Location is great and the upgrades that the hotel has done is great.

Great customer service especially for the loyalty members. Good location close to DL but quiet away from the Main Street.

My room is clean and comfortable. The staff is seriously the most friendly and accommodating. I have completely enjoyed my stay!

So far so good. Looks like the room were recently remodeled. Great views from the 17 floor.

Spent the week here for a convention. Wonderful rooms and great location.

This was truly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived and it was so difficult to figure out where to park we circled around 3 times before the valet told us where to go and that we could take a ticket, even though we would get a new ticket upon check-in. When we arrived at check-in, the employee told us that we would not have a king bed (even though we PAID EXTRA for one) and would instead have two full size beds. We showed her the documentation proving we paid extra for this and she said it was not her problem because we booked them as a 'good neighbor hotel' through the Disney travel company. I argued with her about this for 20 minutes before calling Disney. Disney insisted that it was a guaranteed King bed since we paid extra for it and called the hotel directly. However, it was 10 PM and we had to wait on hold while this occurred for over an hour. Disney told us that they worked with the management and got us a King bed for the following night but for tonight we would have to keep the full size bed. Disney mentioned that we would have an upgraded room. We went to check in again and the manager said he had no idea what we were talking about and that Disney was LYING to us about the King bed being guaranteed even tho it is written in our contract. The next day Disney sorted it all out but from the standard employees to the management they were so incredibly rude and condescending. They never once apologized and treated us like we were secondary guests.

Check in and out were easy & painless. The pizza place on location was excellent. The food choices marketplace not so much. The rooms were adequate however the sliding glass door was very stubborn and whatever work they were doing on the other side of the tower was very noisy early in the mornings. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Be prepared to pay for parking.

The first part that I noticed is that no one is manning the entrance to the parking lot, and first time costumers might not know how to use it. What I like is that when you come out of the parking lot from the elevator, there's a beautiful lobby/rest area. The signs are also useful and reminiscent of a Mall. It's easy to understand. The restroom have an outlet, chairs, full-length mirror, many cubicles, and clean. The staff helps a lot. I like it.

This hotel is gorgeous and the location cannot be beat! Staff is wonderful and attentive. Check in and out was so fast and great! Breakfast buffet was great and selection was plenty. Rooms are spacious but a bit tight for 3 or 4 adults. Pool area is so inviting and clean!

I had the opportunity to stay here during a conference. The staff was extremely nice. There was a point when I had to have business cards delivered to the hotel and the staff made sure I got them in a timely manner. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was better than expected. The hotel was clean. The pool area was very nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

So my husband and I are part of the Marriott family. Ownership through a couple of timeshares. We’ve been to this location in Anaheim a few times and never had problems. Although this last visit has been nothing but problems. I’ve had to change my key cards 4 times because they keep getting deactivated. Then I spent a few hours at the pool and the service wasn’t great. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I figured the girl helping the pool guests was busy and/or having a bad day. I ordered a few items off the menu and then when I wanted to close my tab I realized she never came back. It wasn’t until I got a notification from my card on my phone that I realized she had left and never brought me the bill. I had to hunt down my card and I was surprised she had turned it into loss prevention. I like the Marriott overall and their facilities and service however this trip has been a bit challenging. We come here every year for vidcon and I really hope tomorrow is better.

We went for food. The restaurant has a nice outdoor area with gas heaters. Bit pricey, but good. The butterscotch pudding was delicious. A nice middle ground between the Hilton food court Morton's Steakhouse if you don't feel like going far to eat.

Pros: pretty hotel, everyone is very nice, valet service is available, it is within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, there is a shuttle ($5.50 for each adult) that travels to Disney area every 20 minutes, the location is great, the hotel restaurant is really good, and it is quiet. Cons: I booked a king room for 4 guests which I assumed meant that there would be a sofa bed. This is not the case! A king room is just that, a king bed. I dont know how they list that as sleeping 4 guests. I called and asked about getting a roll away bed and they said they were available but that it's an additional $20 per night. I explained my confusion on how the room could sleep 4 guests and the only solution was to switch to a room with 2 doubles (for the same cost/night). The rooms are very small but we were able to make it work. Parking at the hotel is an additional fee per day (self park and valet), the pool is on the smaller side, and the market has a very small selection of food. This hotel suited our needs for our trip but I don't think that we would stay here again.

I’ve stayed in this property 4 times in the last year or so. First stay, there was a flying cockroach in the room. Second stay, there was construction noise from 0700-2300 everyday for five days. Third stay was overnight and it was uneventful. Fourth stay recently, despite having request for feather free on my profile, calling them ahead of time to verify, and telling them my husband was joining on the fourth night, none of those requests was anywhere on their records. On top of that, they completely messed up my bill. I spoke to their front desk manager Charles Castle which got the bill straightened out. I don’t know about you fellow travelers, but I really don’t want to have to work this hard on every hotel stay I do. It should be seamless and uneventful; pleasant and relaxing is my aim. This property did not provide that in 3 of my 4 stays and I have completely lost trust in them and I’m questioning that of the Marriott chain itself. Hotel staff was amazing. Every single staff member I came across greeted me with a smile and a hello, even if just walking by. They took care of everything I needed and arranged a shuttle to the airport for me. The restaurants and bar staff were super friendly and responsive, and the food was good too. The concierge service was top notch! I will be staying there again anytime I go to Anaheim!

Fabulous staff once we got past the check-in. We asked multiple times to try using our Tap to Pay feature on our phones. Clerk was not willing to try as was the manager. They finally aquiesed. When it didn't work initially, they were done with us… it did work everywhere else we tried at hotel and we had no trouble with staff being willing to try it out. Rest of the staff was quite engaging and extremely pleasant. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. If we are back in the area we will likely stay again.

The bed and sheets were comfortable. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The restaurant downstairs was equally as fantastic — they left a custom letter for me saying they hoped I saw Belle at Disneyland and always offered help! Would go back again!

Good hotel near the Anaheim Events Center with a good gym and rooms with good size.

Great hotel. The staff is super nice. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is super comfortable. You can’t hear anything outside it’s so nice and quite. They upgraded our room on our last night back. Love the breakfast and Starbucks down stairs. I will be staying there every time we go to Disneyland and the other theme parks.

Great 4 * Hotel next to Disneyland. The rooms are fairly new and of a good size. Breakfast was excellent. Chic Congress Center with lots of conference rooms and great service.

A pleasant Marriott hotel amazing views from the upper floors. Next to the convention center. This is a very big and busy hotel with food establishments including Starbucks and shops. My check process was a little fraught and had to wait a while although the Reception staff was amazing and a credit to the hotel. Well done It has a gym and pool alongside other facilities expected of an upscale hotel.

Excellent hotel, have been here half a dozen times before and always love it. The time are clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The famous Marriott needs ensure that you get a comfortable night sleep and wake up refreshed. The food options are great with quick options and formal dining. The bar is well stocked and friendly. The suites are amazing, the grounds are beautiful and staff friendly.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Disneyland Resort. I highly recommend staying in a concierge room. The views of the fireworks are fantastic. Great full-hearty breakfast and beverage selection. Will definitely stay here in tge near future.

Such a lovely hotel! Nice rooms (mini-fridge — no microwave) with decent views. Comfy beds and pillows. Really great room service! Best part — balcony!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The balcony had a beautiful view and so weather was perfect. The staff were very helpful when Dr made requests for service.

This is an extremely unique property. It is well located, extremely clean, with current tasteful decor, great restaurants and lounge, AND… has the BEST personnel! In fact, when I returned to my room tonight I found a kind, thoughtful note from two very special ladies I have encountered over my last several stays. I sent the following note below, to several friends, I was so moved by their gesture. "I think some folks actually live up to, and exceed, corporate expectations. These two ladies beautiful words, and kind gesture touched my heart. It's interesting that the Marriott direction, as noted on the bottom of the notepaper, is: Thoughtful — Dynamic — Polished. The Marriott Anaheim has exemplary personnel. I am so grateful to have encountered them. " Special hotel!

Great place to stay because of the location. The rooms inside are very out of date. All the decor and the room itself just feels old. They do have a good bed and a great TV. The balcony is also very nice and if you get a high floor gives you a nice view. If you don't plan on spending time in the room itself this is a great option. We walked to Disney a couple days and I was able to find some some good running locations around the city.

We not only enjoyed our stay, we were floored at how luxurious the rooms were. The front desk representatives were so nice and personable to guests. The restaurant was amazing downstairs. The start inside the restaurant were also amazing and friendly. The food was superior to any I've had in the whole area. Everything was modern and the beds were the best I've ever slept on. We will be coming back for all our Disneyland trips and recommend to all our friends and family in the future.

Fantastic two night stay. Clean, modern, and easy to get in and out. Felt like a welcomed guest and the price was fantastic. It was conveniently located near a Disneyland shuttle in the Toy Story parking lot. Enjoyed an evening at the in-house restaurant "nfuse, " and appreciated nearby dining for the other evenings. Will certainly consider Marriott for my future hotel stays.

The location was close was to Disney and a shuttle was available. However, be advised that the shuttle pass does expire so make sure to ask about that. The room was nice and had a nice balcony attached. The room service was good and the portions were big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. (You will have to pay for parking at this location as well)

We visited here for a Christmas party in one of the large ballrooms. The food was good considering how many people they had to cook for, but nothing amazing. The service was very good and the sound system was great. The bathroom facilities could be improved. We did not stay in the rooms. Overall it was a good experience.

We went there for a corporate party celebration. Their banquet food was delicious: fresh veggies and creamy hummus, juicy steaks, creamy mac and cheese, asparagus and green beans were perfectly cooked, not too soft. Amazing desserts in great variety. Employees were super nice and helpful. I really liked how they had staff helping out with the parking: traffic was bad and one wrong turn could easily cost half an hour, so they had people every fifty feet showing which way the parking structure is.

Top hotel with free Disney Park Shuttle — but not quite cheap:)

The service is impeccable.
Space in the room is limited with 2 travel suitcases but the amenities very well maintained.
However, the ' view ' of the dirty canopy really wasn't a hit.

Should provide adaptor to charge his Smartphone for free.

Did a site visit here for a program I'm sourcing for work. Venue and sleeping rooms are very nice and updated this is a venue that puts back into the hotel what they make. Great service. Walking distance to convention center and Disneyland. Bathrooms in guest rooms are a bit small/tight.

This is not our first visit (and will probably keep visiting). This is a great Marriott. Love the proximity to the convention center. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Staff is always super helpful and courteous 24 hours. Beds are comfortable. Didn't try the restaurants but food ordered for room service was great. The event space is also nice and is connected to the self park. Which is about $25 unless you have a special rate (valet is $31). Concierge level is available to Gold and Platinum members. The pool area looked really nice to though I didn't get a chance to use it. The elevators seemed weird at first but the concept makes it very efficient. Never had to wait for an elevator no matter how busy it got. Cool system — hope they roll it to other Marriotts too.

The most crappy nice hotel I have ever stayed at! Check in Friday… came back Saturday night at 915… room was not cleaned… trying to leave the garage Sunday night for a dinner… got stuck in the garage for over 48 minutes… as a matter of fact I am still here… called and asked the front and they said the managers are aware… was told it was user error but no one came to help… overall worst experience.

Although the hotel doesn't have all the fun amenities (water slides etc…) that some hotels do surrounding Disney, the service has been outstanding. Staff has been extremely friendly and very fast at meeting our requests. Our room is great and clean and has met our needs.

I was in for a conference. The rooms are nice and quiet. I ended up on a low floor so my view wasn’t great, but that is not the end of the world. The staff was surprisingly friendly and welcoming. I had nice interactions with both the front desk and the bartenders in the lounge. I would certainly stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and courteous. There was a problem with our bill at checkout, and the front desk fixed it quickly by phone. The hotel has three restaurants, to fit all prices ranges. There is very easy access to Disneyland, and we had a special Disneyland package with very nice perks.

So far so good. Could of used a bit more direction on parking, wasn't offered, and I was so distracted about how to get to my room I forgot to ask. But if you park at the top of the self parking lot you may be able to see your car from your room!

The hotel staff was really nice, but I was expecting more from the room. They seemed to only upgrade part of the room… Furniture did not seem to match and some seemed old. We had a balcony which was nice but it was looking at a roof. With so many nice places to stay nothing really stood out for me to come back.

After a long drive, I was greeted at my car by EJ — an exceptional young man who works as a parking valet. He set an excellent tone that carried throughout my stay! The rest of the reception staff was friendly and attentive. The room was a bit spartan, but very clean. Even if you are not visiting Disney while here, this hotel gets great marks for overall convenience to other forms of entertainment, dining, and, of course, the convention center itself.

Front desk is very helpful. They provide ART passes for $5.50, they can get you to Disneyland back and forth for the whole day. The bus picks you up right outside the hotel. I had the standard guest room for 1 night with two beds. We arrived with it clean, although the bathroom was a little small for my liking. Our room faced the front of the hotel towards the traffic but the sound coming into the room is not too bothersome.

So I usually stay at the Hilton when I attend Vidcon but this year I thought I would try Marriott. So far, everything is great. Check-in was extremely easy and quick and the room is fantastic. Was lucky and they gave me a Suite! The hotel is very clean and staff is everywhere to help. This is a big difference from Hilton! At the Hilton, I would stand in a long line for everything, not here. The restaurant is quite good. I'm glad to have tried the Marriott. Will probably return next year as well.

I had a great experience here. Obviously very close to Disneyland, which is great. But it's also near good food. Service was also excellent.

Great place to stay if you're in town for personal or professional events. Rooms are comfortable with amenities geared towards the business traveler. Within walking distance of the Disneyland resort and several nice dining establishments. The Anaheim Convention center is just right next door.

The whole experience was great! The rooms are high quality and there is so many cool things downstares, like an outdoor pool, a fitness center, FedEx office, Starbucks, the Spa, and so much more! It's right across the street from Disney Land and lots of restraunts too!

Conveniently located next to the Disneyland Parking lot, this overly large hotel confuses the average guest with its multitudinous wings and hallways. Finding guest parking was a little less than straightforward, and the concierge was unable to correctly direct us to our room. The accommodations themselves are quite nice and well-kept, but it shouldn't take nearly an hour to check in, park, and walk to the room. The on-campus Pizza Hut was unstaffed at 8:30 PM. Sometimes, less is more.

Our experience was great. Rooms clean and perfect, hotel employees were warm and friendly. Did have to drive to Disneyland but that was okay for us. There is a closer Marriott to the park but we were saving a few bucks. We wouldn't stay at any other hotel. We have never had a bad experience with any Marriott from coast to coast.

The service is great except for the valet parking company the property is paired with. They charge $30 each time you park your car and cannot deliver your bags to your room. The price isn't advertised and it was added to my final receipt before I even knew. Really poor marketing for the valet, do not use it if you don't want ridiculous charges.

It was very well the toilets could be a little better but it was not bad in general.

I'm here for a professional conference and I cam only attest to the meeting rooms and such. But the service has been great, the rooms are set up very nicely a the restaurants are good. The only lyrics thing I don't like so far is the one lane driveway to the self parking lot. It's kinda narrow and at a certain point bottlenecks and could potentially become a safety issue. Otherwise, this hotel is awesome.

Overall, it was an acceptable experience. The front desk person was nice and helpful. However, the parking cost was very high; our toilet made a prolonged strange whistlingnoise after ever flush; when we called for assistance from our hotel room, the customer service rep was almost hostile and rude, not to mention very unhelpful (we had to physically walk downstairs to ask for some assistance — — not acceptable) — — aside from that, it was an okay experience. I probably will not stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Second year attending my work conference at the Anaheim Marriott. Unlike last year, I got to stay there :D Conference: Well organized and all the staffs were SUPER helpful with everything. They made sure everyone got everything they needed to make the event operate smoothly. Catering was top notch. I love their desserts. Hotel: Clean and comfortable. The elevator to the garage is kinda old so it worried me at first. DT Disney is only a mile away. Heard you can take the shuttle there for cheap.

Conveniently located next to Disneyland (walking distance), friendly staff, my husband and I liked that they had a hot chocolate with marshmallow station as well as hot cider for the guests. It added a nice touch. First time stay and we would stay again. :)

Great service at the front desk, and very modern, clean lobby. Our room was great with a fantastic view (room 1608) of the Disneyland fireworks. The only few things that I think would have made our stay a five star would be: 1. A fridge in the room. 2. Better located toilet paper (it was really under the sink, I had to duck down to see where it was). 3. The room service prices are a bit high but fairly standard for hotel prices. To be fair the food was outstanding, so at least you get what you paid for. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, we were there for an event at the convention center so its extremely convenient. There is a shuttle that you can take to Disneyland ($10 per person) or you can walk (it really is a very doable walk).

Unfortunately, the platform of this review does not provide enough space for me to adequately convey my disappointment with this Marriott location. I will not bore you with the entire story. Below are the highlights: The good: 1. The restaurant inside the hotel has some very good food. 2. The rooms are of pretty good quality, though the bathrooms are definitely a little small. 3. The proximity to the convention center is as good as it gets. The bad: 1. Upon arriving at this hotel, having reserved a room eight months in advance, due to overbooking, I was "walked" to another hotel on the first of three nights of my stay. 2. On the second day, I was lied to about the availability of rooms, and only received a room in a timely fashion by being a difficult client with the hotel manager. 3. After being promised monetary compensation for my inconvenience on the first and second days, upon checkout, I was told the hotel staff could not honor part of the compensation because they "did not see it on the account". This nonsense was only resolved several days later as a result of my filing a complaint with the corporate Marriott office. My advice if you are planning to stay with this hotel for a convention: 1. Get there as early as possible on the check in day. When they anticipate a large number of people due to a convention, they WILL overbook, and some people WILL be relocated. Or 2. Stay in a different hotel.

There's a reason why I gave this a 1 star and here it is: So my boyfriend and I went to this hotel for the convention this weekend (Anime California). At the convention we bought a lot of anime/video game merchandise. There was a mixup between us being checked out and checked in, and the maid cleaned our room thinking we were checked out. At the time we had all of our merchandise we bought in the room. Some in a brown bag that was open (you can clearly see posters coming out of it), and some in a pokemon tote bag. There was also a Pokemon stuffed animal on the bed. When we came back into the room everything we had bought was gone and I mean gone. We went to the front desk and they checked where all our things went. The maid said she "threw our stuff away" that was all the stuff in the bags. But who would throw away a bag clearly full of merchandise and a pokemon tote bag with merchandise in that too. The pokemon on the bedding was missing to so at this time we are waiting to see if the maid washed the pokemon stuffed animal with the bedding, but if she threw that away too then there's just something wrong with this situation. (The hotel did give us $300 credit to the room for the stuff, but the pokemon stuffed animal on the bed we brought with us and it had a it of sentimental value to my boyfriend since he had it since he was young)

Staff was decent but uninformed about hotel policy. Be prepared to check your bill and ask for clear answers with a manager. Had more than one issue and the staff was not helpful. I had to manager up a couple of times.

Loved the rooms with the wood floors and large spa-inspired bathrooms. Pet friendly a big plus. Location and view Great! Service inattentive and snobbish is my criticism.

This hotel exceeded expectations; it is clean and appears well-maintained. We had food in the lounge and it was delicious; in addition, the room service breakfast was excellent. Therese at the front desk gave me a nice hand-written card for my birthday, along with chocolate covered strawberries, and champagne — all delivered to the room. That was really great touch to the already great experience. I recommend this hotel, and we will be back.

If you're staying here to visit Disneyland, go somewhere else. Its a few big blocks from Disneyland as advertised as a Disney "Good Neighbor. " My family stayed 2 nights to visit Disneyland for 1 day. The room was okay, but for $220 a night I expected as much. So, if you self-park its $24 a day and you have like a half mile trek from your room to your car. If you take their shuttle to Disneyland that is another $5 per adult and $3 per kid per day. We had to wait in the cold for over an hour for the shuttle (that allegedly comes every 30 minutes) to pick us up from Disneyland. There are all kinds of other fees for Wi-Fi, Valet Park, etc. But we didn't use any of these amenities. Next time I'm going to stay across the street from Disneyland, because this place is just a rip off.

Terrible. Kaliko was terrible. Made us feel so uncomfortable. It was Christmas Eve. Terrible service, my family was so embarrased.

Room is great, staff super helpful and friendly. They let us check in early as we'd had a long flight too which was really nice. Giving it 3 stars because I think its an outrage that they charge $13 a day to get Wifi in your room. Seriously, that should be included in the price its insane! Also $24 a day parking? Joking mate.

Service is aggressive but rude. Not family accommodating and they do practically nothing to assist when you have a question except show apathy. DO NOT make this a place to stay for the family. We are staying here for two days for Disney on a two week family vacation. If you're on business an have a corporate card, this place is for you, if your company is footing the $24 per day parking and $17 per day Wi-Fi. The pool is useless and the lobby is crowded and noisy. Rooms are small and there is very little cell signal throughout the building. If Marriott does not even know "good" service, then who does? Be prepared to get the same greeting your would get at a used car dealership. I will go next door to Hilton to inquire about our stay on our way back from the Hyatt in Carmel in a week.

I arrived late for check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Following morning my family and I ate at hotel restaurant. Some staff seemed bothered with me asking for things such as additional drinks and side orders. Later we went swimming in the indoor pool. The water was really cold so I called front desk they didnt seem to care very much and turned heat on for a minute and the water returned cold. Unfortunately, I wanted to sit in Jacuzzi and it was filthy with something craps floating on top of water. I will never come back.

We had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, service was good and the accommodations were top-notch. A special thanks to Ben, on staff, who helped retrieve a stuffed toy that my son threw over the balcony, Ben had to climb on part of the service area in his suit to get it down! He was helpful and friendly the whole time.
