Great property, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Strategic location to visit Berlin. I recommend trying their bartender's cocktails, yummy! Very quiet rooms.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable. The employees are helpful (and speak English) and housekeeping was great. We had a one bedroom and it was nice to have a washer and a dryer in the room. The rooms and the hotel were clean. We ordered room service (pizza, pasta, burgers) and it was good. The location is great — just a few minutes to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn and about a 10-minute walk to the Berlin TV Tower. I would definitely stay here again.

This is great! It's great! Close to museums, the area is clean, convenient transport interchanges. Absolutely quiet in the room. The room is clean and very functional!

Good sized rooms, however, cleaners need to be a bit better and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Location is great, staff were friendly, breakfast was good. 2nd visit: a couple of months later. Great staff service. Rooms are really quiet and air-con is perfect. Having been elsewhere in the meantime I'm happy to readjust the rating I'd given.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Our room was large and extraordinarily quiet, even though we were facing the street, owing to impressively solid double windows. This was one of the few hotels in Germany where the air conditioning worked well enough that my wife was happy with the temperature at night. We enjoyed having breakfast every day (ask for a voucher the night before to save) and found the location very convenient for visiting museums and other attractions in the Hackeschermarkt area.

Nice apartment rooms, very well suited for families. Rich breakfast buffet, everyone will find it here. Wellness area is available free of charge for hotel guests. Rooms are air-conditioned. Very quiet.

The smile of the receptionist was not broad enough at check-in. Seriously. Room large, sunny and clean as clean gets. Bed confy. Nice staff. Fantastic cocktail bar, barman excellent, great choice. Good and clean fitness room (could do with heavier free weight…) and large jacuzzi. Did not try the sauna. Price, gasp!, reasonable. Spot in the Mitte. Quiet! Nice patio if you smoke, at the back. I really could not fault it.

Check in staff was smiling friendly and approachable. Check in was quick. The room was absolutely immaculately clean! Toilet was posh. Bed is very comfortable. I would have rated 5stars as theyve given as a complimentary breakfast buffet voucher as it was our 1st wedding anniversary but on my last night I got bedbugs bites but my husband didnt have it though. Maybe I was the unlucky victim. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel if youre going to berlin! Bus stop to and from TXL airport is near it. And its close to various restaurants cafe and fast food chains.

Wonderful location close to everything, the room is the best hotel room I've ever been and very well equipped with cook top, microwave, dinner ware, I really feel like I'm at home.

Shops, restaurants and bars just minutes away. The room was really nice and had all I needed. The service was great. Only problem I had was to understand the elevator system. Over all a great place to stay.

This hotel is very clean and nice designed. It's situated perfectly in the heart of Berlin. The bar is cozy and the barkeeper knows what he's doing. The room service was fast and the food tasty. Everyone was nice and polite and tried to help wherever they could.

Room and facilities great. Compact kitchenette, spacious bathroom all tastefully decorated. Staff friendly and helpful though could have advised that you need to swipe your room card to go up in the lift! Have not as yet used the restaurant. The appertments are close to a lot of attractions and restaurants and bars. I recommend this place.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and awesome location. On the downside, the available Wi-Fi is a bit of a joke. The sign up at the front desk says 1MB is free per day (that's not a mistype… Less than some emails). For what it's worth, you might not use up that MB as connecting to the Wi-Fi presents its own set of challenges.
