The cleaning is very good and this close to the metro and tram and close to all the business.

The room where I was was was large and spacious. All clean and working. Only neo (but it seems that on this the hotels pecpecchino all) is the lack of sound insulation of the door: I unfortunately heard everything that happened in front of my door and the same, when it closes, makes a deafening thud.
I slept great. Breakfast is simple but good and, at least for me, quite varied. I loved the chance to squeeze me on the fly (not me, the car where I put oranges). Staff. Chatty elevator (says every time when it's going to open and close the doors). Great location. 10-minute walk from the metro with which you reach the center quickly (Duomo or Castello Sforzesco). Even on foot you can make an interesting and linear route. Ideal in my opinion. Near anchr a good restaurant (L'Uccellina). I think I'm going to come back to them for the next few times. I just hope to find a place.

I definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. Hygiene was to highest standard. Clean and comfortable. Location das un a quiet place where youll have a good night sleep, IT is as well walking distance to city centre and to most atractions in Milán. TVE receptionist were fantastically friendly and had absolutely made my stay wonderful. Paolo the receptionist was not only very handsome but also very helpful. I would rate this hotel as 5*. Grazzie mille Paolo for making my stay fabulous.

The staff was wonderful, the food was great, the view was gorgeous. The room was clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The only complaint I would have is the showers. Because there is no incline and just on the straight floor the rubbers on the door dosent stop the water from seeping out. Once I left the shower the floor was just one huge puddle.

We found this place to be amazing for the price. The rooms are a very comfortable size. Safe and quiet street with one of the most beautiful churches (interior) in Milan across the street. Desk staff is really friendly and helpful. Fluent in English and will help with your Italian. Breakfast is really good with a wide variety of pastries, coffees, fresh squeezed orange juice, and other selections of food too. Plenty of luggage storage with places to hang garments and a scale to check your bag weight. Tile floors, but not linoleum. But if you must have carpet, not your place. Fair prices and good selection in the incidentals market.

The room, mainly the bathroom, smelled old and musty. The bathroom shower had mold and the air vent was dirty. The shower is also VERY small. The floors were also dirty with hair and there were ants in the room. While the hotel staff was very nice and the terrace was cool, the lack of cleanliness was not good. Also, I think my travel soap may have been tampered with by the room cleaner as it smelled strongly of alcohol and was noticeably thinner than it normally is. We were unable to leave a tip in the room after our first day because we didn't have any cash and I think this was done in retaliation. So, not a good experience after all.

The check in process is very quick. Everything is set when we arrived. No waiting for the room to get cleaned or prepared. Great selection of the room since they gave us the one with a balcony. Never asked for it but hey thanks! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Luggage room is available if you check out early and still want to stay longer in the city.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was well worth the charge. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Love the balcony. Would stay here again.

The Service was professional, the room was neat and comfortable, breakfast worth the cost. Pity the front door was broken, and was our room right next to the door that get slammed by every new Tenant booking in. The management did handle it promptly.

Nice rooms with free Wi-Fi available. Even though it's called B&B, breakfast is an additional price. Very cheap however. We thought we got a room with twin beds, but instead have a full. The rooms are clean and comfy, and they have a safe to keep things safe in.

Great decor, amazing balcony and view. Breakfast was great couldn't have asked for more. Nice little touches with the shop and 24/7 vending machines. Lots of nice communal sitting areas. Not near many restaurants but not a far walk into Magenta area or to metro.

Simple well-equipped hotel. There is a small room with a TV.
Towels are changed every day.
Reception is very very and friendly and above all helpful. A very nice roof terrace invites you to linger in the evening.
The location is great man is in 20 to 30 min walk at Milan Cathedral.

What a surprise this hotel was. A 3 star b&b hotel which offers a good breakfast for 7 euro. 5 mins brisk walk from the metro and welcoming staff who are happy to help with anything. Inexpensive but very clean and funky! You'll enjoy your stay here.

In general everything was very good. The staff was extremely helpful, the location was very good (4 minutes walk from metro station. ). Rooms were good as well.

The hotel staff is veryaccommodating and they are willing to help with any request. We were very impressed at how clean the whole building was. The beds were the mist comfortable we had in our two week vacation. The breakfast was also top of the line! The hotel can call you a taxi if you need one and it arrives in 3-5 minutes. They are considerate of the traveler and have two well stocked self service snack areas in the buiklding. We would stay here again!

In conclusion I can say that my two experiences in B&B were positive.

Excellent structure and well organized. Great breakfast and quite large rooms.
Very close to Saint Ambrose and the Cenacle. Within walking distance, with a walk of about 20 minutes also the center. The nearest metro stop, Sant'Ambrogio, is 5 minutes away.

Centrally located Hotel but not too much, basic in general services, friendly staff.
I would stay here again.

The room was clean, cosy and looked the same as on the internet.
You don't need more than 15-20 minutes to get to the city centre.
But the best thing about it all was breakfast for 7€ p. P with fresh coffee, orange juice and pastries.
Just recommended!

Good location, but unfortunately at night quite noisy due to trams and very thin walls.

A vert clean Room. We’ve stayed in the unit 326 for one New Year’s Eve night and it was very good. A very good, and price effective breakfast. However, in my point of view, if yo want to visit Milano, you need just one night here and that’s all: Duomo, Grand Gallery, opera, Castello and that’s all folks… :-/

The location is pretty good. Rooms are small, but clean. There is a small table. I'd like to have more outlets. Service is good: friendly staff. Breakfast is mediocre. Beds are too firm and narrow.

Location easily outside the city centre, but within walking distance, the tram stop is also not far away. Both the rooms and breakfast were fine. A good starting point for a city break.

Have stayed in your hotel several times. Location is good and staff friendly. Guests will be happier if you're willing to invest a hundred euros or even less per room. If you've more budget, place a small sofa (like the rooms at G/F) in each room. If budget is less, place one more chair or even a stool in the room. When 2 people live in the room and a person occupies the chair, the other has no place to sit. In the bathroom you should place a bench underneath the sink and place as much hooks on the wall as possible, as we don't know how to place our clothes and towels.

Great location Very friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast OK Comfortable rooms with a terrace and an egg seat! Good location, right next to a beautiful church. Transport's not far. Affordable price. I recommend.

Beautiful B&B Hotel. The room was large and with a balcony. Very clean. Central location. A small minus for breakfast and breakfast room.

Brilliant hotel. Took a while to get served, but the room, prices and location were great for us. Quite a walk to the center of Milan. Would recommend.

The hotel location is excellent. It's clean and bright. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and daily freshly made croissant breakfast. There was some traffic noise from the street, but it did not affect my sleep.

The B&B Hotel Milano Sant'Amrogio is conveniently located in Milan. The staff speaks English quite well. Our room and the common areas were spotlessly clean. The building was built in the 1960s and has been recently updated. Breakfast was diverse in selections and excellent in quality. I will stay there again when in Milan. No question!

The hotel is ideally placed. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. The staff at the reception is versatile, always attentive and friendly…

Amazing location, clean and large rooms, very spacious private balcony and incredibly cheap for what you get. Wifi is also free, very fast and reliable. The only negative is that there is no fridge in the room but all in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for two nights and had a great time. Clean, big rooms, nice bath and very enjoyable breakfast. Loved the design, spacious and clean — with nice photos and colors in the rooms and in the main areas. Rooftop terrace was super cozy, especially in the evening. Would stay again!

We had a great night at B&B Milano Sant Ambrogio and will definitely try to remember B&B hotels for the next time we are traveling in Europe.

Great location (near the last supper, if you have booked tickets to see it! ), super clean, good breakfast, comfy bed. Only issue was not fridge in room and the shower seal leaked a bit. Would stay here again. All rooms on 4th floor have a terrace. Our room had a great view of the church across street.

Another fantastic place we stayed whilst on our European holiday in 2016.

Good B&B. We arrived late and the night and the automatic check-in was a dream come true. The hotel itself is nice and the staff are very friendly. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. It's good for a night. The room sadly didn't have any fridges or tea/coffee facilities. However there are a lot of vending machines for that.

Then. Professional service, breakfast ok (kinda close to teeth), room NI and structure slightly older. Bathroom ok, rather nice. Location even there I would say Ni (no more than that). However the stay was quiet, rooms clean and no surprise so I can't absolutely not give 4 stars and thank you for the stay! Have a nice day.

Clean and tidy hotel, actually would of a refurb because a bit outdated. The breakfast, included in the room, proved to be rich though average. The real point of strength is the location, really strategic its for pleasure travel that work.

Hotel that would a revamped. Rooms quite small, breakfast area is a little claustrophobic. Breakfast acceptable, but not superb.

Very good hotel, clean rooms and staff, recommended for all those who wish to visit Milan as it is located close to some major sites of public interest and within walking distance of the metro m1 and m2 for those wishing to go to the Cathedral or Castle, but is also an excellent location for those who like me (unfortunately, I would have preferred to stay as a tourist) He had to find a foothold near the Hospital San Giuseppe.

An overnight stay at the bed and breakfast Hotel Sant'Ambrogio was pleasant and comfortable. Quick check in, room comfortable and very clean. Really comfortable room access by numeric code. Great breakfast, with delicious products and in large quantity.

Good hotel with great location. Many sights can be reached on foot. The rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom as well. The staff were always friendly and helpful. For a reasonable price, you can order the breakfast buffet. This offers a good mixed assortment of sweet and savory dishes. I would definitely be there again to book a room.

When I entered the room, I found a smashed cockroach left on the floor. Price and the location are very good, however, please take care of cleanliness at least. A cockroach should be cleaned up by the hotel before check-in. I hope this B&B improve this matter seriously.

Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, Wi-Fi for free (1 session only), excellent climate control in the room. Too few boards in the bathroom to place things. Complicated lineup of switches to control lights and power. Power should be always on to charge devices.
