Awesome place, close to everything!

Apple Orchard Inn was so cozy, like a home away from home. The hosts were very hospitable and the home cooked breakfasts were delicious! And it goes without saying that the views were amazing!

This is our first time staying in a B&B, I must say we will go back, room was vary clean, the food was great too.

Jean is a great hostess… I loved our view, liked the fact that she has a pool and jacuzzi. Can sit outside and watch the stars at night. Having our own little deck to sit on at night was nice too. I like the fact that Jean is comfortable and doesn't dress up to prove anything. Loved that she noticed right away we didn't like oranges so didn't put them on our plates. She also noticed that I don't like cantaloupe so didn't put any on my plate. The bananas and strawberries were fantastic. I don't like a lot when it comes to breakfast food, but she must get me because I've liked it all so far (minus the orange and cantaloupe). Did smell gas couple times and we did check to make sure burners were off. Room was clean and more Kleenex and toilet paper was added. Bed was made and looked as fabulous as the first day. I would recommend to bring snacks and some drinks to enjoy the quiet without having to go out. Will recommend this place!

No hair dryer, no light outside for jacuzzi has to use flashlight to enjoy relaxing in it. No one to call at night. No coffee to enjoy outside after breakfast times. To expensive for what you get. The owner was very unusual.

When we arrived the owner greeted us in a stained, sloppy T shirt. She showed us to our room and it was not what we had booked. We had booked 2 separate beds. She said she was updating her system and our booking was on an older system but could not have the room ready until the next day when the house keeper came. The room was very dark, dingy and outdated. She said we could have another room at a higher rate. This room was also outdated and shabby. The furniture was damaged, the sheets and carpet were stained and the patio was littered with cigarette butts. There is only 1 hour when breakfast was available from 8:00-9:00. She never asked us what we liked to eat. We were served tiny amounts of fruit some which were not liked so went untouched, 2 medium sized pumpkin pancakes with the butter already on. I do not like butter so I had to take it off. The pancakes tasted ok but were very dense and 2 pieces of bacon were served. This was a very light breakfast for the amount we had paid. When we got home from our day there was no one here. I was looking for some items. I tried calling the # on the site and it just went to voicemail. She never came home that night. The next morning we were served the same fruit and "egg quesadillas ". They were terrible. Also was 3 small round pieces of Kielbasa sausage about the size of quarters. We left and got coffee and breakfast elsewhere. We had a long day hiking and came home around 4:30 she was not here.

Breakfast delicious, but rooms and technology available quite dated.

Good location. Room was beginning to show its age. The highlight was the outdoor hot tub at night, perfect view of the stars.

Nice, clean and peaceful B&B with a view to the mountains 'painted in red' at sunset. We enjoyed our comfortable rooms, the breakfast and the hospitality of the house. The best stay in Arizona/ Sedona to recommend.

Cute little B&B in uptown Sedona. The place is a little older but very clean and very comfortable. We loved being close enough to walk to town and having a private entry into our room each night.

This was the worst B&B we have ever stayed at. We had a room in the basement and it smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. There was only one choice at breakfast. When we arrived, there was no one there to great us and give us information, only a envelope with a key and note in it. Way overprice for $190/night.

This place has an exquisite aura about it. The host was a wonderful woman, and her B&B is one of the finest in the area. She makes every effort to make you feel at home, and this makes an excellent base for activities while in the Sedona area. We will definitely Call Jean (I think that was our hosts name, it's been a year. Really sorry if not) and stay again when in the area.

We left in the middle of the night as fast as we could after finding 3 live bugs that resembled bed bug in the bed.

I would have given it a two star but I left my favorite pillow there. We called her and send her shipping information as well as a cc number to use to print off a shipping label. After two weeks she finally got a box to ship it three weeks she still hadn't shipped it. We gave up. Two months later still no pillow. I will say the microwaved sausage wasn't half bad.

Seriously weak for the price. Old. That's the word I would use. The spa bath didn't work. The bathtub had a panel coming off. The TV made a high pitched screetch that made it unusable, not to mention it was as many years old as it was inches wide. Lights were missing. The breakfast had hair in it. The internet was slow as it was shared through so many people. Pros: The heater was extremely legit and the people working there were really nice. This is the saving grace from one star.
