Beautiful, friendly and very helpful staff. Loved the pool and rooms. Close to shops, massage places, money changer and eating places. Would stay there again.

Lovely pool, pleasant, courteous staff and beautiful gardens. Just had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant and enjoyed a 4 island boat trip which the hotel are hoping to make available soon to all guests.

Very pleasant experience. Pool was a good size and extremely friendly staff. Rooms were beyond expectation and is one of the few places that ill say will definitely return!

Probably one of the nicest resorts on Riley. Breakfasts were decent. Wouldn’t drink at the pool bar, things are far from sanitary there and Wife had massive stomach issues during our stay here.

We had our engagement pictures taken there. The property is beautiful and the room was immaculate and spacious. The pool area and the view were wonderful. I recommend this hotel over most because of the location, staff and the rooms.

The hotel was great ans the staff absolutely awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is the best in Railay. Tony the manager runs a very good shop with a lot af variety and good prices. Try a booking for the set menu. It is out of this world…

The staffs are very friendly, helpful, cheerful and overall a very very nice experience. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel area are just serene, quiet, beautiful. I'd go back again! Love it!

Amazing stay here — the pool is fantastic with a pool bar, unbelievable views of the railway cliffs and the sea in front. Our room was big and spacious, quiet and had a lovely big balcony with great views. Staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was great. Would highly recommend it here, one of the best places we stayed in Thailand!

Nice location, not on the main beach but only a 5 min walk. I love the peace and quiet on this side of the island. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Beautiful modern rooms.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. We stayed there for 2 nights and plan on returning. We had some issues with our transfer (not booked through the hotel but I should have) and the staff were able to help me get it sorted out. We were also able to ask for more bottled water which was a great convenience. Before we checked out, we were curious about some of the other rooms and the staff were gracious enough to give us a tour of the pool villas.

Visited for 5 days in March/April. Had a deluxe room. Good size definitely. Clean premises with lovely staff. Didn't eat exclusively at the resort but what we did try was good and not egregiously priced. Would recommend even if it's quite a trip to get here.

I would love to give more stars, as the resort was beautiful and food was nice, staff attentive, rooms lovely, but the aircon was so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on, but really hot without it, because they don't have ceiling fan, which would be just enough for me. And also the mattress is way too soft, I prefer firm support to sinking in the bed. That is my reason to give less stars.

Staff were very friendly and polite, fast with their services. The room and the resort area were clean. Except for the killer mosquitoes… The big bath tub were superb too.

The staff is attentive, polite & bilingual. The whole grounds are well kept and clean. They have happy hour at the pool midday for a few hours. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean.

Beautiful resort and a beautiful place. We travelled through Thailand and this was our favourite resort and destination throughout the whole trip. Pool and swim up bar is lovely, meals were delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I think its the best hotel in all krabi area. Very clean. Breakfast is amazing, they even have there make your own juice. Friendly staff. The beach in this side of the island is not good.

Wow — what can I say about the hotel and the team who work here? Stay here for the most incredible stay for peace of mind, you are in such safe hands. Hands down the best stay I've had at a hotel in years. The location is beautiful, the setting is spectacular, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed and the staff were so attentive and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant 2 nights. The food is delicious and the cocktails are great! It didn't bother us that it rained during our stay as we were relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. What topped our stay off was that the reception staff helped us when we had a crisis with our home-bound flight. They called the airline and waited on hold for 40 minutes to help resolve our issue and got us home! That's not all, I left something in my room on our last day and emailed them. Within 30 minutes, they had responded and sent their driver to the airport to deliver my items. Now that means they put it on the next boat and their driver picked it up and drove to the airport, as Railay Beach is not accessible by car. I was so overwhelmed and could not believe it. Thank you to the staff here.

The location is excellent, good menu and breakfast spacious and varied, good treatment of the staff, but it is true that it lacks maintenance in some of the facilities (especially the entrance) and in my case the room with pool had several things spoiled (the tub is not I could fill up because I lost water, the shower handle of the tub did not work and even asking for it was not fixed, the pool after two days began to empty, that if, filled it again when ordering, the access doors to the room were disengaged and the slide in the bathroom was Rail output, I ended up putting it myself in place), in my opinion is expensive for what it is.

Recently stayed in one of the deluxe rooms with the large bath. Loved the room and the amenities. They provide a lot of nice extras like bubble bath, q-tips, and are generous with nice towels. The housekeeping staff was very good and meticulous with replacements. We dined for all meals at the restaurant and had drinks at the pool bar as well. All services exceeded expectations. Property is located on Railey Beach and, as others have noted, is only reachable by longtail boat (10-15 minute ride). Absolutely worth it. Also, this property is about a 5 minute walk from the beach but the beachfront properties seemed much more crowded. One of their pools is located directly on the main walkway with lots of foot traffic. We were so pleased with our decision as it's nice and quiet on the other side but the beach is still so close. Would stay here again.

Wanted to eat at a fancy restaurant Before going home to sweden. Ate here and got infected whit Salmonella. Wont rekomend it at all. Overpriced food and also chance of beeing infected with dessease.

Nice hotel great pool and rooms are lovely. Breakfast is ok but they do need to find a better sausage supplier. Staff all lovely and credit to the establishment.

The location and the street shops nearby are amazing. Travel to the resort is only by a long tail boat which tends to be difficult to get for cheaper rates after 5.

The best resort in Railay east. Awesome ambience, surroundings, food & staff. Would highly recommend this resort for everyone.

Good location, especially for climbers. Equidistant from Pranang, ABC, Diamond Walls etc… Near the jetty, so just a short walk upon disembarkation. Service is good but a bit inconsistent. For example, at breakfast, sometimes they will ask what drink you want but some times they will forget. Sometimes they will bring milk with the coffee but sometimes not. The rooms are big and comfortable. One downside is that none of the bathing facilities in the room (bathtub, shower) have locks, so it may be awkward for mixed gender group of friends if you're sharing room.

Overall a good resort. Spacious and clean rooms but showing bit of wear and tear. Nothing major but small things like loose door knobs. Friendly staff. Decent pool for a dip. Decent western breakfast. Accessible only by longtail boat.

Great place, nice rooms with a/c, decent restaurant and breakfast buffet is reasonable. Stayed here as a more affordable option with family wedding at resort down the shore. Very friendly staff and nice spa special — aromatherapy massage and facial was worth it! Nice pool, maybe a bit small for some people but you're right on the water and the walking street to the other beach is right there. Takes a water taxi to get here from the pier after flying into Krabi, but plenty to do and we really enjoyed our trip and stay!

This was a phenomenal hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, very quick to provide everything we requested (from towels to spa questions). The hotel was the cleanest that I had seen on the entire beach, east or west.
It does face east, so the beach and water are not as nice as the west side, but for the price it was outstanding. Plus, it takes less than five minutes to walk to the west beach and princess cave.
The spa staff were very sweet and listened to what we were looking for from our massage.
The breakfast buffet that came with our room was ārāwy (delicious). With bothe east and west style foods.
The only thing we didn't receive were the flower petals in our bathtub, but I'm sure if I had requested them, it would have been set up before we returned from dinner.
We were very happy with our decision to stay at Bhu Nga Thani, and will definitely stop by again when we return.

Very clean and the staff was ever so helpful with anything we needed. Beautiful rooms, we had our own private pool that was lovely. It was so relaxing and perfect that it made it hard to leave our private space and explore the island!
I highly recommend this place.

Just checked in and this place is 6 shades of disrepair. Moldy grout in the showers, walls are spotted with one thing or another and the grounds are under some state of construction. The beautiful fountains that are pictured are all drained. And you've got to hike thru other resorts to reach the beach. I've been in cleaner hotels and paid half the price in the states. Utterly disappointing given the trek to get here.

Very nice resort, clean, little bit than four stars, on the quiet side of railay, rather upscale, good for couples, attentive and helpful staff.

My favourite resort on Railey island. It's spacious, clean, not crowded and very resort like. We had an outdoor shower and indoor bath tub. It's luxurious and not overly expensive. Love!

Nice cozy place but the beach on this side is muddy. Need to walk 10 mins to the west shore.

Really poor service. They gave a room without hot water for us, later we discovered the whole building where our room was located didn't have hot water (36 rooms). Breakfast very bad, no options and the staff is not friendly to serve. Avoid! There is better and cheaper options.

My experience wasn't with the hotel but with the restaurant. Went there admired by the fake candles and posh looks of the place, thinking, I've been around Asia for about a month, I think it's time to pamper myself with something nice. Ordered the cashew nuts, vegetables and steam rice on the side, humble meal for a humble vegetarian. To drink, a 'killer' coconut milkshake that came with a cherry on top (literally). Everything was great but what I wasn't expecting the big extra that came within. What was the extra? Three days of pain and agony and the opportunity to make friends with my bedroom toilet (sorry toilet I'm pretty sure I've poisoned you). I wasn't on my honeymoon but I can imagine it might ruin the whole magic, so please, make yourself a favor and avoid at all cost, if you walk a bit further you'll find cheaper and better places. Apart from this the bossa nova music selection is pretty good.

Good price and very comfortable room.

Its my second time here, in one word great place.
