Really well run! The parking costs a fortune (thus the one star off). Only venue I know that has so much parking for the vendors. The place is walkable (if you're relatively fit) to many hotels and restaurants, literally across the street from Disneyland. The back parking lot is a bit hard to find, but once you know it's very easy to get there. It's HUGE, so be prepared for getting lost during the convention!

Excellent facility. Spacious and convenient in the heart of Anaheim. Very nice building and well manicured grounds. Nice just to walk around when taking a break from the conference.

Convention center was great. It's hard to tell who was staff for our conference or staff for the center or who was rented out. But overall conference location was great. Good AV equipment and quality. Clean everywhere and good snacks brought out between sessions. Very friendly wait staff when we ate meals there.

The place for all kinds of international events. 2018 NAMM show did not disappoint. It was at the level of major previous editions. Many manufacturers and the new professional audio sector that really impacted. What will they do for the 2019?

A huge and wonderful convention center just 30 minutes from Hollywood. In this place is made among other things the NAMM every year. An ideal place to travel in exhibitions and conventions, with two hotels very close as the Hilton and Marriot. Maybe the bad thing is that the parking delmprediones excessively expensive but you can leave the car in the vicinity.

This place was so much fun. They have phone charging stations all over the place. There is a good amount of staff members who are always eager to help. I will definitely be going back to the Anaheim Convention Center.

Always excellent organization.

I went for American Wind Energy Association last May. Once I got the hang of the center and the surrounding area, I was good. The place is massive and it's easy to get lost on your first visit there. The exterior is beautiful! I don't think the convention center can do much about this, but I'd love to see more easily accessible and affordable options in the surrounding area. Not all of us want to wait an hour for an hour (or more) dinner at a busy restaurant after a full day on the convention center floor.

State of the art convention center. I have gone to around a dozen different events here and have so many good things to say. The Wi-Fi is lightning fast and the facility is meticulously maintained and so clean. It is a very large venue so make sure you wear something comfortable for walking around in all day as I usually cover some distance there.

Came here for Expo West and had a great time. Nice clean, modern facilities. Looking forward to next year!

Over the course of my life I’ve attended quite a few different conventions and expos and the Anaheim convention center is honestly one of my favorites. Anaheim is a great city just outside of Los Angeles and the convention center is located very centrally to downtown and Disney, as well as a multitude of hotels. The only complaint I hear is that parking can sometimes be a pain, so my suggestion is staying at one of the many nearby hotels that are within walking distance and just walking over – You’re in southern California already might as well enjoy the beautiful weather!

I am a regular at the Anaheim Convention center (as well as many other convention centers), and this is one of my favorite places to go for expos. First of all it’s a very modern facility compared to others across the country and the strong Wi-Fi network make it easy to stay connected while you network and showcase products. I always make sure I stay at a hotel that is close enough to walk from as parking can be a beast!

So, the venue itself is nice. We went to the 2018 Cookie Con. However, parking was a nightmare. No left turns into the convention center. You had to take a u-turn at West. Then the parking entrance wasn't marked at all. We missed it the first time because it looked blocked off. Had to go all the way around. Venue-wise, very clean and spacious. Lots of helpful people working the area. Good handicap access.

Execelente, Wi-Fi support 5000 users without problem.

Spent a week here for my company national convention. I found ALL the staff to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Despite working in mostly service positions they seemed to genuinely like their jobs! The facility itself was CLEAN and in excellent repair. Overnight clean-up was evident, despite ongoing construction.

I have attended quite a few events here and have always found the facility to be very clean, easy to navigate and well run in general. Staff aren't always the friendliest but decent enough and never unpleasant or unprofessional. Food has definitely improved over the years… I don't think the pricing is too bad, but they don't offer enough options for people with dietary restrictions considering every event I have attended has prohibited outside food.

I love the space of the convention center. Food is overpriced and not good. Most of the security guards are pleasant. There can be some that are a little rude as some think we understand how their little exit strategy works. Demonstrate a little more patience.

This venue has all of the amenities necessary to house any large event. The facility is clean and maintained by very friendly staff, there is ample parking with options close by, and many hotels within walking distance. I attended an event here while there were two other very large groups using the facility and there was no problem.

Very nice convention! Clean & neat the restroom well maintained. The atmosphere is soothing the only problem is traffic gets hectic. You have trouble parking or getting through traffic other than that everything is great.

It was well kept up, clean enough. We were able to move around with no problem. Security could have been a little more on the ball.

Great place for events. I’ve worked here and attended shows. Both times the convention center staff has been nice. Lots of parking too.

Fun to visit as always. Food court across the way under the Hilton serves good food.

Excellent location Home to the most important event of the music industry, NAMM Show!

Huge convention center took me about 3 hours to browse thru most of the cars in the oc auto show. What I liked was that you where able to check out most cars inside. I think the oc auto show is mostly for people who are looking to purchase a new car and what’s great about it is that you can compare all the auto makers.

Anyone in the market for a new vehicle should check out the O. C. Auto Show in Anaheim. Even if you are not ready to buy anything, you can still have a good time here. All the major auto makers are represented here and you can test drive everything from small cars to large SUV'S to full size pick-up trucks. This is not just for guys. I am always amazed by how many families I see here every year. The kids love to climb all over the new cars and trucks and there are plenty of activities for children. This is a good place to check out what is available now as well as what is up-coming in the future. Bring the kids. This is fun for the whole family.

Nice but with those angels so ugly they put disfrasaron the place.

It was nice to be there. NAMM 2017. Our first experience but we hope to be back soon.

In 2016, the event called EDUCAUSE, which brought together the directors of information technology of the institutions of higher education in the world, was held in this place.

Perfect place for a Convention. FBLA goes there every 4 years and we are grateful to be part of that Convention. Is a very nice place and close to restaurants, and walking distance to all types of hotels. I love it every time I had the opportunity to go.

Great convention center. I like that it's pretty much under one roof. Whenever I go here I usually end up parking in the Disney lot across the street. It's about as convenient as the convention center structures with regards to walking distance.

In a Taxi? Ask the driver to drop you off at the Hilton Anaheim directly in front of the Convention center. Then pull all the way to the end of the drop off where the driver needs to turn around. The convention center and the grounds around it are awesome. But they need to create a dedicated taxi drop-off. Also the escalators are often blocked off or turned off.

Here we make the annual conventions called Natural products Expo West. Very well located although Anaheim is staying something small for such a big fair.

A wannabe Middleclass luxury hotel that fails on many levels! Rooms are unconfortable, confusing Hotel layout and the Absolute WORST Wi-Fi I had to deal with in my life! It takes ages to connect and when you are finally in it is slower then a retirement home on a Marathon! The pool is nice tho! :)

Fourth big air conditioning not cooled too much during the day.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the pool and the individuals working at the front desk. The outlets in the room burnt out my phone charger, ive had to call 4 times each day just to get towels, and I had bugs in my room when we checked in. If youre looking for a room thats close to disney and dont care about the condition then this is your place. If you wanna sleep in a clean room then go elsewhere.

Staff is friendly enough. Room could have been cleanser, and it had a smell to it (I said cleaner gf said cat pee). Plumbing is noisy. There is also an emergency station fire/amulance nearby and can be noisy. But noise come with the area. Does have a very nice swimming pool and hot tub area.

If I could rate less than a 1 I would. If you are looking for an overpriced room where you are able to find dried blood on the comforter… leftover grapes in the corner of the room… no hot water and a rude front desk staff this is the place for you. When I spoke with the manager regarding our concerns she stated that cleanliness was their number 1 priority. Words are just that… words. How about acting upon what you state? Also, for my inconvenience, she told me they would credit my account $40.00. They failed to do this as well. We bring a large group to Disney every year to perform and the convenience of this hotel across the street has been a bonus but I would rather stay down the street and pay for a hotel where they take care of customer needs instead of the standard… we are sorry. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this one folks.

Poor poor. First of all don't walk around in your room barefoot. The carpets are filthy nasty. There is no complimentary breakfast. No free Wi-Fi. The rooms are stinky smelling. The TV is from the 1990's. Parking sucks. We had people trying to open our door in the middle of the night. You either have to freeze or sweat because of the air conditioner. The shower and bathroom area was very dirty. Our towels had stains on them. Very disappointed with the experience of our stay. You would think with all the Disney attracting visitors the hotel would do a better job with providing it's customers with a much better place to rest their heads. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to our stay. Oh, the pool is nice but that's it!

The distance from Disneyland was fine, it was the hotel itself that wasn't very good. Firstly, when we first go into our room it smelled of marijuana. Secondly we walked into the bathroom and it had human excrement in the toilet bowl. The beds were too short that my legs hung over the bed, I am only 5'7. The door and door frame were far enough apart that we could see out the crack to the outside as others passed by. We didn't spend much time there but it just was not a great hotel, and especially not for the price.

Here is the bottom line, we paid $89 a night for a room at Anaheim Plaza Hotel and suites. At that price, you simply can't beat that deal. Yes it's a old hotel but a legit 10 min door to door Disneyland walk. People who complain about this hotel should spend more money to book a hotel to their standards.

The property could use some TLC. But since it's primarily a place to sleep, and not a destination in it's own right, it can let some cosmetic maintenace slide. Rooms are big, which is nice, but the bathrooms are tiny. The inability to split room payments to more than one credit card is a major drawback (they can only split payment between cash and only ONE credit card per room). Overall they're one of my two "go to" places to stay when at Disneyland and on a strict budget.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but you can't beat the price and the staff is friendly. Plus the walk to the front gate at Disneyland is super convenient!

The hotel is nice the beds are soft they have a pool there is some walking especially if you are on the second floor it is hard if you have back pain just like my grandma there is a very big piano and I like to play a piano so that is good and they have a bar tender They give you a map so you can see everything on the hotel once you have the map you will find everything you need and they will circle the room you are staying in and a complaint I have is the TV is not good it is like an old TV, the air conditioner works great my mom and I love our bed cold, the sheet for the bed are not great they make my mom and I ich so for the car ride maybe pack a blanket big and soft enough for you to lay on, the walk to Disneyland isn't far it is really close, when you are bored and have nothing to do if you walk down towards were Disneyland is you find lots of restaurants and places you can relax eat and well do mostly what ever you want there they even have a icecream store but at of all that enjoy your stay at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel & Suities enjoy your stay.

Only four stars because I have not finished my stay here, I have two more nights. After I booked my reservation I started second guessing myself. I am happpy I did not change my reservation. Jose checked us in last night and he was so friendly and outgoing! Yes, the hotel is dated, but the bathroom was really clean. Yes, the bedspreads are dated, but the sheets were very clean, yes the furnishings are dated, but the room itself is clean. I am spending my time in Disneyland (which by-the-way, is very close and walking was really easy) so I don't need a luxury suite. Our balcony looks over a lawn/garden area and we can see the pool. We have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Ugly, dirty, 1950s without renovation. Unfriendly service. They will not bring you or borrow a corkscrew. They think The guests willl steal their corkscrew. Worn old towels. Rooms stinking with chemicals. Corridors stinking of cigarettes. Needs to be torn down and give place to a new hotel. The location is great. That is the only good thing about it.

I love the location of this hotel, close enough to Disneyland that you can walk to and from the park several times a day! All of the fancy restaurants and the Garden Walk are close by too! The pool is amazing, it's hard to find a pool with a 12 fit deep end these days, and the Anaheim Plaza Inn is the only place around Disneyland with one! The rooms are clean, and nice. There is no free Wi-Fi, the only weakness of this fine establishment.

THe front desk staff were rude, 1st sentence. They have a Time share marketer right in the lobby that pretends to be a hotel employee giving away already free coupon books. The shill is also giving away free stays at another Hotel. This is the very first sign that you have crossed over into the twilight zone. The air conditioner controls are covered in labels written in sharpie to tell you hot/cold:Low/High. The water is foul. I actually bought bottled water to brush my teeth. There is a smell to the water. The refrigerator reeks. The TV is a CRT, which is a minor complaint, but this is the most expensive hotel I have stayed at on Harbor BLVD. I changed to the Del Sol, the second one room became available. The place is dated, and its unsafe. The parking lot has multiple entrances and no real security. They don't offer breakfast. There is no ice machine? I have no ice bucket in the room and no map shows an ice machine. Isnt that just something that should be at every hotel on earth? Really Really not happy here. I have stayed at Del Sol, Tropicanna INn, Desert inn and suites, Park Vue, all MUCH better hotels and experiences.

Very disgusting room! When I went to the front desk, she asked me the method of payment and I said I will pay with credit card when I check out! The she said, I need the credit card to see it anyways! And I said ok! But she never told me she was going to charge it then! She gave me the keys to the hotel room, and when I checked my bank status on my I phone, I noticed they charged me the three nights and I haven't even use one night yet! I called the front desk and she was very rude! And she told me that's the way we do business here! The quoted me the first two nights at 80 dlls per night, and the third at 107 because is a weekend she stated! They charged me 17% on top which I think is way too much! I called front desk again one I told her if I don't get the third night at the same price I will cancel, she didn't try to hold me in but Instead she stated, do you want me to Cancel right now or should we wait until tomorrow? Very rude! I will never come back and I won't recommend this place to anyone! Very filthy old fashion, stinks a lot! And customer service is horrible! Room is filthy and we spend 3 nights and couldn't cancel! Restroom is disgusting and for taking a bath we think twice cause shower head was so disgusting with a layer of grease filth from human body! We couldn't sleep any night! AC didn't work and was a lot of noise! We will Never come back! -10 stars negative! Save yourself a big headache! Price isn't everything in hotels!

Staff was nice, room was clean & descent but the shower needs upgrading like water pressure, tub felt like was coming apart & water temperature wasn't consistent would go from really cold to really hot while taking a shower and water doesn't drain right away.

From the moment I stepped in to the lobby, I loved it. It's right across the street from Disneyland and the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. They also offer discounted Disneyland tickets to their guests. I totally recommend this hotel and the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because of they don't have enough electrical outlets. Other than that, I will definitely stay here every time I come to Disneyland!

Rooms nice, unlike motel 6 where the internet is free here comes 10 dlrs per 24 hrs but all in all very good.

Anaheim plaza hotel and suites is my favorite hotel in California it is very close to disney land and is merged with mi casita grill, an all you can eat breakfast buffet and and restaurant. The rooms are nice and come with a mini fridge, a microwave, a TV and a safe for keeping personal belongings safe.

Nice room with a great little balcony area. The beds arent very comfortable however I spend as much time at disneyland as possible so I fell asleep just fine anyways.

MAIDS ARE THEIVES! ROOM DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! The maid stole souvenirs from our room and then used our car keys to empty out our car. $600 in items stolen. The front desk manager stated they have no security cameras and that the maid was the only person who was in our room. She stated the maid was "too nice to steal and does not know how to use car keys to unlock a car". Ummm right. She stated it "must have been a professional". She stated she would not help us in any way so we have filed a report with Anaheim Police Department. Aside from this our room was so dirty and disgusting. Hair from a previous person was all over the bathroom counter which was STILL there when we left, the coffee maker and ice bucket were covered in filth, cobwebs all over ceiling, carpet and tiles were filthy, cabinets on entertainment center were broken and falling off, TV did not work, plus the whole property looked like it was stuck in the 70's and NEVER cleaned. We will NEVER return here and NEVER recommend to anyone. To top it off the staff was rude.

They charge for everything! Service was OK. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. If that's not important for you, then steer clear.

I wish there was negative stars — I would have given (-) 5*. Except for the location-thats is good. The rooms stick, carpet is sticky, old, not maintained, smells. The bathroom plumbing is miserable — clogged drains. Each day we had to call engineer & housekeeping to clear drain and clean shower tub after bath. No one paid attention to complaints. The room & bathroom looks like never been renovated since 15 years. I will never dare to go again, not recommend anyone.

We've stayed here numerous times because of it's proximity. The rooms are large enough, and they have always accommodated our requests for family suites. It is clean. Yes, it is dated, and dark which made us opt for the neighboring castle hotel place one time, but we quickly realized the error in our ways and went back for our next visits. You could get nicer rooms for the same price further down the road, but for the option of going back to the hotel in the middle of the day for my cranky 2 year old's nap without having to deal with the tram/bus rush, it will do.

Location and cost seemed ideal for our trip to Disneyland. I took my brother to Disneyland for his birthday this weekend for his first visit to Disneyland. Needless to say, it was definitely a weekend of firsts… We stayed overnight Thursday and when we woke up and started to get ready for our day, my sister stepped on a big "bug" and jumped back. She then pointed out another similar "bug" crawling closer to the bathroom door. We immediately identified the two insects as cockroaches, both over an inch long! Unfortunately, the one near the bathroom made it under the door and my little brother came out screaming and crying. I felt so bad because there was nothing I could do but smash and kill the roaches. I called the front desk around 7am and they told me I had to speak with the manager who wasn't scheduled to be in until 8am. In the meantime, we shook out all of the clothes in our bags and loaded all of our stuff in the car because there was NO WAY I was going to put all of us through another event like that. I called back again around 8:45am and the manager still wasn't in. Since we had plans to go to the park, we stuck to them and I was able to get ahold of the manager around noon. The best they could do was move us to a different room and discount me $23.25 for the first of three nights we stayed there and move us to a room upstairs that had a slightly bigger vanity. Will I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

While the room is nice and clean. DO NOT trust the staff!. The major advantage of the place is that it is relatively inexpensive and close to the park. But we have been to this hotel twice and had items stolen from our room both times by staff. We are going again because of the price but have requested that no staff come in the room unless I am there and make sure you leave items and take pictures or remember where things are just in case.

A small simple whose best attribute is to be crossing the street to Disneyland, but nothing cheap, does not include the internet, and no frills.

Staff nothing trained I did a cancellation by phone and they were sending me the code of cancellation did not and charged me speak with the manager and he refused to help me pesimoooooooo service, also!

This hotel is amazing for the price. The pool is huge and so are the rooms. Was very pleased with our room set up. We were on the far end of the facility but never felt like it was an inconvenience. The restaurant in the hotel is good as well. Love the happy hour tacos. Happy hour is 5-8 pm. Would love to stay here again.

Did you spent most of your money on Disneyland tickets and need a cheap place to stay? Than this hotel is for you! I stayed there for the 4th of July weekend with my 4 year old toddler. The place is literally across the street from Disneyland. It's a little outdated, but you get what you paid for. The hotel does have a small safe were you can keep your valuables. It also includes a microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and TV. It was very clean, spacious and well kept. The staff let us check in early so that was nice. We did try the small Mexican restaurant by the lobby, it wasn't that great but kids under 9 eat free. There's also a bunch of nicer restaurants nearby you can easily walk to. They do have a good sized pool we enjoyed our last day.

We stayed there a week and it was a great experience, the rooms were kept clean and the staff were present. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Will stay there again.

I prefer motel rooms that are functional and clean, they are not my destination. So while attending a conference in Anaheim this is where we stayed, the hotel amenities are really nice and each room has a patio facing a nicely landscaped garden, My husband and daughter enjoyed a relaxing swim in the huge pool and later we enjoyed dinner in the onsite restaurant, the room was comfortable with a fridge, coffee maker and desk, also we had a roll away bed available.

Bad experience, the rooms smell old and a lot of cigar; you can't sleep the whole night as you listen to what do the other rooms.

Stayed here twice they need a major upgrade but its good walking distance to dsienyland and DCA.

Know what you're getting into and it's great. You don't get the ritz and glamour of a Disney Hotel or other 4+ star hotels in the area. What you get is clean rooms, friendly staff, unbeatable prices and a good room. Yes the hotel is outdated but, that really isn't a big deal when you just need to for rest/sleep and most your day is spent in Disney. I've stayed here 4-5 times in the last couple years and never had any problems. My only real complaint is you have to pay for Wifi.

Horrible experience! noisy air conditioners! lost and found personnel not available for days! left my kindle in the room on tuesday morning. Called later that day to check and no one returned my call. When I called again after 6, was told to call on Wednesday morning at 8 a. M. No one responded until Thursday! Their excuse was that the lost and found person wasn't in. In fact, that person is not even scheduled every day and no one else takes on that role! Meanwhile, staff is aware that lost and found staff are only in on certain days! What a great opportunity on those days for theft! There are no safes in the rooms. There are systemic communication problems with this hotel. EXCUSES, EXCUSE, EXCUSES! Action to check on the status of the kindle was too little and way too late! This hotel is now more of a 1 STAR than a 2.

$90 through Expedia. Location is a 8 minute walk to the park gates. Where's the power? The desk and night stand were absent of any kind of wall outlet. No fancy outlet in the lamp and nothing behind the desk. Had to move some furniture around so I could be on the laptop and see the TV at the same time. Had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice but they were just thrown in against the wall, no fancy coverings or counter tops around them. This is a 2 star hotel in a 4 star location so splitting the difference at 3.

Recommended by a friend and walking distance to the entrance of Disneyland. This hotel lacks customer service, the clerks behind the desk acted like drones and were not super helpful. We did upgrade our room but not sure what we upgraded too because we were in the very back corner of the property. The pool hours are short and made it hard to use if you are going to Disneyland for the day. The exterior is outdated. The room was cleaned daily by staff and I was impressed by that (so I tipped them accordingly), water pressure horrible for showers. Televisions are very outdated. Did have a microwave and mini-fridge. The restaurant had horrible ratings so we did not eat there. $5.00 do a load of laundry. ($2.50 wash, $2.50 dry). When I go again, I personally will look at other properties close by as these seem to look better cosmetically and probably provide better customer service.

The place is a dirty and stuck in 1960's took 2 days to get my TV changed out from black and white. i got charge 2x my original rate for 1 extending 1 extra night. There are plenty of places that are closer that are nicer than this place. Beware of what you sign.
