The really lovely staff of the Hotel Adlon takes care of its guests, you almost have the feeling of having booked a butler service, very great! the food highlights for me were the Russian caviar and the champagne. The hotel itself cannot be topped by other high-class hotels by its steepness in history alone.

Amazing visit to sample the famous Kaiser cup 🥤. Great service, amazing staff who made us very welcome even though we weren't staying guests. We'll done all!

Really great service, here the customer is still king. The staff are really very attentive, pleasantly intrusive, so that you feel really well looked after. We asked for more coffee in the room and 10 minutes later it rang. Also the food was excellent, that one can only recommend further.

This is the ONLY hotel that we had reservations with for a family vacation through Europe this summer that will not refund even €1 due to our cancellation because if the COVID19 pandemic. I have found them to be extremely rude and difficult to deal with despite repeated polite requests for them to reconsider their business decision. I am posting here as a warning to all travelers to not stay at this property. Beware the predatory and extremely short-sighted business practices of this supposedly luxurious property.

Wow! What a hotel! Set right outside the Brandenburg Tor and adjacent to the British Embassy in the heart of Berlin. The rooms are well appointed, modern, well decorated and really clean. There is a lot of attention to detail paid by the staff of this first class hotel to make your stay exceptional and make you feel relaxed. Can't fault the hotel in any way and will definitely return if in Berlin again.

Very well located hotel. Every member of the staff is nice and efficient. The room I had was big and clean. The breakfast buffet is incredible with a wide variety of food from all around the world. The gym is very modern and well equipped. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, everything was perfect.

The Hotel Adlon in Berlin has to be one of the world's best hotels. For a start it is situated right next to the Brandenburg Gate. The reception area is very large with a wonderful lobby bar. All the staff were excellent in English and very helpful in answering any questions. The rooms were very comfortable and quite. We had one meal in the restaurant, Quarre. The food was excellent, some of the best that we have ever experienced.

Wonderful hotel located at the very heart of Berlin with the vast majority of attractions in walking distance. Incredibly friendly staff, our suite was large with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The Sra Bua restaurant at the hotel was brilliant as was the curry club next door for Indian. … Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is decent. It's all there. There's a lot of people.

An excellent hotel with staff that goes the extra mile! The grand entrance and main hall are just stunningly beautiful and mentally prepare you, just like the nostalgic lifts, for the elegant decorated rooms with high quality materials and super comfortable beds. I especially liked the spacious bathroom with the black granit tops and tiles. The International breakfast offers a huge variety of finely selected options. I enjoyed every minute of my stay!

Great location, beautiful building and nice ambiance. The staff are super friendly and as expected from Kempinski hotel they go the extra mile. Felt well looked after, cared for and looking forward to my next visit. Great food too at the restaurants and very creative all round. Hope to check out the spa and the pool tonight.

I was at the restaurant at lunchtime today and was confirmed in my high expectation. Oncoming service, fast, attentive and not intrusive. Changing the side dishes was not a problem.
The food was definitely justified in price: Super quality, meat to the point, vegetables bite. Only the beverage prices are a little too high in my opinion.

Super Hotel in Super location at super Price. Everything is done with German neatness, style German classic. Breakfast has everything you want even red caviar and champagne. Elevators with the count of floors in the pre-digital epoch look stylishly. At the same time the control of the light and the room key is super modern. In the room free coffee, tea, water. The location is 5 (near the Brandenburg Gate), the service is 5 (the men at the reception stand in the livery), the breakfast is at 6. For it ask 600 Euro per night.

By far the most espectacular hotel in Berlin. Rooms with a view to The Brandenburg Gate are stunning. The caviar buffet breakfast is top of the world.

One of my favourite hotels in Berlin. The hotel has a great interesting story good itself which it has in itself.
The ambiance there is incomparably with other hotels. It is Stielvoll, elegant and very luxurious. You feel invited and at home when you are staying there. Food and drinks are just great — a little more expensive than anywhere else, but it's the Adlon — whoever goes there can enjoy a 1a service:-)

A truly first class hotel with the service to match. Impeccable and gorgeous lobby. Very pleasant rooms. Terrific concierge. All in a can't be beat location.

This hotel Adlon Keminski has nearly four hundred rooms with about three hundred fixed positions which cannot be seen from the outside should go in at least once.
Not much pomp, but still beautiful.
PS: A visit is always worthwhile.

European luxury Hotel in the best sense of the word. I don't think there's a better one in Berlin.

We got an executive room for a reasonable price below 300 € with a balcony. The service is as expected for a hotel of this category, really great. Try the Currywurst, it is the best in Berlin and was sprinkled with a bit of gold ;-) to enhance the experience. The taste was phenomenal.

Unfriendly and uneducated staff.
We had stayed at the Hotel Adlon with the family to have a beer after taking a walk around the area. I came to drink a coffee and I had to finish off to get in because you can not go with drinks to the restaurant. Finally when we got in and ordered, the waitress who waited on us tried to fatally. Without any respect or education, to the point of raising our voice when it comes to paying.
An unpleasant EXPERIENCE at an overrated hotel. Badly behaved. We came to this place to have a drink after walking about Berlin's downtown. We were told about how great this hotel was. However to our surprise, we were not treated well at the restaurant of the Adlon Hotel. The waitress had a condescending behaviour, talked to us rudely and looked down upon us when we left. No doubt we will never return to this place.

Beautiful hotel. Reminiscent of a historic period, the room was very comfortable. The nugget breakfast had a long and interesting variety of dishes. It’s strange that you have to pay for parking, I was a bit surprised considering how much they charge for a room but other than that we had a pleasant stay here.

Just returned to Copenhagen after having stayed at this fabulous hotel for 4 days. For vacation. Everything was simply perfect. Wonderful room, fantastic staff on all posts, beautiful and well functioning facilities, amazing foyer and bar for relaxation, a light meal or a drink or just “hanging out”. The breakfast is indescribable in quality and variety. And the garage was perfect for us coming with own car. Thank you for running such a great hotel. High class and quality however without being snobbish. We are already planning for our next trip to Hotel Adlon Kempinski.

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was spectacular, offering incredible amounts of comfort and space and tastefully decorated. The bed offered some of the best sleep I’ve ever enjoyed in a hotel. Staff were pleasant and attentive without being intrusive — us particularly finding the breakfast hosts to be friendly and welcoming despite it being a very busy weekend for the hotel. Genuinely and wholeheartedly I recommend this hotel for a touch of real luxury.

We were in the Adlon again in mid-February and were as always completely enthusiastic. From the service to the breakfast buffet to the rooms, everything was just right. One has the feeling that the wishes are read by the eyes. This hotel simply had that particular thing and we were certainly not there for the last time.

A fantastic experience! Absolutely perfect service! The staff were so friendly and competent! It's just not better! Nice room, great pool area with Jacuzzi and sauna. And you just couldn't get enough of it to sit at the elephant fountain or on top of the loft at the excellent breakfast. In front there are some nice shops to stroll around. You really are a guest in the whole hotel and not just in his room. Is one of the best hotels in the world for me!

This Hotel is very nice. But expect nothing for free. Nothing is complimentary. Ice is not even free. Location is great… People are nice… You will go home happy but will spend many EURO!

Always worth a visit. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very spacious (always depends on the category). The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is worth its money. Those who like it quietly at breakfast should point out in advance, then one wants a table in a separate room. Here you have a partial view directly on the Brandenburg Gate. Even if you are not a guest, you should take a quick look. Depending on the season, there is a great decoration.

It is a historically very interesting place where history is brought to life. The ruined hotel was rebuilt faithfully to the original. A visit in the afternoon to tea with live piano, at the babbling Maharadschabrunnen is always worthwhile.

The food is really tasty. The lobby is very charming. We live in the back part of the hotel. The building is very nice although in the room some wears are.
Unfortunately, I have to say that some employees are not always friendly. The lady just came even annoyed over. Does that have to be? We have left the room now and still enjoy the evening and will make beautiful pictures of the Brandenburg Gate.

Hotel, restaurant very classy… beautiful neighborhoods… deserves a detour even if the prices are exorbitant, read carefully the map in order to revel in the little anecdotes that make the place a real legend!

Both the two federal press balls that we experienced at the Adlon, as well as overnight stays, are noted: The Hotel Adlon is fabulous.! A real super service from friendly and competent staff. Top performance in the Hall and perfect timing. Of course, the diner was also excellent at the federal press balls.

Enjoyed the heated bathroom floor and towel rack. The staff made us feel like royalty. Beautiful room.

Great charm. How to fall into the Thirties.

The level of the hotel is absolutely in line with its price. The staff is highly professional. Security at the entrance seems to know all customers in person, unmistakably determining who is a resident of the hotel and who is not. The hall, bars, rooms, everything is very expensive and fashionable. If the budget does not bother you, then this is by far the best choice in Berlin.

To call this Hotel beautiful would be a gross (or grossed) understatement. Just the lobby alone is worth a visit which I notice many other guests doing. This Hotel has a great history and this is also the scene where Michael Jackson dangled his baby out the window! I visited the room where my friends were staying and luxury drips from every corner of the room. This rooms are classy yet contemporary. The technology is present is convenient and cool. There is a button for EVERYTHING! My ONLY complaint would be the cost of the drinks in the bar. I ordered a Hendricks Gin & Tonic and that came to 20 euros. 16 for the gin 4 for the tonic. The SAME drink costs 5 Euros a couple hundred feet away. I understand paying more for luxury buuuut 4 times the cost for a cocktail is ridiculous. However, please don't let that be the reason to skip this place!

Astounding, stylish, spectacular, fancy, glossy — all to the very last detail. Location is obviously perfect. Breakfast is rediculously delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful (all speak great English). Worth reading about the history of this place, which is fascinating.

Just went into the main atrium area for coffee and cake. The staff, as expected are gracious and helpful. The coffee was delicious (as was the cake) but the hot chocolate was truely special.

Friday was a full house at Adlon. Economic forum on the ground floor, an award ceremony of FIABCI a level above, where I participated. Apparently the other floors were booked as well. However, you would assume that a hotel like Adlon would be well prepared especially on a night like that when it comes to vegetarian dishes. As a vegetarian I got served something I can't help but to call an uncharitable, flavourless plate with canned vegetables with a splash of tomato sauce that looked like someone accidentally dropped it there. The entree was similarly sad. I left the event at the 5-star hotel somewhat hungry and disappointed. Staff was friendly and the service itself was good though.

Very chic, but too expensive…

Fantastic! Really great hotel, room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast was great. We had our dog with us and the staff were all really accommodating of that. Before staying there I had the impression that this hotel was trading off it's location and history, without putting the effort in, but that is definitely not true. This will be our go-to place to stay in Berlin from now on.

Spent a morning in here whilst my mates ran the Berlin Marathon in the rain. A cup of tea was twelve euros and worth every cent. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful in every way.

There is little to say about this hotel, the name speaks the only one, located a few meters from the Brandenburg Gate and with the Metro stop in front makes the hotel Adlon unique, an excellent service already from check in, where we are offered an upgrade from room Norma Le a suite completely free, in addition we are explained in a manic way every detail of the room, room with jacuzzi and sauna, needless to list all the hotel facilities because they are endless, great sauna and Turkish bath and beautiful swimming pool, from Return and in fact we return gladly.

Beautiful historic hotel — Berlin answer to the Ritz. Come for afternoon tea, hot chocolate in the cold weather or a glass of champagne before / after opera. Door staff are not very friendly for obvious reasons.

This place is incredible. The location is awesome though it requires a bit of traveling to find some nightlife. The staff is top notch and the food is great. Look out for the pricing of some of the in room amenities as anything in the provide fridge or pantry is at least 5 euros or more. You can find "free" water bottles down in the sauna area near the pool during the day.

I had already visited this property through the film ' without identity ' with Liam Neeson but today I feel particularly fortunate to have stayed there. The palace is ideally located: a few steps from the Brandenburg Gate, the American and French embassies.

Popped in to use the toilet. A plush luxury hotel and if you are passing if you get the opportunity just take a look inside this lovely hotel. I'm sure it's a nice place to stay but outside of my price bracket.

This traditional European luxury hotel has been a landmark position on reconstruction, in Oldenburg, Brown door, before the demolition of the Berlin wall, there was a no mans land. On the hotel front door open on Linden Avenue, it is one of Berlin's most famous Boulevard. The back door opened across from the Holocaust Memorial. This contrast summed up the history of Berlin.

A piece of history that you can… Sleep over. The troubled history of the hotel does not overshadows its relevance, as a matter of fact, it's the other way around. Still the most popular place to stay among public personas and celebrities. The Queen of England recently stayed there. The installations are everything you can expect from a luxurious hotel.

The Adlon Kempinski is probably the most legendary Hotel in Berlin, with strong reference to the Tradition of the house Adlon. Perfect conservative Service combined with the exclusive equipment of the house make the stay for the Event. The Conciergeteam fulfils every imaginable desire in a very short time. Discretion is lived here! Hotelfremden persons admitted to visit to in the rule only in the entrance area. It is asked in the hotel area, not to fotogrfieren. A visit to the Lobby Bar and the Restaurants according to free capacities.

Lecker Tee und nette Snacks. Die Lobby im Adlon ist einfach einmalig. Service ist top! Ein echter Klassiker in Berlin.

Bed is relatively narrow, Twin Room Single Room more nice, the water is cloud Free, the waiter are very enthusiastic, but also a hand-written welcome card for you. Breakfast was very nice. Berlin's best hotel, it is true, the Elevator is very vintage feeling, out the door is the Embassy district with the Berlin Wall.

Luxury yes. But overall feeling it's place with dark history. Nothing fun about it.

Fabulous hotel with an extraordinary atmosphere, superb services, great rooms with nice furniture. I loved the bathroom which is very nice. We would recommend this very well located hotel to anyone looking for romantism and luxurious hotels.

The Adlon Hotel I liked very much. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The Service from the staff was excellent. I would the Hotel anytime again visit.

Berlin traditional hotel at the Brandenburg gate, the Anno August Jagdfeld his recent history has brought. Very good facilities, very good Service, excellent prices. The Restaurant is in the number of tourists something to the Mainstream degenerate, much better is the star Restaurant on the first floor. In the Lobby there are numerous events, the 1920s, the bloom back on.

Simply the best hotel in the city. Possibly in Germany as well. Family, couple, or business, this is a great place to be in. Location is great. Well, imagine having a room with the The Brandenburg Gate less than 300m away from you, the sight is amazing, and the history of the place is quite breathtaking. Quality of the food and the overall experience is first class. Bottom line, if you can afford the cost, do not waste your time to look for any other hotel in Berlin.
