Very comfy room and a well situated, central city hotel. Our room has a balcony and an amazing view of the Berlin Cathedral. Room service is prompt and very friendly with helpful staff. Enjoying our last few nights in Europe here, great decision! Can highly recommend a stay here! The Dom Aquarium is an especially nice feature to the hotel.

Lovely hotel… clean and tidy situated centrally in Berlin! Absolutely massive fish tank in the middle. Of the hotel which is a must see! I didn't have breakfast here but I'm sure it would have been lovely! Hotel has a very small pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Fyi — you have to go completely naked in the Saunas otherwise the German will make complaints!

Overall 4/5 Very good service but rooms are not 5 star. Rooms 3/5 Large rooms with a comfortable bed, but the desk had coffee stains and the shower had very low water pressure. Service 5/5 Very good service, no delay in check in and was always willing to help.

Stunning lounge with aquarium and excellent riesling. At 35 degrees in Berlin, it seems like it was the only air-conditioned place inside.

Is it really a “five star” hotel? The room was not quite clean when we arrived. I mean, why did we find bread crumbs on the table and why didn’t the towels in the bathroom sit right? Also they don’t change your towel no matter where you put them. This may be ecologically good but who likes to find your towels were still wet after shower… The staff at the reception was not very polite when we checked in, but the concierges were professional. Other good things about the hotel are 1) excellent location, 2) the pillows were soft and nice so I leave two stars on my review.

Staff were really kind and helpful when my daughter was ill in the night. We asked for a view of the Aquadom from our room — great for a toddler. Room was really clean. Check out was fast. We'll go there again!

Great hotel, good service, especially I want to note the Russian-speaking receptionist, very courteous and attentive. The next visit to Berlin is sure to stay here!

Great central position with Clean and modern rooms. We arrived quite tired and had to queue half an hour to check in (was slowest experienced from memory). Got to our room and found 2 single beds, limited English TV channels (about 10 in total with 1 movie Chanel) and no umbrella (it was of course raining). Asked for umbrella at concierge (who seemed very uninterested), only to be have him shrug his shoulders and say he’s not sure about getting an umbrella and suggesting asking reception (where there was a queue a mile long). I think this hotel is quite nice and has potential but service really needs improving.

Amazing food, great service and nice location. Server was attentive and made sure to give us the best service. Food was extraordinary in terms of both quantity and quality. Unfortunately I am in Berlin only for a week. Definitely my choice to go for a dinner when I am in the town next time. Strongly recommended!

Wow! Just had one of my best City breaks and this hotel played a major part in it! The welcome on arrival was excellent, the room was amazing. The view from the bedroom over the river was incredible and a sun trap in the afternoon, sitting there watching the world, and boats pass you by. The room was superbly clean and spacious with bathrobes, Nespresso machine and water. The breakfast choice and service was excellent. Even managed to get a table outside. Didn't manage to dine at night but we did sample the bar in the evening. It had an extensive bar menu, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere to relax in. We did make time for the spa, which was good also. They have a water current machine allowing you to get the laps in without the need for a large pool, plus the saunas were great to sample and relax. We are both gutted we only booked this for 2 nights as the hotel is in prime location to access all areas of the city.

Norhing horrible about this hotel, but nothing extremely great either besides location. We had a queen size bed and not really comfortable. Further, just wondering how come a 4-star doesn’t have king sizes as standard in their double rooms? Bathroom door had a double function, in which it could divide the toilet from the rest of the bathroom or just close off the actual bathroom — just never really sealed so if two travel partners who needs privacy… well then the door is not sound proof or peek proof. Another thing! No outlets by the bed side so only way of charging once phones were by the desk opposite site of the bed, which in my opinion is annoying when you might one to look at picture, research the city etc. While you lie down and relax. Well it wasn’t at all bad. Just needs a few adjustments or upgrades :)

Nice hotel, only stopped by for a beer and the fishtank. There is a sign saying bar is only available to residents. However we sat down and got served. Super friendly staff. Cool atmosphere around the bar looking up at the massive fish tank.

Quite fancy, with a huge fish tank in the middle and you can get inside looking rooms with an aquarium view. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is a decent buffet. Prices are quite high though. Second guest costs more.

Visiting for business. 6'4, 230lbs. Gives me a twin bed together set up in lieu of a proper bed as I had booked. The twin bed setup is literally two separate beds pushed together. Each bed with a tiny blanket and individual sheets. Beds are not connected or fixed together. They slide apart so you can better slide into the crack. Dumb. 0 stars.

Great location on the river Spree with fantastic views of the Duomo. Breakfast very good. Despite the central location very quiet in the rooms.

A very nice hotel which was built in absolute luxury I built the glasses there myself years ago and just wanted to see what has become of this hotel the tube with the 1 million litres of water and all the fish is quite great and that is a rearing Driving through is absolutely sensational just why I made prints is quite clearly because in the entrance area is already clearly marked by the show that it is only for hotel guests to enter but a pity only if one is safe and does not pretend as if one Tourist is coming one even without being asked in.

The Big Aquarium is its chip! They were made in summer 2017. We were offered a choice of accommodation in a room with a view of the city or the aquarium. We chose, of course the aquarium! It's magical! It's fascinating!
The kids were thrilled.

The rooms are small but comfortable. The atmosphere is very pleasant.
There is a spa (cosmetics Bobor) Yes, there were inaccuracies in the calculation at checkout. We took a slightly larger amount, which caused inconvenience associated with the correspondence and attachment of papers. The funds were returned.
In spite of this, I will gladly return again! I recommend it to everyone! This is my favorite hotel in Berlin!

A very nice hotel in the city center. Great way to spend a very relaxing afternoon watching, what could be said is a swimming pool, well its big enuf to be, but its a super sized fish tank! Amazing… The staff are helpful and friendly and there is a nice selection of food and beverages on offer to suit all budgets.

We stayed two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, nice touch from the staff we had been given some complimentary drinks for our celebration. We had an amazing staying, from staff, hotel and location everything was perfect, the view from the business room is lovely. Thank you Radisson team for creating an amazing staying for us! Will definitely return!

Absolutely great. Radisson Blu in Berlin is a fantastic hotel with everything what you might need. Professional staff, tasty breakfast, very tidy room and stunning view on aquarium. Lift could be better — I had to wait even few minutes but I believe it was only temporary malfunction. I strongly recommend this place.

Beautifully designed… mega Design… The huge aquarium full of beautiful fish in the middle of the hotel is the madness… Ambience top. The bar offers all kinds of delicious… The rooms are very clean and modern… from the window free view of the TV tower or inside lying on the aquarium… again very happy.

The bar has really delicious cakes, I already came here twice just to try new ones. I recommend to take advantage of the special offer: 6.50 for cake + coffee. As a bonus, you also get to enjoy the sight of the aquarium.

Amazing hotel with its giant aquarium! It's always impressive to take the elevator and see all these fish. It's magic! The rooms are very comfortable. The beddings are reputed to be the top!
Right in the centre of Mitte, it is easy enough to access all the historic Places in Berlin. Right next to the Pergamon and the famous TV tower. In revenge this hotel is a bit far from the Berlin night life. I would rather recommend it to those who want to visit the tourist places.
The bar is nice to have a drink just below the aquarium.

An affordable hotel for a tour of Berlin.

Hotel ideally located in the center, well insulated soundly, large room. Bathroom with bathtub, not very modern, but spacious. View of the magnificent cathedral from the room (217).

I have to admit, this hotel doesn't really get around me. I have seen much better for better prices. Except for the great aquarium in the interior, this was nothing. For this room price I expect a wiped desk, on which there are no sticky stains from the previous tenant. On the other, a €50 deposit per night is charged to the credit card, which you get again, but as a guest I expect a little more confidence. And the mini-bar works automatically if you just use his cola touched it is already booked, impossible!
Too bad I was always thrilled by Radisson. And, unfortunately, I can't forget, I ordered a beer in the bar, and I went to my room after 14 minutes without beer. It was probably just forgotten, and then I had no desire to inquire.
Addendum: No checkout, the staff unfortunately cannot recover points… neutral Production.

I feel that although the hotel looked the part, the beds were considerably sub-par. Pillows were uncomfortable and instead of a double bed we were given two single beds pushed together. However the hotel staff were more than accommodating and and the cleaning staff were evidently very good. Altogether an average experience, especially the price. Chances are you are paying for the location which admittedly is incredibly convenient and close to many great restaurants and public transport stops.

We were there for wellness. Service was very friendly and helpful. Very clean everything and a nice ambiance. Lobby very nice and modern.

This is one of the best hotels in Berlin without a doubt! The Amazing Aquarium. A wonderful breakfast. Very comfortable bed. And amazing service. They upgraded me to a business room the day I arrived. Of course I will return to this hotel. And I recommend to everyone.

The hotel is of course impressive with the Aquadome, the standard is definitely fulfilled. The breakfast is very good but the price is plentiful, I would expect more. Parking is quite expensive, but since the hotel is conveniently located you can get around without a car and park it somewhere else.

I am very impressed with this hotel. It is located in the centre of the city. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend the casino if someone does not know that the money would be better spent elsewhere. There is a good public transport connection, but there are also parking spaces available. All wheelchair Friendly.

The breakfast is really good. They provide all kind of breads, sausages and cheese. You can make you own orange juice, though using a manual press is really tiresome and messy. Their pre-squeezed juices are also super nice. The rooms are nice size and have everything you would need when staying for business. A café downstairs is nice, with good selection of tees and limited selection of cakes. Though quite overpriced.

I am very impressed with this hotel. It is located in the centre of the city. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is available here and the casino can also be recommended. There is a good public transport connection. All wheelchair Friendly.

The fish tank in the atrium is out of this world, spectacular. The rooms are good but feel more like a 4 star hotel if I'm honest. The toilet in our room needed a good scrub…

Loved this place. Very close to lots of restaurants shops and sight seeing spots. I went with family for my 50th Birthday. The hotel upgraded me to a business suite which was a lovely surprise. Fantastic view looking towards the river spree. Thought the buffet breakfast was great, something for everyone. Great staff and the whole hotel was spotless. I would definately be visiting again.

Huge fish tank and that is it. The breakfast does not have any other vegan options than bread, fruit and oats. I asked for some avocado from the kitchen and they did not have any but I was promised that they would have some on the next day. However the day after the did not had it either. For 4 mornings I had oats and banana for breakfast : — ( Suggestion: please add vegan options. It is not very difficult. Some peanut butter so vegans can spread something on the bread. Avocado. Cinnamon to flavour the oats. Soy yogurt. The room was spacious and clean, I had a bathrobe and slippers and a beautiful view to Berlin's cathedral. Some mornings they replaced the amenities I had used and some other mornings they didn't but I didn't really care as I travel with my own toiletries.

Location: 5 stars, Super direct to DOM and spree and central to museum Island.
Staff 5 Star: Very polite well trained and accommodating. Booked Business Double room: 3 stars, small, no shower, bathtub with shower. Beds too short. The location of the hotel is also very expensive.
Breakfast buffet: 3-4 stars, on the 2nd day No salmon/fish, Aufchnitt meager and not laid. Plus fresh fruit and smoothies.
Room type and breakfast buffet do not justify the price, only location, staff and lobby with the impressive aquarium.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful 'feature' bar with a huge (really, really huge) aquarium in the central atrium. Great bar staff and a fantastic cocktail selection. Wonderful breakfast with a huge selection (including sparkling wine at breakfast :) ). The rooms are good but nothing amazing. Some face into the central atrium, some face our to great views of the cathedral, ours faced out to another nearby building unfortunately. Good room service. Nice location next to the cathedral and museum island. Recommended.

Ideally located, great views and friendly staff. That's without mentioning the giant aquarium in the lobby that has to be seen to be believed. Highly recommended as it close by to multiple museums, shops, restaurants and all the main public transport hubs.

WOW! This is the word explaining my impression about this hotel. This a real thing with Ocean View included. The room was spacious, 1 million litters aquarium in the window, orthopedic beds were soft, coffee and tea in the room (although never used). The breakfast was magic, freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothie, smoked salmon, cheeses and lots of delicatessen. And the location is out of competition — right opposite the Berliner Dom, with perfect transport connection to airport and central station.

The Radisson Blu Hotel was GREAT service and comfortable nights. One of the Best hotels we stayed in Germany and definitely delivered more than what we expected. The Staff members always friendly, polite and helpful. The Concierge was amazing and great with his knowledge and suggestions for the things I needed. Their location is unbeatable for touristic purposes and in our case even work purposes. The HEAT restaurant (part of the hotel) was delightful for breakfast they have an unbelievable buffet, and you have to try their burger ;). Also the Aquarium is just a great touch to the place… kid or adult it will certainly make you smile at anytime of the day. We're already looking forward to comeback and perhaps stay in this amazing hotel.

The staff was extraordinarily efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Special kudos to concierge Rene Waltz for his endless patience, knowledge of the city and warm, helpful service — always with a smile and sense of humor!

Loved the hotel! Nice, clean rooms, and I got a room with a view of the aquarium in the lobby which was awesome. The hotels also offers an ok exercise room (ellipticals, treadmills and indoor cycles), with some free weights (1 — 10 kg manuals) and a lat pulldown machine.

The hotel is very impressive, immaculately clean and modern. The most obvious feature is the huge aquarium in the centre, rising up from the bar and visible from inner facing rooms and from the glass lifts. There are all the features here that you'd expect from a high class hotel including spas, saunas and fitness area and two restaurants. The location is good, a convenient distance from the city centre but the traffic noise is minimal and you walk everywhere if you wish but there are all the public transportation options you could wish for. We found the large room to be ample for our needs, with a king size bed and lovely bathroom, room service with a great menu if needed and a TV and safe box. The staff are very polite, English fluent and helpful. If you want to take a closer look at the aquarium, you can get a lift up for a really good view and really take it in.

The Hotel is located very close to the Alexander Platz metro station. Beautiful, in the lobby of the reception you are enchanted to look at the huge aquarium that rises to our view. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. Super Soundproof, we had a great rest. We had a room with an aquarium view.

Stayed in this hotel for one night during a city break in Berlin. The location is excellent and is perfect for exploring the city by foot. We booked this particular hotel because of the enormous indoor fish task. Our room had a small balcony which overlooked the fish tank. At night when the lights are dimmed you can see the fish swimming in circles around the tank as you lie in bed, it felt as if the room was underwater. The room was clean and of a good size. We were impressed by the service and by how polite and knowledgeable the staff were.

The reason for visiting the Christmas market, we are here for a few nights. Very comfortable hotel, there is an astonishing Hall. Aquarium attraction, there is also a night cocktail promotion here can watch. Rooms are comfortable, bed is comfortable. We believe it is in all of our best nights in hotel accommodation. Breakfast was lovely but very tasty. Location is very convenient, convenient, very close from the local area. Across the road is the bus station to the airport, super convenient. We will come again.

Due to the short lived, we tend to live in the hotel, hoping to get the comfort and quality services. Radisson Blu Hotel Berlin is a treat for us. Amazing glass elevator as a cylindrical Aquarium in the lobby. Staff friendly and helpful, you deserve to eat a meal in a restaurant, you should point a buffet breakfast delivered to your room.

I have only used the Spa visited. It was very nice, nice Receptionist. Unfortunately, there was only a very small gym and the Pool was closed : (When the Pool is working again for me I like again :)

The location is great, right next to the Berliner Dom. The service is good, the room was very clean. It has a huge spectacular aquarium in the lobby which I could view from my room, which makes it very special. Would definitely stay there again.

Terrific! Great Hotel! the reception is very friendly, nice! Clean! a great sight of the Aquarium! We enquired to the view of our room — we opted for the view to the river Spree and the Berliner Dom, which was the extra-cost value! Very well trained staff — go to all of your wishes! A coffee machine with capsules in the room! Tea and water in the room! The SPA area is small — nothing special! Massages are in our opinion too expensive! Buffet Breakfast very good and plentiful! All the sights are easy to reach — the point of entry, to shipping at the Hotelende! Food evening on the river Spree — at the Hotel — Super good wine prices are higher, but it is a lot to offer! very good ice cream shop at the Hotelecke! At the entrance to the Aquarium, ride the Asian food is not overlooked — very good quality! Whole Hotel with Around it very well thought out.

Was welcomed on arrival and helped me check in despite my basic German skills. When I mentioned this was my first time in Berlin, I was presented with a city map and the lady checking me in highlighted some popular tourist attractions. The hotel itself was well presented and clear and has a dramatic fish tank above the bar. The room was clean and modern and the bathroom was spacious. The bedroom was very cosy, there was a good range of TV channels on offer and the Wi-Fi was free and handled anything I asked it to do. The breakfast was pricey however there was a full range of hot and cold food on offer and it was delicious.

Really good business hotel with high standard rooms and a good location close to Alexanderplatz and S-Bahn train. Love that they have a gym and really fast Wi-Fi at the rooms. I stayed here in March 2015.

Simply a place where you can feel comfortable.

Service: Excellent frontdesk staff. They were very considerate and accommodating. They offered to look for a nice room before I was about to ask! That was unusually nice. We asked to change the city view room to fish tank view. They did their best to find a good room without us having to move our luggages. Hardware: Fish tank is amazing! So beautiful. We felt like wanting to stay in our hotel room watching the fishes moving. Breakfast was good. Location: Excellent location. Center of Berlin without a doubt. Easy walk to many attractions.

Way too expensive (165 all in). And then still a housekeeping knocking on the door when you are in during the morning. Plus a slow internet connection. How is it possible for 165 per night? Room is o. K. But same can be found for less money.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and we had a lovely time. The room was very nice and the housekeeping maintained it clean at all times; the view of the Cathedral of Berlin was fantastic; on the concierge desk everyone was speaking English and was very helpful with giving us directions. Overall, the hotel is wonderful, worth every penny.

I'll highly recommend this hotel — For starters, the hotel has one of the most fascinating settings inside the lobby: a 25-metre tall cylinder-shaped aquarium. The room is your typical size room but has several details that made me think, "You go German engineering and efficiency! " For instance, they managed to put in lots of shelves, the trashcan in the bathroom tilts out from underneath, the light switches by the bed control all the lights in the room (I was delighted to not to have to get out of bed to turn off the light right by the entrance! ) The room is of simple and clean design. There are no frilly decorations but everything feels elegant. The bed is very comfortable (almost to the quality of Westin's heavenly bed) but is on the harder (but still comfortable) side which was fine by me — I slept very well. The bedsheets are of high thread count and crispy clean. The whole room, the entire hotel is clean. Perfect location: It is located right next the Berliner Dom and the museum island (Museumsinsel). There are several (though touristy) restaurants nearby. The nearest metro stations are within 10-minute walk. One complaint — when I purchased the ticket to go "inside" the AquaDom from the front desk, the man neglected to tell me that AquaDom is actually part of this indoor entertainment park called Sea Life Centre, it's about 2 blocks away from the hotel — you need to bring the voucher to the main entrance of the Sea Life Centre to exchange it into an actual ticket.

I had the opportunity of staying in this hotel in the year 2009, the truth is that was an amazing experience, the reception is stunning, with the gigantic aquarium and its shade of blue is really a luxury.

In addition to the rooms there are nothing to complain about. I found the room quite old. For a 5* hotel is rather disappointing. But the Service Was awesome very hostile and accommodating.

New year's eve party was super am there this year again there, view of the aquarium from the hotel room is simply awesome, the staff is very nice always again gladly michi whistle from hamburg bergedorf.
