Rooms were clean bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Places to eat within walking distance.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfy, so for an overnight stay that was great. But the room had a weird smell and the door didn't close as well as I would have liked. The breakfast was so-so.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The parking lot is a bit of a mess, especially when there are a lot of big vehicles. People also forget that it is place to sleep, so it can be noisy outside.

Wouldn't recommend for anything more than an overnight stay. Stayed for a week while working in the area, and they head guy was not friendly at all. Breakfast was weak. No variety. Our room went untouched one day, and barely cleaned another. When asked about it the staff was very unapologetic. Homeless camp across the street is a bit of a turn off as well.

This is a reasonable hotel. The bathrooms are the nicest I've seen in Ukiah sub $100 per night, and the rooms are clean. The walls are a bit thin and the pipes can be loud depending on what room you stay in. The parking lot is awkward, but it doesn't prove to be an issue. The coffee is surprisingly reasonable for complimentary hotel coffee. The only issue is the price is a bit higher than days inn / motel 6 / etc.

This hotel had all the basics needed for a quick overnight stay. It was clean and the employees were kind.

Decent hotel, nothing really stood out compared to other ones. Rooms were well kept and clean. Bathrooms were well maintained, however the you could hear water running really loudly in the walls/pipes when the adjacent rooms turned on the shower. Large parking for trucks. Within walking distance for several restaurants.

Great room, large bathroom. Quiet place. Comfy bed. Free breakfast. Would stay here again when visiting Ukiah.

Nice hotel, great price for what you get. Book early if you're traveling for work as it books for the week very very fast! The pipes in my room were a bit loud, that was my only complaint. Otherwise clean and very professional.

The hotel is older, but it was clean and near the freeways and restaurants. My room was nice, the issue was the neighbors, they were very very loud at 1 to 2 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast is served in the morning, freshly made and served hot. Randy was great! Easy check in and my room was ready! Thanks Randy!

Very convienent location and friendly staff. Room was average, clean, and no problems. Breakfast selections were very basic & not a lot of choices, & toaster buttons would not stay down so I had to set a tray on it & watch it to pop it myself. Dining area was very clean.

Pleasently surprised, on arrival today. Very nice and modernly decorated. Nice nice nice. Fast hot water, all amenities (fridge freezer micro, good tv, great coffee pot, towels, etc) Clean, newish carpet.

The hotel room was clean and the location of rhe parking lot felt safe. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price.

It was a fine hotel stay, with clean rooms and perfectly functioning AC units. I was in town for a wedding and the service was fantastic.

The staff is nice and the rooms are fine. Nothing exciting but serviceable. Breakfast looked ok but we decided to eat elsewhere. The building sneaks up on you though and is easy to miss from the road.

The service was OK. The Ed was fantastic and pillows were extremely comfortable. Their soap and shampoo options were gross, not natural or hypoallergenic. The continental breakfast was very starchy, no vegan option and the only fruit was apples and this is the peak of fruit season here, so rather disappointing.

0 thumbs 0 kudos 0 stars. 1 star is still too many for this nasty, dirty, poor staffed with EXTREMELY RUDE employees hotel. 1st room had, cum stains on the bed, bed skirt and lamp. 2nd room has pubes on the bathroom floor and the outside of the toilet was covered in pee. Yuck! I forgot my key in my room and couldn't get one from the front desk chick for over 25 minutes because she was busy threatening a customer on the phone to call the cops on him. Smh… 0 thumbs 0 kudos 0 stars.

Clean, free breakfast (flies included), well furnished with fridge and microwave.

I will give it zero if I can, They charged my card 4 times exceeding my credit limit and costing me and my credit history. When I gave them call to resolve the same no one picked up. I called them like 15 times. I even tried sending email to manager, but either email provided is wrong or his box is too full. Hated it, will recommend everyone to stay away from it. Bad Bad service.

We stayed here for a week and are very satisfied with the room and staff. Rooms have been recently renovated yet do not have the new odor of paint. Beds are comfortable, area is quiet, bathroom windows have security bars. They have Internet Wi-Fi. Will stay here again.

A good bargain at about $60. Appears to have been recently gutted and renovated. VERY CLEAN! Everything looked, felt and smelled new. Exterior has been redone also but it could use some greenery and flowers. Exterior felt sterile. Complementary breakfast was quite basic: one kind of juice, coffee, and danish. The desk people were helpful and pleasant. A pleasant surprise from some of the reviews I had read about this location when it was a Roadway Inn.
