Very bad experience. Due to air controllers strike I arrived late at night and they refused me to check in. Even if I call them 6 hours before to try to find some solution fir the keys stuff was unhelpfull, insensible and didn't care. I was told to go stay at some friends house (?! ) and to demand refund from the air company. Certainly the flat must be beautifull, but service is totally absent. They left me on the street and took their money.
