Racist employees embarrassing my father in law at breakfast. Two of them walked by all the white people and went to the only brown man in the room like they were going to escort him out.

Racial profiling. If they suspected my husband wasnt a guest the front desk man should have pulled him aside instead of demanding name and room number in front of other guests having breakfast. Which would have been really good had this not have happened! also clean air conditioner filter. Room 101 has a sour smell! the coffee pot was broken also. Other then that the rooms were pretty clean.

I requested a handicap accessible room and they had a spacious bathroom with a shower. Perfect for my husband who has trouble stepping in and out of tubs! And so far the Wi-Fi is good!

Having worked in S. F Hotels in my youth as a desk clerk/night auditor my last being a Class A was a teamster hotel. (Got my birthday as a paid holiday plus teamster health benefits) was pleased with friendlyness and professionalism of staff despite no Teamster benefits. Others mentioned convenience of nearby establishments and that's a plus but for me it's the staff and a good one that's Paramount. .

The 2 stars are solely for the guy at the front desk. Very nice, and great beard. But! The bathroom stunk like cigarettes and the bed and pillow are like sleeping on rocks.

Friendly staff made sure our wedding party was comfortable. They went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.

Pretty clean place, close to restaurants and shopping. Free breakfast, but not great breakfast… good place to stay while on business.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was on top of bringing extra pillows and blankets and toothbrushes.

For a quiet town like Ukiah, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. It exceeded my expectations!

This is the worst hotel of all times, I do not recommend it. I waited 30 minutes for the employee to show up. They made up a story about me leaving cigarette buds in the room and I don't even smoke cigarettes, they charged me for that an extra 80 dollars and they deny a refund. I have never smoked cigarettes in my life and I feel they make stuff out like this when you're not from town to scam people out of funds. Very disappointed for what happened and I'm won't stop until I get my refund.

I left a cash deposit because I mistakenly left my credit card at home and then forgot to pick up the deposit so when I called the next day to get it I was informed by the manager that my room smells like marijuana although I do not smoke and did not smoke in the room. So he informed me that he would be keeping my cash deposit of $100 and at the whole hallway smells like marijuana. So I said offer me some proof that there was marijuana in that room he said well maybe you had a large amount of it and brought it in here. I said I don't smoke marijuana why would you even insinuate that. So I've personally have seen call girls smoking marijuana out of the rooms and having their John's come in and out all night which was disgusting and disturbing. And while I was there I saw a drug deal go down between one of the hotel maids with someone else who wasn't staying there. But yet they're going to keep my deposit for something I didn't do and could not provide proof that I did. So overall the room was comfortable and fairly clean but the management sucks big time and is completely unprofessional. I will recommend that nobody stays here because it is not safe and there is no guarantee that they don't make something up just to keep a deposit. I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau and their corporate office because his manager is way out of line. And extremely condescending and rude. When I asked him for an explanation he abruptly hung up on me.

This is a nice, clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. The Continental breakfast was better than most, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is so good, with many choices…

Loud, no exercise room, incredibly slow service. Woke to a fire alarm, proceeded to lobby where things appeared normal and was not offered an explanation nor an apology. I do not recommend staying here.

Desk staff were helpful. Too many boogers on the walls. Suites are not suites. Homeless seem pretty comfortable in the parking lot. Near several helpful shops. Decent freeway access. Neighborhood is overrun with tweakers thanks to Wal-Mart parking lot/RV Park.

Nice clean room Handicap features safety rails in bath and shower Shower head has adjustable hight and power. Very comfort-able!

Very pleased with our experience. The room was comfortable and clean. There were Q-tips and cotton balls in the bathroom. I've never seen that before. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff was courteous and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. :)

OK-ish but with enough issues to drop it to three stars for me. Toilet would not stop draining/filling and required me to go into the back of the toilet to fix, refrigerator was unplugged and turned off (easy fix), and the black out blinds are way too far from the windows to be even remotely effective. People working here appear to be fine people but the room (with its issues) was not worth the price.

Very quiet, off the highway hotel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because of the shutters covering the windows. They don't shut all the way, therefore the sunlight at 6:00 am shined on us. Blinds would be better than shutters.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean and well taken care of. I stay here on business ferquently. Good selection of restaurants close by, Starbucks across the parking lot.

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make my visit wonderful.

My wife and stayed here while on our honeymoon and we had a great time. The hotel itself looked and felt very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was very clean. The Woman at the front desk was very helpful (she was younger with long hair and glasses). Speaking of the staff, were we upgraded to a nicer room upon arrival for the rate we were already paying for because they noticed that we were on our honeymoon. That was a great surprise. I'm not sure when we'll be back in Ukiah, but I know where we'll be staying again.

The property has really nice and well-maintained landscaping in the front. You'll find neatly trimmed bushes of fragrant rosemary, sage, lavender and star jasmine lined along your outside walk. The inside room is dated and cheap looking and is getting close to being trashy. I found the guest information book all tattered and torn with pages stuck together and the phone covered in yellow stains. I took pictures of it meaning to email them to the property manager but I forgot to get his name on my way out. I was in a hurry to get out and away! This is my first experience at a Choice Hotels. Are they all this bad? It surely makes me wonder.

Hotel is centrally located. Very nice lobby with large breakfast room there. Nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are fast food restaurants nearby and a drive of only a couple miles to downtown Reno. There is no shuttle to take you there.

Stay here every time we come down the Coast. Clean, reasonable and fur baby friendly. Across the street from Crush Steakhouse, great food.

Between and I went There, the service was bad.

Beds firm but nice, rooms spacious, had made she and mircowave.

Large room, fridge and microwave… Comfortable beds and pillows. After 3 nights of traveling and other hotels we finally got a good night sleep!

Very clean, updated hotel far enough from the highway that you don't hear any road noise. I would definitely stay here again, nice place.

Very comfortable and a pool.

The room I visited was on the first floor and clean. The AC was not working though and it would never get below 70 degrees. The breakfast area was clean. I enjoyed the waffles!

Very nice rooms, spacious and clean. Breakfast was included, but we were disappointed that they didn't have the waffles because they didn't have a key for it?

I visited friends when they stayed at the hotel, it seemed clean and nice.

We had a great stay, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really friendly. The free breakfast was a nice addition. We would stay at other Comfort Inns based on this experience.

Well kept hotel that is run very professional and clean. Breakfast is very diverse, served each morning.

Arrived 15 minutes after check in. Was told room was not ready and come back in 30 min. Came back in 35 minutes again told room was not ready and to come back in 15 min. No apologies from the front desk and was denied option to move to another room. Was told that "only some rooms start being ready at check in time". Explained that we had a wedding to attend in an hour and needed to get checked in and get ready for the event. Asked front desk to resolve the situation and explained that we couldn't wait any longer. Never once raised my voice or got angry but again explained why we needed to get checked in and expected our room to be ready at check in time. Front desk began threatening to refuse us service because we were being "rude". Not sure how calmly presenting our situation and asking the clerk to remedy the situation could be considered rude. Clerk was very inept at handling confrontation and obviously not empowered to make adjustments to resolve a situation. Blamed her inability to do anything about the room not being ready on the fact that we booked via Expedia. Moved to another hotel where we were able to get checked in under 5 minutes without even a reservation. Called Expedia to cancel after the wedding reception and explained the situation. Expedia would not issue a refund without hotel refunding them first. After all this, the hotel manager refused to issue Expedia a refund. I paid $132 for bad customer service and a room never used.

Its ok. But I live the food!
