The atmosphere is very good. Fan room, but not hot at all. The staff are friendly. In the morning, there are local snacks to eat (delicious) and check-in early with ^ Cute ^ I will come back again.

Had a wonderful time at Railay Garden View. It was a hike to walk up to the bungalow but so worth it. I dream of that view all the time. And their breakfast is simple but yummy!

Amazing views. But the staff was not very friendly at all. All the stars are for the view. The bungalow was little but cozy and clean.

For the price, this is a great place. Each cottage has a terrace. Beautiful views. A good fan. Poor Wi-Fi.

I enjoyed my stayed here. Clean and nice room. Comfortable bed and close to most of the things. However, the staff doesn't really speak English though. I got a bungalow room (A112).

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Garden View Railay. We have been backpacking through Southeast Asia and ended up spending a month in Railay Beach partially due to how much we enjoyed spending time here. The rooms were neat and charming, and staff was friendly and helpful. Our bungalow had a beautiful ocean and limestone view. Our favorite part was waking up to see a family of spectacled langurs feeding on garden leaves from our porch. Thank you for giving us a beautiful space to stay in that was so close to the wildlife!

Awesome accommodation! You think you are in the jungle! There are so many cute monkeys! Very Nice and clean huts with an amazing view!

The hotel is not what the photos promise. To access the climb up some endless stairs and is located in front of the sea, but is an area that is not beach, you can not bathe, is almost one kilometer from the beach good. It doesn't have air conditioning and it misses. The bed is full of bugs and the dirty sheets (as with blood from dead mosquitoes) the bathroom is not that it was very clean. I don't recommend it at all. Although I have to say that the service was very friendly.

There are some downsides as others have mentioned but considering the price, this place is Paradise. There are a lot of stairs to climb, so just be prepared for that. We also had some trouble with our roof leaking when the rain was heavy, but this didn't really detract from how otherwise wonderful it was. The pineapple pancakes are amazing. Still thinking about them months later.

Babyand with charming views. The cleanliness is correct, it does not have a/a, although for a couple of nights you can hold on. The best of all the breakfast contemplating the scenery.

Hotel at the top. I advise you to take the highest rooms to be able to have the ocean view!
Only downside the noise! But the rooms are like everywhere, poorly insulated but quies balls or big fatigue helps to sleep well:-)
Extra Breakfast.

Beautiful view, like camping in a bamboo hut. No a/c so beware. It gets very hot at night. I am one that loves heat, bit actually too warm for me. Also, the bathroom need some updating. The staff are ok, but some not really the best at hospitality. The rooms were clean and quiet.

So far so good. Staying here for two more nights. From my initial appraisal, this is the best hotel in Railay because it is removed from the noise and bustle. No ac, which you should know before hand, but amazing views and an genuinely friendly staff, which you won't find elsewhere on the peninsula, apparently.

Just finished staying there for a few days… wonderful experience, kind and helpful people working there, clean and well-maintained resort… definitely recommend it to people coming to Railay East. A short walk to Railay West and Phra Nang beaches…

The accommandation looks good, just behind the beautiful place, exist some problems… the first was the door, we never know when is closed or opened. The bathroom taps has only cold water possibilities. The electricity plugs are old, and the pluged things fall down. The toilet cover looks little bit disgusting. The things what I liked there, the feeling that you are in jungle. At night you will hear sound of different animals. The panorama is beautiful. The cleaning service and the staffs are also good.

No hot water, no A/C, no hairdrier, no fridge in rooms, poor customer service. This "Resort" should be for free. Worthless hotel. I ever been.

Beautiful place but no hot water. The mosquito nets are full of holes and there's no ac. We stayed in a beach view bungalow and we could hear the noise from the long tail boats all night and the music coming from another hotel. Such a shame as it has got a beautiful view. Good breakfast but ants all over the sugar cans and fruits.

The bungalows are very spacious and spartan, but the view that you enjoy is beautiful. The cleanliness is OK, it is still a wooden bungalow immersed in the greenery. Cleaning of the room is done on request. Only fresh shower water and fan, but the current is 24h. The area is very quiet and through the path you can reach all points of interest of the promontory. From the breakfast terrace (sweet and salty on request) you will enjoy the best view!

The views are amazing and the surrounding nature is great! Lot of monkyes in the area. But no hot water in our room, no good Wi-Fi, and no air conditioner, which is important in Thailand.

What’s nice: great tropical setting, comfy beds, really friendly staff (except for the 1 sullen cook at brekkie), low price even at high season, yr own cosy deck for chilling out, and you can borrow umbrellas n beach mats. What’s meh: it’s located on the mangrove side far out on West Railay, you can hear the boats pretty much all night, NO HOT SHOWER which is fine on hot days but not when it’s pouring rain day n night, no AC was fine but the fan kinda creaks and yr stuff will feel damp after a day.

This place is ok for the price and has nice views. The pictures were a bit misleading though as some huts seemed to be beach level, but this place is quite some stairs up (not easy after some drinks) and at least 15 minutes walk from the beach, Railay West is mainly mangrove. Also note that the noise of the longtail boats is constant, on Saturday it was all through the night. Lastly, do note that there is no warm water in the huts.

Welcoming hotel — friendly and relaxed staff — great views of the Bay — in short, paradisiacal.

Good place and nice staff, value for money I really reccomented this place.

This place is pretty much Ibiza, when we booked it we were hoping for a good authentic vibe but instead got bars all over a beach, rich tourists ALL OVER, and a boxing ring bar on the bar road that led to the place. The blanket was a beach towel. There was NO hot water. The Wi-Fi was trash. Thestaff was nice, the nearby monkeys were cute, the scenery was great, and we met a cool Spanish dude who was helpful; but besides that, the false guise and fake "Thai" experience was a waste of time.

Nice bungalows with a decent view on the ocean. We also had monkeys everywhere on the trees. Really cool!

Nice basic bungalow. View is amazing. There are flynets at the window so no worries about having flies in the room keeping the windows open. We missed not having a fridge to keep the water cold. Breakfast was basic but free… better than nothing. There are 57 big stairs to the reception and another 30/40 to the bungalow. So be aware of this if you have issue with it. After all good value for money. We visited in low season (September) and the lack of aircon wasn't so dramatic. Not sure how it can be in high season. Free umbrella provided too… nice touch.

Fantastic place. Hidden in the jungle with spectacular view. The beach is quite far away (you need to take about 20 minutes walk to other beach) but it is worth it.

Looks can be deceiving. The pics they post on here make the rooms look MUCH larger than they truly are. They are quite cramped. The biggest downfall is the lack of A/C and horrifically slow Wi-Fi. The front door to our room was broken and would open when locked by just a slight extra force. For the price, there are at least a dozen other choices in the immediate area that were much better experiences. The staff was friendly though.

This place is absolute paradise! The bungallows are cute and cozy and spatious, the view from the porch is unbelievable and the staff is so polite! If I HAD to give a weakness and I have to look really hard to find one, I would probably say that the water pressure in the shower is a little low… Thats it! Definitely worth the hike!

Ok, I love it, but down-ranked it because of foolish tourists who insist on bringing their screaming under-6 year olds.
Not appropriate for small children, and miserable for those in nearby bungalows who must put up with crying.
Other than that, it has been my favorite place to stay for the past 7 years (8 months there in 7 years)!
Please, keep this the only quiet spot. Small children (and elderly) will have problems with the many steep stairs to get up the hill to the bungalows; read the web page to confirm what I advise.

For the price, I believe you cant find much fault on it. Free breakfast, toast and hot beverage. Free Wi-Fi, no ac or hot water but for the weather its ok. Cooling environment in the tropical shades. Highly recommended for prolonged stay. Good workout daily for climbing the stairs back to your room as well. Please pack light if you are coming as it is a long walk from the boat.

The most expensive accommodation on Rayleigh! Very cool bungalows with a great view of the sea!

The best cutest rustic bungalow in Railay Beach, there are value for money and very impressive in every moment there.

Spectacular place! With views of the sea from the heights and in the midst of nature. Clean, cheap and breakfast included. Would delighted.

The opposite of the classical resort. All basic functions are in place, nothing more. But incredibel charming. It's a little paradise. At 18:00 it is dinner time for the squirels just in front of your balcony.

Excellent place off the tourist area yet close to all restaurants and bars. Basic amenities (mosquito net, fan, cold shower, clean) in superb grounds.
