I have stayed KIA pre-COVID and would gladly stay post-COVID! I hope the hotel and it’s employees stay safe. 2020 has been challenging but we will be back — please do not close your doors!

Refused to reschedule dates due to Disneyland being closed due to the coronavirus. They also refused to refund the rooms when contacted by hotels. Com
Booked through hotels. Com. I admit they were non refundable rooms.
We were there for 2 of the 4 days until Disneyland closed.
Had a second room booked for the 14th-16th for daughter and grand daughter. Due to closure of Disneyland and Coronavirus they could not come from Northern California.
Seems Kings Inn expected them to drive down to sit in the room for 2 days.
We have stayed there several times in the past and had planned on making it our go to motel when at Disneyland, which is 3-4 times a year-we are annual pass holders along with both our daughters. Looks like we will be looking for another motel.

We had a large group of people who stayed her for our wedding and Disneyland trip. The staff was very helpful. Prince David was great! Love being able to walk to the parks. Thank you for all of the help and suggestions. We will stay here again.

This is really awesome place very friendly and helpful with what needs you might want to know.

They are within a great distance for walking to shopping, dining, souvenirs and all things Disneyland. The staff was friendly. The rooms aren’t spacious but they’re clean. For the price and the position to touristy things, it would be hard to stay somewhere better. The elevated patio was perfect for watching Disneyland fireworks every night at 9:30pm.

Awesome staff and great location this is our 6th time staying here and nowhere else.

Good location, good eateries within easy walking distance, Disney within a 15 to 20 minute walking distance, rooms are clean with fridge and small coffee maker.

The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The rooms are nothing special, they're about what you'd expect for the price. We did hit a few snags — our room was only half cleaned one day and the drain in our shower smelled like sulfur every morning around 8am. But for the price and to be so close to Disneyland, it was excellent.

When we first pulled up to the hotel I was a little concerned. But let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the room. You can tell it was recently renovated, it looked clean. Beds were very comfortable. Enough pillows, enough towels. AC was working perfect. They’re breakfast was just ok. They have coffee, waffles, cereals, juices. Staff is friendly and the best part is that it is very close to Disney! So I would stay there again.

The first 2 day was bad from the 5 day. 1day 1/2 only low speed air conditioning because is not working 2 day the water came out from under the toilet when you flush it. The Indian customer service was when check out only say sorry he don't offer nothing for the I convenience let he don't care about what happen.

An amazing value. The property is somewhat older, built in 1971, but the rooms are newly renovated (and they did a great job) and are kept very clean. It is within walking distance to the park so you save even more money on parking fees. You can tell the housekeepers are detail-oriented and they included nice touches like leaving the pillows on the beds that we moved them to, but arranging them in a nice manner. It’s hard to find a hotel like this in the US.

We’ve stayed here in both August 2016 and 2017 when visiting Disneyland – the hotel was a Super 8 at the time. It’s an older hotel, but the rooms were very clean and upkept – not sure if anything’s changed under the new owners. Pool is great and gets lots of sun, and the continental style breakfast is a nice bonus for those early park mornings. Great place to rest your head after long days in the parks, and overall great price for where you’re staying. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the park gates on a major route. Plenty of parking close to each room.

Great location and loved the pool. Room was cute and comfortable. Breakfast time was always popular (packed and food would run low. )

We stayed here beginning of July and absolutely loved it so much we are going back in September. The location is within walking distance to the park. Plenty of shops, drugstores and restaurants in the area. We did not have to pay a parking fee at the hotel which was nice. It has a nice outdoor pool which is handicap accessible. There is also onsite laundry which is another bonus. It is an older style clean looking motel an we received quite a surprise when we got to our room. The only really negative was breakfast was not the best, had the most waffle makers we have seen at a hotel but the room it was held in is way to small to accommodate the number of people trying to eat there in the morning. I have to admit we were given room 151 right beside where housekeeping is at back of the lot and I was very worried about noise. I was very wrong about this as we did not here a sound in our room… most times I have to sleep with the TV on to drown outside noises and I didn't this time! When we opened up our door we were greeted with a updated, newly renovated room, we were so impressed! There is a fridge and microwave in the room and the fridge was larger than most mini fridges we've found in other hotel rooms which was a bonus. The bed is extremely comfortable. Our room did not come with a bathtub but had a nice room a shower.

They changed the name from Super 8 to Kings Inn. They have free parking and free breakfast, however, the only options for breakfast are waffles, cereal, coffee, juice, bread, and some pastries. Also, if you are staying on the first floor, you will hear a lot of noise from footsteps upstairs depending on if there is a lot of activity going on in the room above yours. They also have one designated Veteran parking at front, which is cool. They have refrigerators inside the rooms, the microwaves are located in the laundry room. Overall a good place to stay, rooms are kept clean, and the room is a good size too. They also have a pool and patio.

This is a nice little spot to stay if you’re going to visit Disney for the weekend and don’t want to spend a lot of money on lodging. Realistically you’ll spend most of your awake time at the park anyway so my logic is as long as I have a place to sleep at night that isn’t dirty who cares. This place is good for the price, and also has a pool so the kiddos remain happy during “down” time.

Great place to stay near Disneyland. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a great surprise, so many options. Disneyland shuttle. Starbucks and walgreens you can walk to.

Room is clean and comfortable. Most if not all of the rooms have been redone, and are nice. No bathtub in the room, my young child was surprised at his sudden ability to shower. Some alert of that would have been nice. Breakfast offerings are minimal. If you like the waffles, you'll be happy enough, but otherwise, it's frosted flakes, raisin bran, or pastries-from-a-box. But hey, it's free, so can't complain. Kids are happy with it, so it's a good thing. We'll stay here again :)

Good hotel, only q breakfast is pure flour and in the rooms you hear all the noise from the room upstairs.

I stayed here for 4 or 5 nights in January 2018 for Disneyland. Mind you I'm a single mom and don't in any way expect 5 star accommodations for the type of hotel it was. I want clean, comfortable, and safe. The room looked decent enough at first, then we started seeing roaches. My son was afraid to go to sleep or shower. The maid service was shotty. One day there wasn't enough towels left, another day the coffee stuff wasn't refilled, I asked office to have it sent, finally had to call back after half an hour, 2 days beds weren't made. They offered to change our room but it was 1030pm, after an 8 hour drive and my kids were in bed, I figured the other rooms probably had them too. Was hoping it was a fluke since we had the door open for awhile. They supposedly came and sprayed the room while we were gone, which is not something I want to deal with either. Then I seen more day 3. Since I didn't switch rooms they only refunded me one night. The breakfast room is packed, small, and chaotic feeling. There's a parking garage next door and there was a car blaring rap music at 1am. However, the staff was very nice in the office. From the look on their faces I have a feeling they already knew about the roach problem when I went into the office upset about it.

While it is very much a exterior entry motel 8, it is perfectly clean. The staff is diligent and kind. The amenities are satisfactory and the price is right. I would highly recommend it and it is definitely walking distance from the convention center and the garden center next door had tons of food and play options.

Decent rooms. Fake hardwood flooring, no carpet. Huge in room fridge/freezer. Coffee maker. Free breakfast, free parking free Wi-Fi. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was ok. Huge facility of rooms available. Close to Disneyland. Totally walkable. Like 10-15 min walk to Main Entrance. Starbucks within walking distance. Nice pizza shop too that stays open late and tons of food open late on the walk back from closing down Disneyland. Highly recommend for Disneyland travels. Loved this location.

Great hotel for a great price. The room was clean and the pool was nice. I only gave four stars because the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was all very sugary stuff like waffles and cereal. Would have loved to have a bagel maybe or a hard boiled egg. Having waffles every morning might be sustainable for some but left me feeling groggy for the rest of the day. Luckily I brought my own snacks. All in all I enjoyed my stay and it's only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland.

Great place to stay in Anaheim area. Close proximity to Disneyland and great value for money.

We stayed here at Thanksgiving with our family and really enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming and the service was great, and the room was very comfortable, a comfortable bed and quiet place especially for the location right on Katella. They have a small complimentary breakfast to get your day started too. The location is awesome also, so close to so many restaurants and smaller cafes or pizza and a short easy walk to Disneyland. We'll definitely stay again!

The only thing good about this place is that people have been friendly. I booked this room based off of the reviews online because I have never been to Anaheim. Apparently those few reviews must have been written by the owners. I walked into the room and was instantly met with the smell of mildew, urine and pine sol. I then pulled the covers back and found black hair in the bed. The mattress feels like pure springs and is about 40 years old. Of course this is a non-refundable room. I brought my grandson here for the weekend to enjoy Disneyland and I feel we will leave here sick, and eaten up with bed bugs. I’m sure this will be deleted but I will be sure to write the same review on every website I can.

A basic hotel within 10 minutes walking distance to Disneyland. Also, located near a mall, stores and restaurants make it a good base for visiting Anaheim. It serves free breakfast consist of cereals, pastries and freshly made waffles. Not much but a nice way to start a day. The room has a fridge but no microwave. You can use a common microwave located in the laundry room. For the price that we paid, it is definitely value for money.

Remodeled room was nice and clean, bed was comfy. Lots of parking. Breakfast was limited but it's nice to have the option to eat here and save some money. I think it's about a 15 min walk to the parks.

Excellent location for Disneyland as it is Walkable to the main entrance. It is located right on the edge of the park. Pool and hot tub are a nice welcome. The hot tub is really hot so good for this time of year. There are loads of shops and fast food outlets nearby so you don't need your car. Breakfast is basic but plenty available. The front desk (Cheryl) has a wealth of information about the parks so make sure you see her to get all the best advice for tickets etc. Rooms are spacious.

We chose Super 8, because it was close to Disneyland and it had a pool/Jacuzzi! Our room was all the way at the end and upstairs. The park closed at10:00pm. So did the pool. I encourage longer pool times and closer rooms and elevators for older parents with children. The room was beautiful, clean and very accommodating. The continental breakfast was delicious. Homemade waffles. Very affordable and Great staff!

I understand that the two stars in the stuffy room, mosquitoes, smells stale. But we settled in the room, in which everything vibrates. Said that the evening turned on the fan on the roof and off I can't. We've tried to move the bed and the floor also vibrates. You can compare with what we sleep on a huge engine. To change the room, asked if we used a day a shower, touched the wall, said no come back tomorrow. Now 12 at night, nowhere to run. Do not take room 295! It's right above the lobby of the hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights with our 6 and 1 year old for a Disneyland visit. Location location location! The pizza place and Subway sound the corner was super convenient as well as being so close to both a CVS and Walgreens. As soon as we checked in and went to our room I realized the room we got didn't have a bath tub, just a stand up shower. I went down to the front desk to ask for a room with a tub and the lady there gladly put us is in another room. Our kids loved the huge tub and the bathrooms/vanity area were very very clean! The pool/hot tub were also clean and actually stayed open for the times posted (I feel like in most hotels always close the pools early so this was great) the rooms are cute and I loved the huge pictures at the head of the beds. The carpet needs to go! The humidity made it seem pretty old and yucky but I feel that way in all hotels. I will deff be staying here again when they switch over to Kings Inn. **The house keeping also were great smiley and polite. All around a great hotel stay.
