Very small rooms, but clean, nice staff and enough large, lovingly prepared breakfast. Perfect for a night, especially as you are just around the corner from Gare Montparnasse — so perfect for onward travel!
Especially suitable for early risers, as you get breakfast from 6:30 a. M.
In the room there is an electric kettle and coffee powder for the first coffee of the morning.

We had a night stay and the next day we took the train from Gare Montparnasse. The hotel was clean and very close to the train station. Ideally located for us. Longer stays were certainly also small, but this is common in Paris. Price/performance OK. Breakfast starts at 0630om, which is good for early risers.

Rooms a little small but full of charm little deco touches, an old life remodenise with deco touches. Friendly staff near local restaurants and clubs a good place to stay.

The worst. Bad attention, breakfast was served by a rude looking Indian who would retire it before the corresponding hour, the reception with people little attentive, except at night, in the room, and one afternoon I found a strange guy who had nothing to do in my space. Don't go to that place.

A small pearl, cheap clean with helpful staff and in a really great location both for walking and by the means. A deal.

Small and oddly equipped room, lamp and this, but no electrical outlets except to unplug the TV. Nice Staff Well placed.

Good comfortable cosy hotel situated in a very lively area.

I liked room a lot, top floor, maybe first time the actual room was better than pictures in web. Clean, characteristic room. Nice view. Room had everything what needed, no minibar but no need for that. I have been in the neighbor hotel, that time Marriott, high building and I would prefer chose this hotel, and also in other hotels in this neighborhood. Breakfast was buffet and got everything what needed, not a big selection but ok. A lot of restaurants in neighborhood.

Painting that takes off, you hear the sound of tele of neighbors, heating blocked on 26 °, breakfast at 13. €5 really bad, Wi-Fi that disconnects regularly etc… I don't advise.

Nice Hotel, rooms a little small but cozy, a little too cold in the room.

Generally a good hotel, pretty big rooms and nice view from the upper floors. Cleaning room service on a daily basis. We had one full night with a broken toilet, and there was no one to fix it, couldn't even get a plumber and they refuse to give us another room. Besides, the location is great, very close to a metro station, and adjacent to many restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was not good: dried ingredients (pancakes of the day before? ), croissant with bizarre taste, coffee almost undrinkable; 13. €5 It's expensive!
Otherwise the hotel is very good, located in an ideal way. We can regret the lack of soundproofing when we give street side… the garbage collection at 7am on a Sunday morning is hard.

I highly recommend this hotel. No heating at night, when I woke up surprised no hot water in the bathroom incompetent staff. Following the complaint by mail no response from the director to date. Scandalous shameful for the price we pay does not deserve any star.

Room pretty much correct, even though small. But catastrophic soundproofing. And at 5:30 a. M. All employees march through the hallway, speak very loudly and slam the doors, without worrying for a moment about sleeping guests.

Disabled Room too dark and a bit small, having no view. Why is a disabled room placed on the ground floor? Should we be condemned to have a room on the ground floor without sight when we are disabled?

No Wi-Fi, rooms with very small carpets, breakfast not adequate at the requested price. Great location.

A pleasure to stay.

We were staying in this hotel for 3 nights. On the second day after the cleaning one bag with my clothes went missing. I went straight to the reception asking if they can help to resolve the situation. They said they will investigate and I should come back to check with them in 20 min. I came back and there was no luck, then I was asked to come back next days as the cleaner taking care of my room was off and they could only contact him the next day. I came back next day and still no clear answer, no indication whet might have happened with my bag full of clothes. I was ask to come back the next day which I did. Then finally I got an answer saying they could not find my bag and the cleaner did not remember throwing anything away. During these all conversations I had with the reception (it was 5-6 of them) I was not once apologised to for my bag going missing. I find it unacceptable and rather appalling customer service. I was quite frank and said to them it is unacceptable and a 'sorry' would smoothen the whole situation. Even after that, I did NOT hear an apology. Disgrace! Staff extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Plus, the room was tiny and in state needing repair (shower head loose and bathtubs/sink with weird stains). The lift was making the noises as from a horror movie. Avoid this hotel at any cost — not worth the grief.

Great for cleaning and public transport but small rooms for rates.

They screwed up my reservation, ended you staying just one night instead of the whole week. No regrets, the room I got the one night I stayed was not worth it. The people who work there were nice and helpful, but the bookings system is messed up for a chain this big. Location was great.

This room is very small, can barely walk around, no English chanel, breakfast extremely expensive at $15 euro each not much choice coffee is really bad, bed majorly squeaks, elavator is old with old noise all night and Paris people don't me started.
