Unsafe hotel, guest belongings were stolen from the room. No cameras or any security or any action from the hotel.

This review to inform everybody about this rubbish hotel. 3 incidents of robbery from the rooms happened yesterday dated Thursday, April 11 and no action was taken from this poor management of this 5 stars hotel. My niece was robbed inside the room, she returned at night to her room found out everything was taken from her room all new purshases and her mink coat and all her husband personal belongings were stolen from the room. When they went to the lobby to complain and report the incident they found 2 similar incidents to 2 other guest in this same hotel,
Dont ever book in this hotel they are all like Mafia, they didnt do any action as if they are used to these kind of incidents.
Terrible awful hotel in Milan.

I don’t recommend anybody to go to this hotel my stuff stolen today from my room I can’t believe it how dare this happens in 5 stars hotel and the most dangerous that we didn’t find any cameras at the hotel and I’m now at the policia and I will write every day till now find my stolen cloth. Also I attached the file that I did at the policia yesterday.

Ok, so from a location prospective this hotel is great! BUT. For the price I would expect cleanliness in the common areas and a degree of professionalism from staff, the lifts and hall ways were filthy, cigarette butts everywhere and it’s obvious it wasn’t cleaned in a long time.
The rooms are nice and uniquely designed however I was underwhelmed, again because of the price. I don’t mind paying a lot of money for a decent hotel if it’s worth it, but it wasn’t!
The breakfast was average to poor, and we had a waiter standing there staring at us the whole time, which was a bit uncomfortable!
The walk to the breakfast/dinner restaurant is nothing short of disgusting and smelly, again littered with dirt and cigarette butts along the corridor.
The lifts are a joke and again. Dirty, this partly because they serve the public also but this is no excuse. When we checked in we waited 20 mins for the lift before being ushered down the filthy service stairs to our bedrooms by the receptionist, very unprofessional.
The bar at the hotel was overpriced and we had drinks at a local restaurant which had a better atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks and menu.
The only up side to this hotel is the bed, which was comfortable, and the location.
But unfortunately this didn’t make up for the price, lack of cleanliness, the lift and unprofessionalism of the staff. I have stayed in Italy at least 20 times and this was my least favorite hotel. Won’t be back!

Best if the Best hotel in Milan, perfect room view.

I was in the Penthouse Suite for a overnight party and slept there. It was a such amazing experience because it is a very luxury place with many services included…

Nice location but old hotel, requires more renovation. Old bedsheets and towels. Guests service is very good. Staff are very friendly specially in bell man.

Highline Galleria, walking above the roof of Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle 2, with nice view on the Duomo and the city.

Always a favorite! Location, location! Aside from the breathless views of the Duomo it’s in the center of a fashion Mecca… All the shopping including the infamous Via De La Spiga is at walking distance… The service is outstanding and it’s nice when the staff recognizes your return and loyalty with welcoming upgrades to their designer suites. My 8th consecutive stay and don’t plan to change.

Perfect place to stay in Milan. Just in front of the Duomo. Nice design hotel. The most comfortable bed.
