Very friendly staff, clean rooms.

Good hotel, well equipped with free coffee and tea in the room, very well placed. A little noise on the street side. Feel free to book directly without going through the booking sites.

Very good value for money. Location Spacious and comfortable room although the ones overlooking the street are a bit noisy. Very satisfied.

Very nice little hotel on Paris. Prices are reasonable. Simple and friendly welcome without a headache with pastries (in the morning). Large bright room (we had the family room) and minimalist stylish décor. We missed breakfast but they wanted to prepare us a couple of things. Nothing very special or out of the ordinary but we appreciated the gesture! We'll be back!

Good 3 stars hotel in a quiet area, close to the subway and Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Nice room, cosy, wooden furniture and shiny bathroom. Breakfast a la francaise, with sweet stuff (confiture, jams).

Welcoming staff, light, airy rooms. We spent three days here and loved it.

Such a lovely place! I stayed there for 2 nights and was sad to leave. The staff is charming, the breakfast is simple and tasty (nothing better than a good french croissant to start the day). The room is calm (double glazing) and really sunny (no building in front of the hotel, a lovely square instead). My best discovery is the bathroom, the architect deserves a big BRAVO! I went twice to this address in 3 months and I intend to return soon. The reception is really very warm. The rooms are perfect clean. This hotel is in the heart of Paris, close to everything, very convenient. The beautiful view of the rooms on the square Montholon makes us feel in the Paris that we love. A big thank you to the teams!

For the negative points, we were to stay room 12 which overlooked the street and… The sign indicating the presence of a hotel, which, added to the presence of the street, a nuisance light linked to the mere presence of the curtains to hide the outside. The presence of line 7 is certainly a plus in terms of displacement, but feel by vibrations in the wall until 1am. The door giving on a small level is very poorly soundproofed and lift to add a noise non-negligible since it is in the shower space. The breakfast is available until 10am, we were forced to put an alarm clock in order to get there, it is difficult to accept after a hard night, and we have therefore been forced on the second day not to go there in order to be able to the rest. The mattress is a maintenance firm, and separated by the middle of two mattress. The shower is really good despite a time of 2 minutes before you get hot water. And products available, good quality. The staff was nice, although strangely, we were not asked how was the night.

Great location and close to lots of nice restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and very well decorated. Welcome! To test!

Well located, I enjoyed my stay there. Rooms are quiet, and the bed is very confortable.

Simple, but clean and comfortable. Rooms quiet. Convenient location to visit the city. The Metro is nearby as well as several bus lines.

Soberly decorated with great care for the small details. Comfort, friendly staff and very good breakfast we come back with pleasure.

Very well located, not far from Opera, the grand boulevard, Pigalle and Montmartre. Just refurbished with class and character. Breakfast is simple but good. Overall I would say it's a good value for money place for those who wants to have a nice point base to discover Paris. The manager was extremely friendly to us. I highly recommend!
