Amazing customer service! The receptionist that served us was amazing today (around 12pm). She was patient and nice, especially after dealing with a few difficult customers in front of us in the queue. She made our day!

A perfect family hotel, situated close to public transport. There is a combined bus/tram stop just around the corner. The TXL-bus to/from Tegel Airport stops here, the tram takes you to Hauptbahnhof in one minute and it's only a short walk to the nearest U-bahn station (U Naturkundemuseum: U2). The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us with a table reservation with a smile. The room was more than we could ask for. Two rooms with comfortable beds and a sofa bed fo…r the kids, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, plates, glasses etc (no real oven though). The bath room had a washing machine and a dryer. Perfect if you are staying in Berlin a little longer than a weekend. Breakfast is ok, regular hotel breakfast.
Access to pool and sauna is included in the price. The kids loved it but they thought that the pool was a little too cold. We were very happy with everything and we wouldn't hesitate to pick this hotel again.

Stayed at the Adina for four nights (Thursday to Monday) in an one-bedroom suite, and truly enjoyed our excellent stay. We picked Adina primarily due to its location centrality (reasonably short travel distance from the various nightlife options we made plans for). We were so glad we did. LOCATION – Quite convenient, with four lines of SBahn at the Hackescher Markt (right next door) and many UBahn lines at Alexanderplatz (5 min walk). Hackescher Markt is an upscale tourist area so even late at night it feels very safe to walk around in the area (granted, we are two young male…) Being at Hackescher Markt means it is always reasonably easy to get home late at night. At other time, it is also an extremely convenient locations for restaurants, shopping etc. ROOM: We were given room 416, a one-bedroom apartment. It was a spacious suite, with separate bedroom, living/dining area, and kitchen/entrance area, plus a sizable bathroom. The only bedroom area is fairly spacious itself (we did not need to layout our suitcases in the living area). The room has a clear view of the Fernsehturm (TV tower), which is quite neat. The living/dining area was large enough for entertaining (can seat/fit half a dozen people comfortably).

Very convenient. Museum Island, Hackscher Markt. Room very good. Unfortunately for 1 week 1 elevator defective. Often 10 — 15 min. Waiting time in front of the elevator. Am 6th floor.

Great property, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Strategic location to visit Berlin. I recommend trying their bartender's cocktails, yummy! Very quiet rooms.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable. The employees are helpful (and speak English) and housekeeping was great. We had a one bedroom and it was nice to have a washer and a dryer in the room. The rooms and the hotel were clean. We ordered room service (pizza, pasta, burgers) and it was good. The location is great — just a few minutes to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn and about a 10-minute walk to the Berlin TV Tower. I would definitely stay here again.

This is great! It's great! Close to museums, the area is clean, convenient transport interchanges. Absolutely quiet in the room. The room is clean and very functional!

Would like more outlets for charging necessary phones and batteries. Wish there was air conditioning or a better way to stay cool in the hot weather. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was very cordial and helpful.

Good sized rooms, however, cleaners need to be a bit better and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Location is great, staff were friendly, breakfast was good. 2nd visit: a couple of months later. Great staff service. Rooms are really quiet and air-con is perfect. Having been elsewhere in the meantime I'm happy to readjust the rating I'd given.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Our room was large and extraordinarily quiet, even though we were facing the street, owing to impressively solid double windows. This was one of the few hotels in Germany where the air conditioning worked well enough that my wife was happy with the temperature at night. We enjoyed having breakfast every day (ask for a voucher the night before to save) and found the location very convenient for visiting museums and other attractions in the Hackeschermarkt area.

The smile of the receptionist was not broad enough at check-in. Seriously. Room large, sunny and clean as clean gets. Bed confy. Nice staff. Fantastic cocktail bar, barman excellent, great choice. Good and clean fitness room (could do with heavier free weight…) and large jacuzzi. Did not try the sauna. Price, gasp!, reasonable. Spot in the Mitte. Quiet! Nice patio if you smoke, at the back. I really could not fault it.

All great but the fuct that didnt tell us that the jacuzzi and pool are closed or disfunction is. not ok and very disappointing We wouldnt have come here if we knew.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I think the location is just perfect. Shops, restaurants and bars just minutes away. The room was really nice and had all I needed. The service was great. Only problem I had was to understand the elevator system. Over all a great place to stay.

Spontaneously arrived in Berlin we found a room here but this is also the only good thing about my Recession. Just under €500 for 2 nights is rip off also for Berlin. Breakfast still per Peron €19 on top of it and parking for €20 the night is also not included Here. We have frozen at 10 degrees outside temperature because heating was humming but only made cold air. Breakfast was served in the cocktail bar (:) ) at knee-high tables ergo breakfast room you are looking for in Vain. The offer for me knows how much room was very skinny and reminded me of a Spanish 2 star motel. I haven't found a bad 4 star hotel Yet. Equipment Ok. The subtleties such as small sewing kit, slippers etc. Are missing completely. As an offer I can clearly understand for already €300 in the Adlon Live. This is not the Case.

We're regulars at the Adina — organizing courses for medicinal personnel there. The hotel's personnel is very responsive considering special needs or technical problems. They're equipped well enough for what we're doing, but already announced that they're going to update their equipment this or next year. The food is delicious btw.

This place is great. The appartments are amazing. A lot of space, and really nice furniture. The kitchen in the appartment is really good. We had help from the janitor, and that was a good experience too There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

The "one-bedroom' suites are terrific. Please when booking to make sure to get a room, either in the courtyard or on top as far as possible. Below, it is however quite loud. Also you can reserve a room with a bathtub on request. Most are with shower only. The sauna area has got something small for a hotel of this size.

This apartment hotel is clean and offers beautiful and well equipped apartments. With the swimming pool, you have in addition great leisure facilities for families. In addition it is very well located.

To be honest, if I was a bit hesitant to live in an apartment-style hotel. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations! It feels like living in a normal hotel suite. Room was spacious, very clean, and there is a fully equipped kitchen! Breakfast was good, but the price of 15 euro per person per a bit expensive for me.

I finally took the time to write a proper review of this hotel. My mother and I came to Berlin when she had to undergo brain surgery at the Charité. I stayed in this hotel for 16 days while my mom was in the hospital, and I experienced nothing less than amazing service. The check-in and check-out were very easy and the receptionists were a great help with sightseeing, restaurants, transportation and just advice in general. The bar and restaurant staff were never afraid to s…tart a conversation and showed better service than I have ever seen in any bar/restaurant before. I had some tough days, spending lots of time alone in a city I wasn't really familiar with, but at the end of the day it was nice to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar area where someone would ask me about my day and make conversation. All in all, a fantastic stay. The staff were very professional, they spoke brilliant english and the all round service was greater than ever expected. The housekeeping also did a really good job. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Berlin. — — A special thanks to the staff asking about my mothers well-being every night when I got back from the hospital. Everything is alright. The House is perfect for meetings and has an excellent central location.

Dont book it if you are looking for a swimmingpool. The pool is tiny and because it is a apartment hotel you will find many children playing in the pool all day long. Otherwise it was a nice and clean apartement. 10 Minutes walking distance to central train station and grocery. Bakery next door.

Reception staff is very friendly, free upgrade room for us. Apartment is very comfortable and clean. We were there just in time to see them in the room, wear and safety checks, they thoroughly impressed us. We travel by train, hotel is near from the station, and the Reichstag and other major attractions are within reasonable walking distance.

The service has been stunning the rooms well stocked and clean. The wellness centre with pool sauna and gym facilities has been superb in between doing tourist things. Also they have a happy hour at the bar which is such good value for money.

The hotel is highly recommended:

Excellent apartment Hotel with kitchen fully furnished & washing machine! Buffet Breakfast and good Restaurant. Pool, Sauna, Wifi. Underground Parking. Opposite Federal Ministry of Economics and in the vicinity of the Charitee.

We have been in here for 5 months and we pay for them every week its so expensive even though we have been for a long time they wouldn't make the bill lower or give us discount or something like that.

I couldn't be happier with the Adina Hauptbahnhof. It's location, within walking distance of the train station and Berlin's major tourist attractions, was fantastic. I could relax on the couch in my apartment and watch the people walking around inside the dome of the Riechstag — amazing! It was also great value, especially since they cheerfully upgraded me from a studio to a full-sized apartment upon my arrival. The apartment itself was beautiful — modern, clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Using the kitchenette, after stocking up at the supermarket a few blocks away, was also a great cost-saver. I would definitely stay here again.

I was a guest in the hotel bar. I was here hosts very friendly and helpful. I'm coming back.

Last month was a busy one for me and I was to visit Germany and stay in Berlin. This was my hotel here and I must say I am amazed by the service here and the gorgeous rooms. Great hotel, love the pool.

Good hotel with large rooms but the Wi-Fi should be free.

Overall I was very happy, good value for money, very large rooms.
