I don’t recommend anybody to go to this hotel my stuff stolen today from my room I can’t believe it how dare this happens in 5 stars hotel and the most dangerous that we didn’t find any cameras at the hotel and I’m now at the policia and I will write every day till now find my stolen cloth. Also I attached the file that I did at the policia yesterday.

Coffee is a bit expensive but otherwise pretty nice. Well trained staff.

Good staff, nice clean rooms, but the AC is bad little hot in side the room.

I loved to stay there. Our room had an amazing view to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele but it isnt noisy at all. They are full of designed items and great vibes.

The front desk is cold, the elevator creaking, the room rate contains breakfast need to hold the menu order is troublesome, location 5 star, Price/performance-2 star.

I have travelled to so many countries and I've stayed at many 5 stars hotels, this hotel should not be more than 3 stars & I'm being generous! It is one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. The floors are very dusty as you can see in the picture below. Half of the curtain isn't hanged to the pipe. The rooms & the whole floor smells horrible. The toilet has stains from a previous guest. The walls have many stains and holes in them. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I really hope the management read my comment and look at the pictures and do something about it. The location of the hotel is marvelous which made me cancel my reservation at Radisson Blu to book here. I have paid lots of money to stay here for 5 days. Unfortunately I paid in full before checking in! I went back to the reception & informed them that I prefer to sleep on the couch at the lobby rather than sleeping in the room. We were 4 guest & all 4 of us are disgusted with the hotel. I will upload more pictures tomorrow.

I loved our suite! King sized bed, separate bath tub and shower, AC worked well! The location is perfect. A little noisy, but interior wood shutters work to keep noise out. I would definitely recommend it!

Horrible experience staying at this hotel. Despite pretty cozy rooms and magnificent location, there are some things worth mentioning before choosing it as your destination. 1) theft. A very expensive ring got stolen straight from our room by the housekeeping staff. The reception was responsive, however there were no cameras in the hall, nor any security countermeasures for similar situations. 2) unworthy breakfasts. Breakfasts that cost 30 EUR for buffet (plus additional charges for dishes out of menu) are definitely not worth the price as they taste horrible 3) POOR SERVICE IN THE RESTARAUNT. The restaurant personnel was very slow and unresponsive. 20 minutes waiting for waiter to approach and a good half an hour waiting for our 2 tasteless benedict eggs. Overall, very professional staff on reception and concierge, but some aspects leave to wish better. Taking in account the price you are paying, definitely Hotel Townhouse Galleria does not deserve it's 5 stars.

Beautiful setting, an elegant "home living room" that comes out of the classic concept of hotel lobby. Unparalleled view of the gallery.

5 star modern-ish hotel in a historical building — or so it seems. Very nice staff and generous housekeeping. Room service food was delicious. The french toast is a must try! And location is excellent — it's literally attached to a designer shopping plaza with more shopping outside and across from the duomo cathedral. I felt it was a bit pricey though. Over $400/ night and you don't get a run for your money with European hotels, as you do in the Arab Gulf. So it definitely adds up when you're there for a week! (Also, just a note to management: two out of the three or four doormen were almost never at the door when i'd return (they were usually hanging out in the back or side area), which was just a little inconvenient when i'd have a stroller and bags (those doors are heavy! ) My husband said he didn't have any issues, so it must've just been my luck! )

The hotel is a 7 star not a 5 star.
