Front desk service (Check in) was efficient and quick. Room was perfect, no issues and everything was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and room was quiet. Had coffee in the morning at the hotel and staff was great. After checking out realized we forgot something in the Room, staff took care of the situation quickly. Was very impressed and will definitely be back in the future!

Nice rooms with a nice large lobby with comfortable sitting with access to Wi-Fi as well as plugs for charging devices. I did not have time to try the pool but it looked nice and has a slide. It is a nice area in Kingston right next to outlet shopping and across the street from Landmark cinemas.

Good location If you want to be close to the 401 and shopping. Designed exactly the same as every other courtyard by Marriott. Stuff is always pleasant. There is a Boston pizza directly in front of the hotel. And across the street there is a movie theater. Rooms are always clean.

Close to highway acess and the bistro pumps out great food at a decent price.

Good location right off the 401, lots of shops nearby. The bistro is nice to grab a quick breakfast before getting on the road.

American standard. Good in north America may be slightly expensive but quality. Toiletries from Paul Mitchel. Bistro and lounge cool where you can enjoy your drinks.

The service was really above board. Super impressed with the lobby and cafe structure, very contemporary and slick. All and all, solid experience.

Free parking, very close to the HW401 exit and located in the small outlet. Clean and quiet. It is a good hotel.

Clean, good highway access, and fast/reliable Wi-Fi. What more could you ask for? Great spot. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean room. The room could use a few more amenities like some snacks or mini-fridge with beverages.

Nice hotel in the classic range. Nice pool with slide. Warm and very good setting. Very clean room with everything you need. Courtyard hotels look alike without surprise, which is an advantage. Without disappointment. To advise if you are passing without any problems.

The hotel is well located, very close to the 401 Highway. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is no in-room dining but there are restaurants close to the hotel. The bed could be more comfortable. It is not an upscale hotel but it is correct.

I have always had good success staying at the hotel in Kingston. It is located just off Division Road near Hwy 401. Plenty of fast food restaurants and sit-down restaurants in the area. Shopping and a movie theatre located in the same area which you could walk to. Staff was friendly on check-in.

A fantastic hotel. Have stayed with my family the last couple of summers on our way to Ottawa. Great rooms and love the breakfast options for the morning.

Fantastic family friendly hotel. My wife enjoyed the hot tub while the kids spent hours in the pool and on the water slide. Fitness Centre makes effecient use of space. Fast free Wi-Fi and steps from the shopping restaurants and a movie theatre.

Amazing hotel… very accommodating… rooms were very clean… and spacious… we had adjoining rooms for our family of seven. We had so much fun on the slide and pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Our stay here was awesome. Comfy beds, nice lounge area. Clean pool and hot tub. I looked at every hotel in Kingston. I will continue to stay here any time I'm back. Don't bother checking out the other ones.

Not very clean at all, priced waaayyy too high … I found a black pubic hair on a used hand towel in the bathroom. As well as a few short black hairs on the bathroom floor. The bathroom was NOT clean. Mold around the tub. Floors were NOT washed. Look like maybe a puke stain or some kind of stain that was not wiped up near the toilet. Room smelt bad. Paid 209 for one night and no breakfast … that's a bit ridiculous. They needs to really step their game up for that price … IMG_9706. Jpg.

Excellent location. Right beside outlet mall. Lots of restaurants right within view of hotel. Boston pizza in the same lot. Waterslide in pool is fun. Very clean. Wi-Fi worked great on top floor at far end. Definitely will be back. Staff were great too.

Stayed at this hotel for the week while In town for work. The room was a decent size with a comfy King sized bed, a small flat screen TV with some cable channels included. Wifi was free and good signal the whole time. Check in was quick and easy and as a member of their rewards program I got a free drink. Nice. The pool and hot tub were fine. Hot tub had strong Jets and is kept at a ok temperature. The pool was kind of on the small side but the water was very nice. There is also outlet shopping and restaurants right outside the hotel. Overall my stay was good and will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Location was great, just off the highway and near shopping and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service was prompt and friendly. Great experience.

Good location right on the 401 next to something outlets and restaurants within walking distance. A bit of a drive to downtown Kingston, but with free parking it's a nicer and quieter hotel. Would stay again.

As a weekly hotel user, this is by far one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at all across Canada and the states. The rooms are modern, clean and service is top notch. The internet is incredibly fast which is always a big plus in my book :)

This hotel is the best option in Kingston. Clean, modern and inviting staff. They have shuffle board in the lobby which is a unique feature! They have a bistro with some simply food options. Only downside is that the breakfast is not complimentary. Great pool with a slide and an above average hotel gym with dumbbells. Within walking distance of some outlet stores. If you are coming to Kingston and need to stay at a hotel, this is the best option.

My favorite hotel in Kingston. The places are always clean, the Check in is fast and the price is affordable. Well located close to several points of interest. A great value.

Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. Free Internet is a bonus.

The staff were unbearable I got back from Alberta and needed to stay in a hotel and the staff for some reason just didn't like us we obeyed rules never bothered anyone no noise complaints and when I went to go down and pay the one girl said I needed a credit card to extend because it's been past 8 days she prolly figured I didn't have a credit so she assumed when I tried to pay she said I'm sorry you actually just have to leave I asked why she said that a maid walked by our room just as my fiance got bad news her cat died that she had since she was young we told them this and they didn't care they just told us to leave and then we went to the first canada inns because it was right there and the holiday inn was booked funny thing we had the manager now knocking on our door she was very nice she really liked us and she told us how the Marriott been calling every hotel trying to find us so they could tell the hotel Wed be staying at to kick us out for no reason and were bad people the manager laughed and said too not worry she could even tell that they were making it up and it sounded fake. I really want to sue them too be honest I'm a hard working young man just trying to get my life and career together and they basically kicked us out because there's more important people that need to get our room when there was abundant rooms.

I was only there for one night, they brought me an inflatable mattress for no charge. No complaints.

Room is clean, and was quiet despite the large number of people in the hotel.

Could not really fault this hotel, except for location, which is in a outlet park. We had only a one night stay, arriving just as the outlet shopping centre closed, followed by a bank holiday the following day, very little to do at night as hotel has no bar facilities, as confirmed by a staff member, only discovered a sports bar and restaurant within minutes from hotel, but it did not feel the type of location to be walking around in the dark. Just one other concern, the air conditioning unit only give out cold air, reception over us blankets to solve the problem, not very appreciated.

Nice clean lovely room with comfortable beds. Room looks quite new. Free parking, Wi-Fi is good. Worth the money, can't complain even there is no breakfast-but have a microwave in the room. Best Courtyard of this trip in east side Canada.

The 3 c's — Clean Comfortable and Courteous (staff) nothing more you can ask for really! This is my MOST favorite hotel in Ontario to stay at! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud with soft pillows and not overly starched or bleached, but so clean. Each room has its own thermostat for controlling the temperature in the room so that is a bonus! For a person who travels a lot for business its like coming home. There is a movie theater across the street and all kinds of restaurants (fast and sit down) around the hotel if you dont feel like eating at the hotel. Great hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in late March, clean, comfortable and very nice overall. We encountered a few issues and Management were swift and fair to resolve. I would recommend highly on their customer service alone.

Great location off the highway. Pool great although my kids seemed to miss the slide hours of operation. Lovely room. Had to wait for complimentary (morning) coffee however.
