They’re not a good hotel they don’t take debit cards only credit and no cash which doesn’t make sense when people have a bank debit card you should take it.

Basic room. Some fixtures and furniture looked old, but bed was comfortable and everything worked. Refrigerator and heater worked good. Did not try microwave. Continental beakfast in lobby. CRT TV with Direct TV had good choice of channels. Staff friendly.

A comfortable room. The bathroom was dated but clean. The staff were reachable by doorbell.

Vacancies the pool is imaginary hot tub this is the type of people that over stay there well comes instead of the false reviews they post thru friends the roaches don't pay rent the coffee taste like furniture polish and they are so cheep hey will go blows if you take a extra muffin it's fighting time they take filthy towels from 1 room re fold it if there is even any other guests never more then 6 23 vacancies I pre laid 2 weeks off bogies website he owner doubles as the janitor bell boy mg it's the creapiest place I've ever was ever att tops sylyias hey have no vending machines I've smelt the room when you enter sac sweat tv's are circa 1956 take a pass book it for your mother in law from.

I do extenive travling. Over 100hotels cross country wordtfilthyhell hole ive ever stayed. I can say they post own reviews. Great and friendly management. The manager was very knowledgeable about the area and really kept his clientele to a higher standard. I totally suggest anyone to stay here.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He quoted me $79 on the phone with tax but he had it cheaper for $73 when I got there which was great! Room was clean. I only had issue with the Wi-Fi which barely worked. This was a big deal because I needed it. The breakfast was danishes and OJ (coffee if you're into that). I also thought the price could be a little cheaper for a weeknight. Overall, loved it! FYI they are only accepting credit cards in case there's damages to the room they can charge it. You can't charge more if you pay cash and if you don't have enough on your debit card. Makes sense to me.

Rooms are small but fine, there has cable, the front office lady is extremely nice, danishes, juice and coffee for breakfast!

They only except credit cards to stay here. No debit cards. No cash. No prepaid cards. No reloadable cards. No exceptions they tell me.

Very welcoming. The main worry is that it is located in an area that does not inspire confidence. The room is old, bedding and sheet low range. The curtains do not completely hide the window which makes that people can see you by the way.

My experience here was astounding. The rates were extraordinary and the owner and his wife are both very considerate, professional people who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained for an older building. There is also a great shopping center conveniently less than a mile from the rooms. However the neighborhood surrounding the complex is sketchy and I would not recommend walking too far from the hotel. Nevertheless I would stay here again.

It's loud, sirens all night, loud gueats, the bed was grose. And the room was freezing didn't sleep all night. The bathtub backed up when showering. Worst experience ever.

It was a good price for better rooms than some of the other hotels in the area we tried. We felt safer here too.

Sunset Inn & Suites in West Sac was a quaint and quiet place to call home for a few nights while I was visiting the Sacramento area. Centrally located off of Highway 80 between Davis and downtown Sacramento, and close to many restaurants, it was a very convenient location and was run by very polite and hospitable staff. My room was very comfortable, and was cleaned each day while I was out with my belongings respected and untouched. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal on modest and relaxing accommodations.

Dave had one of the best customer service I have had in a while. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone looking for an economical place to stay. 2 thumbs up!

Thus far quiet and quaint but the office desk had a few unused rubbers and one (EMPTY) "MT" condom wrapper … I say that's a left brain teasing eye opener for real…

Haven't met Dave in person but talked on the phone with him several times and is competent and caring,, and Vee is amazing. We made reservations in 2019 for a concert in 2020 that didn't happen, and Dave rolled our reservation over to 2021 and kept us at the price he quoted in 2019! Wonderful customer service! The housekeeping staff consists of one lady, Anna, but she is kind and very good at what she does. There are about 30 rooms and all ground level, so no upstairs noise. Like I said, it's not the Hilton, but the whole place is clean and well taken care of. Small refrigerator and microwave in the room but no coffee pot, but a quick trip to Walmart got me a $10 drip coffee maker that works just fine. Window air conditioner is high volume and froze us out pretty quickly on a warm day. Haven't tried the heater yet, but the unit is well maintained and is perfect for a small room. We will be making our reservations for next year before we leave at the end of our stay!

Nice Motel, cheap but good! Nice Staff.
