Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Was just recently redone. The breakfast area was adorable, almost like an IKEA kitchen. Plus, the food was delicious. Our room was super cute. I’ve never slept so good in a hotel room. Close to many metro stations.

Interesting area. Not really for kids. Close to Metro or decent walk to most sites. Good size rooms with seperated amenities.

It's very good, we liked it very much. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is very well located in a street full of restaurants of all kinds and very well connected, with the metro next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet highly recommended. We'll be back for sure!

A nice hotel, the environment is clean. The room is spacious the comfortable bed and there is enough grip.
Despite a restless night because a lot of noise in the corridors around 4:30 by disrespectful people the soundproofing remains mediocre!
Breakfast and really good and good, on the other hand the very implantation of the islets of the breakfast makes no sense on one side the bread on the other the coffee and cutlery here and the plates there, at 7:00 the track game begins.
The staff is attentive and ok so 4 stars but deserves 2 stars considering the night and brothel in the hallways.

Hotel in a lovely location surrounded by bars and resturants, rooms ok, lift didnt really work so walked up the stairs. Had to pay deposit and held the deposit for a whole month before returning it, so bare this in mind! (100 euros for two nights. )

Hotel very good and good location the lobby reception very original and with nice decoration. Breakfast room with its kitchen look, dishes in cupboard, cutlery in super ambiance drawers, nothing to say great choice for lunch. Nice lounges in the basement. Spacious room good bedding, only small downside for a 4 star the necessary for bathroom no champooing, toothpaste, cream, knowing that in planes impossible to take the products and the surprise a little soap damage.

Good hotel without a paricular pretensions. Excellent location for the city to live in.

Which always led to 4 stars. It's not there anymore. Pretty repulsed. Better have breakfast at one of the surrounding cafes. Price with predictive booking ok. Montparnasse is a good neighbourhood.

Very well located Hotel with three metro mouths nearby which allows you to go anywhere in the city. Modern and cheerful decor. Good service.

I'll quickly run through the reasons why this hotel barely even deserves 2 stars (and is probably best avoided) in no particular order: > Firstly, according to staff the air conditioning system isn't turned on until June. I suppose in the depths of winter this is fine but in any moderately warm weather as experienced last week, rooms become unbearably hot and sleep is a mere wish. Open to windows to cool the room and due to the location you'll be quickly shutting them again, the street noise is intolerable. > The phone in my room didn't work for the entire 4 days of stay, even after multiple asks to staff to fix the issue. > If you need/want to iron a shirt don't expect the usual ironing board to be delivered to your room, instead you'll need to find the dank small cleaning closet that also acts as an "ironing room", with the ironing board bolted to the floor. I'm not sure how many people steal ironing boards but it appears to be a serious problem in this area of Paris. > The shower is difficult to use as the tube carrying water is to short to manoeuvre the shower head to any reasonable height, so be prepared to crouch. > There appears to be significant issues with the key card magnetic strips. They need to be constantly re magnetised, at least once a day. It is an infuriating issue, especially after traipsing up the stairs to your room to find yourself locked out.

Very good hotel at the foot of all the facilities theatres restaurants cinemas shopping…

Good level accommodation. Very good for breakfast. A small margin of progress regarding the organization when allocating the rooms (room already occupied upon our arrival). Good overall appreciation.

Perfect location and really nice rooms. The matress is super comfortable. Breakfast is nice as well.

On previous occasions we had occupied this hotel and always booked it 3 or 4 months in advance. When due to force majeure you must move your dates of stay, the hotel does not support you in anything, has no changes, no refund, your policy is totally square and you end up losing your money. I don't book this hotel again.

Very clean, the employees always willing to help you with any problem, very good location if you are deneat using the metro or public transport, good places to eat around. The downside is that the bathrooms are a little small.

Very nice, clean, discreet hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms complete with kettle with the necessary for a hot drink. In addition to the sponges provided a pair of cobblers for each guest. Great location. Neighborhood with many dining options, lively. A short walk from the green line metro, two stops from the station to the airport, strategic point for each destination. I highly recommend this hotel also to families.

Change of concept between my two visits. Now it's more relaxed, less conventional. It will not be suitable for everyone. Immediate but messy support. Difficult to identify immediately who is doing and where to go. Otherwise, much warmer.

Had a recent face lift in the reception / breakfast area. Relaxed, comfortable and we'll situated hotel. Back at hotel for 3 nights and not such a good experience. The photo attached is of a superior room. I couldn't identify what was superior about it and decided to down grade to a standard room that had been redecorated. This room was at front of hotel so delivery lorries and rubbish collection at 4 or 5 am woke me. I have other stays booked here that I'll cancel now as, for the money, there is better on offer. If you get a redecorated room at the rear of the hotel you'll be fine.

Come for breakfast. Completely redone and superb decoration. Very good breakfast from 8euros 50 to 18euros 50 depending on the buffet. Excellent location.

Well located, the food was good, is incredibly comfortable with a small living area within each room, tub, shower, great.

Accustomed to this hotel for several years, we were unnerved by the Renovation. The reception actually on a table at the entrance, you are standing while the receptionist sits is confusing.
The breakfast room is disorganized, it is difficult to find things and we do not know who is part of staff because there is no more ID.
Room 210 had a moisture problem and streamed water on the Tiles.
The bathroom door was gnawed by Moisture.
The staff is little concerned and calls a private chauffeur when asked for a taxi.
We were very disappointed and find that this hotel no longer deserves its 4 stars.
That's too bad.
For us it was our last stay.

Stayed here in May 2017 for 5 days. We had the top floor with a great view of the Eiffel tower in the distance. It rained the 2nd day and water leaked through the ceiling all over our tile floor in the restroom. Nearly slipped and dislocated my hip. Placed trash cans under the leaks and the following morning reported to front desk. Left for the day, came back late at night, asked if they fixed it and the front desk person didn't know. It wasn't noted in their notebook on the desk, not in the computer. Go back to room, was clean and appeared to be fixed. Next morning floor was soaked again and leaky roof. Asked them to fix it asap, they just offered to move us rooms. Our 2nd to last night before leaving, pack up all of our stuff and move to a room on lower level with no view. Not willing to do that. No compensation on their part. No ownership. They simply did not care. Not to mention lobby was under construction and looked like a mess. Hospitality here simply was sub par.

The hotel has recently refurbished and while the rooms are a normal Mercure upper scale standard the breakfast area is quite original, everything presented as in your own kitchen.

Great location, many good restaurants in the neighborhood, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, great views on the 5th and 6th floors.

Accomodation for 2 nights, modern and well cared for. Clean rooms and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Door problem that did not open with the card, the decoration is not up to the height of the classification, the whole is a little messy. Feelings accentuated by the "outfit" of the team…

Stayed here for a 4 day city break to do all the tourist attractions in Paris. Lovely location! Really close to cute restaurants, bars and a really good ice cream parlour! The hotel is on a street set off from the main road and a 5 min walk from the nearest metro station which is handy! The room was really nice, we were on the top floor (6th) and had a view of the Eiffel Tower which sparkled every night on the hour. We had a small balcony which would be nice in the summer but unfortunately we went when it was cold. The room was very clean, the beds are really comfy and the decoration was very Paris chic. The only thing I'd say that was slightly annoying is the lifts, there were two but one was very temperamental with the card keys! And they're not the smoothest! The other thing was if you like a lie in the maids usually knock on the door at around 9am so be sure to put the sign on the door the night before if so! Would come back again!

We stayed 4 nights last week, it was a good location and clean. Would stay again. Although when we booked it, it says it's a 4 star resort. Maybe it's different in Europe, but in the US I would probably say it was more compared to a 3 star here.

The hotel is conveniently located and the accommodations are good. I have stayed there many times over the past few years. However the lobby is not very secure. I recently had a backpack stolen while waiting inside and very close to the reception desk. The staff seemed to think this was normal and said they have no access to see security footage.

Bar was acceptable. Great location.

Nice boutique hotel located in Montparnasse. Rooms are decorated nicely and clean. Rooms are small, typical to Paris. I would stay again if I was staying in that part of town for business.

In Tsuen Wan, though is not a core area of Hong Kong, but convenient, close to Metro station. And around the place with shopping, dining, very convenient. Hotel Tsuen Wan Park is free, it is suitable for families with children.

Im at the hotel now. The termostat on the wall is for decoration only, cold air blowing from the wents. And its Dec 5. Not July. Dirty carpet on the floor, bathroom is for suitable for a midgits, very bad light. The only large objeckt is the round table and 2 smal dirty and smellyfabrick cover chairs. Thank you for nothing.

I was there with his wife and child in may 2012, I think it is convenient, there are two Metro stops nearby and you can easily walk to any part of Paris. The street where the hotel is located is a small quiet street with theatres and bars. We did three nights bed and breakfast (sweet and salty buffet international typical) and enjoyed the experience, and what not is very clean.
