I went to book a room at the Ocean Shores location and called to inform them I would be arriving with a service dog. I was treated like a liar trying to smuggle a dog in and I was told over and over by the manager how all I was bringing was a pet and people always claim they have service dogs and all they do is Crap on their floors and if my pet destroys their room I will be charged … Needless to say your company did not get my registration and your lucky I am not contacting my Attorney. What your night manager did last night was against the law and I feel very disrespected.

While visiting Alabama with some friends & I booked a room at the Days Inn motel. The first room the lady assigned us was 336. We went to the room, unlocked the door & THERE WERE PEOPLE STILL IN THE ROOM! Awkward. She gave us new keys to a new room, 326. First try, the door wouldn’t unlock. We had to make another trip down the 3 flights of stairs to get our keys reactivated. Once we finally got into the room, we were immediately disturbed by the strong smell of moth balls. We then noticed that our door frame was damaged. Looked like someone had previously broken in. We also noticed stains and burns on the bed comforter. While walking out of the room, we were struck by the intense smell of a neighbor smoking marijuana. The people at the front desk argued that the room we were staying at was, and I quote, “a nice room! ” She offered to get us into another room, but if she thought that was a nice room, I’d hate to see another one. She refused to give me a refund so I have contacted corporate. Everyone, please save yourself the stress & money & DO NOT stay at this motel.

Good price! Check in before night staff arrives if you like people with personality. Chris was a big help when I stayed in Sedona for my Maternity Photos. Heade sure my room had a view and that my friends/photographer was not far away from my room. Love the in room jacuzzi. Water kinda smelled when you turned on the jetstreams, but it fit me and my fiance nicely together. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This is a nice hotel just outside Sedona. Walking distance to lots of places to eat, drink and get coffee and a 24 hour mini mart next door for snacks and stuff. Room was fine, had a jacuzzi tub which was great after hiking! Water never really got cold in the shower, which would have been nice since it was 100+ degrees out. Staff was helpful and nice, they sell Red Rock passes for hiking right there. Pool is not fancy but it was clean. Breakfast was basic but good, able to fuel ouselves for hiking without costing much time. Short drive to town. Would stay here again.

Clearly modern hotel, rooms had a great smell and were in tip top shape. Great view of Sedona in a good location to visit the shops and restaurants. The lady at the front desk (blue tipped hair) was beyond helpful and downright delightful and suggested some fantastic places to visit!

Great indoor pool wish it had been outside though!

Excellent customer service. Clean rooms. Best rates for miles. It's a few miles away from downtown Sedona, but there are still some good views to be seen from the rooms. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but it was exactly what was advertised, so no complaints here. There's also a clean, heated pool. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good deal in the Sedona area.

Cozy, clean. Very attentive staff, knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. Heated pool, jacuzzi rooms and very convenient, just a 6 mike drive from Sedona. Close to Bell Rock and many other trailheads. Red Rock passes sold here, for use at all trailhead parking areas. Great breakfast included in the room rate. Staff available 24 hours a day.

Clean & cozy. Friendly staff, everyone had a smile. Rooms have a mini fridge & microwave. Great location, easy to find and nice views. Watched 'Dunkirk' on HBO, too. Breakfast is included and offered a nice selection of items.

I've never been to a hotel that doesn't have cold water on the faucet. Breakfast was pretty good. The cookies at check in we're good.

The room was clean and quiet. However, it needed some repair — pealing wallpaper in the bathroom and several wall areas that need patching. The breakfast was okay but not very tasty. It was adequate but not what I expected from a Wyndham Hotel. The major reason for the low rating is that on our third day there there was about $800.00 worth of jewelry missing from our room.

This Hotel is Magical and has amazing loving staff and management. They provide more than what you need and even have cookies in the lobby lol. It is super clean, very good breakfast daily, very comfortable beds, clean showers and sinks, friendly guests from all over the globe, next to Wendy's restaurant, Subway, Gas station, and 3 minute walk to Bell Rock Vortex trail. It's across the street from an amazing psychic/medium/crystal shop and restaurants. Close to banks, shopping, and lots of food options. It's good pricing and in the perfect area where it's fairly private and quiet. This place deserves 5 stars, whoever had a problem with this place can comment on this and attempt to make me understand why they rated below 5 stars. Thank you.

Nice and clean, pool with excellent temperature, very friendly staff, but no egg at breakfast.

Bed was comfortable service was great. Karlie @ front desk is Professional she new what places had great food Prego & Maria's across the st. Food was excellent! Also room was clean. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Everything is close too. They have a nice pool too. I have been going there since 2000 & the people they have working there now are the best employees I've ever seen there!

I stayed here with my family for 4 nights on our trip to Sedona. The location is excellent an close to Bell Rock and the shops. The room felt like it was definitely in need of an update and the bed sheats had someones makeup stains on them. Other than that it was a great stay the hotel allowed us to check in early. But it was definitely lacking in cleanliness.

After a long day of hiking Barbra checked us in. She was an absolute pleasure she recommended where to watch the sunset, have dinner and even talked us into a second night. With so many places to choose from her attitude and kindness sets this place apart. We have a room with a Red Rock veiw and Jacuzzi tub. Room is clean and smells great.

I give 5 stars for the view. I like we got a room on the north side of hotel facing quite a bit of red rock. Had a king with jacuzzi room. It did include a small microwave fridge and coffee pot. Room was clean. Breakfast was poor to me because no eggs no sausage. It did have waffles and biscuits and gravy but gravy was pretty bad, and while filling up a juice cup saw a bowl of the gravy just sitting out next to thefridge. If you can get by on apples oranges and cereal its not bad. The jacuzzi was on the smaller side but got my wife and I in and was comfortable and a nice addition after hiking to some of the local vortex's.

Great hotel with nice amenities. The staff was friendly and willing to help and accommodate us. Free breakfast and fridge in the room made our stay great. Sounds like they are planning on doing some renovations, but the hotel looks nice as is. Overall a great and affordable place to stay in Oak Creek Village.

Rooms, beds, and heated pool were all nice. Location was great. Fair price. Breakfast could be better.

Great views and big Jacuzzi tub in some rooms which I would say is very nice ;-). Good prices for being so close to Sedona.

Overall it is a really great value, especially for the area! The staff was very friendly and there are several good restaurants nearby. My only critique was that the breakfast selection could have been better and the rooms were a bit outdated.

Nice room, good continental breakfast, great coffee. Housekeeping very efficient. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and in good repair. Not a trace of cigarettes smell. A pancake breakfast self serve was available in the morning. The view is limited but was delightful mostly to the frontage.

Friendly staff, very modern and affordable, very happy with quality. Even let us swim after hours. Compliment Breakfast in morning, Wi-Fi, Recommended.

Kokopelli Inn Sedona, thank you for taking care of my widowed niece and her family when their car broke down today. As a single mom she works very hard to provide her family with a little down time every now and then and you made a really bad day much better than it could have been. Good to know there are still compassionate business people in this country! My next trip up will include a stay with you!

Very happy with our stay here! Prepaid for our room and when we checked in, we got an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room for no extra charge! Lady at the front desk was very happy, polite and helpful! Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Perfect place for a stay in Sedona Red Rock. Near the most beautiful spots, away from the crowd. Great room (incl jacuzzi), perfect bed. Average breakfast, not very cosy breakfast room. Helpful staff.

If I could give half a star I would. We made our appointment over a month in advance and I have my Medical Alert Service Dog. We were told they have a STRICT NO PET policy more than once. We arguing with them my Service Dog is NOT a pet she's my life line. Well with a few back and forth she's NOT A PET we stayed 1 night. Thank goodness we got a call of a emergency back home cause we DID NOT feel comfortable staying there the way we were treated. Ty he lady behind the counter wasn't quiet about talking to us at all. We will NOT stay there again.

Very nice place, the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom while clean could use some updates. Breakfast was sufficient, cereal, egg and cheese omelets, bagels, toast, biscuits and gravy, perfect for our family! Great value and will definitely stay there next time we head up to stunningly beautiful Sedona!

Just driving looking for a place to stay 6 pm turned into Days Inn the young man at front desk was very nice room was very clean bathroom needed some updating breakfast was good. Price was fantastic for Sedona area. We would stay there again.

Was a fantastic location, Very nice and knowledgeable staff, went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed how friendly everyone who worked here was. Hospitality I have never encountered in CA hotels. I can't wait to go back.

Nice room, really warm. Only complaint is that the toilet wouldn't flush after 2 uses.

Great place for when you're on a budget! We slept four girls in one room and we're comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating at all hours and I just had the loveliest weekend. I'll definitely be back!

The girl at the front desk was very unprofessional and was visibly annoyed by our presence. It appeared she was on a break as she was reading a magazine and looked up at us as though we were infringing on her time. She remained seated and informed us that check in was at 4:30 even though we had verified the day before that we could check in around noon. We were then supposed to wait around for 4 hours. She didn't even bother to look or even pretend to look to see if a room was ready. I am disabled and was needing to lay down after riding in the car with my daughter and my grandchildren ages 5 and 13. We called and was able to get room at a different Days Inn where the staff was friendly and professional and we were able to check in well before 4. Very thankful.

The front desk lady gave me a discount because my car broke down. I'm really grateful for her. The hotel wasn't the cleanest or the dirtiest, but I did spot a few dead cockroaches (outside our door). The carpet was a little dirty, our daughter crawled around and her legs were black. The breakfast was pretty good, they had some hot food, but pretty standard. I didn't go swimming but the pool seemed clean.

Rooms were clean and staff hospitable. Would stay here again, just wish they allowed pets as we normally travel with our dog.

This hotel was fine. The problem is with "us. " If we go through a booking agent instead of calling the hotel directly to book a room then the front desk agents are the ones who get in trouble because they experience our stress. They don't deserve it. Let's start booking our hotel rooms through the hotel and then within a couple of years all of these third-party booking agencies that "we all use" will be out of business. They aren't concerned with anything in regards to if there is a room available or the quality, age or amenities of the hotel itself. As long as they get us booked in "through a third party agency" then they're happy because they're making money. The pool is not heated. Let's consciously think & make different decisions, which will be better for us and "our vacation. "

It was a nice place to stop over at. It does the job if your stopping over to Grand Canyon or Sedona! Clean and very friendly.

We got into Sedona early, around noon. I wasn't feeling well, probably caught a cold on my flight. Even though we were early we stopped at the hotel to see if we could check in so I could lie down a bit. We were told we were too early which was fine, I didn't expect to get the room that early so I didn't hold it against them. We killed 3.5 hours and came back at 3:40pm. From the parking lot I called in and asked if my room was ready. I was asked for the name the reservation was under and after a brief pause I was told my room still needed to be serviced. I thought that was weird as I didn't see a single maid or maid cart when I circled the building to park but didn't push it. I sat in the parking lot facing the rooms for the 20 minutes, not seeing any maid activity. At 4pm I went in and got the room. They asked me what floor I wanted to be on and gave me my key. The room I was given was the side I parked on and saw no maid activity so I know for a fact it was ready when I parked at 3:40. Also being asked what floor I wanted tells me that there was no room reserved for me. If I had picked a different floor I would have been given a different room. Therefore the line 'your room is not ready' contains not one but two lies! Very nice way to treat your guests. If you're strict about not giving rooms until 4pm on the dot then tell your guests that rather than lie to them.

I would give this hotel zero stars if possible. Check in was great everything seemed perfect we had our first ever hotel on our first trip together! NOPE — as we are walking to our car for our bags the incompetent staff comes out to tell us someone else is in our room. We are checking in at 5pm why is there someone still in our room? He then takes us with him to knock on their door, no answer. He opens their door sees that someone is inside and then turns to us and says "yeah someone is in there so I guess you will have to go somewhere else. " Everywhere in Sedona is booked this weekend, I have had these reservation for over a month. No kind of consilidation was giving to me since I now have no where to stay and it is not at all my fault, this was 100% the Days Inn fault yet no real apology or help was given to me. Also we were charged for this room even though we didn't even stay in it!

The rooms are wonderful and the landscape that surround it is very beautiful.

Rooms are clean, beds and towels are clean no complaints there. Breakfast was ok. Got a deal on the room though!

Non-managerial staff was unhelpful. Needed to speak with a manager because they tried to charge me a rate 25% higher than what I booked. Cleaning service skipped over our room. Hotel in good location for a good price.

This was a filthy place to stay. The breakfast was no good. Found a bug in the milk. the pool is an accident waiting to happen. It has exposed wires in the "deep" end. Also it is tiny. The photos all lie. It is not at all what I was told it would be and the photos are not accurate. By the way, I was there after the new remodeling. It is crap. Go someplace else. the bed was comfortable, I will say that. But not clean.

Bring your own towels or don't take a shower. The location is great. The hotel was mediocre, even for the price. The room was very dated. Breakfast is included but don't expect bacon or eggs. Overall it was a typical cheap Arizona Motel not good, not terrible. What angered me was the $36 charge I received on my CC one month later. When I called they told me I ruined the towels. This is ridiculous. All we did was shower and dry off. Will not return.
