here at night. Over all hotel is nice, pillows sucked! Glenwood is a great vacation spot with tons of activities and local food!

Very nice hotel good service! Rooms are well-kept staff is very courteous good location also! We purchased the relax and ride pass one day at Black Mountain Hot Springs and one day at the adventure park for one price!

Stayed here due to a flat tire. Very clean rooms. Milky way is the brigtest if u drive a few miles away.

We over paid, did not realize that after paying 240 for a night that a complimentary was not included. So we ended up ordering breakfast there which is ridiculously over priced for the quality. I can't believe Starbucks would put their name on the coffee in this facility. It is nice and new and beautiful but we continuesly stay at courtyards everywhere we go and they are taking extreme advantage of the location. The swimming pool is too small and the hot tub was broken. Bed was comfy, lady at the front desk was not friendly.

It is your standard Courtyard. I love them. I stay at this hotel about every two weekends. A bunch of new faces at this location over the past few weeks.

Not a bad place, but I feel it was more expensive than it is worth. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and decently spacious. The staff were friendly. Here are the downsides: 1. The shower leaked BADLY all over the floor; I am so glad I had asked for extra towels. 2. The walls between the bathroom and the bedroom (head of the bed directly against the bathroom wall) were thin enough you could hear everything the person in the bathroom in your own room was doing. 3. Problem was exacerbated by the absence of any substantial bathroom fan… they elected to install a whisper-quiet fan in the bathroom. 4. There was no functional lock on the bathroom… pressing the button inward did nothing to lock the door. So if you enjoy everyone in your room hearing you pee plus every other bathroom sound, then stay here! The hotel should have made the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom to be very sound-proofed and also added a loud bathroom fan, for the comfort of their guests (and you and your guests). If you're staying alone or you and your guests have zero bathroom modesty, then this will not be a problem.

I enjoy staying at this property. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. I did request a wake up call this morning, but it never came. I would recommend setting the alarm on your phone as a back up.

Nice Hotel a bit outside but well connected by bus, as well as a small shopping enter.

Eight spots for Tesla drivers? Really? I came in around 1 in the morning while it was cold and rainy. Not a single parking spot open in the Courtyard or Residence Inn. I understand that. I asked the front desk if I could park in an open Tesla spot (the other seven were taken by non-Teslas). He politely told me they would tow my car if I parked there. Don't worry — I can park in the unlit and unsupervised community center across the street. If I had a rare, $100, 000 supercar I can park there. If I'm a Marriott Credit Card-owning Platinum member with 220+ nights and 450, 000 points in three years working for a large company who exclusively stays with Marriott, I can't park there. Not mad at the employees, they were great. Just extremely disappointed in the idiot who decided Tesla owners and a terrible parking lot design was more important than people who spend thousands of dollars and hundreds of nights at their hotels.

It was close to pool and clean. I had gotten a room 3 months ahead… called in spoke to female manager and was told they had me all set up. come time to leave for a 4 hour drive to go on a very special anniversary I called to double check it had a stove top in it. They couldn't find my room or reservation at all. I was extremely upset at being told it was not there and check another hotel. The room had been paid and they were not apologetic at all in any way shape or form. Never will I stay at this place. I called them back and they said they still couldn't find it, I asked to talk to a manager and there was not one there supposedly, then I called a 3rd time and was telling them I checked our bank and they had been paid and they needed to fix it. Another gal got on the phone and said I found your reservation the other girl doesn't know what she is doing. So unprofessional! I was relieved but so stressed out and they never even apologized. Instead I got told to calm down when I was trying to explain how important and pre paid this was and I was not yelling at all. Are you kidding me? I made a plan to tell manager when I got there what happened and when I did he had no apology no offer for any compensation no nothing! VERY RUDE PEOPLE.
