To save money for the trip in Paris, F1 is perhaps the best place to accommodate. Its cheap and not far away from the airport and paris city. You will have a private room and share bathroom and toilet. In Paris with this price I think its pretty good.

No table no towel in the room. The only object available is a bed. The whole room and corridor are full of toxic gas CH2O. If you want to live longer avoid booking this hotel in the next coming years. Anyway you have a nice graveyard view.

The hotelF1 in Paris is very convenient for transportation as the metro, buses and motorway are close by. The hotel likewise gives a discount for parking at the parking lot close to the hotel. The room was clean and modern. However, the view from the room was somehow weird as the room we had was facing the Paris graveyard.

Cheep and secure. Would bring a pillow next time. Breckfast is limited. My suggestion is go out for that. It is literally a room a bed a mirror a TV and a shower and toilet. Don't expect anything else other than what's in that list. But secure safe and cheep.

The hotel is built next to a graveyard, which is no entry in particular time, so be careful when making your route to the bus station or metro or you may have to make a detour. Google Map sometimes also make you to walk through the graveyard but there is actually no entry. The room of the hotel is small and simple. No extra furniture for you to put personal belongings. And the shared toilets which as no toilet seats are really unfriendly for women, which is quite filthy for me.

Services and showers in the hallway. There's No room service. This quite clean.

The hotel is very well located and the staff pay great attention to the customer thanks and kudos to the whole team.

Not the bed done. At the expense of the client. No towels. Minimum benefits. For €220 in breakfast.

Value for money, excellent… Too bad the hotel was in construction, so more room enough. But the reception oriented me to another hotel not far from there on the other hand much more expensive.

All the advantages of this type of reservation are now drowned in a large anything: more trio room (without notifying the customer, as I learned at my expense) more towels, cleaning paid, etc. Etc. In short, customer for years, I will not go anymore…

The room was very clean. Smart lock with password. For the price it is just a great night. If you like walking (like me), then this is exactly what you need. The street with the most cool restaurants and bars is a 30-minute walk away. Towels are not provided but can be purchased for EUR 3. Slippers take from home. The toilets and showers are clean. It is possible to order breakfast. The staff speaks French and English.

A very good hotel, very clean. Good service. You have a receptionist. You have machines to buy sodas and chips. There's lugaes nearby to go eat and have a good meal. It's a quiet place.

This is one of the most affordable offers I have found in Paris. Located on the district, near the cemetery:) Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. Not very comfortable that the shower and toilet are shared. A 10-minute walk from the metro and close to the bus stop. You can walk to the tower in an hour. Close to the hotel there is a lot of inexpensive fast food and a supermarket which is quite convenient. In general, it seems to me, this is a suitable option for those who want to save and live in a private room.

Hotel staff were very friendly location easy to reach wc and bathroom not clean.

Cheap, location is OK, hotel service staff is very good, three o'clock in the evening from the hotel to Orly airport to Rome, is the front desk to help call the car, thank you very much.

The price is definitely the best part of the stay. The rooms are basically one small room with a bed almost on the floor, a small divider on the wall that shields the sink, one light running up and down either side of the divider, sink, window and small tv. The bathrooms are shared and very basic; no toilet seat, no sinks in the bathroom. They were not dirty although the automatic toilets did not always flush well.

Dismal. A shame for passing tourists who will believe that we sound a paus under developed: Smell of common toilets that goes back into rooms, showers vetustes. Noisy until 3 h of the mat, insufficient heating. Air that passes through the perimeter of the windows. Aucine Insulation with outside.

Stuff ok, but in terms of cleaning and facilities… Let's just say that I've been in hostels in Spain better than this.

Nice cheap hôtel but the shower and toilets were not very clean.

Hotel very convenient for sports competitions at the Institute of Judo. Decent rate and minimal service for a friendly experience.

A low cost hotel well for a cheap trip to Paris. The minimum. Quite quiet and not far from public transport.

Good hotel-hostel with reasonable prices and also with a shared shower and toilet "smart". There is also a dining room and a hall where you can warm the food in a microwave for free.

Best place for budget travelers. Me and my husband were in double room with shared bathroom, room was clean and small but very comfy. Bathroom was clean to but not enough, if you stay in Paris and don't have enough money you should buy a breakfast because price is cheap and breakfast is normal. Metro is in 5-7 min from hotel. Perfect view of Cemetery. No heaters, hard beds, ok Wi-Fi. Near many train/bus lines. For the price it's worth it.

Affordable, purpose solving… Almost Centre of city… clean rooms.

This hotel have only one connection for charging the pc or phones (double bedroom) and other close to the TV but isn't practical. The toilet is a little bit claustrophobic due the small space you have, the light isn't also so good. Is clean, the staff people is very nice, however this hotel stilllower than the average hotels in the same category.

Awful bathrooms to share. Tragic location. For this price you can really find something better. Rude staff was a cherry on the topping.

Location is outside the city center, but easily accessible via transit, and also walkable if you like to walk a lot. It's very simple, but fairly well maintained and functional. I like the neighborhood. It seems safe, and there are good non-touristy places to eat, stores and supermarkets nearby. If you're looking for a cheap, simple but clean place to stay in Paris this is a good option.

Our reservation was cancelled without warning, there were only rooms with two single beds, not terrible for a couple. The staff were not welcoming.

The attention is good, rooms and bathrooms meet the need of tourists.

Best hotel chain value for money! The staff is very nice and the hotel is open h24 so we can go out and get back to the time we want (once we showed up to a certain niche that is specified) we easily register on the Internet too! I keep an excellent memory. (TV in the room with a separate washbasin and showers in a common room). I'll go back!

Hotel shows in it's website a room with a private toillete but there is no room at the entire hotel with a private toillete or even shower.

Not a bad choice. Hotel is cheap yet well located close to the center. You get what you pay for. Rooms are nice, modern and clean, bathrooms are very small though.

Rooms are clean and comfort, but toilets are awful. Breakfest was nothing special but it was good. Hotel is very far from centrum and the restaurant is very loud. It's kind of impossible sleep with open window, because the traffic is very near and loud. But it's a cheap choise if you need a room.

The disappointment came to an end!
Actually, my girlfriend and I were really surprised, considering the low price, that it had to sleep quite well in F1. In the first night we were really frozen (window leaking?! ), but after we complained the next morning, the heating was hired and we had again a pleasant room temperature. I was also positively surprised that every morning the beds were freshly upholstered and obviously also cleaned. But at the same time, apparently, the penultimate day, garments were "lost" — since all the valuables were still there, I assume that it happened when the beds were peeled off. In my complaint, the reception people were friendly, but they couldn't help me. It's time to come back in the next morning. The next morning, the person in charge had not arrived, so I should come back in half an hour. It turned out that the woman was still not there. As my departure approached, I only left my mobile number and address and F1 promised to call you "Today" by phone. Nothing happened! I have never heard of them again, let alone my clothes get back or got refunded. Really disappointing!
