Absolutely unsuitable staff, miserable lunch, unable to follow the slightest indications of the craft as well as good education. In thirty years of business trips to hotels they have won the palm of the worst. If you then make the mistake of asking first they pretend then they stick your phone in your face. One wonders why a hotel in the center of Milan manages to fall so low.

Despite the good location of the Hotel, the experience at the Restaurant and Bar is very poor, you would expect a better service, quality of food and service for the cost to pay, resulting in a treatment rude and little helpful, both in the breakfast firm as to the letter. I recommend to choose another Hotel.

A beautiful, welcoming hotel. Hotels rooms are extremely tidy and have every essential you may need. The beds are super comfy. The decoration in the reception area are so beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly and are always interested to help! The only thing is that there are no balconies with the rooms, not that it was a problem for us, but for those of you who are smokers you gave no choice but to go downstairs for your desired cigarette. The hotel is in a great location, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, ATMS and cafés around! 10/10

I went to the restaurant yesterday evening. Young creative chefs, interesting cuisine. Minimalist.

For those who needed a clean room and a bed this place is perfect for that. Perfect for those who are on biz trip.

A convenient business hotel in a great location. Loads of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff was very accommodating, they printed my boarding pass and upgraded me to a double bedroom. The bedroom and the bathroom were both very clean with a modern design. Overall, a good hotel to explore Milan.

Upon entering you are welcomed into a wide estudiata hall in the tone of the blue and with perfumes d environment reminiscent of l island d'elba — to which I, however, are very much linked… scents, then, that you feel exiting from the elevator to each floor… and x me this is very pleasant. Also what to me x indicator of the cleanliness of each hotel or restaurant is the public restroom of which I had need, and for me is very good thing for us is to have found a lot of cleaning… Another note very positive ssrvizio in the room; I was in need of a hot drink in the evening and after a little bit from the order I received… Very clean also in the rooms. Exceptional breakfast buffet very rich in both x savory sweet… kind the ragazxi of the reception and the dining room staff

Small room, like the bed, however comfortable. Air conditioner noisy, temperature not adjustable, so the night was really hot. Breakfast is very good Less variety in the choice of dessert. Not up to 4 stars and the cost of the room, over 100. Woke up from the DEA renovation noises on the top floor of the hotel. Experience not particularly positive overall. Friendly staff.

Racially discriminated at check in this evening. Won’t be staying here again. Amazes me how staff at the front desk can be so stupid. Michael, if you worked for me, I would have fired you a long time ago. In fact, I doubt I would have employed you. Upgrading the white person I was travelling with, after you had already checked him in goes beyond stupidity. And you offering to upgrade me next time, no one from my company will stay here again.

A very good Hotel for a city trip to Milan. Up to the Cathedral only a 15 minutes zuu foot. Very good Breakfast.

This is a clean modern hotel, well located close to public transport stops and a 20 minute walk from the historic centre of Milan. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. One big negative though if you are a light sleeper; the rooms on the front of the hotel overlook a busy road and traffic noise kept me awake at night.

This is a nice hotel, and the four stars it has are well worth it (hence I am giving it 5 stars for the 4 star status! ). Very good breakfast selection too!

Great experience thanks to the highly trained and professional staff! The hotel is nicely located and just a bit old fashioned. However the staff really impressed me! The level of customer service was really top! Like in the States! They helped us for everything: in finding a restaurant where to eat at 1am and they were well organized for breakfast (really good! ). We also enjoyed an aperitivo and once again it was the best service I had in Milan since long time! Thanks for everything!

Easy access via taxi or public transport (bus). Clean, simple lobby and receptions. Small elevators to roof top terrace with nice view over the city.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel only a 10 minute walk into the very heart of Milan. The room was clean, comfortable and modern and the shower was amazing! Breakfast every morning was varied and delicious and the staff couldn't do enough for you. In fact every member of staff I came across couldn't help us enough. Even helping us book trains or find out general information on what to do around Milan, nothing was too much bother for them. The bar area at night was a welcome break from all the walking we did around the city. Much like the staff at Reception, Dining Area (breakfast etc. ) and Room Service (cleaning etc) the bar staff were so lovely that we spent most of our nights there despite there being a huge amount of amazing bars around Milan. Adam who worked in the bar was one of the nicest, most professional bar men I've ever met. He was so lovely to everyone he came across and certainly kept us going back night after night. He is a credit to your Hotel and the type of employee I'd be privileged to have working for me. Would recommend this hotel to anyone I know and look forward to returning myself in the near future.

I loved this hotel! Cool, modern design and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was incredible and the team working in the restaurant were all amazing! I also had a dinner here and it was superb!

A very clean and comfy hotel, most of staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, rooms were spotless with good beds, bathroom beautiful, fantastic location for going anywhere in Milan and really not far from airports, down sides would be that a bit of back round music to sit down and relax would be good, a roof top garden that your not allowed onto and for it meant to be a 4* hotel it had a lack of facilities, lifts have a mind of their own as never seemed to go where you pushed the button for, but overall a nice hotel and a good location just go expecting a typical 4* hotel or you will be disappointed.

Ideal Motel as a starting point to visit Milan. With line 73 from the airport directly to the hotel. In the old town about 20 minutes on foot.

New hotel, recently opened. Good rooms, service still not up to the mark.

Brand new hotel that used to be a bank and was just renovated. They still have a few minor bugs to work out but I "highly" recommend it because: Hotel staff very nice, rooms clean and has all new working hardware (faucet, rain shower head, new toilets, etc. ), it's within 12 minutes of the Dome and fancy shopping street, within 2 km (walkable and safe) of lots of MANY restaurants and good breakfast.
