I had the worst experience of my life there I would not recommend this place, not even my worst enemy. My room was broken into all our valuables were stolen and the hotel had the audacity to say that we left the door open and it’s our fault not theirs. Manager Joe what a joke, he was the worst person to deal with that night. I can go on and on on how I was treated. I’m still waiting to see what happened I want to see those cameras and I think it was hotel staff, they took my stuff. I will be contacting the police every day to see where they’re at and I will be talking to the hotel every day to see were they’re at. I will not just forget about it, we were violated they had a breach of security and they are not helping us. The only person that has helped in anyway was corporate Hyatt and the assistant general manager that came in the next day. They ruined what was supposed to be the happiest three days of Disneyland.

Very loud with street noise and other guests. I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you can go on very little sleep. Cars are constantly flying up and down the street and sirens at all hours of the night. The homeless population around the hotel is terrible and crime in the area is bad. Avoid if you can. Someone actually committed suicide in the parking lot next to the hotel while we were there. Nothing like a vacation with crime scene tape and sleep deprivation. The bar wasn’t even open even thought they advertise a fu bar and restaurant. Never again…

When we got up the next morning after checking out and paying our bill. An entire day later! They charged my bank account $1350! The charge was one already paid. When we call the hotel and the corporate office we were given the run around and told it was just pending! How does that help my family while vacationing? This hotel is one I will never stay in again. I don’t even think this is legally allowed yet they still have done it to me and mine!

I’ve stayed here twice now, both times have been great — the entire staff is friendly and accommodating — extra kudos to Devon at the front desk who took extra time and found us the room we wanted after arrival (couldn’t reserve any king beds online and checked in to a sold out hotel, but she found one that opened up and switched us out — and also got our friends some extra firm pillows they wanted) Will stay here again.

I'd still recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean. Just don't expect to get in your room early or even on time. No one was getting their room on time when we were there. They "compensated" with bar money, but then the housekeepers were hanging out by the bar at 4pm. So annoying. Plus, anytime I asked questions with the front desk, they were super unhelpful. So if your room is clean & you don't need to ask any questions, you're good here.

This is the best hotel in anaheim. The manager Bre is amazing, she remembered us from last year & took such great care of us our last two stays this year. Super clean and relaxing atmosphere, great breakfast. Staff is 5 stars. Can’t wait to come back… pics are of what we had waiting for us in our room after Bre heard about my mom’s medical issues. She’s the best!

Very clean and neat, Also the hotel let us checked in early and give us the room we wanted which is in the 5th floor and in the middle hallway. Friendly staff and close to Disneyland.

I stayed on business, but the hotel is obviously popular with families going to Disney. Adjoining rooms are available, mini fridge and microwave in the rooms and great free breakfast in the morning. The carpet didn't look great, but other than that, the room seemed clean the bed was comfy. Self park is in a garage under the hotel at $18/day. Starbucks and Walgreens share the surface parking lot, which I found very convenient! I would stay here again, especially for a family vacation.

Very good hotel. Very nice and spacious rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but after a few days a little repetitive. Elevators were very fast. Beds were surprisingly comfort too. Many reasonably priced restaurants across the street. About a 15 minute walk to the gates of Disney.

Very close to Disneyland, about a 15 min walk. Room was spacious enough for our family of three. Came with fridge and coffee maker. Free breakfast was included, but the hotel was very busy, so be prepared for a bit of chaos. Hotel parking is $18. Overall a very nice and convenient stay close to Disneyland. Starbucks, Walgreens and Blaze Pizza right next to hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here. It's a newer building with great amenities. No need for the shuttle to the park as your only about a 10 minute walk to the gates at Disney. The rooms were a great size, friendly and helpful staff and a great complementary breakfast. There are a number of restaurants in the area and right on the property is a drug store, pizza shop and a Starbucks.

Close enough to walk to Disney's free tram area of the parking lot. It comes every few minutes. Great staff, great food too and free nice hot breakfast buffet with cool unique egg "bowls" that differ each day. Stellar deal. We loved our suite.

Room size is Perfect for large family, separate living room and full kitchenette with stove top (includes pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates etc), microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink and an island with chairs and stools to enjoy our meal. My husband and my kids liked The complimentary hot breakfast. However, the Staff I dealt with wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. When We checked in, I found that they didn’t give me the room I originally booked. It should have been a bigger room with the kitchen and living room. She wanted me to pay extra to move to the bigger room, even when I show her me reservation confirmation indicating my booking is for the bigger room. After a lot of hassle, I ended up moving to the bigger room. It was a waste of time and not much help from this particular staff. But other than that, everything was good.

Beautiful hotel. Always had great parking. Walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Room was large. Couch and beds were comfortable. Would be a great room for long term stay.

I spent the night here on a summer Saturday. The rooms were nice and cold. Everything was modern decor and felt luxurious. The breakfast was also good. Scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages, waffles, mixed melons, apples, bananas, and porridge. For drinks they had fruit juices, milk, and coffee. Lots of seating in the breakfast area as well. I was there with a bunch of young single adults but the other hotel guests were mostly families.

This place was great! We loved staying here! Cheep price for a studio room. Since we got free complimentary breakfast we thought it wasn't going to be the best, but they totally blew us away (GREAT FOOD). If we ever go back to California we know we're we are going.

Pretty nice and clean that’s for sure family rooms are well tough out space is just perfect bunk beds is a plus kids love it and sliding doors in between the rooms looks nice the only thing I didn’t like is there’s only elevators in one side and had to walk almost a mile and a half to get to it.

Great property in the perfect location if visiting both Disneyland and the Convention Center! Full complimentary breakfast every day was also amazing! Rooms were roomy and clean. Property staff were professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to make your stay the best possible! Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a couple of days. Honestly we were surprised by many things. Firstly, the room is not a traditional hotel room. It is a condo with two beds. Huge space with all the amenities that you want in a home including a fully equipped kitchen. Second the staff there are very professional and go above and beyond. Not just in checking in and out, but when we checked in they asked us why we were in the city and we told them that we are here for a funeral. The staff were super sympathetic. And to our surprise after we came back from the funeral, they had left us a bag with some water, juice, and chocolates as well as a card expressing their sympathies. I have never expericed something as nice from a hotel and cannot wait to come back.

This hotel is very new, modern and clean. It's seems as though it was updated very recently. The rooms are nice, and everything is contemporary. The swimming pool and hot tub are are well maintained. The breakfast is incredible. One of the best I've ever had that is included with the room. The best part is if you're going to Disneyland, you are a short 10 minute walk away.

Hotel is new and clean. Staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. Morning breakfast is very good. Disneyland entrance is 2 long blocks away with plenty of places to eat nearby. The only complaint is that the shower head and water pressure needs work. It's one level from dripping. In all, we had a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The included breakfasts are why we will come back for sure! Saves you going out somewhere else, that will definitely take way more time for poorer quality food. Everything was well stocked for breakfast, hot and so tasty! The pool was a little cold, but the rooms were very nice and clean.

Correct establishment near the Convention Center.

Hyatt hotels are nice clean places, at least in my experience. The price seems to be capitalizing on the location to Disneyland. The overnight parking should be included with your stay. It is $18 dollars otherwise, which is just another way to nickle and dime you. The breakfasts were great though. Rooms clean and quiet. No issues with those aspects.

Perfect for a stay not far from Disneyland.

The rooms were nice. The pool was big and heated. The staff was helpful. The kitchens we're big and stocked with plates, cups and utensils. It is walking distance from Disneyland. I would stay with my family again.

Wonderful stay here. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. More than accommodating. It's about a 10 minute walk to Disney. Walgreen's is underneath the store, along with Starbucks, and our favorite Blaze Pizza. Great location, comfortable beds. We also went swimming with the kids a few times and really enjoyed it.

We were delighted to be awarded our Anaheim stay completely free of charge (promotional offer) — — — not sure if the dates being our birthdays had anything to do with it, but the Hyatt Gold Passport membership does indeed grant you all sorts of rewards worldwide, including free nights. They also had a "honeymoon couples" option (chocolates and drinks brought to your room), which I definitely opted for, given that it was our anniversary too, and they were kind enough to accommodate for our non-alcohol preferences. The Passport also allows you early check-ins and late checkouts, which were incredibly helpful for us because of our flight times. Our studio suite was even upgraded to a spacious family room. Here is my review of the Hyatt House at Anaheim Resort / Convention Center: PROS:
— Our House Host, Timmy is one of the most courteous, professional, and sophisticated hosts I've had the pleasure of interacting with.
— Nice, contemporary, cozy, spacious family room with full bathroom, fridge and microwave; a sliding door separates the main bedroom area from the kids' room with the modern bunk beds, living area and second TV set.
— Both the king bed and the bunk beds were incredibly comfortable, with great back support; fluffy pillows.
— Breakfast provided, reasonable selection.

They have been very accommodating, including letting us check in early (exception not the rule). Room is nice and beds are comfortable. Things in the room are a bit off though. Like refrigerator space is a little too small for it. The microwave sticks out and the faucet should stick further over the sink. Breakfast has been good and rhe employees are very friendly. Overall good experience.

We have loved our visit here! The staff has been so friendly and accommodating! It's a close walk to Disneyland and the breakfast is excellent. Our room sleeps our family of 6 very comfortably. Excellent hotel!

Excellent location — walking distance to food, restaraunts, drugstore, Disneyland, and more. Excellent service, friendly, helpful staff/employees. Loved having laundry facilities on my same floor! The rooms were clean, completely smoke-free, pleasant, comfortable in arrangement as well (we even had sturdy, safe bunk beds with a fold out sofa/bed, all separated from the Kingsize bed by sliding doors. ) My son & his family had a small kitchen! And it was quiet! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House Anaheim. Ivan, at the front desk, was wonderful, as was Tyler. Our room was extremely nice with a view of DCA. The hotel was convenient to the Disney parks, both walking and by bus. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to help with your needs. If there was one small negative, it was the complimentary breakfast had a bit to be desired, tho it served its purpose. Overall, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others.

As it's just a couple blocks from Disneyland, this location is perfect if that is your destination. The suites are spacious and full of nice amenities, like a kitchenette stocked with a small refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes and even a dishwasher to make cleanup a snap. The TV in my room was on a 360 swivel set in the partition separating the bedroom and living room area, so you could switch it between the two. The included breakfast buffet had items that changed from day to day, which made a multiple day trip even more palatable. All in all, I highly recommend this location.

We stayed for 4 nights. New hotel. Satisfying breakfast. Although many guests, the rooms were quiet. Laundry room on the fifth floor. Friendly staff. Easy walk to Disneyland. Will stay again.

The room was very nice and comfortable.
The pool is extremely nice and nice.
The Jaccuzi and all that is in good condition.
The attention is very good the location is of its strengths, we walked up to Disneyland and arrived very fast.
The atmosphere is always familiar a fairly clean hotel from the windows you can see the lights of the Disney fireworks The bad thing: The breakfast room is always slammed.

Rooms are nice. Staff has been great. Our room seemed like it would work great, bunk beds, a pull out and a king, but trying to add a. In a pack and play provided by the hotel made it feel significantly more cramped than it probably is. Location is fantastic if you are going to Disneyland. A little less than a 15 minute walk to the gate. Breakfast is outstanding.

This hotel is awesome. The price was reasonable, the room is clean and modern. It has plenty of space to relax. I love the TV options, just like home. The breakfast was delicious and I was able to prepare for my day. Great for us, it's walking distance from Disneyland!

Well what can I say… We loved this property couldn’t fault it at all. We stayed 11 nights in a kids suite with our 2 boys 11 & 8. Our room was very spacious and the kids had their own room with bunk beds and TV which gave them their own space. We even had a view of the fireworks from our room. Location was amazing 5 minutes walk to Disneyland. Subway, pizza shop and 7 eleven across the road as well has Walgreens and Starbucks underneath the hotel. Loved the self service laundry on level 5. Breakfast was great and just the right amount of food to start the day. The staff were great and very friendly and always happy. Next time we come back to Anaheim we will be staying here again. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thank you Hyatt House.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Disneyland, as it was close to the parks (15 minute walk). We stayed in one of the king bedrooms and everything was very nice and comfortable; there was even a whole couch set for lounging by the window. They don't offer room service, but we were able to get takeout from the on-site kitchen and it was pretty good. The free breakfast buffet was very nice too. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're planning on visiting the Disney parks!

Best free hotel breakfast. All the options, bacon sausage waffles, fresh fruit and all the traditional options. Room and bed were very comfortable. Location is great, hotel is in a nice area and quite close to Disneyland.

The rooms were super clean and big. Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks right outside the building too. Tyler at the desk helped us a ton with our room and the staff were very accommodating. The hot breakfast they serve have many items. Lots of seating for breakfast too. Lots of big parking spots are under the hotel too. I would recommend anyone in this area to stay at this hotel.

We LOVED staying here during our Disneyland stay. A short, safe walk to and from the park for us and our whole family. The hot tub was amazing on our tired legs. The breakfast is second to none! Will DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic hotel for our Disneyland trip! This place was perfect for us. Nice, big rooms and we could see the Disney fireworks from our room at night! It is an easy 10min walk to the park. So much more affordable than staying at the onsite hotels. I will stay here again. They have a complimentary breakfast every morning which was really good! Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and more. There is also a Walgreens next door to the hotel which was very convenient for grabbing waters, snacks and other essentials (wine! ). The hotel and the rooms were very clean. There was a cool little bar area in the lobby with a decent happy hour. Our family was there while Hurricane Harvey was crushing our home town on the Texas coast and we were forced to extend our trip by one day and the hotel staff was so accommodating and considerate.

Our family of five stayed for three nights while at Disneyland. We LOVED Hyatt House. Check in was easy, parking was easy (wide spaces! ), breakfast was easy (and yummy! ). The hotel was clean and quiet. The family suite could accommodate six, complete with a bunk bed and pull out couch. It also had nice amenities, including two TVs, a safe, fridge, and microwave. The ART bus stop was also very close. We usually stay at Hilton properties, and this hotel is FAR better than the Hilton Anaheim. We will definitely come again!

The Hyatt House in Anaheim is a great new hotel. It has the perfect location about 2 blocks from disneyland park. Walgreens is right below so if you need anything it's a short walk down. The rooms are nice and modern. The beds are comfortable. Pillows are too soft my head sinks into them. The pool is great with hot tub and pool bar open for drinks and ice cream. Towels always seem to run out but they are replenished fairly well. Front desk personnel are friendly and very accommodating especially when they over book and rooms are not ready to check into after a long tiring drive from sf. Great hotel overall!

This is a wonderful hotel. The service, staff and for me the most important cleanliness all awesome. Location to Disney perfect. Then toss in a very convenient morning breakfast and you've got a great stay. Property looks and feels new, very spacious feel.

Nice new extended stay hotel, within walking distance to Disneyland. Love the atmosphere. Amenities like pool, hot tub, and breakfast are great. However, parking is not free and there are not always enough spaces. 9/10, overall an awesome hotel, would recommend to anyone going to Disneyland.

I stayed here for one night because it was close to Disneyland. I didn't use any of the amenities. The breakfast buffet was quite good. It had regular scrambled eggs, spinach scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, French toast plus a whole bunch of cold cereal and pastries and coffee and drink bar. The room was a nice size. And fit 4 adults and 2 kids with no problem.

First impression is the hotel is nice and clean, service is friendly and the distance to the Disneyland park is good. Pros: clean hotel, good distance to park, pool is great but kinda shallow, hot tub is nice. Atmosphere is very enjoyable in the pool area and breakfast is amazing. Cons: the location of the entrance and exit are very odd, the shower is very bad as of barley giving off water. Pool closes at 10 PM… That's very off especially since there is no life gaurd to begin with. It should close at least at 2 AM. I'd stay at this hotel again in the future.

The location. It's excellent. It is new has pool with perfectly beautiful view you see the fireworks games of Disneyland. Everything is super clean their employees. Very friendly excellent services … I loved it and I return another vex.

We chose this place as is is within walking distance of Disneyland. Parking is good and below ground, it does cost! Walgreens is part of the facility which was helpful for some forgotten needs. The patio or 3 season room is nice and breakfast is helpful for cash flow. The facility is clean and cared for by a great staff. Good value all in all!

The hotel is clean and new. But my experience with the staff sucks. We had to pay $180 for parking for the lenghth of our stay just because we lost our free parking pass and made a mistake in paying at the machine before going out of the garage. We explained the situation but we were not heared and was hoping to get a refund after finding our free garage pass. Even their manager Timmy was no help. I hope Hyatt management will hear me amd make changes to their policy or else you will lose good paying customers. Their are a lot of hotels to choose from around Disneyland and if we chose your hotel its a privilege to you and should do your best to keep your customers coming back to your hotel.

Nice hotel but understaffed at front desk. Our room wasn't ready for us to check in at 5pm. The breakfast doesn't have the omelette bar like the website says. But overall nice pool, fitness room, breakfast was good even w/o omelette bar and room was really nice and fairly quiet. 15 min walk to Disneyland.

The only bad thing is that there is homeless at the truck stop on the way to Disney, you must go through there perforce.

The rooms at Hyatt House are spectacular! We had one of the family sweets which included a separate room with a bunk bed for our boys. Their swimming pool was very nice, with complimentary pool toys for kids to play with. Our stay also included a breakfast buffet, which was better than many restaurants.

Great stay! The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff there were quick to take away any plates. Food was always fresh and place was very clean. Yes, it's the same food daily but there was a great assortment. Room was cleaned daily and staff did a great job. Towels and everything were stocked correctly each day. Air conditioning was situated in two spots in the room and were in great spots that we didn't have hot cold issues in the room. No issues with noise except the last two nights but that was not hotels issue and it wasn't enough for us to care. Just a little bit of noise from another room. Design of the king + bunk bed with French doors is so good because we had a baby that needed to nap and sleep earlier than us so we were able to close the doors and just hang out in the other half of the room. Pool and hot tub on the second floor was very clean. It was never busy. Yes we would definitely Stay again.

Good distance to Disneyland.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are lovely. Our room featured a kitchenette, and a large tub/shower. They have a swimming pool and hot tub, which my husband and kids loved. Our windows even looked over the pool area so that I could watch from the room. The breakfast area was well tended. The breakfast was pretty standard buffet style, but the dining room was huge, and really great for people watching.

As a family of 4 we were fortunate to stay three nights at Hyatt House. The staff, amenities and location were awesome. The breakfast was generous and met the needs of our family. All of us were able to meet our tastes and breakfast favorites. We have stayed at plenty of local hotels and motels while visiting the park in the past, this was the most quiet, peaceful and best sleep I've had from home ever. The rooms are new and the ventilation system is great in keeping the air fresh and clean. The breakfast wait staff was friendly, efficient and quick to serve. The food options were bountiful and on point. The pool and spa deck were beautiful, clean and well stocked with towels. We will happily return to Hyatt House for future visits. If I could make one suggestion it would be for a shuttle to the park at least as an option.
