I am so impressed with the staff at this hotel! Corina at the front desk was exceptional in attending to every need of the people in my party. Rudy made multiple visits (on his own accord) to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for. The maid staff was amazing, but I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the Deaf maid (sorry, I did not catch her name. ) I was able to sign with her and she was exceptional at helping us! Finally, Kristina was extremely responsive by text in answering all of our questions. The amenities (pool, hot tub, water slides) were fantastic as well. I am really impressed that Hilton Anaheim hires quality staff from a diverse background! Kudos! Our stay was amazing!

NEVER AGAIN! Hilton gave strangers access to my room on October 30th around 3 in the morning while my wife and I were fully undressed in bed sleeping this has been a very traumatic experience for us made our stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Hilton violated our privacy never in a million years did I think this would happen waking up to strangers in our room in the middle of the night while we are undressed we felt so humiliated my wife hasn't been able to sleep right since has even had nightmares. I've been trying to get ahold of someone in corporate but I have been getting the run around and the manager and crew members were no help either this is by far the worst experience either one of us has ever had. I wouldn't recommend the Hilton in Anaheim ever in my life to anyone of you or friends, family this is not right and is totally unacceptable.

I worked at the hotel n you charged me for parking. I think that's sooo rude taking money out of my paycheck to work at your hotel unbelievable that I got charged for parking I'll never work at any of your hotels ever again.

The water park area is really neat, the kids all loved it.

Wonderful family atmosphere, and the staff is great. I do recommend putting microwaves in the rooms for more comfort. Overall, a great stay and the views were nice from the 11th floor.

Our room attendant was wonderful I believe her name was Christina she was on the 6th floor. 605 /603.

The property its self is very nice. Lots of accommodations. Check in and the pool staff was great. I did encounter the the following tho. 1. Safe didn’t work and I did need it to. They sent up someone, fixed it and left. I tried to use it and still didn’t work. Frustrating. 2. TV didn’t work so called someone and it was fixed. 3. Room was very dusty. So I kept sneezing all night. 4. Pretty big water leak from the ceiling. Stay was adjusted for this.

I had initially read the reviews after booking and was a little nervous on what I’d find. The hotel is nice, clean and has good amenities. I would definitely consider staying in the future.

Very comfortable and quiet the cleaning staff very friendly and I always kept my room clean, only what seems absurd to pay for parking and internet I think is too much money🙄. Easy and fast access to disney parks.

I have not had my money back as I was going to be at a congress on December 8 and it was cancelled due to Covid.

Terrible experience. Checked in late to a room that had multiple rust stains, stretched toilet and a hole in the vanity. I didn’t want to move because we had flown for 12 hours and I had to disinfect because of the Coronavirus. Requested a microwave and silverware. I’ve called the front desk 3 times over 1.5 hours and still waiting. Food is cold. Just spoke with Allie and hoping I finally might get help. This hotel does not meet Hilton standards. I’ve had better serve at 2 star hotels when it was fully booked and not like this hotel that’s empty because of the Coronavirus.

Great Christmas decorations. Friendly helpful staff. The shared patio off the room was not was I was hoping for as a single woman — I felt it was dangerous to leave my window open so I got no fresh air, which is why I upgraded in the first place, but it was overall a great venue.

I was recently there for the conference with Grant & Elena Cardone.
I was pleasantly surprised by the way everything was organized with the mass amounts of people. The staff there are very helpful and professional.

Somewhat thoughtful Amenities and the lobby is wonderful. Everything else is underwhelming. The floors are uneven. The bed isn’t that comfortable, they charge you if you drink the water, the AC sucks, spiderwebs on the walls and sprinklers. But they have wonderful customer service. That part is nice.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not prepared for customers at check out. Internet did not work. Front desk isn’t knowledgeable of services. No one answers the bell desk phone or valet. No communication between staff. I missed my flight due to the unorganized communication between front desk and bell desk. I work for a hotel and this is unacceptable. The price we paid for the “services” and the easy access to the convention center but I would rather pay an Uber then use this hotel again.

The reason for 3 stars housekeeper kept opening the door after 3 knocks. Must hang do not disturb sign. Also late at night 3 girls were in the garage trying to open car doors to steal things. While we were in our car. They tried to open my trunk/door. They could not see due to our tented windows. But they ran off after I started the car. Then told front desk. If you stay here lock your doors. Parking is $21/day.

Great hotel in a perfect location, for an awesome price! It was a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. High end place with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a fancy restaurant and Starbucks on the main level in addition to many other amenities. The staff were very accommodating to my needs and had all the answers. I LOVED their easy text check out system — no waiting in line!

Pros. Awesome rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great main restaurant. Excellent location right at the convention center plus Disneyland right around the corner and a short walk to their main entrance. Nice pool. Plenty of shopping and dining within easy walking distance. Cons. TV channels limited, need more outlets and some USB connections in the room, and service at the main hotel restaurant was hit and miss with some days being awesome and one being very poor. Better hours and quality needs improved at the food court.

After reading some of the reviews below, we were a little bit concerned about our stay here. After driving 14 hours straight from Oregon, the last thing we wanted was a bad room experience. But that was an unnecessary worry! This Hilton lived up to the brand name; its customer service and cleanliness are 5 star! First, room was really clean. Soft white sheets and comforter on a perfect bed. Very low on the normal wear and tear. Wonderful view without any upgrade; though we did that later. Some people had worries about this hotel being very big. This wasn't an issue for us as we made sure to ask for directions to our room. The Hilton app could have had a better map, though. Starbucks and all the goodies inside make it a very convenient. We will come back here again and again!

What a great hotel. Front desk staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm very selective with my hotel rooms and they helped me with everything. The cleaning staff even did something really sweet by leaving some hand towels in the shape of heart after I left a note for my wife (who was showing up later), even though I didn't ask. Staff was helpful with small requests such as extra towels and coffee. The hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff was on point as well. The pool is very warm and the two hot tubs felt amazing on my war torn feet. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and staff was courteous and polite. The location is great centrally-located to Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge, and a few other amenities throughout the area. For a Hilton, the prices were actually pretty reasonable. Everything was really accessible and staff made us feel welcome. A definite would recommend hotel for anyone traveling independently or with a family.

Honestly… fabulous! I witnessed the staff this morning handle an issue of arrogance amazingly! Props to all :) )

Sad to see the legacy of a classic hotel become trash.
Room had a very loud “drill-like” sound coming from the vents. Guest services can’t give accurate directions on where to find things inside the hotel. Lastly, I sat at a table in the lobby bar (in plain view) for 45 minutes and no one came to take my order. All the above was reported to the manager who failed to offer a discount on a $200/night stay. Employees should read Hilton’s book: “Be My Guest” and learn the fundamentals of guest services.

Extremely nice property. They share a courtyard with the Marriott across the street and the atmosphere is grand. They have no executive lounge, but provide easy access to a Starbucks and restaurants. Check-in was quick even though there was nearly two dozen separate check-ins. The rooms themselves are remarkable.

Stayed here a few times now and love the hotel. The only setback is the $21 parking and the small spaces. Most hotels in the area either don’t charge if staying there, or charge less. Guest parking is shared with convention center so it’s usually packed! My recommendation if you like to get some fresh air, is to stay on the Lenai deck on 5th floor. It’s more $$ but if you’ll be in your room often, it has sliding glass doors from your room to a deck with tables and seating area.

Its one of the worst designs I’ve ever encountered… you have to walk a mile to the single bank of elevtors… we walked up the eacalators to the 4th floor and Hoofed it up the rest of the way most of the time… Balcony room that I paid extra for Stares at a parking deck… lobby sucks and feels like a cave… room maintenance is an issue not just for me (there is a drip in my shower… a leak inside the toilet and the sink stopper didn’t work… I had to bug housekeeping twice in a week to get my room cleaned, and every time o returned with my car I was stopped and asked if I was check in. Or dropping off… and the room is freezing or warm — take your choice… and the mattresses are worn out, and the frig is barely cool Even on high … I’ll never stay here again and I’m a loyal Hilton person.

I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many, many Hotels and this one just sucks, for many reasons. Among the issues: Paying 300 bucks a day and still having to pay 26 a day for parking (not to mention tips when the valet brings your car), the pool is worse than any public pool in the worst, most blighted neighborhood one can name; Our room was so far from the lobby that we actually got lost trying to find it several times; Our first day they didn't clean our room until after 5:00 p. M. And that was after calling them three times to come; we had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle to the park and the registration lines were long as Heck. Don't stay at this place, ever… I know I never will again.

Long lines at registration. Slower than the DMV. The air conditioner in my room couldn’t compete with the 90+ degree temps outside. They also charge for everything. $21 for parking. $14 for gym access. $13 for Wi-Fi access in the room. $27.50 for the breakfast buffet. Just give me Holiday Inn or any of the various Inns or Suites where I can get a king size bed, an air conditioner that works, complimentary Wi-Fi and gym access, and a free breakfast from here on out.

Well all the years coming to Disneyland this time the hotel is an issue. We come back to our room at the Hilton Anaheim and find that the mini fridge isn’t cool even on high, the bathroom drain doesn’t work so we can take a bath and under the sink is leaking and wife almost fell in bathroom. Call guest services and they came replaced fridge. I tell them forget about bathtub. It’s 9:30pm and trying to eat and get to bed. Then guy proceeds to tell me wife that the leak we should have called asap. Could be leaking to floor below. We tell him we just got back to room. He was very nasty and tell us that he will be back to fix it and will take 30-45 mins to fix. I call and talk to manager and basically got told oh well deal with it. This is a 4 start rated hotel. Really? What a joke. We will not be back here. If that is how treat guest that’s not good.

Friendly staff. Affordable options on restaurant menu. Attending a conference. Eating every meal out… Hard to find reasonably priced clean/healthy food around the area. Wanted to eat at Mixed but menu prices stopped us.

Good hotel. Really very busy given the proximity to a large conference center and the Disney theme park. Large and comfortable rooms, clean in an appreciable way. Equipped with indoor gym and wellness centre. There is also an indoor pool and a discovery. Wi-Fi for a fee. The staff was very helpful There are several restaurants and shops in the area, within a 10/15-minute walk.

This is a very well-managed resort-type property. It has a lot of rooms and a lot of guests, but it also has a lot of very well-trained staff to take care of them. Everyone was perfectly friendly and courteous per the best Hilton tradition. There is no Executive lounge, but they do offer Happy Hour specials to compensate. Breakfast vouchers can be used at the coffee shop too. The gift shop is spacious and well-supplied with sundries and food. There is a FedEx, lobby bar, nice restaurant, coffee shop, and even a food court, although the offerings there were not inspiring. Breakfast, however, was amazingly good. The front desk and parking area always had a surplus of attendants, and there was even a dedicated bag storage area. The room was spacious and in perfect order. There was a dearth of wall outlets, and the desk outlets were awkwardly placed, but otherwise the room was excellent. This is a great choice for anyone at Disney or the Convention Center, and good for anyone visiting Orange County.

Not what I expected for the price. Lobby was nice and staff was pleasant. But my room was not good. The ceiling is really low on the whole floor and makes it feel cramped. I'm only 5'9" and I could put my palm on the ceiling. The furniture was all dinged up like it was used in a frat house for a year. Chipped paint and drywall. My shower handle was falling apart and the drain stopper was broken. Tap water would vary between clean and very cloudy. Not a terrible stay but I will look elsewhere the next time I'm here.

A very large hotel, right next to the Anaheim Convention Center (and thus very convenient for any convention events). Rooms are alright, a bit worn out and outdated but comfortable enough. Starbucks in the lobby is great for breakfast (Diamond and Gold level Hilton Honors members get to jump the line). This hotel is so large there's even a food court near the exit toward the convention center. The hotel is right by Disneyland as well, some rooms have a view that direction (along with evening fireworks). Overall not a bad hotel for a business trip, though I personally would not stay here on a vacation trip.

It's so sad when you go to a place and what you expect is not the outcome of your expectations. I was surprised to see that a five star Hilton was running as a three star hotel. The lobby was fantastic and beautiful but when we went to our rooms it was so sad! I have stayed in many hotels and in different places but the room looked as if I was in a $35 a day motel and not a hotel! Don't get me wrong I appreciate the general manager for giving us a great rate for our family reunion, though we were not on the same floor as planned and promised so that we could all be together. The bathroom does not have a lock the carpet was old, the shower curtain was literally a window curtain? The Hilton on Guam is fabulous from the lobby to the rooms and facilities. (Five-star) why are they not upgrading the hotel to keep up with the their reputation as a five star or six star hotel.

Very large and nice hotel. Location was good with only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Full amenities at your service and rooms were very clean. Extra charge for microwave and parking but at least they had a small fridge. Outdoor pool wasn't that big but it had one of those small kid water play area like you see at a water park. All in all it was a very pleasant place to stay. I'd recommend staying here.

I stayed in the Hotel for, of course, a visit in Disneyland. I had a feeling that everyone and their mother also stayed at this hotel, but I guess that only shows how good of a hotel it is.
As a German being used to not so good Hotels… This was quite a nice change. The hotel has a nice breakfast area and also a bar that is nice equipped.
The outside pool with 2 Jacuzzis is nice, eventhough very populated when I was staying.
The atmosphere of the hotel is stunning, the nice entry hall with the escalators remember you of some better times :D
The check-in at the reception was fast, but I assume it was because of the Hilton honors membership, the line for the reception for the "normal" guests was pretty long.
Overall I can say it was an enjoyable stay, and if I will ever be in Disneyland again The Hilton Anaheim is defenetly an option.

The service at reception was excellent. We traveled to Anaheim to visit Disneyland and the check in though delayed was enjoyable. The rooms were adequate but they need more attention. The carpet had a red stain and the water in the shower took a while to warm up. To be a 4 star hotel, left a lot to be desired in that aspect, 3 stars would be more suitable. Breakfast has a cost of $25 so we opted to have breakfast at the coffee Bean. Overall the hotel is good but I would not stay here again.

We booked this hotel for our Disneyland trip and I was in love. Everything was so clean, it was in close proximity to Disney. The room service was so yummy! This hotel has everything you need, there’s even a Starbucks! They have great customer service and I can’t wait until we book Disney again, we will absolutely stay here again!

Great place to rest something confusing so big but good service.

Staff at Hilton Anaheim were helpful and informative. Our room was clean and tidy. The hotel had a beautiful lobby with comfortable seating. We stayed at this hotel to be close to the Disney parks. Although the walk was about a mile, it was manageable. I would recommend staying here if the hotel has a low occupancy room rate.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been to. The customer service is just a disgrace all together. I had reservation with specific requests that 2 different front desk reps refused to honor. One of the requests were pool side room. When booked nothing mentioned the fee of 30 bucks extra. Also not one website stated that indoor pool was 17 bucks a person a day… THATS ROBBERY!. Not only did manager and both front desk personal refused to honor the request, they were more than happy to let a customer with children walk right out their doors at 9pm. I advise people to go to double tree. Not only bigger and more room, customer service was impeccable, accommodating and they have a outside heated pool.

NICE, safe, clean, good service and good rooms. It is a 10 min walk to Disneyland and right next to the Anaheim Convention Center. Wide lobby with a ton chairs. The hotel has a 4 star restaurant, a food court, and a Starbucks. It also has a couple stores selling Disney products. They have an outdoor and indoor pool. They have a large gym with sufficient equipment including a spinning room and group gym.

This Hotel was absolutely beautiful and had many amenities, such as restaurants and shops and a gym and pool and very comfortable beds in the rooms and clean well kept bathrooms. The overall hotel was just very inviting and all the staff were attentive and very helpful and friendly. My experience here during my stay was excellent! I enjoyed this hotel very much and would return for another stay.

Hotel without personality and very dark, when you are at the front desk gives the feeling that it is always at night. I would not recommend.

It's a very luxurious hotel. It is strategically located on par with the Anaheim City Convention Center. Its spacious rooms and reception are very welcoming; The bar at the entrance has very good service. I liked the assortment of the gift shop quite a bit. The lobby is super spacious and is of a cozy atmosphere.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. I lost my ID prior to check in but the hotel accepted other forms of identification. So thank you to the kind lady who helped me through that trouble I appreciate your kindness. Rooms were clean, great view of CA, nice bar and great pool/jacuzzi. I enjoyed the sun deck the most! Would highly recommend and will be back. The only thing the Hotel didn’t have that I wish they did was complimentary breakfast.

Room had amazing views of Disneyland as we were on level 12. We arrived and were told the optional Disneyland view was not available that we had elected to have if available. However we told staff and showed the reception that we had book a room with a view (not if it was available so we where upgraded to a bigger room as they gave our original away. Room was nice and large. Shower was horrible and would constantly go cold. Requiring to be turned off repeatable and start again. Quite a cold process! Staff were lovely. Everything quite pricey. But all in all quite good.

Good place, overall. Older hotel and overpriced on the weekend we were here for a gymnastics competition. It's worth it for the convenience of staying where our event is at, but probably wouldn't choose it if it weren't for that. Restaurant is way overpriced for the quality of food served. (Don't get the paella. ) Staff and service everywhere are excellent and room is a good size.

We stayed in this hotel for Disney, and it is a good location. The ART shuttle was helpful, with a stop right outside. It's a close enough walk for adults or older children, or else younger children with strollers. The rooms were okay. We had everything they mentioned in our booking info. We were a bit disappointed that there were no USB charging ports in the room, and glad that we brought adapters. Other hotels we've stayed at have those available, so Hilton not having them seems odd. We originally thought about using the pool, but heard someone in an elevator mentioned an extra charge to use the pool, so we avoided that. A charge for hotel amenities advertised in the hotel info sounds ridiculous, in my opinion. We received great service. The staff was speedy with our requests for additional coffee, polite at the desk whenever we needed to ask a question. I was surprised by a parking charge, but it wasn't out of the ordinary. Booking, arrival, and check-out all went very smoothly. We would consider this hotel for future stays for Disney, and it would be ideal for a convention center stay.

It's a good hotel. You sleep very well… Close to Disneyland perfect.

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable for us. The room was a little older, but seemed clean. We used a noise machine, but it was very quiet. We did not try the pool. The lobby was busy, but full of beautiful Christmas trees. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The staff was all friendly and helpful that we interacted with. We kept the Do Not Disturb sign out for our 2 nights, so we never had maid service. Close enough to Disneyland to walk (15-20 min) or use the Toy Story shuttle (parking lot across Harbor — 6-9 min walk) for free. Self parking was just a little bit difficult (just took 15 minutes to find a spot) and was $16/night with in/out privileges.

I am disabled and traveled with a power chair. Everyone was extremely helpful. The rooms are nice. Bar area in lobby is always very busy. Conveniently located a few blocks from Disneyland. Shuttles running constantly. Helpful getting around without having to drive.

Great stay. We were only there for two nights but we enjoyed it. The location is great, it's a very quick ride to Disneyland. We only ate at breakfast at the hotel but it was also very good. Plenty of variety to go with the staples. My only complaint is that the bed was harder than I prefer but to be fair I have a very nice bed at home that I'm accustomed to.

Had an amazing stay here. The staff was outstanding. I contacted the concierge before we came to ask if they could do something special since we were surprising my daughter with her first trip to Disneyland. Upon arrival there were pink sparkly Minnie ears that were soft velvet so perfect for all day wear by a four year old. A Minnie mouse stuffy and cookies. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel on the inside, short distance to the park, and the breakfast is perfect.

3-Star Hotel in the bathroom. 4 stars in the bedroom. Breakfast acceptable without any more luxuries.

Location was perfect. We were there for a fencing tournament which was held at the convention center. The Hilton was right next door to the convention center, all we had to do was walk out the door and we were there. There are several different fast food places in the hotel which made it convenient to pick up something to eat for the kids during their tournament. There was Sbarro California kitchen and some other chain restaurants. Additionally it is walking distance to multiple restaurants as well as Disneyland. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner the last night in the restaurant in the hotel, I had the salmon and it was delicious. Overall very good experience.

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet while I was here. There were obviously families around, but the noise was never a problem. The rooms are a good size and well accommodated. I found the hotel within walking distance of Disney Land, though I wasn't traveling with kids. If they were with me, I'd be a little more worried about coming to back to the hotel if they needed time to rest. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel with solid amenities. An excellent option for anyone looking to visit Disneyland. The room is serviceable, but not anything spectacular. However the staff is excellent, and the bar in the lobby is top-notch. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because I really didn't have a reason to spend any time inside the hotel unless I was going to or from the parks, or sleeping.

Now, I'm a huge fan of Hilton but this one was kind of a disappointment. First of all, the shower was either really hot or really cold. There was no in between. The shampoo was half empty when we got in there, which was disappointing. They are supposed to switch out all the used bottles for new ones. The bathroom had poor lighting, when you took a shower you were in complete darkness. The elevator was really shaky, not a bad thing but it can be dis-concerning. It was a beautiful hotel though. Definitely worth the stay. Spacious rooms and big picture windows gives you an amazing view. It's walking distance from Disney Land which is a perk, also. You'll enjoy you're stay.

Attended a day-long conference with about 1, 700 participants. The Hilton handled our group with great professionalism. They were able to cover the lunchtime service fairly well, and got people served in a mostly fashion. We were handled very quickly, but the table next to us, with the same number of people who are there before us, were not served before us. On a positive note, there a special selection menu prepared for us in the Mix restaurant on the main lobby level to assist with timely serving. All areas were maintained, pristine and clean as I would expect, however I had one small complaint with the ladies room near the conference center itself. It did not receive an adequate amount of attention as one would have expected for a conference this size. I recently attended a conference with a much larger group and there were attendants in the bathrooms that kept them in perfect condition. Those kinds of things make a difference to me, so one star off for that.

Stayed at the Hilton for a Disneyland trip. Room was pretty nice, lots of space and staff seemed friendly enough, but I've never had a hotel be so cheap with its guests. Pay for parking, breakfast, transportation to Disneyland (walkable distance but with no entrance on this side of the park, a little bit of a trek), gym use, and even Wi-Fi was not included. Hotel was clearly designed for people attending conferences and putting everything on the company card. Lovely building, but would not stay again.

We arrived at the hotel early and front desk got us all set up. We were traveling with others who checked in later and when they did we had to go back to front desk. This was not a problem, they just needed to verify a couple of things. Front desk were awesome and very accommodating. I asked the concearire about something I had seen online (a treat in the room for my son) and they asked what room I was in and told me that was a special promotion only. We tried to go to the pool but it was closed due to a 'Bee infestation". The security told my son all about it and showed him the Bee keeper in the white suit. We left the hotel for the day and went out and about. When we came back we entered the room and there was a special treat for my son on the bed from Mickey Mouse! It was a note a plate of cookies and a plush Mickey. The note was addressed to him. Awesome… he felt so special. We went about our nightly activities and came back to the room. That evening just before the Disney fireworks the security invited my son to view the fireworks in a special room. He led us upstairs and there we watched. Very nice and accommodating staff all around. Thank you.

Not a top end Hilton but pretty nice. It's draw is it's right next door to the convention center. Nothing special about my room. About the quality of a Hampton inn. Food court had decent food but very over priced. Much better choices within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Very large and dispersive Hotel, close only to Disneyland but out of the world. There is a lot of confusion early in the morning. Standard Rooms Average.

To go to visit Disneyland is perfect, two minutes walk from the park. Spacious rooms, all comforts.

Hilton is definitely a name and a guarantee… but this one in Anaheim is not at the same level as his other confreres… everything leaves a little to be desired, from the rooms to the service.

Convenient location compared to the Disney parks, you can go walking.

Clean but too chaotic. Too big. Too many people. Looks like a train station.

My absolute favorite hotel. Go to Disneyland twice a year and love coming here. Love the breakfast and the room is always the same, the view out to Disneyland. It's awesome. Also when I went in October for my birthday, they gave me chocolate birthday treats when I came home from Disneyland and in the morning at breakfast. Overall love this place.

The personal of the hotel was very personable and friendly. I liked that the hotel is very about Disney. We'll be back!

Food court is a great place to grab a quick bite. Gets a tad crowded during events, but naturally what do you expect? The interior design is nothing less than expected of a Hilton: I love the idea of more than one hot tub and a good pool. The hotel is literally right next to Anaheim Convention Center; this can be a very good and very bad thing. First of all, it's great if you have business at the convention center. But the convention center attracts large crowds logically. To summarize, this is a great place with filled with busy people to show it. Catch the Hilton when it's quiet and you've got one of the best hotels in Anaheim.

For the most part it was a good stay. Location was good. Service was good. My bathroom seemed partially cleaned. I had long strands of hair not my hair color on the sink and the toliet seat was not cleaned. It was not pleasant to see that. I did not call room service as we had a late check in around 1am. The rest of the room and stay was good.

The was nice. I didn't get a large one but it had good space. Bed was comfy especially the pillows. I like the coffee maker in room and the refigerator that I could put my water and other items into. The staff was nice and helpful. But the location is great for conferences and even really close to Disney.

Nice hotel but must be prepared to pay for additional services such as gym and parking.

I was an overnight guest that booked the King Studio Suite. The room that I preselected was ready for me by the time of my arrival. Everything was clean and I had no complaints about my stay… except with one complaint… that I do wish that self parking was free. I would stay here again if I knew to expect the same satisfaction I felt staying here.

The lobby and dining area are beautiful! The rooms and service are great as well. Walking in and seeing the set up and lights to showcase the high ceilings is amazing. Definitely a great place to stay. Within walking distance to Disney add well (30 minutes).

Very low ceilings, wall-to-wall, room service so so … a dark lobby day in the morning of May and that with more than twenty people becomes a SUK where everyone seems desperately shouting to be heard. Better a Motel on Route 66!

Aside from the line of people that curved back and forth through the second floor (with no clear signage or direction given), my experience at the Anaheim Hilton was great. The food (baked chicken, mashed potatoes, and veggies) was delicious. The servers were quick to refill pitchers and clean up between courses. Overall, they have a great hotel staff and service.

I visited the Hilton Anaheim as an exhibitor at the CSHA conference. The hotel staff was remarkably courteous and helpful. The hotel was easy to navigate and conference rooms were well equipped for talks. Refreshments were plentiful and easy to access throughout. Restrooms were cleanly and wheelchair accessible. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and includes several amenities including a full Starbucks which was greatly appreciated. Can't recommend this place enough!

The Hilton was great! The amenities provided and the room layout was perfect for our family. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland and within walking distance. We left in the morning and was took a short 10 minute walk to spend our day. Great experience, would stay there again.

Friendly staff, and easy check in — we enjoyed our weekend stay here. The room was nice, clean and maintained. Sweet location for Disney-goers. The bed was a bit stiff for my liking, they charge you if you open their water bottles provided, but other than that, it was all good!

This has to be the worst hotel ive been to ever payed for 2 night stay and each night they had to send a repair person to out room to repair the shower cause it wouldnt work. Then to also top it off the sink was busted aswell the water was pure white from who know what the front desk said it was from the pressure in the building but I let the water sit for over an hour and it stayed white we had to use the shower water to make coffee cause it was coming out clear. The exsperience sucked and the people who worked their are just rude and dont know what they are doing execpt the valet service thoes guys are great. But sadly ive had a better time at a motel 6 and a best western than this place are veiw was horrible we were told we got a disney veiw and all we got was a veiw of a giant hole in the ground of the constrution site across the street the only thing that was disney was the back wall of cars land. All in all worst hotel ever and will not be staying at it ever again.

I was here for a small group meeting during the combined sections meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association. I met with the wound management special interest group for a business meeting. The room was fine, nothing fancy but the lunch that was provided by Marriott catering was really quite delicious.

The Hilton hosted many events for the NAMM Show this past weekend. The staff was extremely helpful and professional and The Hilton took care of us each morning with breakfast and beautiful conference rooms. I wish I would have been staying at the hotel! I was able to check bags without needing a room and the bar/reception area was super fun and filled with music all weekend.

Attended Hilton Anaheim for NAMM had wonderful service throughout the day (as this is where we went to eat), all of the staff was extremly friendly. The food was delicous and the service was great as was the decor and cleanliness of the hotel.

Good location for Disneyland as long as there is no event at the convention center. Rooms were good. About a 15 min walk to Disneyland. The best thing is you enter through the side entrance and avoid the entire Downtown Disney District.

We paid extra for a room with a view and were issued a room with a view of 30 feet of the lobby's roof. Our TV would not turn on. Our bathtub could not be switched from shower mode to bath. We could not contact hotel customer service via phone; had to go all the way down to lobby and stand in line to ask for help. The staff's initial suggested solution was to send us back to our room with a repairman, as if a paying customer should be expected to sit through room maintenance. Eventually they assented to give us a new room, downgraded from the nicer room we had paid for, but at least they refunded the extra we paid. Room service food was meh; we ordered their Midwest-style bland Mexican food.

20 minute walk to Disneyland. Rooms are practical, clean and roomy. Nothing fancy but a pleasant stay. Maid service is great. It is a huge place. Be warned that Disney view rooms are the furthest from the elevators and there's only one set of elevators.

This place was fantastic! Huge cosy room! Said it had free Wi-Fi, but then it was charged to my room, but I didn't notice until I left. I did get my money back but took about a month until customer service got around to it.

If your there for business it is a good hotel. Not for families or people on vacation. Typical Hilton property. The area around the hotel didn't feel to safe and was a little rough looking.

The location is right next to the convention center, which is great! Service was extremely fast and timely. When I ordered room service, it got to me faster than food would normally arrive at a sit-down restaurant! The room was about what you would expect for a good hotel these days, so nothing to complain about their. Downside is that the hotel is pretty large, so it can take some time to walk to your room. It is also really expensive compared to some of the other hotels that are slightly farther from the convention center. If you can afford it, though, I would recommend this hotel if you are attending a convention at the convention center.

An excellent experience! Our rooms were quite clean and well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. However, the best part of our stay, hands down, was the shower! Wish my shower head was as nice.

I attended a luncheon here in one of their ballrooms. The food was great and the staff was helpful. The parking was bad. The structure was old and difficult to navigate. I'm not sure if the staff is unionized, but if not, I won't be returning.

Stayed here in Sept-2015 with family. Staff very helpful throughout. Best customer service. Good place to stay, ideal location for Disney attractions.

Very friendly staff, but the rooms were old and it showed. The bathroom was outdated and our shower handle was very broken. The room was kept clean by the staff but everything was kind of stained and old. The breakfast buffet was very good and the Starbucks is a perfect fit. All things said if the rooms and bathrooms were just updated a little, it would be more like 4.5 stars but as it stands, it's 3 … maybe 3.5.

Stay at the Marriott right next to it. The AC does not go below 65. There is no hot and cold shower. They are not 420 friendly. No decks to go outside. Small room and bathroom. Everything is way better at the Marriott.

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and a lovely environment. The beds are amazing. Only real downside I can think of is the spotty reception, and the mini-fridge didn't feel very cold at first, but that's about it. Neither of these really being faults of the hotel, I think. We'll definitely be returning here for our next trip to Anaheim.

Just got here and I'm terribly disappoint. My room is a bit run down AC made room very humid. This is my worst Hilton experience.

Over-hyped & over priced hotel. You would expect a Wi-Fi review but guess what? There's no Wi-Fi at all. Room service did not show up at our room today (July 11th). Also, when we called and asked for help they sent us straight to an answering machine / voice mail and even after I left my message they promised a call back and we never recieved one. Sink faucet is also broken, water isn't even coming out. Not to even mention that coffee is $9! The only pro that I can think of is that the lobby is really nice and classy. Extremely, extremely dissapointed; would never recommend this place for anyone.

Charge $7-36 for gym use depending on how many times you want to go. $9 to use the lap pool. Can't bring water into the pool area. No Wi-Fi (it is available but it's $14 and the signal is terrible). There is a Starbucks but the workers are extremely slow and grumpy. Pool is way too small and crowded. The only thing good about this hotel is that the rooms are fairly clean.

Stayed there with my Vocational School from Steubenville, Ohio for the the 38th Annual Health Occupations Students of America national competition the last week of June. It's an okay place, but the shower goes from North Pole to the gates of Hell in a flash. My parents room had coffee stains. My teacher drank an evian bottle supplied in the room which, surprise, was a 4 dollar charge. All in all, stay at the Marriott nextdoor to it. The pool is small and overcrowded easily, the pillows break your neck, housekeeping lets used meal plates from the rooms sit out overnight, and the place shows its age. If other hotels near the convention center was booked, then go to this one as a last resort. Avoid the breakfast buffet, $28 for a soggy pancake is NOT worth it. They even charge every pour of juice and coffee.

This place was so nice! It was such a treat to stay here. So close to Disneyland and the convention center. Perfect for our trip.

I'm from Oklahoma and this is a, well, a queen bed with private bathroom, a couch, chair, desk, TV is modern but signal isn't HD, lots of freaking room, a kitchen ish area, but most of all Wi-Fi is not slow, we are having BPA nationals here so there is a lot of people on it, and they have a wall jack. Summary, Love this place, makes me feel like an executive.

It's always crowded AND in my case their was a glitch in the system that reserved two rooms for one night (mind you I was the only one staying there so I didn't need two rooms) and Hilton REFUSED to not charge me for both nights. Basically I paid for two rooms for one night. Not getting my business EVER again.

Rooms smell terrible like old BO, water is undrinkable, they charge for every little thing that most hotels provide with your room as a gratuity. Here, you will pay for all of these in addition to your exorbitant room fee. Things like continental breakfast, $3 for A banana or a bagel; coffee in the room, no $3 for a small paper cup; parking, $16; Wi-Fi, $14 per device.

Any Hilton I have been to has been a good experience. We had a wonderful view of Disney land and could see the fireworks every night. The King bed was not as comfortable as the Queen beds we normally get.

First off they put a hold of 1000 on your credit card so if your debit or credit card can't cover that amount you can't check in. It's 12$ for Wi-Fi a day in your room, it's $14 a day to use their workout equipment, the bar service is slow, if you get a room by the pool it will be super loud, you hear everything and there was crickets in my room twice. The first time I had to call twice to have someone bring a flashlight to help me find the little shit. Also the water came out of the pipes looking like watered down milk. It's probably 1% Toilets were weak, if you had to take a massive you had to flush about 3 times. I wouldn't stay here again. Even if they paid for it.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I asked for twin bed room, I got a single. The shower leaked. The tub plug didn't hold water. The carpet was torn to shit. When I when to the front desk to get a different room, I was treated like a turd by the staff and denied. All because I wanted to save $15 a night from Red Lion. My mistake. Then I had to leave a day early to take my daughter to a hospital because she was injured at Disneyland and they wouldn't even refund me the room for that day. After all that, they triple charged my CC for the parking. After two weeks of multiple phone calls, that was finally cleared up.

Well the price per night is great compared to the Resort, but check in is really late and not always right at 4pm like it's guaranteed. I don't understand some of the policies. You can do quick check out but you won't get a receipt emailed to you, and so you have to go down to the desk and get it. What's the point of quick check out? Who doesn't want a receipt? Also called customer service and was given such a cloudy answer I am dizzy and then was told to call front desk and after many rings said " the party was not able to be reached, you will now be disconnected. " I think their customer satisfaction needs to improve. We are all spending hard earned money and we choose you to spend it with, give us some credit for that.

Everything what you need for an Anaheim visit.

This place is huge, and it feels like it. Fairly impersonal but certainly high quality. Lobby bar has a nice new menu with some tasty eats. Drinks were well made if pricey. Rooms were acceptable though they were doing friday morning construction in the hallway that woke us up. Would have been nice to have some warning on that. You can walk to disney (about a mile) or pay $5 for a round trip bus service.

Huge disappointment. We booked a two queen suite with a "view of the park". It is a view of the parking LOT. This hotel advertises itself as luxurious, but it is very plain, far from the park, and has almost nothing in the way of amenities. And it's expensive for what little you get. The pictures are really misleading. I'm going to see if Orbitz will help me cancel my remaining nights.

Sold out? No problem, I have a reservation. Sorry sir, we gave away the room you reserved. WHAT? But we have a "parlor" you can stay in. It's not a hotel room, but it is a room and it is in the hotel. Yes we're still going to charge you for it. To top it all off, they stopped me on my way into the gym and informed me that HOTEL GUESTS MUST PAY TO ENTER THE FITNESS CENTER. $15/day. Never ever stay here.
