Great place for a convention.

Would be an awesome hotel if all the amenities weren’t closed due to a rehab that we were unaware of when we booked. No pool, no hot tub, no work out room, no restaurant no bar… and on vacation! Would of been nice knowing before we booked the hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Got an upgrade for being a Hilton Honors Diamond Member. Excellent rooms, comfy beds and great staff!

We just stayed here for 6 days over thanksgiving. Every single employee was amazing! The food was great, location not too far from Disney. Joanna from the Bistro was hands down the best service we came across in our entire 11 day trip from Canada to Disney. I highly recommend this hotel! Next visit to Disneyland we will for sure be staying there again!

It’s a great place. Friendly staff. The women at the cafe we so nice. One lady worked all of Thanksgiving and was nice the whole day.

Very disappointed with the service. Seems like a subpar hotel and dining. Needed to use the luggage cart had to beg and then made feel guilty even though I told him I would return it soon as I was done. When I needed something Tylenol and shoe inserts they would send me to their local little store in the Hotel seemingly ran by another individual owner and it was full of trinkets but nothing you really needed. … Food service wise not very good. It was like they guarded every little piece of bread and every tab of butter and we're not user-friendly at all. I can expect more from Hilton than what this property had to offer based on my experience at other Hilton properties. other Hilton properties such as mercurio in Portland Hampton inn New Orleans and other Hamptons in Anaheim offer two bottles of water per day and they even ask you when you walk through the door. This pace was severely stingy and not nice. I asked about Uber and what store would be best to go get groceries four people had no clue. requesting extra pillows at the time of reserving my two rooms, requested a baby carriage bassinet, and a rollaway. Called two more times to double check my reservation and my requests along with the request of rooms adjoining. When we arrived none of it had taken place at all. The maid service was fabulous! At this point I will do everything in my power to never stay at this property again especially with so many other options so close by.

Great hotel! Loved my stay in a suite. The concierge guys leave a little to be desired, not a lot of helpful info or good tour packages, look to Tripadvisor instead. Upon booking my shuttle back to the airport, front desk told me to talk to him, he would take care of it for me. I had to kind of talk him into calling them for me and he was rather negative about it. The rooms are great, decor a little dated, but not old by any means and are very clean. Loved the bed and linens! I would definitely stay again.

I liked the hotel it was nice a little on the small side but it was all we needed for this trip. I like the fact that this one actually had two full beds and a pull out couch. The breakfast was also good and well priced we avoided a breakfast outing every morning.

Very clean rooms, staff is nice but tends to keep to themselves. Housekeeping were really nice helpful. Nice pool on the roof. Parking for more then 1 vehicle is 50.00 per night. So keep that in mind if you have a visitor, meeting someone, or if you're visitors have more than 1 vehicle. In my week long stay I did notice that people from other places park in the check in guest parking all night. I seen 3 nights the same vehicles drive in park and walk out the parking lot. As this gives them free parking. And makes it almost impossible to park for people checking in. Forcing to drive through the gate and then get stuck on the other side. Coffee shop is good closes to early. As you turn into the parking lot there is a unloading area. Myself and another guest. Pulled in to the unloading, let our guest out and drove out as each car drove out the driver side tire popped on by vehicles. Due to a very high curb that u cannot see. A worker came out and said this happens all the time. Maybe the hotel can lower the curb. I'll ad a picture so you can see. Overall great very quiet place and clean.

Stayed here for 4 days while working an event. First person who attempted to hello me sy the front desk looked like she hated her job and was rude. The second girl who helped me was very helpful and friendly. Definitely turned this experience around. The room was spacious and clean. And the cookies they give you at check in are amazing, but they do contain nuts in them so be cautious if you are allergic to nuts.

Very nice room, set up like a small apartment. The room provided privacy for two occupants. The price is right for the comfort and amenities. I enjoyed it much more than a significantly more expensive hotel down the street. Great location.

We checked inJuly 2, 18 we stood for a week that Staff was great made us feel welcomed comfortable they asked how many kids we had an gave us 5 warmed chocolate chip cookies! really nice of them! Rooms are big a lot of space in between I loved it! I asked if we could get extra towels and blanket n pillows theywhere brought them right away! I would most defiantly stay there again. They get 5 stars from me n my Hubby Johnny & Sandra Cisneros.

Overall the facility is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cost for the breakfast buffet seemed a bit high considering there was no price differential between adult and child pricing. The rooms were well cleaned, but the configuration of the vanity area seemed a bit odd. There was no door or curtain to block this area off, so if you utilized the Queen Suite to the 4 allocated people, there was only 2 places for people to change, 1) the bedroom and 2) the toilet area. It would have been nice to have a privacy barrier between the vanity area of the bathroom and the "living area" of the rest of the suite.

Super friendly staff and super clean place. Loved the service everyone provided for me and my family. The pool was great and really clean. Over all I would recommend this place. I am definitely going back! Thanks double tree.

This Double Tree is very nice! The room was immaculate and well appointed. They have a nice rooftop pool and spa. The cocktail lounge has a nice selection of top shelf liquor. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It has a very nice selection of food to choose from. It is definitely a great property to stay at!

Great hotel. Beds are comfortably and rooms are large. Staff is friendly and polite. Parking is right in front of hotel and secure. This place is on the higher end pricing for the area. But it is definitely worth the money.

I’ve stayed at this DoubleTree twice and both times I’ve received exceptional service. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. The best part about it is the proximity to Disneyland. We were able to walk to the parks each morning and save ourselves the trouble of finding parking spots and fighting traffic. I would stay here anytime and definitely would recommend it to friends and family.

Fine place for business travel. Decent breakfast buffet in the morning with vegetarian options, fruit, yogurts, pastries, and good coffee and orange juice. Rooms were very spacious, containing two televisions, two queen beds, sofa, chair, and a desk. Service was good. Using the digital key on my phone was super convenient! Unfortunately you cannot yet use the digital key for the hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

I loved this hotel. It was gorgeous inside and very comfortable rooms. Was there for a conference for 5 days. They give you free WARM COOKIES on check in and check out. Also of you ask for them like I did they are happy to give you more.

Nice place to stay for our Disneyland trip during Thanksgiving holidays. The bus to Disneyland stops right in front of the hotel. To go to Disneyland you take the bus from across the street. We got breakfast included in our room rates which was very convenient. Kids used the pool on one day and enjoyed it. Room were standard nothing fancy. Overall it was worth it.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The room was a good size and had a comfortable bed. The restaurant, coffee shop, and bar on-site were very convenient. The hotel was about 4 tram stops or a 5 minute carshare ride from the theme park. The price compared to the amenities was a great value. I would highly recommend staying here.

Every year, my work place celebrates holiday luncheon. Staff at the hotel are always friendly and courteous. Never heard of any complaints from my coworkers. This hotel is an excellent venue to celebrate a holiday event with your workplace.

By far one of the best all around service I have received from any Hilton honors chain and perhaps the most delightful guest service I have ever experienced. Excellent professional front desk service and very friendly! They were also very helpful over the phone with my reservation because of a mistake that I made several weeks prior to me arriving there. The rooms I thought were clean, updated, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. My daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights, first two were with parents who are also Hilton honors members and they were well pleased. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel is one of the best I had stayed at. I stayed in a suite room which had plenty of room. The staff is extremely friendly. The location is great to, it's right down the street from Disneyland. The food around the area is really good as well.

The rooms are nice but nothing particularly special. I'm lowering my rating (which was originally given while I was still at the hotel) by one star because they tried to charge us well over a hundred dollars for parking. It took nearly half an hour for them to realize that, as one couple sharing a room with only one bed, we PROBABLY didn't bring in a fleet of cars. Also, the beds are extremely firm beneath a cushiony part at the top that was soft, but not very thick; overall it amounted to roughly a down comforter laid over the top of a granite slab. We got a much-below-regular rate for the room and I still can't regard it as a good value; if you're paying "rack rate" you can do a LOT better in the area. It's close to Disneyland, but not close enough that walking seemed like an particularly attractive plan (especially after a night on that mattress). To put it in perspective, Disney's "Toy Story" parking lot, from which they use shuttle buses to transport guests to the park, is about a block closer to Disneyland than this hotel is.

Very nice place, comfortable, tidy, clean… I recommend it a lot.

As you walk into a drab lobby with a carpet that is so faded it looks like it's from your grandmother's you are greeted by staff that really has no idea what's going on in their hotel. Oh yes, the world's tiniest store in the lobby may or may not be open, depending on how the proprietor feels. Don't worry about your bellman, front desk or that "customer service button" on the phone because no one will answer it. We arrived in our room, after waiting for several hours, to turn around and pick up our own luggage at the bellman's desk. I rang every number on that room phone for 15 minutes without one person answering. During one evening while waiting in the lobby for friends we were pleasured with the story of three employees behind the front desk discuss the different women they had "conquered". Oh, the beds are awful and the pillows are from Walmart. Spare yourself the nightmare…

Great room, beds are furnishings are comfortable. Main gripe is the air conditioning is almost useless. Set it to 60 degrees and it took hours to even begin to feel cool in the room. Other main gripe is the ridiculous cost to park your car. Ends up being about 20 bucks a night with tax. Not sure if I'll come back due to those two issues.

Great rooms. We stayed in 2 Rooms 2 Queens 1 Sofa Bed… Breakfast is not complimentary but we were able to get breakfast complimentary vouchers but the food wasnt that good… Denny across street might have been better. Starbucks in hotel is a plus. 1 — 1/2 block away from Toy Story parking lot.

Very nice hotel. Quick check in. Spacious and CleAn rooms with living area, refrigerator, microwave. Great view of the pool from our room. And did I mention warm walnut chocolate chip cookies at check in?! Amazing!

Excellent hotel to stay at for Blizzcon. It is about a 7-9 minute walk to the Convention Center. Rooms clean. The only thing that was a little off and not by much is I like my room freezing at night it was cold maybe 5 degrees off from freezing. Free warm cookies every time you pass the front desk ask for them. Staff is awesome.

This stay has been awesome. Came for Blizzcon and it's an easy walk to the convention center, about 3/4 mile, without having to cross the street. The cookies were great and so was the breakfast buffet. Plus coffee downstairs this morning only cost me $3. I'll probably stay here again next year.

I did not stay at this hotel. I attended a seminar. I did go to the restaurant located in the hotel. The food was very good. Both lobby and restaurant were very luxurious. I'm sure the rooms would have been the same.

Great location. Close to Disneyland, Convention Center, and restaurants. Hotel and rooms were very clean though the rooms are a little dated. Staff were mostly friendly. Only negative was when I first arrived. I had my reservation open on my phone in the Hilton app, and the staff member checking me in tried saying that I booked the wrong hotel. I showed her that my reservation was with this hotel, and that I had already checked in via the app. Miraculously, my reservation was for this hotel. So they were trying to move me to a different hotel to book my room to someone else at a most likely much higher rate.

Great place! I love staying here whenever I go to Disney or if I just want to have a good time in the area but not drive home. We are Hilton rewards members and we love our special 4th floor! Everything is always clean and the staff is helpful and professional…!

The Hispanic man with the good hair at the front desk is amazing! He took such good care of me and my family. Even though we checked in early, he made sure we were still right next door to each other. He recongnized my gold member status and made conversation! The rooms are also great and very clean.

The room is decent. Clean, but old. The layout is weird. The bathroom and bedroom doors are awkwardly placed, often blocking what you’re trying to get to. The wait time at the elevators are not long, so I appreciate it. There’s a small gym, a pool, and a coin-op laundry room. They give out cookies like it's candy. So, it’s amazing! The magnetic door locks are one of the best I’ve ever used. It only takes one swipe and you’re in. So, I definitely appreciate that. Customer service was great. Nothing to complain about.

We got two rooms for our wedding party to stay the night before our wedding. The staff are friendly, the rooms were clean, simple enough! Not the Ritz-Carlton but got the job done. Also they have the best cookies at check-in.

Relatively close to Disneyland but you still probably want to use the ART shuttle bus. We booked a Disney Vacation package through Costco here and the prices were competitive. Facilities were nice and clean and up to date compared to some of the closer properties across the street from Disneyland. They also provide fresh cookies in the lobby which was really nice as well as a cheap option to share a Super Shuttle Ride to the local airport. I have a couple minor complaints about the facilities though. One was that the toilet paper ran out between that night and the morning in the lobby bathroom. Had to alert house keeping. The second was that for some odd reason the shower would have issues shutting off completely and sometimes the toilet would make a loud running noise until it was reflushed. Other than that the suites were nicely sized with a separated living area from the sleeping area. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was nice as well as having a small desk area. Overall I think I would stay here again.

I recently had an opportunity to stay for one evening at the DoubleTree for a business trip. I had originally booked two evenings by mistake and when I called the hotel only a day before I was supposed to begin my stay to cancel one of the nights they were incredibly helpful and it was resolved immediately. The stay itself was nice and without issue. The room was setup very nicely as a studio with a separate sleeping area and a very nice bathroom. The hotel is located close to shopping, restaurants, and of course downtown Disney. Overall this was a very pleasant experience.

This place was great! Exceptional staff, and great accommodations. Seriously, the rooms were awesome. Very spacious and well set up! The refrigerator and microwave saved so much money by eating leftovers that the price of the room seemed cheap! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me checked in in less than 5 minutes, and checked out in seconds. When your in Anaheim stay here!

Older hotel, clean, but very well used by all the families coming to Disney. Breakfast was just an overpriced Continental style with eggs and sausage added. Room was clean and we had firework view and picked room online. It was very spacious.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I wish the pillows were a bit more firm, though. The room was nice, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows, however, did keep me from having a good night's rest.

What a wonderful experience, from the check in to room service it was fabulous! Randy, who delivered our food was very friendly! The maid staff would place my sons stuffed animals in places around the room, he had the best time finding them when we returned from Disneyland. The wait staff in the restaurant was always friendly and helpful! (Even though we just got the buffet! ) The room was always clean, and our neighbors extremely quiet! The cookies in check in were great and warm! The only thing I didn't experience was the pool! (We can't wait to visit again! Thank you for a great time! )

Excellent value here. We loved the breakfast and social hour perks. The pool, basketball court, putting green and arcade are also great. The hotel is relatively quiet as well. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

As a hh member I am pleased with the room stay. Of course the cookies are amazing. The elevator could use a litlle updating with thr chime and all but overall a good experience.

The food was plentiful and delicious. They served breakfast every day without stop and even dinner Mon-Fri. The dinners were a little lacking. More so a snack bar than an actual meal. The bright side was that not as many people were there as in the breakfasts. The breakfasts offered a larger variety of giant waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages to name a few. The staff, including the parking lot attendant, front desk, and meal-time servers, were all anxious to help. Anything from lotion, razors with cream, and the standard hot cocoa were all available upon request.

First and foremost they dont let you know that they dont take matercard gift cards until checkout, which means you have to place the charge on a credit card. Secondly tbey dont tell you that you have to pay for parking. Which is $18 a night. On top of all this all thier reservations are non refundable. Which means they will hold the room with the giftcard but will mot accept it when you check in. This makes no sense at all! Then proceeded to offer cookies yes cookies as gift. Really cookis, oh its get better the cookies have nuts. Hope your not allergic. Really didnt appreciate that at all. Worst of I could continue writing but im just so frustrated with them that this will be my last stay witb for a while!

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland! Easy block walk from the Toy Story parking lot, so when you're tired late at night you can bus back instead of walking. Cozy rooms with fridges and microwaves… and who doesn't like getting cookies when checking in?

This is my favorite hotel. This time around we stayed in a 2 bed 2 room suite. It was really nice however I prefer the one room suites because they have double sinks and seem to be larger. Either way this hotel is awesome. The front desk remembered my friends name when we went down to ask about the disneyland shuttle and that made us feel very welcomed. The ART shuttle that takes you to Disneyland stops right at the corner of their property which makes it very convenient to get to Disneyland. Since we were tete to go to Disneyland and California Adventures we arrived around 10a and wasn't sure if they'd let us check in since normal check-in is at 4 but they did with no hesitation! Highly recommended hotel :) Oh and who can forget the awesome chocolate chip walnut cookies?! Warm and amazing!

Rooms are well updated. Breakfest buffet is really good. Outdoor area kid friendly with miniature golf basketball court and a small arcade room. Heated pool with a kiddie pool was awesome. Staff will play disney movies on projector out by pool area. Staff very nice!

My husband and I have been staying at this brand new Homewood Suites in Anaheim@ Convention Center for the past 60 days (we have a few more days to go) because of his business in the Orange County area. I just feel like I need to write a review now. We have had nothing but the best of treatment from this hotel staff. They are all so kind. The rooms in this hotel are absolutely beautiful with great design! You have everything you need including a lot of channel choices on your suites 2 tv's (Direct TV). This is a major plus for us! Hotel is very quiet and in a great location to Disneyland, California Adventure, and with easy to get to very good restaurants all around. I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful stay this has been. The front desk manager Antonio has been the easiest person ever to deal with! What a plus for this new place. The top management (Keith and Ben) go out of their way to make sure your stay is going well. Housekeeping&Maintenance Depts are awesome as well. Parking is easy and we feel safe another plus! It is a home away from home. Such a nice place to stay for long or short term. For business or pleasure. You will NOT be disappointed.

We stay at this Doubletree when we visit Disneyland (you can buy bus tickets ($3 child, $5 adult) here for an easy ride to Disney, and you can use them for 5 days). It is very well maintained, and clearly well-managed. It's a very beautiful hotel. It is very clean everywhere you look, and it appears that much effort goes into making sure that everything stays beautiful. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. The hotel is ~1/2 mile from Disneyland, and is on Disneyland's list of recommended hotels. I highly recommend the hotel's restaurant. It offers great, high quality food with excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere. Parking is $16 per night (typical for the area). The pool and hot tub area is always clean and beautiful, as is the fitness room. The in-room coffee is very good. Beds are very comfortable, with nice bedding. Climate control works very well and quiet. There is no annoying air conditioner under the window, only a thermostat on the wall. I normally don't drink tap water, but the tap water here actually tastes good imho. Hint: You can find Sparkletts water in a water cooler in the fitness center. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I cannot find any reason for complaint, and I always leave feeling like it was a good value.

Lovely rooms with Bunk beds for the kids. Staff were very nice. Standard Breakfast buffet. Easy and safe walk to Disney, although you could probably finagle a lift on one of the Parking shuttle buses from next door.

Less than a mile from Disneyland. Comfy beds. We had a family suite, and the top bunk dint have a blanket, but the extra roll out bed did, which was weird. Kitchen was impressive, with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave, plus pots, pans, and dishes. Overall comfy. Breakfasts were only so so — good variety, but quality only medium.

I'm an Hilton Honors member with a 20 plus year relationship with the Hilton all over the world. I was told I had 20 minutes to leave or the police would be called. WHY? Because I 'offended' another guest's Grandfather when asked if I was from LA I said "To me LA stands for Lower Alabama" where I have family. She and I were having a light hearted conversation, her boyfriend was part of the conversation and her grandfather was nowhere to be seen. I never saw her speak to the front desk manger who moments before was listening to me complain about my treatment yet somehow he feels I insulted a lady with what was a meaninless quote from a song. I doubt the young lady was upset but even if she was HOW did I offend anyone's grandfather who wasn't even there and WHAT buisiness would that be of the Front desk manager? Lastly-HOW does that warrant ANYONE Hilton Honors Gold member or NOT having the police called? Is the answer I'm an African American the young lady and her boyfriend were both white? The Hilton has video and I'll be curious to see how the front desk manager will explain this.

Great hotel. Have stayed here many times when visiting Disneyland and each time have found it to be staffed by extremely friendly and attentive staff. The lobby area is always very clean and the rooms are as well. I have also enjoy the service is it the restaurant and found the quality of the food to be very good. As a frequent traveler I do recommend this property.

Brand new and one of my top five stays. Great from start to finish! Customer service was amazing; spent the time with a smile to find rooms for my family Great modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Room had a nice pull out sofa bed and appliances. Breakfast was more than your standard pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Plenty of room for large crowds and a true Buffett style layout. Gym larger then normal with golf, pool, and basketball court. Also 2 blocks from Disney land.! Would stay here again!

This hotel has awesome customer service, clean rooms with up-to-date decor, and good lighting. Also the room service and breakfast buffet are delicious! This hotel is near Disney so naturally you're going to have a lot of guests with children… which isn't my cup of tea, but I had an event to attend at this location so I didn't have much of a choice. Overall this is s great place to stay.
