Deplorable service! taken 3 times from the amount of the room… and doesn't want to pay it back. They are thieves, ongoing complaint for scam… plus the rooms are disgusting. Tampon under the bed. Pubic hair on the pillow… a foot smell and when we complained mr a laugh and told us "must stop taking himself for princesse, here it's bets, scum! " then pay 80th a room rt get insulted by the boss … Ignoble.

Clean room no complaints, will miss can be simple sheets for when it is hot because the duvet is death
Hearty breakfast despite a lack of salty food; bread/pastries come directly from the Baker next door which offers a freshness but also an expectation MDR.

I put 5 stars because it is worth for the price (81 euros). The room was very clean. I read in the reviews that this hotel is noisy, this must depend on the rooms because personally we were surprised me and my daughter with such silence. There was a SENSEO coffee maker in the room with 4 espresso coffees, well appreciated when you get up early and you don't have time to have breakfast. Located 10 min walk from the Gare Montparnasse DS a quiet street. The person from the reception, very good. When it is not good, you often make judgments, when you are satisfied with the service, you have to say it also ☺.

Some do not respect anything and smoke in the rooms, which is a pity but you ask to change and they will do it with pleasure. It's not their fault.

I recommend it for a few days, very convenient. We had a good stay and the staff were really nice.

It is a good hotel to spend a night or two. The walls are a little thin (I could hear my neighbor snoring to death) but the room is clean. There is a shower and toilet in the room water and a coffee machine available in the room. The breakfast is extra.

A Lot of stairs! Quite old…

Location ok, but quite far from the métro station. Small street but big party going on in a building next door. Room was clean and spacious but matress not comfy. Very tiny shower with low water pressure. These are details because we were only staying for one night. Biggest problem was we could hear everything from the room next to ours as if people were right with us! Even night activities… Would not go again.

If you know what's good for you, do yourself a favor and read the reviews to be warned. If I could give zero I sure would. Can't be mad at myself though, the reviewers said it all. Room is small, ain't no balcony view, yes none smoking still gives you smoke, rude front desk staff… Although to be fair I reckon it's the weekend man who is rude as… when I checked in on Thursday the guy was really friendly and helpful and spoke English. Oh yes Sunday morning woke up to an icy cold shower and because I had the misfortune of having THE rudest man in customer service, he pretended to not understand what I was saying… Non apologetic about the situation at all. Honestly as long as they keep getting service they really don't care, one would think that with as much bad reviews as they have, management would want to make an effort but not to be the case. It's unfortunate because they are so brilliantly located too… But guess what so are other hotels in the area. I'm sorry it's a long review but I too read the reviews and thought that it wasn't as bad as the kind reviewers had made it out to be… I was the fool who did not heed wisdom… Just saying.

This hotel is the cheapest place where you can sleep well and have a nice breakfast… that's it. Clean enough, friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to Gare De Montparnasse, small rooms but nice and comfortable.

I really enjoyed the proximity to metro (13) and Montparnasse station.
Cons: there is no air conditioning and rooms overlooking the courtyard (which is nothing more than a hole 1 meter by 1 meter) does not turn the air and you can't hold the Windows open because you hear all the sounds of the room opposite.

In general, we were not very satisfied. We had 14 hours layover in Paris and wanted to explore and just get couple of hours sleep before our flight. We first called on the phone to make sure our reservation is all set and to inform them that there was a delay in our flight and we will check in a bit later. The problem was that the personnel did not speak English. Not at all. Once we got to the hotel, the receptionist was sleeping on the coach at the reception area. He did not speak English at all. Once we got to our room — it was very nice and cozy, clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was that there was no Wi-Fi. My boyfriend went downstairs to ask for the password and the receptionist was not very happy about being interrupted once more. In addition, even with the password, the Wi-Fi was not working. In the morning, since we were unable to check online how to get to the airport, we wanted to ask the employee about directions, but since we woke him up again, he was not very talkative nor helpful. We did manage to get to the train station, but all in all besides the cozy room, we were not very impressed by the service provided.
