Enjoying our stay. Great breakfast, nice staff, beautiful pool area, soft sheets, for a great price.

About 6 minutes from downtown Ukiah. It's a pretty standard Hampton experience. The room was fine. Breakfast was fine. The staff is really really really nice. If you're in wine country, it's a fine choice.

The breakfast was a hugh dissapointment. Could have stayed at the Comfort Inn next door for a $100.00 less for a better breakfast. Rm 125, musty smell, noisy. Won't go back.

Good location, clean spacious room, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Spent just about two weeks there, and other than a slow-drying dryer, I cannot complain about one thing. From the very generous breakfast spread (and I mean generous), to the select lobby coffees waiting for my nightly arrivals (at any hour) and my clean, comfy room in between, nothing fell short of pleasing me. Computer room, ice machines, vending machines, indoor lounging areas and outside by the pool and spa, and right down to the balconies, and parking areas, everything is kept clean, and highly respectful. Great staff, too, around the clock, and always offering their assistance, and little goodie bags with water, cake and fruit! Thank you, I'll be back!

It's next to a Fairfield Inn and a Comfort Suites — — the Hampton Inn is the nicer one to go to. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, breakfast is served at 6am. And there's a pool! The nitpicky downsides (not enough to remove 5 stars) : 1) The restaurant next door sometimes plays music loud enough that you'll hear it in your room. But that's not the hotel's fault, and the restaurant isn't loud late into the night, or often. 2) The hotel is shaped like a "U" with the pool in the middle. So if you're self-conscious, it helps to know the pool is visible from all the rooms on the inside of the "U" shape.

3.5 stars. Overall I had a good stay at this Hampton Inn. Pros: 1. Free breakfast, including to go bags at the front desk which includes some fruit, a pastry, and a water bottle. 2. Hot water and coffee always available at the front desk. 3. Across the street from Walmart. (I hate Walmart, but if you need supplies, at least it's walking distance. ) 4. Across the street from Starbucks. 5. Close to Hwy 101. 6. Clean and spacious rooms with a fridge and microwave. And my room had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside, so it made it easier for 4 women to get ready on time. (I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. ) 7. Decent gym with 3 machines and free weights. 8. Friendly staff. Cons: 1. The savory items at breakfast aren't tasty. They need to do a focus group on that. I guess they are trying to be different by serving up eggs in a different way, but they don't look good. I would rather have them just scrambled. The other items available, especially the waffles, are good. 2. Our room had a funky smell, like old bologna. I think it's because they steam-cleaned the carpet, but didn't dry it thoroughly. We sprayed Lysol into the vent and covered it with a wet towel. Still didn't work. And we couldn't leave the balcony door open because it was too cold outside. 3. Far from the downtown area. And don't even think about getting a ride-share. Either drive or find a number for a local cab company before heading out.

Great place to stay excellent steak house right next door they share a fence and gate good location shopping is very close rooms were clean.

I stay here for business, and it totally fits! Close to the office, restaurant's, coffees across the street… Great location, reasonable prices, and very nice rooms. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Very nice hotel, big rooms clean and tidy, and comfortable beds. The evening desk clerk was exceptional at making sure I was comfortable and helped with dinner plans. Great place to stay.

I stayed in the 300 floor with a king size bed and a Jacuzzi. With a fireplace in the room. Peaceful. There is a workout room, and wonderful breakfast. Also an office room set up for computer use for all customers that stay. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms could have been a little more cleaner that's all. Otherwise it was great. Oh yeah, and they have an indoor swimming pool and hot tub!

Decent for an economy, below par for a Hilton. My room's heater kept me up for a while with a clicking noise until I called it in. They switched me rooms and apologized but I would've expected a bit more from a Hilton chain hotel such as offering to move my luggage or providing me with some sort of compensation. Breakfast and exercise room were mediocre. Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable. The televisions were small but the rooms were relatively spacious.

Check in was fast, room was clean, location is right across frol Walmart in case you need anything.

Clean and well maintained, but for the cost, I expected more, like a balcony that could fit more than 2 people.

Servicable, though bathroom could be cleaner. One of the bathroom hooks came out of the wall. Included breakfast was above average with good selection.

Stayed here passing through. The night staff and day staff were all very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was standard free breakfast, nothing fancy. Overall, good prices, good stay, very satisfied.

Loved it. Nice area with some shopping around within walking distance. I expected the romantic fireplace, but when I saw the huge bathtub with jets I couldn't have been more impressed. Great service and friendly staff. I highly recommend!

The room was great! The spa tub and fireplace were nice touches for our quiet weekend away. The day desk lady, I missed her name, was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The hotel was clean, convenient to find, and nice and quiet at nighttime. During the day as well, actually. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I am sad that our stay was tainted after we left. I know with 100% certainty that I left my iphone charger in the room… called twice to tell them and they said it was not turned in. The charger even had my name written on it… what do people who take these things to with them then? Such a shame when you can't trust the help. Patricia Powley.

Have stayed here several times. The last visit had an issue in my room. I spoke with the manager the next day, and he immediately solved the situation to my liking. Excellent customer service, excellent hotel. Will always stay here when I am back in the area.

Totally a great place to stay. I rarely write reviews but this place deserves all 5 stars. The people were great. It was quiet. I wake up by 430 every morning and this is the first place I have stayed in that when I ask if it was too early for coffee they said, "It is never to early for coffee". My morning was relaxing after coffee I was able to use the gym. Then when my hotel mates were awake we had more coffee and breakfast. They serve omelets sausage muffins fruit every thing you would want for a complimentary breakfast. I would stay there anytime.

To let you know how much my family and I LOVED this hotel I must give you a short back ground. We stayed at a terrible motel on the other side of town for our first two nights. We had the stomach flu and were miserable. My friend called around and found me the Hampton Inn. We went from a filthy, unsafe hotel with the rudest staff ever to the Hampton Inn and couldn't have been happier. They were a shelter after the tempest! We were cheerfully greeted and quickly shown to our super clean room. Great fridge, amazing flat screen TV with direct TV, granite counter tops, upgraded fixtures. The hotel staff were beyond amazing. My family and I felt clean, comfortable and very well taken care of. The next morning we woke up to the most incredible hotel breakfast we have ever had. Fresh, hot cooked oatmeal with chopped nuts and fruit salad! It was healthy and delicious! They have fruit, juice, tea and coffee available all day too. The heated pool looked great but we didn't have time for a swim. Oh and did I mention the room was very inexpensive! I will seek out Hampton Inns where ever I go from now on.

Comfy rooms! Roomy, elegant settings. Bathroom, awesome with towel animal :).

We love staying at Hampton inns and this was a great example of why.
