I was given a room that didn't come had a faulty AC and the hotel simply wouldn't exchange a room due to the fact that they were fully booked. But why accept a booking when you have rooms that are unfit for your customers? to make it worse, no one bothered to inform me about the room's condition and the front desk could only rudely reply, "sorry"

This hotel refuses to accommodate a disabled person with a guaranteed room with a scheduled late arrival. They practice being DUMB and STUPID.

My first experience with 9hotels, and it will also be my last. Overbooked me in the system even after my credit card was charged for the room and did nothing to communicate back to me via phone or email or find me another room or hotel. I spent 30 minutes getting to the hotel and it wasn’t until I arrived to the hotel that I received an email notifying me of the issue. For the amount they charge per night, I would expect a higher level of service. Very disappointing and I will never stay at this brand ever again.

Very nice 3 stars hotel with tiny rooms but very helpful staff. Recommend it but don't expect too much! Tasty breakfast with good choice of food.

Friendly staff, well appointed room with good air conditioning, excellent continental breakfast. Would stay again and recommend to others.

A little off beaten path, but accommodations were very clean a good relative bargain. Quick walk to Metro, and plenty of casual food options around. Definitely worth upgrading to larger room for $20/night! Stylish, cozy, and has a nice lobby waiting area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. And absolutely try the restaurant literally right next door — Hugos. I'd stay there again.

Good budget hotel but rooms are small. Bathroom was of ok size. Quiet area. Nearby Hugo restaurant was a great find for lunch or dinner. Good spread for breakfast.

There is no coffee inside. No refrigerator. No mineral water, basically just a bed and shower. Oh, I saw a safe box. That's it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Includes breakfast, with rich coffee, bread and cheese. But very little fruit and juice.

Nice place, room in good condition, clean estate and renovated… The hotel is located in a good location, a 200 meters from the other metro and many from the MC.

Nice and friendly hotel, room and comfortable bedding, modern decor but not cold, staff very available. Small downside, the restaurant service is outside the hotel and sometimes you have to arm yourself with patience to put something under the tooth.

Renovated hotel but a cruel lack of personality for rooms and white orridors. That's a shame…

Excellent service. Rooms are modern with good amenities. Missing only a mini fridge and tea in the room. Bathroom is beautiful. Would recommend if near Gare du Nord.

Nice Hotel in the Rue Papillon near Metro Cadet. Public Parking (underground garage) diagonally opposite (but expensive! Very feundlicher Service, two nice Restaurants right next to it. Very good experience.

Hello! We were in August 2014 for four days in Paris and have 9Hotel Opera stayed. The Hotel was perfectly fine and I can recommend it to others. The staff was friendly, rooms are in good to very good condition and clean. Breakfast, we have not taken advantage of. From her position one certainly gets a more Central accommodations. There are a few steps to go until you are in the centre, but if you are not a Power of Sightseeing plans is not a Problem. :).

15 euro breakfast buffet is the best part of this hotel, rooms are too small yet people are nice.

I can only strongly advise against this hotel. Not only that you properly saved when the noise, it enjoys to gamble good customers who leave prematurely also still off. Credit due to — that is simply not up to date.

Beautiful small hotel. New and modern rooms with all you need, big TV, and bathroom. The only bad thing is the noise coming from the street, really noise when the city is waking up.
