I would not recommend this hotel as I found cockroaches in my room in the bed.

My two kids and I stayed here this past weekend for a two day Disney trip. I had read many reviews on all the hotels near Disneyland and checked prices all over and decided this would be the best one! First thing, they let me check in early! Yay! The room was clean and spacious! They offer a military discount and have a wonderful pool for the kids. It’s close to so many things plus it’s a ten minute walk to Disney or you can jump on the bus that is outside the hotel. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

This is an amazing place to stay very clean and everything is in walking distance. The office staff goes above and beyond, wonderful customer services if you have any questions or need any accommodations they make sure to answer any and all questions and accommodations you need. I highly recommend the Islander Inn & Suites for family vacations, or business trips.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Disneyland. Great value and very clean. Highly recommend!

Rooms were decent. And for the location the price was good too. No sit in breakfast though. Breakfast was set up at the reception for pick up and consisted of packaged snacks and drinks.

This place is a great find. We got the room with 2 queens and a bunk bed. The bottom bunk was a double so we could cram 2 kids in it. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was nice. The continental breakfast was fruit, pastries, and juice. Compared with other hotels in the same price range, this is definitely at the top of the list. We will stay here again.

We haven't stayed but one night. So far, so good. When we first arrived we were missing towels and a shower curtain, but the staff was very nice and accommodating. We received towels right away and the shower curtain arrived later when we returned from dinner. It's cloth, so I'm assuming they washed it. Simple Continental breakfast included oranges, bananas, and varied prepackaged pastries, such as muffins and lemon cake. The lemon cake and bananas were good, and they included coffee and tea for brewing. It's obviously an older hotel, but seems clean. If you want a five star hotel, don't stay here. If you want a simple place to lay your head after a long day at the theme park, this is just fine.

Very well kept rooms. Kind staff. Great place to stay for larger parties. The rooms are large. Breakfast is very minimal but other than that, a great value for what you get. I've stated here 4 times and it won't be the last. Just a short walk to Disneyland.

The Islander is clean, affordable, and within walking distance to the park. I've been here dozens of times and never once had any problems.

Our family of 4 (kids ages 9 and 13) spent a night here to be close to Disney. The hotel is an easy 10 min walk. It's a small motel-style property which has been renovated. We arrived early (9am) to take advantage of the free parking and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in already. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 3 queen beds. The room was large and clean. The rooms have been significantly updated, but could use new, brighter carpet and the bedspreads could be updated to duvets. Other than that, it was ideal, especially since we spent most of our time at Disney. The property is steps away from Starbucks and Blaze Pizza, with many other options in the vicinity.

The rooms are spaceous and clean, there is also a nice swimming pool. The location was ideal because its close to Disney World and to California Adventure. The breakfast was composed of coffee, juice, muffins, fruit, and different cookies.

Probably one of the best cheaper hotels I have stayed in near Disneyland. It is a pretty quick walk to the park and the hotel was a lot lower key and had fun bunk beds for the kids.

Slept in a four bed one bath. Didn't feel cramped at all with 7 people and even had space for entertaining 2-3 guests. Facility was neat and clean, housekeeping service regular and thorough. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Shower heads are too tiny but otherwise a very pleasant stay. Absolute best location for value, close to Gardenwalk, convention center, and many great restaurants $-$$$.

Islander Inn is a terrific place to stay. The rates are low, the amenities are basic but the rooms are nice, and you're within walking distance of both Disneyland and the Garden Walk. The staff have always been very friendly, as well as generous with parking. We have stayed here probably a dozen times now and will continue to do so!

My family stayed here for a Disneyland Christmas vacation and it was a great choice! Driving from Washington the unknown was scary, but as soon as we arrived our worries were gone because of the friendliness and warm welcoming of the staff. The house keepers go out of their way to try to accommodate you. The place was really clean and the beds were super comfy. In the morning they provide pastries, fruit, coffee, hot cocoa or tea. Free parking! What more could you ask for since the price was in our budget and it literally took us 10 minutes to walk to Disneyland. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you. :)

The Anaheim Islander has a great location. It's right near Katella and Harbor and very close to Disneyland. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. We had a room with three beds which was nice. Device from the front desk was friendly and professional. This is a great value and location.

This was our second year in a row staying there for our Disneyland at Christmas trip. We went back as we remembered it was very clean, had great staff and located close yo the resort. We were not disappointed. Again, great clean room and friendly staff. We arrived quite early and a room was not available yet. The staff Gabe us use of a room to freshen up before we started our day. They did not have yo do this. It was a great experience. We will be going back next her also and why gamble on another hotel, when you know what you're getting at The Islander. Highly recommended.

Nice clean hotel. Great place to stay for the price. Not fancy. Fridge and microwave. Don't stay here for the breakfast, just bring your own or go out to eat. We have stayed here before on a trip to Disneyland. Picked this hotel again even though we are going to other attractions this time.

The room choices are incredible. We had a suite with 4 queen beds! We have also stayed in a suite with 2 queens and a bunk bed to accommodate our different needs. The price is great ace they offer a discount for Disneyland annual passholders. The rooms are clean and well kept. A very short walk away from Disneyland. The only negative I would say is the continental breakfast is hardly a breakfast at all. Apples, bananas, and packaged muffins. The pros far outweigh the cons for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

This was the first time at this place and when I return it will be the only place that I will stay. The price was reasonable, The room service is too notch and although we didn't get a chance to enjoy their continental breakfast (because We slept in) the place was peaceful and well taken care of. I happen to be very picky and was extremely impressed with office personal and professionalism. 5 stars all the way! Thanks all of you!

Night time staff was a bit dismissive. Morning staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very good location. Complementary breakfast consisted of prewrapped muffins, bananas, and juice or coffee.

Currently staying here and love it. The room is clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to Disneyland. We would highly recommend this Inn to our friends.

Close to Disneyland, rooms are nice and clean, no odd smell or smth, this hotel is located in quite area. Good place for a good price.

What a Great experience we had staying here for two nights. The staff are very accommodating and went over and above for us. The room was immaculate and very well appointed. This Inn can compete with many hotels out there. If you have a family, want a convenient location for Disneyland. This Inn is an excellent choice. Family friendly and exceptional value for money!

We have just returned from spending 10 nights at the Anaheim Islander Inn & Suites and enjoyed our stay immensely. Our room was large, modern and well maintained by the wonderful housekeeping staff, and the a/c was awesome. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. This was our 5th trip to Disneyland and this was by far the best place we have stayed at. Great location on Katella opposite Bubba Gump & the Gardenwalk. We look forward to staying again in 2019.

Decent place to stay if you mainly need a clean to sleep. Don't expect all the amenities. Also, the breakfast is bare bones. On the plus side the rooms have a half-size fridge. Good for families on a budget.

Haven't even left but I love this place. Reasonable pricing for being a short walk away from Disneyland. Wi-fi is amazing. Was able to check in early, everywhere else I went they kept telling me after 3. Asked for a 1 bed and got a 2 bed. Spacious. Recommend it!

A nice clean hotel. Staff was very nice. It is a motel so you need to be prepared for some outside noise, but not bad. A nice walk to Disneyland and a lot of services nearby. The two bedrooms was perfect. My own personal issue is the added "Resort Fee".

The best 'cheap motel' I've stayed in close to the Anaheim convention center. Better than the Alpine Inn or the Rodeway. Good support from the desk. When my hair dryer didn't work they got me a back up immediately. Bathroom very clean. TV good. A cute little safe in my room big enough for a purse, wallets or cameras. I would stay here again. Restaurant row across the street but you need to walk to the corner to cross with light.

Clean, modernized, polite staff. Great rates and walking distance to Disneyland. Free parking. Bare bones continental breakfast, but office area could not fit much more food in the limited space. Older motel, but was recently remodeled. Large refrigerator in room. Outstanding.

Had a great stay, very clean, our room was seperate from our boys and had all we needed. It is so close to Disney and places to shop for food and whatever we needed. Place is small and parking is a little crowded but we allways had a place to park. I would defenetly use this place again.

Really enjoyed the closeness of the park and easy parking. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel is nothing fancy, but after all day at the park you just want something clean, safe and comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

Great experience two annual December trips with my mom and my teenager. Clean rooms, free parking and Wi-Fi, friendly staff with someone working the office 24/7.10 mins or so walk from the parks but off the main drag for those who won't a little break from the stimulation. We will stay here every chance we can.

We love staying here. We have now stayed 3 times and all three have been great. They accommodate our early arrival and are very helpful and courteous. They do not charge for parking and they allow you to stay parked the day of your check out. We will be staying here again.

The room was very clean and totally quaint. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet and cozy. Was beyond accessible to Disneyland with the shuttle buses running to and from every 20 mins or so.

Friendly staff, it's a great place if u have extended family or kids. Another plus is walking distance to the park.

Our stay at the Anaheim was most enjoyable beginning with our early arrival. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and kind to do so. Even though we were 3 hours early, he found us a ready room. The room was spotless. We especially appreciated the quiet night. Our friends who stayed across the street were awakened through the night by people coming and going, doors opening and closing. I can only guess that the walls are so well insulated at AIIS is what helped us feel like we were in a protected cocoon. Thank you for a very pleasant night.

Had a great experience here at the Islander Inn and Suites. The room service was very good and the rooms are very clean. Great beds, lots of space and the kids liked the warm outdoor pool. All around it was a great place to stay while we visited the Disney parks for vacation.

Great rate with an excellent location (10-15 walk to Disney) and a very clean room! The inn also has a ART bus stop right out front if you don't feel like walking. My wife and I will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. P. S. They also offer coffee and pastries in the main office.

Showed up to a clean smelling room and could tell it had been vacuumed that day. Parking is limited but most places are within 10-15 min walking distance, including Disney. You can tell that the owners have invested in the rooms. The tv's are new, the outlets by the bed have USB ports, and the interior is comparable to a holiday inn. Flaws include hair on the towels, sheets that are no longer soft, very loud noises whenever someone is walking upstairs in their room or on the balcony, slow internet (1.4 Mbps up. 5 down during peak hours) and a very small breakfast that had only pastries, apples, and coffee. I stayed in the room with four beds that was separated into two rooms and shared a bathroom. I would recommend to family's on a budget.

We had a nice stay here. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel and maid staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was up to date, clean and quiet. The walk to Disneyland was not too far. The Wi-Fi worked well. We did not try the pool. The only feedback I can give would be that the continental breakfast was a little disappointing. Cold and hot cereal options with cold milk would enhance it. We were pleased. Our family will likely stay at the Anaheim Islander again when we return to Anaheim.

For those of you looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel this is not your place, but if you are on a budget and want to be within walking distance to Disneyland then book this place. Their rooms are a little dated but clean, the continental breakfast is very basic but good. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I am an early riser and was staying in a room with other members of my family, the staff was gracious enough to open the pool for me so that I could sit out there and read. I felt safe walking after dark by myself to the motel. Another plus is the free parking, most other places in the area charge. There are onsite laundry facilities, a microwave, fridge and small coffee maker in each room. We timed our walk to Disneyland and it took 11 minutes to the front gate of the park. Lots of places to eat near by, cheap and expensive. On 2 of the mornings we had a family with very unruly children and at 6 am these kids were running up and down the hall way, we had a sleeping baby in our room and EVERYONE was awakened by them, but one word to the manager, Dilip, and the problem was taken care of. This will be our go to place from now on.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom family suite Easter weekend 2013. The room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls — privacy for the girls at an affordable price. The staff were friendly and very responsive, the room was very clean and neat. Easy walk to Disney. Highly recommend.
