Room was decent and clean. Near plenty of eateries and quick shopping. The only drawback was the way I was treated by the staff. It appeared that I was an annoyance for simply checking in. And it was if I asked for his right arm when I asked for the complimentary bottles of water. It was not a warm, welcoming moment.

Very nice place to stay and very spacious! Breakfast had many options and well stocked. Staff is very attentive and fun. Would definitely stay again even without softball team.

Very nice hotel, only downside was the breakfast. It was pretty bland. Bananas we're a bright green the 4 breakfasts I had while there. Eggs had half an inch of water in them. Showers and sink drained very slowly, had to take quick showers because you ended up standing in several inches of water.

Rooms weren't bad. We had two and they both were clean overall. 1 room had small fridge and micro while another did not. The lack of a fridge was a bummer. Staff was short handed it seemed and very slow for check in, but it was not due to high occupancy. Front desk agent at check in appeared new and not super personal or knowledgeable with procedures. Manager was very friendly and efficient.

Wow. Had to be the nicest hotel I've stayed in this year. Great service. Super clean room and everything looked brand new. Breakfast was different every morning. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nice clean hotel but our room had no hot water in the shower. The handle only turned a quarter turn so the water never got above tepid. Besides the cold shower, the walls seemed pretty thin. Could hear the neighbors on both sides talking at various times. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice lobby area and friendly staff. If I had a hot shower and I would've given 4 stars.

Just another Hilton hotel. But the place is clean and the staff are awesome. Wish the rest of the Hilton's where like this one. Well done. Good job and you should be proud the job you do. Travelers like me Just want some simple things. Good Wi-Fi. Bed. Good coffee And the holy words of how can I. Help you today. The world would be a better place. 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

I was just picking up a relative but the hotel looked clean. They had the most gorgeous rose bushes out front. The front desk staff was friendly.

We stayed here last night. The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were clean. Bed very comfortable, but we had a couple of not happy moments so I had to give 3 stars: the first thing that was a big concern for us was that the coffee maker and all the condiments for it were located on a shelf in the bathroom where there was no door to close this off from the toilet. Feces is airborne when a toilet is used so this wasn’t a comfortable feeling especially when there is a place to put it in the bedroom with the fridge and microwave (move it to the top) and put it where the microwave was simple fix. So needless to say we made no coffee in our room which we have always done in the past. Our other problem was that they don’t even supply you with even one complimentary bottle of water for it any way. Instead in order to get a bottle water for two cups of water you have to pay another $5.00 for it water? Smh. Other than that it was nice if they fixed this we would stay again if needed and I would have given five stars.

Not the worst Hampton. Kind of in the middle. Of. Nowhere walking wise. Good hot water, breakfast is standard fare for Hilton chains, desk staff was nice, clean rooms and hallways. Frozen food in the little hole in the wall market was freezer burned and way over priced, limited selection but that's par for the course nowadays. Don't like the BS energy saver hippie thermostat that prevents you from running the fan constantly (which helps one sleep) but otherwise not a bad place.

I have another 2 weeks but so far so good. The rooms are a good size, the breakfast food is great. Everything is clean and stocked. Fast service across the board. I 110% recommend this place. I will update upon my check out if it changes.

I have a real problem with all the disposable goods being used for food service. Plastic forks, knives, spoons, paper plates, paper cups for coffee, and cold beverages. My husband and I travel a lot for work best we have decided to bring our own coffee cups, glasses, and water thermos in our luggage. The mattress is on top of a new bed skirt and causes the mattress to slide around, very disconcerting… Otherwise, everything is clean and service is professional and friendly.

The service was amazing, the free coco & coffee had me and the breakfast was phenomenal. Because of my insomnia I didn't sleep the first night and I ended up talking to one of the employee's for a half hour about the convention I was attending and he was truly kind with amazing customer skills. I will definitely be back for my next Sac-Anime stay & Comic Con stay because they are 1000% supportive of conventions & cosplayers. 10/10 service.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The king suite I stayed in over the weekend was spacious. The mini fridge and microwave were clean. Every front desk employee I encountered was friendly and pleasant.

Stayed here on a business trip. Down the street from work. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent selection of restaurants nearby. Close to freeway.

This is one of the better Hampton Inns in the area while bit dated the hotel continues to provide a pleasant experience No Frills just a room quiet quick exit good parking restaurants nearby.

Excellent fitness center, friendly staff and modernized and comfortable rooms. Will stay there again when visiting.

The room was clean and spacious, and everything worked just fine. The hallways were a little dirty, but all in all a good stay. The free breakfast was diverse and plentiful. I would stay again.

The King deluxe room was spacious and I love that you get a free bag of popcorn to pop along with coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and nice. Free breakfast was perfect for me and my family. It comes with waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, cereal, muffins, juice and more.

I always enjoy HI&S but this was a particularity good example. Very clean, spacious rooms, and right off the freeway and easy to find. It is close enough to downtown Sacramento to give you plenty of options for food and entertainment too (although driving out a cab is necessary).

Customer service was great. They really want your stay to be relaxing with no sorry. The room was clean. It had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup remover, lotion, tea, coffee, TV, nice bedding. I went in the summer when it's hot. The room was nice and cool before I got into it. The pillows were comfortable. Breakfast came with the room booking. Waffles, eggs, juice, bacon, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, and tea were available. I'm sure I'm free some other things. The hotel was quiet. No cost to park the car.

We held a meeting in their conference room. The room met our needs. The temperature did seem to fluctuate from too warm to too cold. Looks like an issue with their air conditioning unit. Outside of that everything was fine. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this place the room smelled like shit so I sprayed an orange citrus spay the next day they kept my deposit saying I smoked in the room because it smells like a flavored cigar I told her I rolled a cigar in the room but did not smoke in the room I told her to check the camera's I was outside at 1234 and 5 smoking but keep the money and the sign said if your not happy you don't pay this is a bunch of BS DON'T RENT HERE.

The location was good, if not a little confusing because it was next to the freeway entrance, and the rooms and room service was excellent.

The rooms are as nice as any Hampton Inn and the hotel staff was super helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. It's not right in downtown but it's not far.

The breakfast was dissapointing as well as the gym. Under-equipped they were, as well as the 2nd hand like chairs in the lobby. I half expected the old squeaky wooden chairs to collapse underneath me.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn when we travel to West Sacramento and we love their breakfast in the morning, their wonderfully comfortable beds and the amazing customer service! The rooms are spacious and have everything we need.

The location was perfect for our stay, the room was clean and the service was great. We will stay again if we need to stay in the area again.

This was a great place. Large single room suites with vaulted ceilings and comfy beds. The kitchenette is right when you enter the room, so even though it isn't really separate it feels like it is. But the services were not the best. People at the desk seemed a little unsure about how to check in and out guests. The breakfast in the morning had the usual options: eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, hash browns, fruit and coffee. None of it spectacular, but it wasn't uneatable. The Wi-Fi was a little laggy and would drop service from time to time, but was free and got the job done.

I stayed at this hotel in early December, during the famous rainstorm. I had some issues with the carpet getting soaked from the rain coming in around the air conditioner. The staff responded within minutes and solved the problem even faster. Two young ladies working the front desk were top notch. The boarding pass computer was down so they printed up our passes for us, they recommended a wonderful area for us to visit during our 1 day layover, Old Sacramento. They even had some early breakfast for us since we had to checkout before the breakfast was to be served. Thanks again.

There's a few reasons I tend to stay at Hamptons for work and this site hit all of them. Clean, comfortable rooms, complementary breakfast, and helpful staff. Been to this specific site a few times and will return.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and ready on time. They also have an airport shuttle and free breakfast. I'd love to stay here again.

I heavily enjoyed my room, although I was only able to stay for one night. =/ My bed was so comfy. I've stayed at a few different hotels for work, and I just can't believe how comfy this bed was. The room was also quite large. There was two person couch, with a one person chair, and an end table. And there was still a big amount of space from this area to the bed. I was able to spread my work documents all over the end table, the floor, and on the bed. So much space for my messy work lifestyle. Thank you Hampton Inn.

Here about 2 times per year for each 9-14 days. Fits all. Good breakfast, Internet. Perfectly :).

Not a bad place. Decent price.
