Although the hotel is nice and rooms are clean. Our experience here was really bad. First the guests right next to us fought all night. Apparently the guy ended up calling the cops on his girlfriend, and they arrived at around 6 am, which I understand has nothing to do with the hotel staff. But when we were finally able to get some sleep, apparently they had roofers schedule to go in at 9 (which was not informed to us when we checked in) to do some repairs right above our suite which was on the second floor (hotel is a 2 story building) I called front desk to request a late check out but ended up cancelling since we wouldn't even be able to get any rest with construction workers right on top of us.

Disappointing — I have never stayed at a place when you pay for 4 days and 3 nights and told at check in that I would not be getting maid service for my short stay, but lobby will be open 24/7 if I needed anything. I stayed in a very small studio about 400 sq. Ft. I did have a kitchette, stocked with dishes and pans. Here's a head up, If you must have a magnifying mirror make sure you bring your own. There are 2 pools for your enjoyment and they do have some rooms that are designated pet friendly. This place is to low budget for my liking!

Have stayed at the Bell Rock Inn many times, so many don't know exactly but have never regretted any of my stays. The folks at the front desk have always been courteous & helpful. The cleaning staff have always delivered rooms that are clean & fresh. The grounds are always nicely kept. Location is also a plus since it's close to hiking trail. The Bell Rock Inn is truly a home away from home.

Absolutely loved this place. We went during off-season, so it was rather affordable. I would stay again even if the prices doubled. Dora got us checked in and was a delight while our room was being prepared, she was able to get me in within 20 minutes even though I was 2 hours early to check-in. A+

The website for booking kept putting the current day in as check-in but finally seemed to have accepted my dates so I booked the reservation. I received confirmation text immediately and could see the dates again had been changed. All efforts to get this fixed were fruitless. I was told no adjustment would be made and I was the problem and not the booking site, Very poor customer service. I guess they needed my money more than their reputation. Please be very careful if you plan to book at any Diamond Resort.

Wonderful time. Wish we'd had more time to spend there. Friendly, helpful staff. Incredible room and appointments. Would definitely return.

Very quiet, clean, nice. Excellent amenities including fitness room, 2 pools, grills, gazebo, but no rec room for kids. Grounds are pet friendly. Wheelchair accessibility is very high, including a chair system for the pools, but there are no grab bars in the bathrooms and no elevator/ ramp for the second floor rooms. It is possible the bottom floor bathrooms may be better equipped with grab bars, but I haven't seen them.

We loved this place. Cute apartment type room with fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful views from the patio. Grounds are well attended with pool and games. Exercise studio. Nice place. They do push timeshare sales pretty aggressively at check in and throughout the stay.

The front desk/lobby staff was friendly and sufficient with their ability to do the job required. It did take a bit longer than I would have expected to get registered. The room was very nice with a beautiful view. Check out was simple and quick.

Very spacious, nicely setup, updated interiors but a few things need some maintenance. Ie. Reported laundry area turned into one working washer and 2 dryers for the entire complex. 4 grills, out of the 2 we tried, one worked. But these are minor things that caused us minor irritation…

Inexpensive (booked on hotels dot com) and pretty good location. 10 min drive out of Sedona. They will try to sell you a timeshare, but seem content with a single No answer. Paid $71 for a night.

If I could rate this place less then a zero I would. We spent thousands of dollars to come here from Nor-Cal and because of mistakes made by staff, it left a awful taste in our mouths. The concierge gave us the wrong time and day for our reservations as wll as wrong directions… (they have several sites) which we made all our other plans around the info given. Went out the window. Sedona is beautiful and there is much to see; so planning and timing is super important. I plan to boycott them out of the displeasure we incurred.

Location is GREAT. Area is full of things to do. Takes pets. Great outdoors.

We stay there for a few days once or twice a year. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff goes above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. It's so beautiful there, and it's close to Tlacquepaque. We love to window shop there and in downtown Sedona. You'll love Bell Rock!

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was really nice with a kitchenette and the pull-out bed in addition to the regular bed. The staff was friendly, but could be a little more thorough. The extra flat sheet was dirty, so I called the front desk and within minutes someone was at my door with a clean one… but they had brought pillowcases on accident. Quickly corrected and apologized for, but then someone came knocking on the door the next morning to replace the dirty sheet as well. The doors are heavy and slam hard, so you won't be sleeping past 8am if you want due to constant slamming.

Beautiful location. Scenic view. Easy access to Sedona. Easy to make a day trip to the Grand canyon.

Completely different from what was expected! It was like we had our own little one bedroom apartment with a full kitchenette and balcony. The room was very clean and supplied with plenty of extra essentials.

Not up to par! The place had rundown areas. Bathrooms were not updated and not cleaned. Our bed had blood on it which is just inexcusable. And when we informed the staff nothing was done about it. Upstairs was so noisy to the morning hours it disrupted our sleep and again nothing was done about it. Its almost as the hotel felt they were more special then they actually were. WE did enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi.

Front Desk staff here are nice and accommodating. Pools were good too. :) I loved the quaint townhouse. Lovely stay.

I thought the Bell Rock Inn was great. The location is not directly in Sedona so it was not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but it is only a short drive away. The views are amazing. And the room is very accommodating and nice.

Great ambient and space. Everything you need for a bed and breakfast without the food! Visitint from NY and it looks like a small New York penthouse, plenty of room and all carpeted floors. Great job with the cleaning, very tidy! Would definitely come again with my friends.

Stayed in one of their studios. Enjoyed full size refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, pots & utensils. Supermarket within walking distance. If visiting Sedona will need a car/ bicycles since there's about 3 miles of 179 with no sidewalks.

This place is great! It’s a little further from Sedona itself but is still in a very nice location. The staff was great and very welcoming. They were able to check us in early which was great because we would have had to wait over 4 hours to check in at their normal check in time. The manager that was working was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

We stayed here for 5 days because our car needed a new radiator. It was a place included in in a time share that my family owns and so we stayed for free basically. The staff and concierge were all amazing and the rooms were a perfect size, with a full kitchen. Great views of the red rocks — hard to beat this place.

Good views, nice rooms. It is not actually in Sedona, but right outside in the Village of oak Creek I believe. It has nice breakfast places near it that can be walked to. If you listen to an hour and half sales pitch you could get a discount on Jeep tours, which was worth it I think. The soap in the bathroom that was provided had a lemongrass smell to it, which was just delightful to be honest. It is a timeshare company so we would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is the place to be! We are so very grateful to have found Bell Rock Inn! Last time I was in Sedona, I stayed on 89A, always in traffic, hustle & bustle, keeping my eyes on other drivers. Out on 179, you have 7 miles of Red Rocks, sky, lighting & peace, nothing but beauty to behold, then… Bell Rock Inn. (many restaurants, sights, stores, etc. ) What an awesome room! We rented an efficiency, complete with kitchen, perfect for us. Staff, excellent! Dora always gave us first class service; Sam, well-informed, quick, pleasant; Shane, rocked-on, too. Brian & Gloria, as well, super willing to help. Many others, always smiling (we didn't get to meet). The grounds are beautiful, accommodating, 2 pools, work out room, to boot. The room itself is like any pretty nice hotel room. Clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. Spectacular surroundings, Sedona is beautiful! The grounds and pool are also pretty nice. I like to relax and read by the pool so I didn't appreciate the incessant "beach music". I was worried about high pressure time share sales pitch, and was pleasantly surprised that did not happen while we were there. However, they continue to call me, only 3 times in the past 5 months. The calls are more high pressure and annoying. I would have stayed elsewhere to avoid the calls.

Really loved it here. Got a superb deal on Groupon and the room was very spacious, clean and great location. Pool was great also.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Huge rooms, full sized kitchen, wonderful scenery! Not very expensive either. Absolutely love staying here and look forward to this November when I will be staying there for my third time! I cannot wait! Love Bell Rock Inn!

I'm staying here now in the John Wayne suite and first night here the shower fell apart and could not use. Called for maintenance to come the next morning at 9:00 am and no one came. Had to recall and they said No one let them know. There is mold all in the grout of the shower/tub. In master bedroom. Second bath room tub has been repaired in tub with plaster. I'm shocked Diamond Resorts calls this one of their properties.

Absolutely love this place. I highly recommend anyone stay here if they're in Sedona! The room had pretty much a full kitchen with everything we needed, the room was so nice and clean, and the staff were great. Definitely staying here anytime I'm back. We still talk about how awesome this place was to our friends and family. It's also located in a really nice area. Not much walking distance, but a quick drive can get you to gas stations, restaurants and a grocery store.

We arrived early and the staff at Bell Rock jumped right in and arranged access to our room several hours ahead of the stated check-in time. While my wife and I waited the concierge service gave us great suggestions for lunch and as well for dinner. Once we arrived to our room we were overwhelmed by the size of the room and the amenities inside. A full kitchen with everything you need to easily cook a dinner for 4. With a dinning area with seating for 4 which is separate from the living area which includes a couch and side chair, 46 inch flat screen with a Blueray/DVD player attached and all the cable channels needed to quench our viewing needs. The bedroom featured a king size bed that is the first bed in a hotel that didn't made my back hurt. The room also included a 40 inch flat screen with cable, a large clothing chest with 6 drawers, night stands with lamps, and another fully padded chair. The bedroom included a very large walk in closet with a digital safe and included a ironing board and steam iron. The double vanities in the master bathroom was also a surprise, and included a very large built-in soaking tub with shower sprayers galore. Oh and did I mention there is a second full bathroom with a tub. And to top it off there is fresh coffee available at the lobbie 24-7. (They may need to call the cops to get me to leave. ) In all seriousness, we couldn't be happier with our stay at Bell Rock Inn.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Employees are all super helpful. Beautiful scenery. I have no complaints. This is our second time staying there and we got the same room as the first time we stayed. On top of all that, we got to see an awesome storm with a killer lightning show and the sky turned pink and purple.

Nice place. Had a 2 bedroom — it was nice, but had a kind of strange layout. 2 bedrooms downstairs, kitchen and living room upstairs. Nice enough though. People were very nice.

Very pleased with our stay. We did tons of research online between the various accommodations near and in Sedona and finally chose Bell Rock Inn. Our room was small but fit the needs of our family of 4 well with a comfortable fold out couch and a convenient kitchen area. We had a nice view, the room was clean, and the service was good. The jacuzzi and heated pools were great after our hiking and biking adventures. Their community gas grills were great and allowed a nice change of pace in our cooking.

Great facilities with comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff, RV parking allowed. I would definitely return.

Great location, so-so accommodations. Bed was a bit tired, the security lock from the street to the main corridor wasn't working, and they charged a $10 resort fee and still charged for Wi-Fi. I don't think I'd return.

Rooms are wonderful! Clean, spacious and the full kitchen was great. Was able to make all of my meals with no problem. Recreation area on site is great. Expectations was above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Reasonable rates and spacious rooms. Scenery is absolutely beautiful. 2 pools fitness center and 24 hour business center were very convenient. Loved it.

Stayed just one night but I'll be back because it's such a good area to make you're stopping/starting point. Views are great, pool and hot tub, nice rooms and the price is right.

The rooms are nice and big. They have good pull-out beds. It has a swimming pool and spa.

Super comfortable on a freezing cold winter night. Staff was awesome. Just spent one night but would love to come back someday for a longer visit.

The room is nice, clean, and updated. My only complaint is that I can hear the water running upstairs anytime someone showers.

The hotel is definitely a great value. We saw a Groupon for this Inn and got one but we're a little nervous. Once we got here, the staff was great and the studio suit we got was perfect for our family of four. Great little kitchen that we used and help save a little $ on our vacation. Highly recommend for families. This is not a resort in my mind.

The area is beautiful… Hotel campus/grounds are as well. The studio rooms are quite small and the patio area attached gives a potential uncomfortable viewing into the adjacent rooms. Electric fireplace rattled loudly but maintenance was able to fix it the next morning.

We loved our stay there, enjoyed it so much. Peaceful and relaxing, two patios, beautiful condo. Dani and Frank Chavez were amazing! We will be going back! Thank you for an excellent vacation.

Ok, the room was nice, and for a good price (summer rates), but having the timeshare guy disguised as the concierge ambush you after checking in, and calling your room at least once a day cost this place a star.

Meh. I won't go back. The room itself was ok but not like the one pictured. I did not have a fireplace and for a resort I expected at least a nice tub to soak in. Ew no. Then I made (yeap me) the mistake of booking a non-refundable stay. Well I get that since I did then have to x'l my Saturday night stay that I would not get my money back so I asked could I stay Thursday/Friday instead of Friday/Saturday and was told no. Um ok that's a sure fire way to get someone NEVER to come back. So I hope they enjoy the money they wouldn't let me use by switching as I had to check out early but that's the last dime any Diamond resort will see from me.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel. It's clean and in a good location near Bell Rock, but I've stayed at the other Diamond Resorts and this isn't the same caliber. I wasn't very impressed with the check in, the staff was okay, but you get charged for Wi-Fi at $10 per night whether or not you want it. The room still looks similar to a 1960's build, it's repainted and has a flat screen TV but still looks like 1960's cabinetry. I was rather disappointed since I have stayed at the Sedona Summit and the Golf Resort. The grounds are nice and they do have a pool and a hot tub, but I will stay at another resort next time.

Nice bed and decent service. Very senior's timeshare vibe, sadly. My experience was marred by a computer charger going missing and the front desk being no help.

If you like hot water for your showers and access to free Wi-Fi that is always available, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, the staff was great and the room was very clean and up-to-date.

I only take the time to review when things are either very good, or very bad. I have mixed feelings about this place. We booked our stay via an online travel site. We did plenty of research before choosing a hotel. It is NOT located in central Sedona which may or may not appeal to you. CONS — Temporary hot water in the bldg, three days in a row. The boiler kept going out, and the hot water was fixed very quickly, but most inconvenient when returning from a hike. The staff was very understanding and had no problems moving us to a different building. Also, there were some cleanliness issues with the first room; again, fixed quickly and graciously. PROS — the staff was amazing and the concierge, Mrs. Moy was the saving grace. If there is any reason at all for us to return to this hotel, it is Mrs. Moy, she made our stay very pleasant. The price was good value for the room, and we got lots of comps, but that may have been because of the issues listed above. Location is about 10 minutes south of downtown Sedona, so we were able to avoid most of the traffic there. Within walking distance to several decent restaurants. Bottom Line — if you can get a good deal on the room rate, then this place is worth staying. They are currently renovating parts of the hotel, which one hopes explains the hot water issue. We spent most of the morning hiking, and the afternoons browsing the shops. We did NOT use any facilities like the pool or exercise room, so we can't attest to those.

I haven't even started my stay and they're already being annoying — so this review is based on the pre-stay only. Google makes me enter a value for Quality and Facilities, so I just put Good. But so far their service has definitely been "Poor" for sure. Their parent company Diamond Resorts already had me wait on hold for nearly an hour to book the room, and now I've received two calls from them. In the first, they left a vague message, which was a bad sign. Why are they calling me? If they don't say in the message it makes you wonder if there's some problem with the reservation. On the second call I answered and it became obvious that they were just doing it to try to sell me on a 90 minute time-share pitch, under the guise of calling to tell me about the property. Yuck.

We stayed here at Bell Rock Sedona a diamond resorts etc and the place was great the front desk very friendly and helpful (Shelia Z I think) she had to refer us to the time share selling concierge and when we didn't buy she made sure we got a very good deal. We only stayed one night I wish there were more (4 January a little cold) Because they could do it (a little slow) they offered us a taste for the luxury of this diamond resort. No ocean nearby (we are from Seattle) but the beautiful views of the Sedona "rocks" are breathtaking. Some of the reviews I read do them justice this hotel/resort is nicely done and maintained; as far as clogged sinks it happened at my house a couple of times and I consider it 4**** (this is close to 5). Please reach and excuse my grammar, English is my second language.

We stayed here after finding a 1/2 off deal — one studio sized suite for $70 a night, which more than made up for this Inn being a little south of Sedona. The studio suite was generously sized with a king size bed, fireplace, flat tv, couch with pullout bed, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, walk in shower with organic shampoo/conditioner/soap complimentary, separate sink area with hairdryer, and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, sink, dishwasher, and all the cups/plates/utensils you could need. It was clean and comfortable though the decor was a tad cheap looking. They had a heated pool and whirlpool on site which was great. You also get free access to Los Abrigados spa which is right in Sedona and has a whirlpool, workout room, mini golf, and tennis courts all complimentary for Bell Rock Inn guests. We loved our stay, our only complaints were the being on the first floor you could hear guests above you and it sounded like they were stomping when they walked, and the front desk doesn't keep many spare toiletries. We had to wait until the next day to get a spare roll of toilet paper and we had to ask housekeeping which doesn't speak English.
