A normal, not very expensive hotel. Huddlerooms, hot water from a running water heater for a couple of nights is suitable.

The rooms are very well built and clean.
It has a pool.
The service is good, they clean the room daily if you want although the attention of the reception is not so good and the staff is not very friendly and it is difficult to communicate in English. Good location, close to several bars but to go to one of the beaches you have to walk a bit. In front there is no beach but mangroves.

Horrible! There is no other word to describe our stay at this hotel. Very deteriodadas and dirty facilities. Wherever you looked, there was dirt. But when we got to the room it was already a picture! To the stained walls, dirty soil, ruined furniture, dead cockroaches… and I'm not worth the excuse of "it's in the middle of nature" as we were in other hotels in the jungle and nothing to do. Nothing advisable, not expensive but not reason to have such a sloppy and dirty hotel. I felt deceived.

Staff friendly and very nice. Quiet place and close to everything. Restaurant, mini-market, massages… swimming pool view of the sea. Spacious and clean rooms. Very good value for money. I recommend!

Very disappointing since the moment we arrived to reception. You would not think the entrance belongs to a resort, staff wasn't friendly all, the buildings in the back are overall poorly maintained and very dirty. The toilet didn't even work. Dark rooms, no natural light at all. Dust everywhere.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! If you are looking to book here, just beware that you cannot cancel your reservation. So you will be stuck at this horrendous place they call a hotel! Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK HERE! I know people tend to see what the negative reviews are, so let me clarify — we booked this hotel knowing it was one of the cheaper options on Railay and understand what that entails. It usually means the bed isn't very comfy, the bathroom is really outdated, and the shower likely doesn't get hot or cold. Those are part & parcel of booking cheap accommodation. However, in this case it also meant ants. Ants everywhere. Ants In my tooth brush, on my clothes, on the wall, IN THE BED! Just everywhere. A/C rattles all night long. The bed is rock hard. The place is dump. When we arrived we saw that they were doing construction, my boyfriend asked the owner what's going there and he said a restaurant, but also mentioned that the guests were a bit upset that they weren't notified of this and his response to that was, "It's not in your room is it? " For the amount of money we paid (because it was still expensive, even as one of Railay's cheaper options), this just boggles my mind. It's a dump.

Super cute resort bungalows are a really nice size very clean. Free cooking class and that language class staff is extremely nice love it!

Although the place is cheap we pay approx 800 argentine pesos the night. There are things minimum that you can make the room is simple and ugly but that's okay. The cons that gave us the last of the complex located in the background. Poorly maintained and cared for the chairs in the front old and ugly. The hotel in rebuilding the entire front and parts of the hotel that we will never know. And the weakest of all the hotels that we visited gave us mineral water two bottles per day. Here they gave us nothing.

The place was nice and the staff friendly but I wouldn't value it $80 per night. Generally, Railey is overpriced especially in high season.

I booked a room. When I showed up staff told me my reservation was cancelled, credit card company says card was never run. Guy laughed and told me not his problem.

A good place to rest, go climbing or hiking short (but steep and rough) to swim and visit other islands with more hassle.

The room (cheapest 1 room, 2 beds) was good for the price, a little outdated, but all basics (AC, TV, shower, fridge, clean sheets). The swimming pool was enjoyable and clean. However, we got food poisoning from the breakfast, so while I would recommend the room as a low budget option, I would highly recommend to go out for food.

Decent value for the island.

Quite worse bungalow Park. He doesn't deserve a star. But it doesn't work that way. The bathrooms smell like a sewer including cockroaches. The pool and rooms were dirty and the sparse, slightly disgusting breakfast took place on a construction site. It was not even favorable. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. No idea where the people stayed who were satisfied.

Terrible experience with one stuff + constructions going on around the place* After a few very cloudy/ rainy days in Railay beach where is a fantastic place, I decided to extend my staying for another day so I could enjoy a bit more of the climbing that’s my passion. I went to the counter after breakfast and nicely as an old man that must be the manager or supervisor whatever if he could extend my staying for another day. Suddenly without say a another word he start yelling at me, no stopping saying that it takes 2 hours work to fix the booking and I should decide if I want to stay or go, or change the room. I was very calm and was very keen to change the room or wathever to help and stay. He didn’t even asked me anything and kept yelling till the point I clearly said … did you ask me anything? How could I know? I’m leaving tomorrow no more worries. They have constructions going on all the time and the pool looks pretty badly kept. Out of this episode that was the only time I required assistance from staff the room was decent but with ants. The housekeeping did very well when solicitated and the breakfast was greasy but good.

Wonderful hotel. Although not located in the best beach, is excellent the service and the facilities. Very good relation price-quality.

Beautiful Facility … However, it has been in the Years. With a small Pool. Restaurant and Reception is undergoing Renovation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast tastes delicious. From sweet to hearty, everything is there. You get Muesli and Yoghurt. Freshly baked Omelette and Fried egg. Coffee is drinkable … The Rooms are spacious though not dense. The Bed is comfortable. The Bathroom is (in my Opinion) the Hammer.
We won't have been here the last time.

No consideration is given to the peace and the most elementary needs of the guests by the management and staff. The resort apparently burns its rubbish on a directly adjacent garbage dump and accepts that the partially windowless bungalows will be filled with toxic and biting smoke.

Not super clean but decent we find a frog in the room the guy from the reception got RID.

Stayed there for a night, booked through the bouquet right there of cons:-expensive in general for Thailand, but the cheapest option for a day for two in Raleigh (1000 batt) — There was no safe from the pros:-There is a pool-free cold and hot water in the cooler-choir Wi-Fi-air conditioner decently kept 25 degrees-toilet wc clean, shower hot even too, warm almost not given if interesting the most delicious and fresh food in Raleigh on Walking Street, the first café on the right as to go to the beach of the cheapest options Breakfast there and generally on Raleigh for two: — Rice without just 2 servings — 20 * 2 = 40 Baht — Thai omelet with shrimps — 80 baht — Fruit Shake — 50 Baht Total 170 Baht for two, for November 2017 it is about 320 rubles.

Awesome hotel for the price. Really nice staff and a lovely room.

Until you do not pay do not say that the air-conditioning is payable extra and only give you coffee in the morning but if you don't ask, you don't say to not take. Mistreatment total. Don'T go!

A little old resort, buy affordable.

Simple and welcoming. Comfortable U ' hotel that I recommend for the value for money and cleanliness.

A site that in its time had to be incredible because it has very good facilities but the workers are very lazy and have everything half-forgotten.

Cheap Hotel and decent, has a pool, Wi-Fi and breakfast. The attention was pretty good despite the reviews I read previously.

Very spacious and clean. However it was on the east side of the island, which at the time was low tide and consequently was a low time of foot traffic. However, the quietness is why you stay at Railay Beach, so we had zero complaints other than the location. It's a bit different than the pictures depict.

Good value but deteriorating fast and not much work seems to be put into bringing it back to life. May be hard to recommend in a year or two.

Rooms were clean but the resort could be better maintained. When I first turned on the shower, the shower head broke off the wall. The pool is also in very poor condition, looks nothing like the pictures on their website. So bad we did not even attempt to swim in it. Also there is a unmaintained fish pond near the pool filled with stagnant water which has become a breeding ground for mosquitos. Had planned to stay for 5, and left after 4.

A decent hotel but does not feel as classy as the Phi Phi Banyan Hotel. It feels rather like an old style house with no lifts and having to walk up the stairs. The air con is strangely above the door and away from the beds so it can get quite warm. No extra drinking water is provided aside from the bottle a day. It is close to the beach and far away from the port. The hotel will charge you for transporting your luggage to the port. I guess it is okay and clean enough for a budget hotel.

Worth a lot cheaper than the location, quality of service, and comfort. It's a beautiful place!

The boss dont have any respect to his clients and his employees. The water of the shower didnt sink and we asked to repair, Wi-Fi didnt work for the whole day of our stay and poor quality of towels… huge holes! nothing really important but for 1800 baths per night we expected a better quality!

Loved this place for 1200Bat/per night with breakfast.

Horrible restaurant! Tried the all-you-can-eat BBQ and had a food poisoning afterwards. Low price, low quality.
