Amazing team and wonderful location.

I would recommend this hotel for good location to visit La Scala and sightseeing places or for shopping. Spacious room has huge and comfy bed. Nice breakfast served till noon, no need to be in rush. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Very good place to stay for any occasion.

Great welcome/ hospitality, great facility. Home sweet home feeling. Beautiful soft towels, soft pillows, awesome/creative/unique amenities, very clean and very conscious of the environment and with great detail. Oh and let's not forget the personalised spa room. Love the vibe here. A lot of thought/detail and customer centricity. It's so refreshing. Definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Great hotel, centrally located close to everything in Milan! Rooms are nice, clean and quiet!

Best location, a few steps away from Galleria and then onwards to Duomo. Rooms were modern and spacious, bathroom were huge with hip amenities! Breakfast buffet was well spread. Staff was always helpful — they were young and gorgeous, makes you feel like you have walked into a soap opera set!

Amazing hotel. Cannot overstate how much I enjoyed my stay. All the staff were kind and polite. Andreas really helped us out. There was another man that was amazing when we checked in but I forgot his name, sadly. Aside from the amazing staff, the rooms are large for Italy, the location is amazing, the room service and minibar are cheap, and everything was very clean and orderly. Have no bad things to say. Will 100% be staying here next time I am in milan and I suggest you do the same.

Best location in milan, if you want to stay in the center. The design is modern, hip and every detail was carefully thought of. The staff is friendly and make you feel at home. Andrea, at the reception was attentive and got out of his way to help us — from recommending restaurants, sights worth and not so worth visiting, giving us a place to refresh ourselves before leaving to our late night fligh to buying us the metro ticket to make the train ride easier for us. Thank you andrea. This is not to detruct from the kindness of all other reception people we met, as well as the restaurant staff during breakfast — which is, by the way, very fresh, beautifully laid out, so is the breakfast room itself. The rooms are wonderful. Tastefully designed. even the bathroom "kits" which you usually find in a hotel is thoughtful — each item has its inscription — it does make you smile to see your "dental kit for a monstres teeth", and the same with other items even for a body scrub. Really delightful. this is the place I would for sure recommend to friends and will return again, if I decide to return to milano, which is a different subject :) I do not attach photos, as all the photos already in the link are exactly as it is in reality.

Location is unbeatable, it's within the complex of Vittorio Emanuel. Rooms has a contemporary design with a lot of matte finishes in the restroom. * Design is minimalistic with various gestures of intimacy through personalized messages, including a card from the person who prepared your room for you. * Staff is friendly and helpful. * The most important thing in a hotel, the bed is comfortable. * One thing, the hotel is part of the most visited and most crowded part of Milan (put this in mind), but the hotel's entrance is on a quiet side of the block.

Very central location in the centre of town. One would only live in the Duomo. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great design. Delicious fresh breakfast with good selection. But you can't expect a great view and in some ways it can be quite noisy due to outside noises like everywhere in Milan.

Amazing Hotel! Right in the centre of Milan and shopping within its artful quarters. Staff is so friendly. Our suite was very spacious. 6th floor. We read about the soaps they use. And we agree they are fabulous. The steam had these changing LED lights amazing and is open till late hours, we really enjoyed this. Fully stocked with aromatic body soaps lotions. The breakfast is first class. Anything you can think of! I'd say this is 4.8 /5. We also stayed with this company in Amsteedam. Staff was helpful, room was again very spacious. Larger then most.

Great location just next to the duomo. Lovely colors interior by Patricia Urquiola. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staffs are very friendly and helpful I landed on Christmas Day where everything is closed without a suitcase and the staffs helped follow up with the airline especially Claudia and Luca the GM was really really kind and went home to get some fresh clothing for me to borrow to be able to walk around and enjoy the city. Thank you again everyone at Room Mate❤️

Excellent location a few steps from Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the Duomo, the Teatro alla Scala and the Museum of Leonardo da Vinci.
Professional Staff and very friendly, room and bathroom clean and spacious with mattress and pillows very comfortable, minibar stocked, excellent breakfast with quality products, choice between sweet, salty or fruit.
For those who want lunch or dinner in front and at the side of the Hotel there are two restaurants to try.
Thanks to all the staff for the wonderful stay where I felt pampered like family.

Modern hotel with rooms insonorisees and clean. A big bathroom. Excellent welcome. The breakfast is very good with plenty of fresh ingredients and choices. All of this just a few steps from the square of the Duomo and the metro.

Beautiful hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. You can set the temperature for the perfect sleep. The rooms are very quiet — there's no ambient noise despite the close proximity to the busy duomo plaza. The location is so convenient — everything is an easy walk: the metro, historic sights, great shopping, restaurants, etc.

I very beautiful and comfortable hotel in the core of Milan.
Location, rooms, service, breakfast, welcoming, everything is perfect, but what I found remarkable is the fact that close to your bed, instead of a Bible or any other sacred text, you'll find a small book of the Universal declaration of human rights. This is the best and fairest welcoming to everybody I could ever imagine. Thank you very much! I strongly recommend this hotel!

This is one amazing and fabulous Hotel. I'm so glad we found it. We're here for 3 nights and it's so close to everything. The check in was smooth and very helpful and the suggested upgrade to the balcony room with a slight $$ is worth it. A good small selection at breakfast and thank goodness for serving until 12pm. The staff are young vibrant and very courteous… A great stay.

First of all, this hotel is in a great location. 1 minutes of walking and you are at Duomo. The room is very clean and nice and I liked the high ceilings. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was very nice. I had great time in Milan thanks to this hotel. Very nice!

Beautiful hotel! We loved the decoration. The bedding is very comfortable. There is no better location to stay in Milan next to the duomo! The staff is very caring! Suddenly we go back in two days!

Hipster hotel in a great location. Breakfast was good too. My only vice about this hotel is bedroom security. The room doors have no peephole, and no chain lock either (there's basically just one lock on the handle) … if someone knocks, better hope it's someone you know!

Right next to the Duomo and galleries, we have had a very spacious and comfortable triple room, bathroom with shower and bath and all kinds of toiletries, bathrobe, slippers and many quality towels. Very modern, new and well decorated. We have loved it and will definitely be back.
