My flights were cancelled in Paris by our airline because COVID was no longer flying on the route I had booked. I think it's very unfair that you don't pay me back something out of my control.

The hotel is closed but refuses to reimburse the price already paid and purchased for the period of closure under the pretext that they were purchased on a partner's site. However, it is still the hotel that will affect almost the whole of the sum already paid. In these extremely challenging times for all, the hotel management should be ashamed!

Very nice hotel, friendly welcome. Room decorated with taste, very beautiful with a very good bedding. I have had a bottle wine as a gift home. I recommend it.

Lovely hotel in a great position. Staff were so helpful and obliging. Makes all the difference and you feel so welcome and well looked after.

Can you give a 4 Star Hotel a 5 Star rating? Well I guess you can. This little bijou hotel is tucked away on the smallest side street in Paris, not too far from the Gare du Nord and close the Opera district. Reception was compact and interestingly, the front door was locked and is kept locked all the time. Staff let us in as soon as we tried the handle and your room key unlocks it otherwise. There is a distinct dark theme to the whole place, the dining area, stairs corridors, even communal areas. The room was lovely and whilst appearing small on entry, a large open plan bathroom is hidden away. The toilet was in a separate, all black, room. A real WC (water closet)! The shower was a lovely, large, well appointed affair and large enough to fit two! The bed was nice and firm and aided in a good night's sleep. Despite being so close to a main road, and being on the Front of the hotel, the traffic noise was not intrusive. A really lovely gem of an independant hotel which I would happily stay at gain.

A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location to explore Paris. The hotel was very modern and our room with a balcony was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels in Paris, this is definitively the best so far according to my requirements. It is not the most luxurious or design-ish or stylish. But it has friendly staff, good cleaning, it's quiet, it's situated close to really good restaurant areas and several metro+bus lines, it has a fairly well-stocked breakfast and excellent air conditioning. For me, this is a hotel jackpot. And not at all easy to find a hotel in Paris that matches all these conditions. For those of you who require a large room, choose another hotel or actually choose another city altogether. Many hotels in Paris have really small rooms. We stayed three nights in a superior room with a terrace, which was just wow (however so hot that we could use it only late in the evenings). The room was ok in size, however the toilet was situated in a room behind the left side of the bed, and the bathroom and wash basin behind the right side of the bed. So you had to walk around the bed just to wash your hands. Not optimal but not at all a problem. The lift didn't function well, you had to stand really still otherwise the doors would open and shut again and again. Annoying. Don't underestimate the power of really good air conditioning after a whole day of sun and 30 degrees C.

Excellent location. Very friendly service. The bed and the bed clothing were of high quality. The breakfast is fairly limited, but with a good selection. Avoid the coffee.

I love this hotel! Cute (and spacious) room, amazing breakfast (the croissants are incredible), friendly staff, great location. Perhaps a little pricey, but definitely worth every penny. Merci!

Conveniently located close to the metro and Opera area which us quite a lively area. The hotel on the edge of the 8th and 9th arrondissement. The hotel is small but, with extremely helpful staff. They recommended and even booked some restaurants on our behalf based on our interests. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious but, they do have an odd layout which enters into the bathroom area first! The breakfast is okay with a selection of continental and hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage) and they have the best all butter croissants.

Well! Rooms very very small! And the towels stink! There are just 2 jackets in the wardrobe. Breakfast is nothing special either! If I want to eat boiled eggs, I had to cook them myself. You can't do that at all! From a 4 star hotel, I expected more. The rooms are in need of renovation! What was good is the location. The bed was good, too.

Very nice place to stay We were very sad that we stayed only two nights. Everything was really beautiful.

Great hotel, strong interior design with good size rooms. Powerful shower in open plan bathroom that had a lounge area with 2 chairs and a coffee machine. Breakfast selection was impressive.

The Hotel is Beautiful, the location is super. Breakfast for German standards, skinny. Rooms are small, but Clean and nice. TV beds are no German channels (except ZDVneo/documentary) small and hard.

Nice hotel and good location, staff friendly and professional, room with terrace very nice and quiet. The quality buffet breakfast came to complement the whole, so we had a very good stay in Paris.

Had a great stay at Hotel Eugene en Ville. Staff are extremely friendly and offered complimentary coffee and croissants, while waiting for our room to be ready. The terrace was space and comfortable, and the location of the Hotel is fantastic. Will return again next year!

It is a hotel with good relation quality-price. The area is good and with several metro stations nearby. There are staff at the reception who speaks Spanish.

Small but comfortable rooms in a nice part of Paris surrounded by brasseries and pubs. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Great. Perfect location, the neighborhood is very quiet, the rooms are very nice and equipped. The charming attention.

Charming hotel in a great location. Rooms are decent, but very small. Touted as a luxury boutique hotel, but while it is boutique, it isn't luxurious. Nonetheless, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and adequately equipped. I'd stay again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are definitely small and, even though we had an "Expedia VIP room, " we still had a tiny room with no outside access. Lighting was also dim. You can't beat the location though — close to the metro and a lot of cafes, still within walking distance to the major tourist attractions if you don't mind a mile or two. Staff is very pleasant and friendly and speaks pretty good English. The breakfast was delicious! Best breakfast we had our entire trip through Europe! Overall, we would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay in you're hotel. The hotel and the room is realy cosy. The staff helped us perfect with answers to all our questions. It would be nice to be able to put the airco down. After one night, I had a cold after one night, because of the airco. But it was a great stay. When we come to Paris, we will come back to this hotel.

2nd day here and the location is perfect; the hotel and rooms design are beautiful; the staff equally beautiful and kind; the breakfast has wonderful selection and you can eat enough to last to dinner! A lovely, wonderful little paradise in center of Paris! ❤️

Very comfortable and cozy well located hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The metro runs from the doorstep and it's very easy to get anywhere in Paris. We were there for work but also had a day off and the area near the hotel is nice to explore as well. Would certainly stay with them again.

Room is very very small, enters the bed and little more. The bathroom is if. Separation in the room, alone. Obviously a curtain.

We were very comfortable during our stay. Very friendly staff, large and comfortable bed, rooms clean and well decorated and the whole hotel in general very welcoming. The breakfast was of good quality, with products that are very rich and good. But by putting a paste, not replenished often enough, because when they had something, they were late enough in to fill it out. The location is also very good.

Very warm welcome. Comfortable hotel with a contemporary décor of baroque inspiration. Very large comfortable bed, although a little firm. The room is not huge, but its size is quite acceptable in Paris. There is a bathrobe and slippers in the room. The breakfast is very good. Central location next to the station Le Peletier. The Grands boulevards are a few minutes walk.

Quaint and cosy, fantastic staff and very well localised! The rooms are well furnished, clean and comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights and plan on staying again the next time I'm in town.

Idea good, implementation is mediocre. Modern Hotel, nice staff and very good Breakfast, but the sanitary facilities in the room… Had a bath with no shower screen, no shower bracket, leaking sink, waste toilet paper. Allegedly, the other rooms are better…

Nice staff and decent location. However, the walls are painted and wallpapered black, ceilings included, which makes it feel like a cave. Rooms are so small, no space to put luggage and you need to side-step to get around. Housekeeping picked up wet dirty towels from the ground and refolded and hung them as if new, and put our used glasses back as if they were new. Impossible to shower as it sets off the fire alarm. Couldn't finish my shower on the first day and the second day showered with the windows open so wide that the people in the building across the street could see me. This still set off the fire alarm. Not the experience I expect for paying a few hundred € per night. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Overall, a very good experience. I travel quite a lot and this does not measure up against upmarket hotel chains like Marriott but it was overall very good value for money. Rooms are quite small, but everything is fresh, clean and comfortable, as it must have been refurbished quite recently. Perfect for a weekend in Paris! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent hotel! We were from 16 to 21! Very friendly and in Spanish, the room excellent, very clean, and a good night's sleep, very quiet area to relax in, a breakfast very good and complete! 100 metres from the metro stop, and very close to opera.

Nice location, quiet. Superb bedding I slept very well. However €50 supplement for arrival at 11:30 pm instead of 2 pm it is abused. No mini bar no bathrobe or slippers in your room.

Good location in a vibrant part of the city. Only a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord. The room was barely large enough for the bed, but it was a very comfortable and modern place. Excellent staff.

Decent area. Some nice bakeries close by but also a McDonalds if that's more your style.

Absolutely lovely hotel decorated with an inspired taste. Fully renovated with the latest technology (you even get to watch video on the TV thru HDMI/VGA connection on the back of your bed). Kind and helpful staff… upgraded our room for free and offered a complimentary bottle of wine at check in. Best of all, we booked it at a bargain price, so couldn't be more satisfied.

The staff are fantastic everywhere. The hotel is immaculate. But our room was so tiny we had to walk like crabs between the wall and the bed to get it. There wasn't even anywhere to put a suitcase on the floor. Book superior rooms I guess?

A lovely hotel in a very special setting. You have to love the black and white, but it's absolutely superb in my opinion.
Do not hesitate to choose a room with terrace. The view is not extraordinary, but take a glass of wine on the terrace just two away from your bed it's absolutely to do :)

I was absolutely looking for a unique hotel! Mission accomplished! I loved the deco. Regarding the staff, I had the impression of being a lil prince! A lot of consideration for their clients. A very nice room with a bedding of dream! Finally, excellently located!

Very Nice place and very near Metro. Friendly people from the reception to the cleaning people. You vil not reget og you Choose to stay here You can walk 10 min to Sacre Ceur.

Rain shower, bunch of amenities, spacious room — slept so well on the big bed. The room had a balcony door opening to an internal terrace, it was literally silent, with the curtains closed it was totally dark. The staff were all friendly and attentive, since the room came with our Eurostar ticket, upon arrival we asked if there were any larger rooms and they showed us around to the different rooms so we could pick, so we picked a slightly more spacious superior room. Location wise, it's easy to find and central. About 10/15 min walk to Gare du Nord. Would easily come back to stay here again next time.

Design, very good value for money and above all a very central location!
