Good hotel with updated furniture and rooms, the service was ok, a bit dissapointing because the staff could bearly speak English. We also asked specifially for a super clean room since we are very strict about it, yet we received a room that had dirt in the bathtub, toilet and desk. Towels were supposed to be white yet they were grey, we paid over 100 euro for a night, how come you can't pay 1-2 euros for completely nylon sealed new towels for all guests? This is outrages. We will sure be back to the hotel since it was still an OK and ALRIGHT experience. Just please, pay attention to our review and update your service.

Very nice hotel in great location, room was sufficiently large and well equipped. Room door to the bathroom was unfortunately not lockable. The fitness room is ok equipped, unfortunately there is no disinfectant. The endurance equipment is from Technogym, an elliptical cross trainer, a bicycle ergometer and a treadmill. Free weights are only available to a few. Would stay in this hotel again.

Upgrade to Cosy room at check-in, beautiful room, bedding is very comfortable and pretty bathroom with Italian shower.

Lovely hotel near Montparnasse. Not too busy but close to the action! We had a top floor room and it was charming.

In a professional meeting the buffet and the cocktail were very nice.

Good location near Montparnasse, helpful staff generally, though you sometimes have to wait a bit, which I suppose is normal. Seems well-run, and well-kept, generally. There's a little cafe in the lobby, which is convenient, just you have to find a staff member to serve you as it's not staffed.

Beautiful hotel close to the theatres, the tour Montparnasse but also a Metro which is very well connected to go to the other places of visits.

Room: Top. The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom with blind overlooking the room is very well equipped.
Full breakfast in the form of buffet, very good.

Top room, bathroom with bathtub and glass separator style parental suite Super romantic, clean equipped with everything you expect from a 4 star. The breakfast in the room is not at the same level as the price we pay: 19 euros + 5 euros for room service, and I expected more diversity. Gym equipped with high-end equipment. The hotel is too well located in the heart of Montparnasse. The staff are nice and welcoming.

A cosy hotel, a superb "frenchy" décor, in one of the liveliest areas of Paris.

Excellent stay. Great room, comfy bed and helpful staff.

A smell of unbearable sewer made the stay very painful. Present from the reception hall, it invades the rooms by waves so pestilential that they awaken. This odor is inevitably accompanied by a stale air, it is to ask questions about the safety of the place.

The hotel really has its charm, very different from the typical hotel chains, so the price is somewhat higher. Very quiet Hotel and in one of the neighborhoods with more atmosphere of Paris. Very well located to visit any point of the city.

Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are modernly furnished, didnt like the fact the bathroom doors are transparent. Location is within reach of the train station. Area is full of restaurants and cafes.

Good quality is not expected less than a hotel of this category and this level of price.

Very good 4 star hotel. Not your huge 4 star hotel but instead something fairly small. Good overall quality.

The stay with Hotel Le M was absolutely amazing. By the end of our trip we were calling it home. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. There were several great places to eat within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The main train line and 2 metros were within a block or 2 of the hotel. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit, and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Paris!

Stayed for 3 nights on business. Great hotel, lovely rooms, great staff and​ good breakfast. Recommend it for business travelers.

I stayed " May 2012 ", Room was not well maintained as well as the bathroom. The bathtub was clogged I asked for maintenance but nothing happened. But to be fair … The front desk staff were very kind and friendly. The location is great; close to metro stations.

Very quiet hotel, nice setting and very friendly staff.

Small rooms and tiny bathrooms (you have to find the exact position to sit on the toilet…), but that is what hotels in Paris are like. Great bed! Really, really good mattress. The bathroom is definitely due to get a makeover. Very scratched appliances, not very clean. But in total within parameters and I would definitely stay again. Breakfast buffet is on the more pricey side: EUR 19…

Good value for money hotel. Great well equipped rooms and breakfast. Gym was good, but rather small and only two machines. Would stay here more often.

Perfect to discover Paris. The M hotel is really well located, close to the Montparnasse tower and several subway line. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff who guided us on tours/restaurants, throughout our stay.

Beautiful rooms that have be redone to new recently. Large bathroom. Staff smiling and friendly. The hotel is well positioned and stay very calm in a busy area.

Well located, close to metro. Comfortable and clean rooms. Varied breakfast (variety of juices, coffee cakes, scrambled eggs and cold cuts).
To the Centre you can walk (but it is a little while). Near the building with the best views of Paris.
The area is quiet and you can go walking calmly through the night.

Superb design hotel on the street of gaiety. Beautiful exterior architecture and large lobby with high ceilings. Rooms very comfortable and quiet, some with a small terrace. Close proximity to several Metro Montparnasse or Edgar Quinet. About 15 minutes from the Luxembourg Garden market. I highly recommend this hotel: nice surprise.

Good location near Montparnasse; a great weekend market just down the street and easy access to Gare Montparnasse. Clean rooms, with nicely appointed bathrooms, though they were a bit small. (Not surprising for a city hotel, though. ) Staff was friendly. Good value.
