Prob an issue that isn't that common, just had to go up there 3 times. First cuz the room wasn't ready, again and nobody was in the office, and 3rd we were told the room was broken or something? Not a good experience, didn't even get to stay.

Note: this location HAS NOT been remodeled yet like the other locations is what front desk told me. So be prepared to walk into a room with carpet that is no longer plush but matted down due to long overdue needed replacement and heavy usage from all the foot traffic, spilled food/drinks, and who knows whatever else is in it. Beds are of the cheapest mattresses EVER. You feel every single bed spring within and it bottoms out when you sit on due to springs being so worn. I don't get QUALITY SLEEP on this mattress, but I do get sleep. Appliances, furniture, and TV's and A/C's are outdated in these rooms. TVs are flatscreens but picture/cable quality is poor. There is room cleaning service once a week, but apparently the vacuums they use must not work too well, because my carpet shows an attempt was made but was not successful at being cleaned. Roaches spotted on days 1 thru 3 of my getting a room here. Told front desk — — they came and sprayed and so did I with my own can of Raid. Haven't seen any more roaches since. Maintenance was very quick at replacing my AC unit that wasn't cooling too well. Took him only 5 mins. To replace the unit, now it's super cool in my room. Walls are very thin — — so thin that I hear my neighbors normal conversations without them having to talk loud… which means they probably can hear mines too. There's a "no-pets" policy but you still see people having their dogs in their rooms — — dogs of all sizes. Laundry area on site which you pay for.

This location has bed bugs and did not give me an option to change rooms or even get my funds back. Instead the property manager Jennifer told me that I would have to wait until Monday in this unsanitary condition and may not be entitled to a refund at all. The internet is very inconsistent as well. The pictures I am going to post are from my stay that started May 10th. I simply want my funds back because this hotel has bed bugs. I regret staying here and I would tell anyone who is thinking of staying to think twice because there are things that will bite you in your sleep. No cost is worth that.

The beds felt like we where sleeping on A sofa bed. You know with the bars running across your back. And in the shower was not running right. Couldn't set the water at the right tempiture. Either too hot or to cold. And smelled to high heaven. Paper thin bathing towels.

Check in was easy and the staff have all been very helpful and friendly. The rooms are just the right size to suit my needs not to mention clean and everything worked. The location was perfect for me as it is only a block or two away from the highway so you don't get stuck trying to get out onto a frontage road. Would definitely recommend.

So far great place to get away from everything and relax pretty quiet at night. It's no holiday inn neither is the price. Bring own personal care items. They have a night guard some security but he can't be every where take some responsibility.

Limited check-in hours, housekeeping was not thorough, had to buy our own toilet paper, and there was a fire drill first thing in the morning the day we got in. But worst of all, the beds are the least comfortable beds that could possibly be engineered by man. They may be leftovers from some kind of torture chamber or military experiment.

I was there a week and only received 1 set of towels. They wouldn't give me anymore saying that's what everyone gets. The room was cleaned once my entire stay. The maid was nice and polite. The office closes at 7 and if they have to come back to assist you then they charge. They also charge if they have to let you into your room. This is not the type of experience you want if you're on vacation. Just spend the money and stay somewhere else, you will be much happier!

I would not give this place even one star because management is very unprofessional and does not accommodate there guest what do ever they have the most uncomfortable bed I've ever wasted money sleeping in it was so worn down it was as if I was sleeping on the springs alone. The springs felt like they had a vendetta against me on The fact that the springs were poking into my body through the night so hard that I woke up wanting to cry and to top it all off its lying on a metal frame which forms up the demented springs to the point that it makes it that much more painful and I went and complained and the management tells me that that was one of the best they had omg really just imagine people if that was one of the best than wth does the worst do to you (smh). And than theres a no refund policy wow talk about a hustle if there ever was one. No shame. Unprofessional and down right rude. Something needs to be done something from cooperate. And yes my unsuspected friends I will be the one to help you guys out with that cause I do believe no matter what we pay out we worked hard for it and we deserve our amenities and the bed is the most important cause all in all the room isn't so bad but I didn't have all my towels but I didn't complain about that but when the bed is unusable well you best believe I will voice my concerns so that's exactly what I did. Thank you my people and BEWARE. Seriously caution and holiday travelers dont choose this in town 1st.

Overall bad experience. Low price isn't an excuse for a poorly maintained property. I understand once a week cleaning is a spot clean but they don't replace toilet paper, plastic cups, or towels. Seriously. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Cigarette smell in rooms as well as a laundry room that doesn't take coins, the card system on the washing machines is out of here service (has been for over 2 weeks). Take some initiative management.

If you stay there, the room is never really clean. Bed bugs and roaches. The housekeepers were good. But management was horrible. Especially if you stay there for a long period of time like 2 years. Then they send your mail back to where it came from without telling you. Dont stay there.

Rooms clean, very quiet and would recommend staying here.

I dont recommend this suite to anyone! 1 st day get a paper on my window for parking reversed so my things wouldnt get stolen again… next day get a paper on my door for whos what… all I do is work the majority of the day and just come sleep… never had this problem anywhere else!

I enjoyed staying their, when I am in Town, I would love to go their Goods management, friendly Staff And clean Rooms, plenty of parking too.

I have been there for 6 months in 2007. It was a perfect experience and location is perfect too. The service was perfect and the staff too. I still remember one of staff her name Tiffani she was very helpful with my family. I recommend this place, I would love to come back again.

This hotel is really unprofessional I recommend any other place than this. My first 5 minutes here I had to go to the front office 4 times because my key card wasn't working, then when I got into the hotel there was 3 roaches on the table. Plus my room TV wasn't working either! They had 3 people come to try to fix my TV but they had left and never came back and following that I had to clean my own room because room service had came to me in the morning saying they were going to clean my room so I left with my family until they were finished and we come back 1hr and 30 min later to the same messy room. I had to go throw my garbage out and clean the room! The housekeepers came 2 hours after I got back and said that they were barely making it to my room how unprofessional! PLEASE SAVE MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL THIS ONE ISNT WORTH THE AMOUNT YOURE PAYING!

Hookers drunks beating on there woman and Sunday is let your kids run around and make all the noise they can day! Cockroach in the room all room smell like smoke. The curiosity officer is a jerk he is more worried about little things like where you park not the drunks yelling, fights people being loud at 3 am.

Got to the hotel at 3pm to check in room was not ready so manager made us wait till 5pm. We could not leave because manager said he would rent out our room… Room was very dirty, no hot water, they smell like cigarette even when we booked a non smoking room… Bed sheets all stained, nasty place to keep your family… will never come back… horrible …

It's okay, the people are not lively here at all, sort of dull. It's OK though.

Rooms are good. Full size frig. 2 electric range. Tv. Great for a single or couple. 3 people tops. Pizza delivered quick. Same with jimmy johns. Telephone. No noisy neighbors.

I have been here for a month and I think k the management is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and housekeeping does a wonderful job. All of the staff has been great in my opinion.
