Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Pool was by reservation only which we were never informed about and never expected to have to do given were in phase 3…they were all booked up and my kids were extremely sad considering we booked this hotel because of the pool. Then in the morning we were given a bag of breakfast with a frozen egg muffin and told to microwave it and it was a soggy mess that we ended up trashing and going out elsewhere for breakfast! Trying to get a hold of Scott the GM has not been successful and considering this was our only vacation planned after a year of lockdown I am plain pissed at the terrible treatment! Do not book this hotel; not worth the money!

My girls had a great time in the pool. Everyone is really nice and helpful.

Government rates are not respected. Stayed 5 days, 2 rooms, food stick to the ceral, eating area never has enough room. Instead of 175$ night, I paid 360$. Wow. Pool closed 2 days. Hot tub? If only it was hot. Shower drain clogged. Don't go.

A HUGE thank you to the staff and management for hosting a fantastic field trip for our Gr 1/2 class to support our social studies unit on hotels. We received first class treatment and the students thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel was fine, clean. But small for the price. We stayed 3 nights and were charged $17 for parking without being notified. On the morning of check out day, an invoice was left under the door. As this is pretty standard for a hotel, we probably should have been told about the parking when we checked in. There is also no vending machine with snacks in it, when you have kids with you that is kind of something they look forward too when staying in a hotel. Front desk told me to walk across the street to shoppers. Hotel was fine but for the price, I would’ve rather booked at the Marriott.

Lady at breakfast was wonderful, apparently the other lady is only nice to elder people. My son was staying here & explained to me, his response. The beds felt comfortable, but when we awoke our backs were really sore.

Kind staff. Check in and check out were very efficient. Breakfast was great. House keeping were very nice too. Clean rooms! Very affordable. It was the best option at the time and I booked fairly last minute. Great location. Only a 10-15m drive from downtown. Across the street from 24h Shoppers Drug Mart w/ grocery. Denny's nearby. Pizza nearby. Whatever you need!

Staff always friendly. Location just off the 401 makes it nice and easy to get to and then back on to the highway. Breakfast options are good. My go to hotel when traveling in the Kingston area…

Even though the hotel was booked when I went to book, the excellent front desk clerk Catherine called many other local hotels to find me the best deal! Excellent service!

Stayed here for a nearby track meet. Rooms were clean and ready early. Staff was nice, breakfast was alright, continental plus. Good location right off the highway, restaurants nearby and downtown Kingston only a 15 minute drive away.

Great hotel for a short family stayover. Rooms are tidy and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We like this hotel!

Location was great, right off the 401. The room was nice. Lacked some cleaning in areas such as behind the nightstand. Staff were wonderful and pleasant, as well as accommodating. Slightly over priced in my opinion.

Easy hotel experience. No hassle check in, good hot breakfast, pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. Location is right beside a 24/7 Denny's if you're feeling pancakes at midnight.

Room was ok, Beds were comfy. Nice selection of pillows. Really odd that bedside lamp had nowhere to be plugged in. Had to move table and unplug phone to plug it in. Breakfast was good. Eggs were warm, pancake machine was nice.

We enjoyed the hotel and the price was reasonable for the amemeties it offered. Pool was nice, hot tub clean, fitness room. Our room was very nice, spacious, we appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and free in room coffee and tea. It was great to have Denny's beside us for quick bite to eat. The breakfast lounge was inviting as well, just think there could have been more variety and the omlette, sausage and bacon seemed to be the pre cooked type so they didn't taste that great. I also agree that breakfast should end later than 9:30 am.
All in all we we were comfortable, staff was excellent and it was right off the highway.

Great location when traveling through Kingston on the 401, its right off the highway. Very clean rooms and staff has a good attitude. The gym is functional and equipment is in good condition. Free weights, elliptical, 2 bikes and a treadmill. Wifi is quite fast. Good selection of TV channels. Overnight parking is $5.

Awesome place to stop for a rest. Breakfast was amazing, hot and cold choices. Would definitely go back. Our son enjoyed the pool as well.

Hotel room was really clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. The back and side door fobs weren't working though and it sucked to walk around the hotel from the back parking lot when it was icy. Other than that it was a great stay. Very convenient location and lots of food options around when you're traveling for work.

Great location, really close to the highway. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Always greeted with a smile and a thank you. What more could you ask for?

This is our typical go to when staying in the city. Clean, new build, easy access off the 401. I prefer not to stay downtown due to the congestion. We ended up with a room with a giant soaker tub which was great way to have a quiet night and relax with my better half.

Worst experience! kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night, fire alarm went off at midnight and we all had to evacuate. Woke up with no hot water… when I went to check out after complaining on the phone there was a discount on the bill but the receptionist said nothing. I said you gave me a discount? She said yes. I said why didn’t you tell me? She said well it’s on the bill. I said out of courtesy for my stay I would have appreciated some sort of apology. She just stated at me.

Was not impressed /: paid over 400.00 for 2 rooms. Charged for parking when there was absolutely no place to park, had to park across the road. Locked out of our room, nobody at the front desk. The maid ended up calling for manager to let us back into our room.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help out. Stayed 2 nights. Rooms were very very clean and updated nicely. Would def go back here again. Very well owned.

Room was clean. Front country service was very friendly and courteous. The Wi-Fi is terrible and the continental breakfast is not very good. Thankfully Denny's is right next door.

Decent enough room, shower was terrible. No water pressure, design not great. Sure it was accessable, but there has to be a different design to keep water in shower area.

This was our first stay at this Holiday Inn and it was lovely. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit worn but the bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast is the standard Holiday Inn hot and cold fare, which is great, but unfortunately because of a hockey tournament, we had to ask for food to be replenished as it had been wiped out. My suggestion to the hotel is to have certain floors designated for tournament participants and not mix them with those not involved in the tourney. Kids running around, playing mini sticks in the hallways, yelling and screaming, their parents doing nothing to stop them doesn’t make for a relaxing getaway for others. We would stay here again, hopefully not with hockey teams next time.

Very convenient location, polite and helpful staff. The room was well kept and clean. All around good experience.

The Rooms are okay. Carpet stained and dirty in our room. Quite dusty in room, we can see where the staff do their daily cleaning. (clean and dusty areas on tables where they had cleaned). Gym is quite basic. One (1) Treadmill, Elliptical, Two (2) bikes, (Cardio equipment is quite basic but gets the job done) set of free weights. The WiFI in the building is laughable. Solid Wi-Fi connection but bandwidth is very very limited and hinders being able to complete basic tasks or connecting to Exchange servers for email. I would recommend doing any thing other than news sites (even at times can lag) be done elsewhere, Starbucks maybe? All-in-All its a place to sleep.

The reception clerk was very nice. We were booked in fast without problem. The room was clean but the bed was a little hard. The pool water was freezing. Breakfast was good but the space to eat is a little small for the amount of guests in the hotel. The person in charge of the food was overwhelmed and disorganised. Free coffee at the reception is no longer available after 10 pm but the front desk clerk graciously made some for me. Overall good but over priced.

Clean rooms but with noticeable wear. Comfortable beds made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was decent. Could use more selection and quantity. Guests seemed to be constantly waiting for items especially since breakfast ended at 9:30 AM. Pretty early if you ask me. Especially when on vacation. Location aid a bit of a drive to the downtown core.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy and higher than normal. The showerhead was great, good water pressure and temperature. Finding the hotel room was a challenge but I think a lack of sobriety was to blame for that. The coffee was not amazing, but it was available and brewed quickly. The only issue we had was: the room was on the first floor and facing a parking lot so people could look into our window. We closed the curtains but there was still a crack. Very minor issue.

My experience was just about perfect, no noise, top floor, pool and hot tub was great. The hotel was super clean and staff were great. Second time there and not my last.

This holiday Inn in kingston is located in the center of the city 1 min from the highway. Great service. Pool and gym. Break fast every morning.

I enjoyed my stay at kingston holiday Inn. They were very accommodating to us when there was an issue with the washroom lights. The stay was comfortable and would come back!

Got breakfast at the hotel with family who was staying there. The pancake machine was great and the sausages were surprisingly good.

Great room, we had a jacuzzi in ours, was very clean. It was nice to have the 401 right in the backyard and have so many restaurants and other places within walking distance. Never got to try the breakfast but the staff we talked to throughout our weekend were nice.

The hotel is located right off the highway and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The interior is extremely clean and professional, and they have variety of rooms that can accommodate anything from a family with children to a lone business executive in comfort. Rooms come with free Wi-Fi, multiple connections to accommodate attaching a computer or gaming console to the TV, etc. The service was amazing, check in and out were fast and easy, and the front desk attendant (I think her name was Kate) was extremely helpful. I had car trouble and she was able to offer me help on finding a reliable shop and even gave me a print out of directions. Amazing service, I will definitely recommend it.

Great rooms and good service. Breakfast is better than most complimentary breakfast but I would skip on the eggs.

Really enjoyed my stay here last month. Everything was exceptionally clean and modern, the staff were very friendly, hotel was quiet at night, and there was a well appointed complimentary breakfast buffet every morning (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, toast, pastries, fruit, pancakes, etc). Free parking, indoor pool, I'd definitely stay here again!
