Very fast check in and the manager was very helpful. I had a king room. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It does need upgrades with paint, new linens and towels. The furniture was in very good condition. They need to upgrade the microwave to this century's microwave.

My family and I had a great stay a months ago. Will stay again. Felt super safe, nice rooms & price, owner was very polite and made sure my families special requests were taken care of prior to arrival as promised. I give this little quiet country side hotel a 4/5. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of food options for being in rural place and having gas station next door was nice.

This hotel was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. We had been driving for 10 hours and it was 1am on a holiday weekend so we took what was available and this was it. We just were too tired to keep driving. The toilet had poop smeared inside of it and hair on the seat. The beds had hairs in them as well. We went to Starbucks in the morning to use the restroom and were afraid to shower. It was disgusting and I’m praying I didn’t somehow miss bedbug evidence when I checked. The mattresses WERE in sealed mattress covers at least. But so gross. I almost slept in the car with the hubs and 2 kids.

Very comfortable even though they were remodeling. Would recommend it to anyone traveling.

Check in staff very friendly. Carpet stained and bath not very clean. Everything else ok.

Rooms could use some serious TLC. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal and coffee, and was served at the owner's leisure. But quiet and safe enough. Good for a solid night's sleep.

The guy was rude. The bathtub wouldn't drain and door had no chain lock.

This shouldn't even be rated a one star. Looked like someone died in the room. Carpet had what looked like blood stains all over it, mold in the bathroom shower. Walls had stains and wallpaper falling off. Won't recommend this to anyone.

Price at counter when I stumbled in just after midnight was higher than price on Google/site… I was too tired to put up a fight. They didn't seem too friendly at the front desk so what would be the point? Then found half a Slim Jim under the mattress when I was inspecting the too (oh well, at least no critters). Finally, crawling into bed, saw a stain on the bed sheet.

I've stayed in many hotels of this chain, never one this awful. Absolutely disgusting and to top it off, they had me pay a $50 deposit. When I checked out this morning the guy told me I never left a deposit. I was livid, then he said the girl from last night forgot to write it down. I took photos of how bad it was, nasty stains on the box spring, carpets, counters etc. Constant water leak in the bathtub.

The location was very convenient. The room was adequate.

I called and reserved a room with two queen beds for two nights, my reservation was booked and confirmed over the phone. When I arrived I was checked in and given room keys. I walked in to the room and there were already guests in there, sitting on the beds. When I went back to the front desk they called and confirmed that there were two guests who had the room from previous nights, but did not have a reservation for tonight. There were no other rooms with two queen beds so the woman at the front desk offered me a room with a king. I needed two beds, so I asked if there was a roll away bed I could have. When there was no roll away bed available, I asked if I could at least have a discount on the room. The woman told me that was not possible, and I could either have my money back or take the king room. I had already called several hotels in town that were full, and when I told her this, and asked if she could inquire at other hotels in the area she refused. I told her I needed to talk to my travel partner to see if they would be ok with sharing a bed, and she said that I needed to tell her right then if I wanted my money back. In fear of not getting a refund, I said I wanted to hold on to the room key to ensure that she would not keep my money (I had paid cash for the room). She picked up the phone and told me that if I left with the key she would call 9-1-1.

First off it is a basic Hotel / Motel but at a reasonable price a comfortable place the usual amenities nothing exceptional but nothing unacceptable. Hotel staff very pleasant.

Safe and quiet. Nice pool. Just needs a little TLC and would be 5 stars in my book.

No thank you. This place had a rude counter person. He charged us extra for one kid. Was disrespectful to our son. Pool was ok. Dirty on the surrounding areas and just run down looking all over. Won't go again.

This place is listed at a 2 1/2 star, lucky to be a 2 star. Air was off when we arrived on a 102 degree day. Air on full got the room down to about 80 after 5 hours. Rooms are space but functional. Walls had foundation shift cracks, ceiling consisted of no fewer than 4 giant poorly done patches. Shower head is about 4'10" but there is hot water. No fitted sheets, so if you move at all expect to be on the mattress. They have true Continental breakfast (bread, coffee, two kinds of sweetened cereal & a toaster). Don't expect this to be the same quality as an actual 2 1/2 star (Holliday Inn Express, Hampton, or even Days Inn).

I loved it. For 1 nights and a 100 bucks it accommodated the needs of our family of five wonderfully. And I left from there to go spend 6 nights at a resort elsewhere and on the way home spent a few nights in other average 100 dollarish hotels. This is by far my fave in this price range. Owners are lovely, courteous, and care about the property. The pool was super nice and clean. The room walls and doorframe could use a paint job but other than that everything pristine clean and that is in my book.

When you stay at an America's Best, you already have a sense of what to expect. You go in knowing that the frills will be of a minimum. What you hope for is a clean comfortable quiet room, with a bed that doesn't screw up your back, hot water when you get in the shower and towels that have a greater consistency that tissue. This America's Best delivers. It is a quiet place, off to the out of town side of Hwy 101, but close enough to walk to dinner. The room was very clean and everything worked. Nice people. Can't go wrong as long as you are not expecting the Hilton.

We stayed here one night while passing through. Pet friendly, quiet and clean, courteous owners and staff. The room we were in had some issues but nothing that would keep us from coming back.

The place was clean and quiet. The keepers were respectful and courteous. I'd give this place one more star if the jacuzzi was in commission and it was located in the heart of Ukiah, but it's about a mile from the center of town, maybe two. It is located right off the highway 101 and there is an all night gas and grocery (am/pm) next door. I give a double thumbs up though, cuz they left me alone mostly, and I like that alot!

USED HOTWIRE: This app showed me a room that was supposedly $115 marked down to $59 dollars at 48% off. … The room stunk, toilet ran constant, carpet was wrinkled up and stained and smelled like human poop. On plug for TV, cable, microwave and fridge with no plug adapter or extension so you have to constantly unplug one of the four. … Breakfast was ONLY a bowl of cereal or a muffin. … Pictures show much more. … This place is a dive and the owners are obviously cheap and do not care about anything but the cheapest fix on everything … very very very disappointed. I feel like I was tricked out of my money and I regret spending the time with this app and motel. Americas Best Value Inn in Ukiah CA. … Is a dive … not a $115 room. … they should be removed from yourcsite for false advertisement. … Very serious. I've paid less for more… and I travel for a living… very bad representation.

Exactly what it should be. Cheap, clean, close to the highway. Another favorable experience with this chain.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a nice sized flat screen TV, a fridge and microwave. It was very quiet for being by the highway. Only complaints are that the pillows are rather small and there were only three of them and that there was no air conditioning or fans. There was also a small but decent continental breakfast served. Overall a good experience.

The room was fine. Nothing great, but nothing horrible at all. It was clean and that bed was pretty comfortable. The pool was surprisingly nice. However, the lady behind the counter, who was the manger, was very rude. We had a AAA card, but she wouldn't honor a discount unless we showed her the discounted price online. Even then she argued with us saying that she didn't think the price was right. The hot tub didn't work. The breakfast was by far the most pathetic motel breakfast I've ever seen, and I've seen some pretty bad ones.

Best value on the 101. Clean, quiet, cheap, and safe. Skip staying in Santa Rosa and travel one more hour north to this place. You will get a way better nights sleep.

Very clean. Didn't see any pedophiles. But all the same glad I left the kids at home.

This place is also known locally as Pedophile Inn. The county houses newly released sex offenders here due to its distance from the closest school and park.
