My fiance booked this hotel and it is quite nice. The room was small but well laid out. The service was not so good. The room was kept clean almost every day but one day we came back from our little adventure and found the bed still not made. No clean towels and the room was still dirty. I went to the front desk and asked why my room was not cleaned. They told me that the cleaning person had gotten sick and was not able to finish. I wondered why they did not have someone else clean the rooms. I got upset but I told the front desk to at least give me some fresh bed sheets and towels. This happened again with no fresh towel and the shower had not been cleaned. The other problem with this hotel is its situation near some cultural center that has student singing and playing music. At 7:00 am in the morning, is not the time I want to hear the loud blaring sound of someone learning how to play an instrument. Another item is the breakfast which was one egg, bread, coffee and papaya juice everyday. Eating egg every day in the morning is not something I would want to do every single day. Would it hurt to offer something different like fresh local fruit or cereal? Overall I enjoyed my stay in Iquitos but the hotel need to provide better service and not try to short change the customer because my stay was not free. My hard earned money payed for my stay and I would want to have better service.

Excellent service in the reception and very friendly if you get to enter conversation with the staff, highly recommended, cleaning every day I've been here almost two months and not one day the cleanliness is neglected.
