Crisp and clean, cute but small pool looks bigger in the pictures, our booking said free wi fi and free room upgrade to Disney view but wi fi is $8 a day and we are on the second floor looking at a car park.

I absolutely could not fault this hotel! The friendly staff are amazingly helpful, our room overlooking Disneyland is incredible and the location is simply perfect. We have been kindly offered a room on the 14th floor with a full balcony, perfect for seeing Disney fireworks. Just the most perfect holiday ever ♥️

Hotel not very Clean! I had to change room 3 times. And the the next day I found hundreds of pieces of glasses on carpet and balcony. Thank goodness I kept my shoes on… I was just tired to move around so I lived w it… and stayed there. Size of rooms are beautiful and very nice to have a balcony. They should hire a big company to clean the hole hotel.

It's clean, reasonably priced and comfortable.

We stayed here from January 12th-17th and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay for my 30th birthday! we got upgraded when we checked in which was a total surprise and waking up each morning to a view of Disneyland was magical! they staff also put some prosecco in the room and cheesecake! beds were amazingly comfy and everyone was friendly and helpful! would 100% stay here again!

The Theme Park View Room is amazing! Ms. Lillibeth / Beth at the Front Desk always make sure that my stay here is great! She is friendly and very welcoming. Rafael from the Breakfast Restraurant is also a welcoming server and makes everything great.

Laundry for Guests! Love the Starbucks coffee and Disney souvenirs! We had fun. Thanks Sheraton Anaheim Resort.

We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Park Hotel. Apart from excellent customer service, and great ambiance; this hotel has all you need, offers convince in every corner. It was beautiful outside, and just as wonderful inside. It's a cozy spot. I loved it! Great restaurants also!

Our family stayed here since she was 4 years old. Sheraton Park is just a walking distance to Disneyland. The room was nice and clean, you can see fireworks from your room, staffs were friendly and helpful, delicious restaurants all around. Love this hotel. Our family will come back soon.

Stayed here about a half dozen times over the years as a guest on business and with the family. It's always been a well run operation and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is great and the buffet is fresh and has a large selection. The club room food is also wonderful. This most recent stay has been during the merger of spg and Marriott so there were a couple of upgrades that did not go through automatically as they used to. A couple of quick conversations with the desk staff solved most of the issues. Great place for families and the rooms on the upper floors that face the park get excellent views of the fireworks.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel and have no hesitation in booking another holiday staying in this hotel. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean and tidy. Great location for Disneyland and trips to what ever you are looking for.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Nice views from the rooms. Pool and hot tub were great also. It took us about 25 minutes to walk to downtown Disney and about 15 to 20 to get to the front gate so really close.

It's a great place. But the condition of the room was a little upsetting compared to other sheratons and relative to the price. $800 for a couple of nights at this hotel is not worth it. In the same hotel in San Diego is better 10 times!

Great location near Disney, nice property, yummy breakfast buffet, and clean & spacious rooms (very comfy bed). Club lounge is a bit sparse compared to others, but very comfortable with lovely view and balcony seating. Elevators are unusually slow so don't think you can rush out.

Very clean and Disney themed! I was there for a convention and it worked out great because I missed the Disney crowds. Restaurant Cafe had a great breakfast and the bar was not too busy. Pool was busy but looked enjoyable, just a lot of young kids. I drove to the convention center, it was a bit too far to walk in my opinion since I was going to be on my feet all day but really it was only a couple blocks so I could see doing it if you wanted. Other hotels were closer so not sure why my event had a rate at this hotel. Staff was nice and prompt. No complaints.

This was our 5th stay and just as great as the rest. When we arrived there was a mix up as we had requested 2 rooms on an upper floor. At check-in time we were separated by several floors. The young lady at the desk spent a few minutes and was able to put us both on the 11th floor. The room was great, no problems with the heating cooling control, kept our room right at the temp we wanted. Great staff and a good time.

Stayed here during a conference (nice easy walk to convention center) and was very happy with the room, especially the over sized balcony which was great for unwinding at the end of the day. I stayed in a room next to the elevators so the noise was excessive but I was expecting that and did not mind. Only ordered room service once for breakfast and was happy with the quality of food. I did appreciate the store in the lobby that carried a decent selection of beers and snacks. The pool and surroundings looked beautiful though I did not get a chance to use any other amenities.

We had a great visit. Only stayed one night with our dog. They were very friendly at check in and check out. The room was really nice with all the amenities we needed. There was a nice grassy pathway right off the room that we could walk the dog.

Upon check in was greet with a warm friendly smile and welcome. Check in was great. Club Level food was delicious very filling. Staff their was very friendly and working hard. Bed was comfortable. Linens are good. Over room appearance is good. Location to where we attended an event is convenient. Walked to eat down Katella.

Our 10 day trip was booked through itravel 2000 once we received our confirmation we checked the reviews… and were a little worried. What a wonderful surprise the staff here are so friendly and helpful couldn't ask for better. While the hotel is dated it is clean and has everything you need. Nice cafe, and gift shop with a coffee bar serving Starbucks very efficient and pleasant. Great location only a 15 minute walk to the gates Disney. We would recommend this hotel.

We had a great time was clean and I like the shopping center downstairs where you could buy snacks and little packaged foods, drinks, clothes and trinkets. They had Starbucks coffee in the rooms which was nice and Starbucks cups. There was also an outdoor spot in front where you could wait for the running every 20 minute bus that took you to Disneyland. You would just use your ATM and pay at that little bus stop for the ticket and it wasn't expensive.

We have stayed here in the past, and have been very happy with our stay. We are currently on our 2nd night here, and just saw an advertisement for a great program offered for Families with special needs, The Max Program. We went straight to the front desk for more info, being that our 4 yr old has Autism. We were told the manager could give us more information. After waiting for a while, we were given a paper with a summary and web address, but no manager to talk to. We were sent away and told to read more about it online.
We were very disappointed.
Through reading — I see that we would need to book a special room ahead of time.
We feel that the manager lost a great opportunity to talk to us. We could have been offered even the smallest amenity that might have made our stay more comfortable, and brought us back in the future.

Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and grocery. The room itself has some strange features though. One of them is that the sink/vanity is separated from the bathroom. My main complaint is that the sliding door was stuck and we weren't able to open/close the closet (at least the room that we stayed in). Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay in, plus it's close to our favorite breakfast spot (Park 55).

The pillows are a delight, the maids are friendly. My IGOs and I were lucky to have a Mexican waitress.

Nice location for Disney. Very helpful staff, especially Dane at the front desk. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They do have adjoining family rooms as one might expect. Some common area items are in need of an update.

We just finished up our one week stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, updated and well maintained. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We had complimentary breakfasts in the club level lounge, which was great for our small children. Special thank you to Sandra in the club lounge for taking care of us every morning, she was on top of it! The pool is clean and fairly warm. The hotel is a convenient 15 minute walk from Disneyland. Great stay, would come back.

Sadly, I wasn't as impressed as I was expecting. Disappointed considering it's a Sheraton Hotel. Our first room's bath the enamel had started to peel with some sharp edges. Mentioned to front of house staff who agreed to move us. Disappointed with no form of apology. Our second room was like a sauna and the A. C. Was so loud we had to turn it off! Good job we wanted to spend our limited time in Disney! Restaurant — good breakfast. The front of house young lady that checked us out was amazing and truly lovely. I was keen to come back here as we throughly enjoyed our stay 10 years ago. Sadly expectations were not met.

The Sheraton park hotel is one of the better hotels to stay at in the area especially if you're planning to visit Disneyland because it is only a couple blocks away. They have a nice pool and the rooms are located in a separate building from the lobby building. They also have a nice banquet area that can be used to host events. A key card is required to enter the pool and the building with the rooms after a certain time. There are 2 elevators by the main entrance and can take quite awhile. I've had to wait over 10 minutes before on a busy day. Fortunately there are additional elevators at the end of the hallway.

Comfortable Hotel, clean, two blocks from Disneyland. Just a little old.

Normal Hotel clean but not so modern.

2 star Hotel No 4, the only good thing is the location, this Sheraton is well below the LAC.

I took a class here. Parking is $8. But if you leave you have to pay another $8. Parkiing can be hard to find. If you exit do not leave out the front. The back is better. The Disney and conventions tend to make foot traffic crazy and it takes forever to get out.

Don't go in there. It's very comfortable and looks good.

I have had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. Rooms are very nice. Staff helpful and polite. There is a restaurant that is very good. Also within walking distance from Pizza, Mexican, Chinese and an I hope.

Great motel and staff! Staff helped get us a room facing the Disneyland fireworks. Only crappy part was paying for parking and Wi-Fi! I get it they can charge for these things but does that mean they should…? I don't know I'm not a business owner but it is annoying when 75 percent of other motels have these for free. Any hoot it's a great motel in a good location!

My stay at this hotel was for a convention and it served it's purpose. The double bed room was small but includes a mini fridge, desk, and bathroom. The rooms are in need of an update, but the custodial crew worked hard and kept the room clean during my visit. The bathrooms have a sink outside of the room across from a small closet with a safe. Amenities include a cafe, small shop, bar with food, pool, concierge, and ballrooms or conference rooms. It is in walking distance of all the local attractions and restaurants and especially convenient if you are going to the convention center.

Most comfortable sleep I have had in ages. The hotel was updated, clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was very quiet considering it's proximity to conveniences such as restaurants, hotels, public parking and the conference center. Great distance from the Disney parks allowing for walking. Downtown Disney is very close as well.

I went to a entrivista but the hotel was very nice.

Our event coordinator Robin Hoppes is awesome! She is so detailed, accommodating, and thoughtful. The staff was great, and supplied anything extra that we needed! Our attendees loved the food, the wine, and the venue. The Tiffany Terrace is such a beautiful space!

We recently stayed here because we like to keep our points to the same hotel brands. Typically Sheraton visits are really nice. The hotel property itself was very nice, the bed was comfy, and the service was good. I'm giving it 3 stars because while the room was clean, the carpet had multiple large stains on it and made the room feel a bit disgusting. This is not typical for a Sheraton or Starwood result so we were very disappointed with that.

The one time we didn't stay at the Hilton and boy did we regret it. We are big Disney fans and fly in about once a year. We've always stayed at the Hilton but our dad was traveling alone and booked at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort. We didn't want him to stay alone so we booked there as well. Big, big, mistake. I went into their Starbucks to order a drink I had ordered twice the day before and there was a misunderstanding between myself and an employee named Rachel (young Asian girl with glasses). Should have been no big deal. As I tried to work (calmly I might add) with a different employee who took interest in solving the issue (which she did just great) the first employee, Rachel, became very rude and confrontational. She then lectured me (the customer), literally told me off even told me there was another Starbucks across the street and I was welcome to it. She then ended the conversation with a fake smile and an over the top "have a good day" remark. I was literally jaw dropped. I left and went to the manager in charge for the evening. I explained the whole incident and encouraged him to review the video evidence which recorded the whole incident. Well clearly that did not happen. This morning I received an email from the general manager, Ian Gee, which said " We apologize for the behavior YOU PERCEIVED as condescending and rude". I was done reading. There is perception and then there is blatant evidence.

Luis at the front desk made our stay excellent. Quick and helpful check in. Kailey was awesome on our departure. Beautiful pool. Great margarita at the lobby bar and very good guest services in all departments.

We have used this hotel several times for holiday breaks to Disneyland. Rooms are excellent. We usually stay on club level to access the breakfast and afternoon snacks. Staff are always more than helpful. Location is very convenient for Disneyland… less than a 10 minute walk. Will stay here again.

This hotel is my absolute favorite. Amazing beds. Comfortable. Rooms. Awesome food. The pool is beautiful. I've stayed on regular floors and club level and both are just awesome. Will be going back in November with my mom and can't wait. Waking distance to Disneyland.

Excellent service, nice rooms. Only thing that could be improved is the bathrooms. A shower with a detachable showerhead would be a bit nicer, also more space in the bathroom would be ideal. Otherwise it was great! No major complaints.

Very nice room in a very well located hotel close to Disneyland. We walked every day to cover the distance between the park and the hotel. Lots of restaurants and 2 pharmacies nearby.

Wow what a beautiful hotel. Heart of Anaheim, Disney tickets in the lobby and classy Disney decor. Glass elevator, beautiful pool area. Even the economy rooms feel high class. No breakfast available, but there's an iHop down the street and a Denny's just a bit further down.

Beautiful hotel! We were only here for an event but the staff was helpful, told us where we could find the event and what they had to offer. The only downside was the parking for the event, but most hotels do have this problem. Even then, their parking was way better than some of the other hotel events we've been to.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in close proximity to Disney Land parks. It was a beautiful room with views of the fireworks at 9.30pm. There were coffee making facilities and a fridge which we found really useful. There is a shop inside with reasonably priced food, snacks, drinks and gifts. We would definitely stay here again. The staff were helpful and friendly the lady bar tenor could see I wasn't enjoying my cocktail so she changed it for me. I had a wonderful time. Thank you.

The Sheraton Park Hotel is a clean and comfortable place to stay if you just need a base. We stayed the night here very comfortably but we were gone each day at the theme parks until quite late. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is superb and the front desk is wonderful.

Great location. Right off the freeway, and minutes away from downtown Disney as well as restaurants, etc. Between the SD Sheraton by the harbor and this one here in Anaheim, I definitely liked the Anaheim room better. I liked how much more spacious it was as well as the bigger tub in the bathroom. One could totally take a nice warm bubble bath in it if one wanted to. Overall, great experience!

This hotel is okay for up to 3 days and that's it the rooms are dirty but the staff is nice and the people who live in this hotel are kind and the beds are comfortable.

My family and I come here all the time. We are Starwood preferred guests so we use points a lot. We always get a room where we can see the fireworks. The concierge lounge is awesome. They serve both hot and cold food and beverages are free even alcohol during happy hour! The pool is nice and rooms are clean.

It was a nice hotel, nice staff, BUT, my new iPad got stolen from our locked room on the second day. It was in the safe, but we forgot to lock it. I know, that was not very smart. But, if the cleaning person did not open the room to clean it and "do other things" it would still be there. I spent the rest of my time there, my vacation, dealing with that and ultimately nothing was done about it. It left a bad taste in my mouth So, my best advice — make sure to lock your safe good and tight.

This was a great hotel! Huge room and bathroom. Very clean. Great staff. Large lobby and a good restaurant on site. You are in walking distance of Disneyland and a bunch of restaurants plus a CVS which was nice for snack food. Highly recommend.

Clean, Spacious room, close to Disneyland > walking distance, if you don't want to get on the shuttle with a bunch of little kids. Stayed this past weekend and loved my stayed. We were upgraded to a Club level 12th floor, with a balcony over looking Disney where we were able to watch the fireworks from our room. Hotel is approximately half a mile from Disney park walking distance. Great pool, hot tub, and a pool bar. This is probably my first review I have ever written on anything, and I believed that this hotel deserved it. Overall my bf and I were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was blocks away from Disneyland, about a ten minute walk. For those not wanting to walk there is a shuttle outside the entrance on the hotel property. The shuttle is not free but it is convenient. The hotel has a restaurant located downstairs, a Starbucks, a gift shop and fitness room, laundry facilities (change machine and soap machine in the room) and a pool and hot tub. The pool was great (Key entry only) and food and drinks can be purchased right at the pool. The rooms were clean, the service including the housekeeping staff were friendly and very welcoming. I needed extra coffee in my room and housekeeping brought it right up. My room was cleaned daily and normally picky it met my expectations. The staff at Molly's restaurant downstairs were super nice, fast and the food was a good value. We ate breakfast there and free orange juice refills and coffee. What didn't I like? I did not like that parking was extra (rented a car only for the night based on that and the fact that we were close enough to Disney) and didn't like that Wi-Fi was extra because many of the hotels offer this with the room. Great hotel, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not a clean place to be with the family. The room we stayed rely dirty and smell like cigar smoke. We moved the next day to best western. Very clean and half the price we paid at a 3 star hotel. Sorry sheraton your not the same as you used to be. This place charge a fee for parking also the charge is 50 dollars. They never told me this at the fist time. Are you for real 50 dollars for parking. Never at the sheraton again.
