Small, quiet place to stay for the night. Make sure you request a room on the back side so you can see the gorgeous red rocks! decent breakfast with a large selection.

It worked well for my family. Clean decent size rooms… no complaints… at least $60 cheaper than a chain hotel… Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its basic and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms have very comfortable beds and pillows… microwave and fridge too…

Very clean hotel. Manager was very nice and even met my car in the parking lot and helped my 81 year old mom with her bags! Breakfast on site was good! Enough choices for everyone to have something they like to eat! Pool and hot tub were clean! Other guests cleaned out the pool towels so than manager went to get towels for me and my sister. Great place to stay and reasonably priced!

Easy to find at night, friendly service, clean room, reasonably priced — they meet my criteria. There were soaps in the bathroom which is what I was expecting since I didn't bring much for an overnight trip. They were close to shopping and places to eat, and not a long drive from the trails we hiked. Perfect for what we needed for a one night stay. And the views were beautiful the next morning!

This place is great. Usually the cheapest prices and a central location. Room was large and clean. Has everything you need. Service was also great and gave us information about trails nearby.

Views inn was a very nice hotel. Nothing extremely fancy but it was quite and the staff were very polite. They have a nice heated swimming pool and hot tub. In addition there is a free breakfast served by a very attentive and friendly woman. Overall a great experience!

Newly remodeled, new mattresses, carpet. Clean, reasonably priced and close to scenic views.

Clean room, fantastic location, reasonable prices. No frills which is great since we spent all our time outdoors anyway.

We stayed at this hotel in between Christmas and New Year's. It fit our needs. The rooms have been updated from the outside. They converted one of the rooms for the breakfast area. But this means there is no formal kitchen so it's yogurt, cereal, bread etc served. I probably wouldn't jump out of bed for the breakfast if we stayed here again. The front desk does have limited open hours so if you're arriving past 10 or 11pm, this isn't the hotel for you. It is walking distance (across the street) from a quik mart so if you need any midnight snacks, it's convenient. For the price we paid, I'd stay here again.

Great hotel with scenic views all around it. Great location! Arizona Tourism office is across the street. Breakfast was pretty good, ceral, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, & standard fare. What a view of Bell Mountain!

Booked a room here very last minute on a road trip out West. It is conveniently located in Sedona to main attractions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and as far as I remember included waffles, yogurt, cereal and fruit. We were pleased with our stay here and would come again in the future.

Nice little community of rooms. Friendly staff. Great Sushi restaurant that does take away within walking distance. What's not to like.

By far the best deal around. We went in October and it was looking like we would have to choose between an affordable dump or an insanely expensive hotel. Luckily we found this place. It isn't cheap like a motel 6 or anything but it was the best value. Like, why is there an outlet near the floor next to the bath tub. Seems safe, right? The beautiful pictures in the bathroom kept falling off the walls. Needed more garbage cans and in better placements Some of the clothes hangers were broken The bottom drawer of the TV stand dresser had a stick with screws or nails taped on it like some kinda beating stick? The bedspread is so ugly. Why ruin a gorgeous room with a mustard & marigold bedspread,? Door only has one lock. Most places offer a deadbolt plus chain but no chain here. There also was nothing on the back of the door explaining our nearest exits or fire extinguishers. I'm not even sure it's legal not to provide that info.

Very clean rooms that are reasonably priced. Staff were quite helpful and provided us with good information about attractions in the area. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, however.

Nice pool, clean beds and bath, awesome breakfast but could use more opions.

The best. The mgr allowed me to park my truck and my RZR in a special area and made sure it was safe. Everything was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

When you go on vacation, you expect luxury and a room the price you paid for. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the lack of quality and service this inn provided. We had been to Sedona many times within the last couple of years and we thought to try this inn out. With a funky smell when we first walked in to charging nearly 30 dollars extra for another person, which we felt was a bit overpriced, and also a "free breakfast" that only consisted of cold bagels, cold bread, one waffle making machine and toaster which we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for and a very chilly reception. Needless to say, there are better for the same price. We would not recommend it to anyone. Our room was said to have a "view" but our room was place right behind to large trees. Going back to the room, the room provides very little sound protection from our neighbors who were quite "loud. " The breakfast in the morning was also sub-par with a woman who stood there and watched everyone's every move. Not a good experience. Again, much better for the same price.

Towels were not clean. Neither were sheets or water. Beautiful view though.

Rooms were clean and okay. But that is the only good thing. We were trying to do a last minute booking and were unable to book from our phone due to network issues. When we tried calling and booking, the receptionist increased the price by 20 dollars every time we called and asked for $170 for a room available for $130! The receptionist says we aren't able to book since the price has increased! We finally had to call a friend to book for $130 online… People at the reception are rude! Won't stay here again! If I am charged for something and I call for an explanation, please be pleasant-I am not denying to pay you!

Great place, good deal, good breakfast, nice rooms, quiet area in the heart of a magnificently majestic place, staff were nice too.

Review from: 12/29/2010 Pros: — good location (Big Park, AZ), closer to many hiking trails if you compare it to hotels in Sedona (about 8 miles from Sedona) — clean, new/ updated — across the street from a small shopping center and Red Rock Coffeehouse — many items to chose from at breakfast — big rooms with fridge, microwave, efficient and clean heaters — compared to hotels of the same caliber in Sedona, quite cheap Cons: — had a bit of a problem with room service (found strange hairs in freshly changed towels and 2 days out of 5 room service thought we didn't deserve shampoo and conditioner). It is true, the first day I didn't leave a tip since I usually leave a larger sum at the end of my rather long stay. The next day, seeing that I didn't get shampoo, I started leaving tips and the shampoo reappeared as by miracle. I would have left a larger tip if it weren't for this "now you see it, now you don't" game. — I would have preferred to keep my towels and reuse them but they do not offer this eco-conscious/money-saving option here. — one morning I asked if it was OK to take 2 food items to my room for my spouse and they said yes. The next day, a posting appeared in the breakfast area saying it is not allowed to take food to your room. I prefer people being direct and honest with me right off the bat.

So here's my thing with the Views Inn: First, the room I booked included a "mountain view. " That's a feature included in their website description, as well as my confirmation. What would be a reasonable expectation for a room that had "mountain view" included as a feature in its description? Our view was of the Arizona Tourist Information Center across the street. That's it. To be fair, the room itself was as advertised. Just nothing I would call a view. Knock off a star. The continental breakfast was okay; the cinnamon "rolls" were about the size of a quarter. Knock off another two stars for the way we were treated by the proprietor, in a dispute over a certain insect we found on the floor. It blew up in a hurry. My wife was called a liar. No one calls a guest a liar, even if they are one. The room discount we were offered disappeared and so did we, never to return.

We stayed at the Views Inn last week and found it perfectly wonderful! Very clean and very comfortable bed. The staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfast was fine as well. Although approximately 6 miles from the center of Sedona, the trip to and from the hotel was very easy and we were able to enjoy the gorgeous views. Internet access was good and fast. We will definitely stay at Views Inn again.
