Nice hotel. Great location for vegans!

Pay a 3 star hotel as one of 4 stars, cleanliness and interest in the guest as in a hostel. My pillow had a phlegm stain and in the fridge there were already consumed drinks. Although we had pointed out the issue they had no interest in remedying. Deceptive photos. Bad.

Excellent service, very polite workers and nice rooms.

Cozy. Breakfast is so-so, better to have lunch outside. Location.

It is well located but it lacks some cleanliness and the breakfast is nothing of the other world.

We had a room of lower category than that paid. This without any compensation, nor any excuse.

Small Hotel but very cozy located in a strategic area Dellacittò with Metro very close, very quiet and with a retro style that we loved, good and plentiful buffet breakfast, courtesy and availability of both the reception and staff Janitor, I recommend it!

OK, but the sink had no type stopper to press to close and open. The shower hose lost half the water. All this I commented on the first day and when we left continued the same. Very nice staff.

Location Good location, close to all attractions. Friendly staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Breakfast costs 11 euros, but it is better to go to the café, which is close to the hotel very much.

The lobby staff was very nice and helpful. The room we had for 3 people looked small but actually held all 3 of us nicely. The room was kept very clean and it was a quiet area to sleep in.

Very well located Hotel, close to the Opéra Garnier and the Lafayette stores. 20 minutes walk from Montmartre.
They speak a little Spanish, and perfectly English and of course French.
The hotel is old but the rooms are nice and correct. Very small elevator.

Staffs were very helpful. We arrived Paris from Germany in the morning at 7 am and they instantly provided us the key as the room was already free, certainly without any extra charge. All the promised facilities were provided. The toilet, as well as the room, was clean. We also kept our luggage to their storage from check out till our flight at night. This was our first visit to Paris and was indeed a good experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, superb décor, impeccable cleanliness and excellently located.

I found the hotel very clean and well maintained. The staff are very welcoming and well cared for. A small gym will be one more asset. The dining room is cramped. For staying in other hotels * * * In the same area, I think this property is one of the best.

Petite, but clean, and lovely atmosphere, awesome breakfast buffet to start the day, close to metro and all the sightseeing must places.

Just left this hotel today. Wonderful experience with the staff. They are quite helpful. Delicious breakfast, reasonable at 10 Euros. Very close to the Metro. A quick train (#7) ride to the Louvre. I highly recommend this place.

The stay was great, room, although perhaps, bed a little soft for my taste, very clean and comfortable, good release and downtown. Very good breakfast… In short, very.

A team pleasant and welcoming, rooms clean and quiet, the hotel is very well located.

I was bit by a bed bug hotel during a professional stay of two nights. I got to the emergency room with swelling arm and 3 days of excruciating pain. The night watchman and the Manager could see for themselves the bug I'd killed her on the mattress. However this is more than a year trying to obtain compensation, I even had to go through a consumer association. I ask the equivalent of one night, this is the practice in this case.
Management of the hotel front door in its letters of scurrilous and untrue remarks against me, then when I produce two medical certificates, proposes to give me 120 euros… calling me for the invoice. But they know very well that I have no Bill because he's my client who had pre-set room.
I'm in this bad faith, this manipulation, and this lack of respect. They keep their money, I will denounce their actions on the internet.
Also note: some rooms are very noisy, this means that and say the neighbors.
But really, the worst in this hotel, it's the attitude of the owner, its inhumanity and lack of customer service.

Hotel simple and correct very classic. Heating problem when we were there. Not the crush that I had when I saw the photos.

Parking 10 minute walk with a decent price for Paris: paid 51 Euros for 3 full days.

Service desk was great! We had a quick check in and also shuttle transfer arrangement smoothly. As we arrived early, our luggage was left in the coffee area which can be further improve if its store in a more secured room. Overall we had a pleasant stay and location is quiet. Cheers.

We stayed here for one night in the beginning of June. Great location, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff and great location. 2 min walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to Galleries Lafayette and restaurants right outside the hotel. The rooms are tiny, but that's true of most hotel rooms in Paris. We will stay there again!
