Amazing location! Even during COVID lockdown there are lots of gastric delights available footsteps away by takeout or delivery! Room service from AquaTerra is always a delight. Spoil yourself with a large waterfront corner king size room = two walls of Lake Ontario waterfront!

We love our corner room overlooking the water. The staff is very friendly. The room and hotel are very clean.

Spectacular view on either side of the building, friendly staff, clean neat rooms.
The only thing though is our room key needs to activate couple times. (which we didn't mine going back and forth to the office) this is just maybe a protection for everyone in case of missplace keys which it happens all the time to all us.
Good environment.

Checked in late and could not locate a parking spot due to late arrival.
Staff went out of its way to locate a spot for me, couldn’t park in the overflow lot but wedged me in in the compact hotel lot.
Would definitely stay again due to great service from front desk.

Beautiful hotel, with spectacular views and an outstanding restaurant. However, it is very overpriced and on top of that you have to pay for parking overnight!

Delta Hotels Kingston Waterfront hosted our recent wedding. From the first time we toured the site we knew we HAD to have our wedding here! The event staff were helpful and responsive from start to finish and were available to help throughout the wedding day. The banquet staff and catering team at AquaTerra provided insanely delicious food — we got so many compliments! The venue's waterfront views are stunning and provide the perfect backdrop for a romantic wedding and a rocking party.

Pretty dated for 280 a night. Not many wow features in the room. Bathroom was extremely small. 23 dollars for parking is what you’d expect to pay for the weekend not for one night. They don’t even offer a complimentary breakfast or buffet… won’t be back.

Last night, my family attended a meeting in one of the conference rooms. We have a special needs son, and he was really struggling after the long drive. The staff, particularly the young lady and gentleman at the front desk, were extremely helpful. Very much appreciated, would certainly use again!

The pool and hot tub are very nice and the views are great :-)

Visited the restaurant in the lobby for food. Limited vegetarian options, but the blueberry ricotta pancakes I had were some of the best I've ever tried. The other dishes my fellow diners had were very good as well. A beautiful view of the water out the window, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is quite beautiful inside, and has lovely surroundings in the waterfront and downtown restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and the room felt very clean. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was very tasty. It did take a surprisingly long time but the staff member who brought it up noticed right away, apologized and discounted it for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Our experience as a whole was delightful. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a harbour view and it was great to wake up to. Our cleaning staff was happy and friendly, as well as, the restaurant staff. The food was also great. The only issue we had was with the front desk staff. They weren't informative enough. We we're given our key with no information or direction to where the elevators were or the parking. Aside from that, our experience was great.

Our mini honeymoon getaway was excellent at the Delta Hotels by Marriott. We got a great waterfront view of Kingston. The service was amazing and room service was good. We had their breakfast and a midnight snack from their downstairs restaurant, which was delicious. We recommend staying at this hotel for any event.

Clean rooms, plush robes, great bed, amazing view. Great service. Great location. Delicious breakfast and room service with Starbucks coffee. The home made jam was amazing. My husband got steak & eggs and was very impressed with the size and quality of the steak. Later, we had dinner at their fantastic restaurant on site, where the food was great and the service was warm and attentive. Short stay made lovely. Do recommend this place.

Stayed at this hotel for a single night. The room view was amazing and the location was close to great food! The checkin process was quick and easy and the room was spacious and clean. Overall had a great stay here.

I recently had the occasion to stay the Saturday night at your establishment. I pulled into the entrance to the parking garage and like numerous others have mentioned, there was a sign stating that the lot was full and to wait for the attendant. Well I waited and nobody showed up so I finally pushed the button for a parking ticket to see what happens and surprise, a ticket popped out and the gate rose. I drove in and saw numerous open spots but they were obviously reserved for people driving a smart car or a Prius. I finally found a spot that I hoped I would fit in. Thankfully it was an end spot so I was able to get the passenger side within scraping distance of the wall. Even so, when I opened my drivers door I had to be very careful of the car parked beside me and he wasn't over the line. For the fee that is charged for parking I would expect quite a bit more so that was very disappointing. I proceeded to the check-in desk and was greeted by the gentlemen behind the computer. He was very friendly and fast and check-in was done withing a couple of minutes. Everything was explained at the the time of check-in so I proceeded to my 3rd floor room. The room was as described in my booking site. Fairly large and comfortable. The bathroom was somewhat smaller then I expected and there was a fairly large hair in the bathroom sink but to counteract that, the shower was unexpectedly large with lots of room to move around in.

Typically always stay at Marriott's, so this isn't an exception. Great views. Good parking. Nice, friendly staff.

Went to the Delta for a princess pageant, great customer service. Daughter bought food from there onsite restaurant. Food was very good.

Amazing view of the harbour from my room. Clean, quiet and modern room. Steps from downtown. Food was great in aquaterra. There was a voucher given to me from the front desk from a promo for new reward members for food and drinks.

My wife and I loved the restaurant. She and I had a few small requests and our waiter handled them instantly. Food was amazing. The shrimp, steak and free bread is what I had. I wouldn't change anything about the way they prepared the food. Lunch is a better value to go compared to dinner. We are looking forward to trying lunch again there. 5/5.

Fantastic staff who take the time to make you feel at home. I have been staying at the Delta for years on business and each year the service gets better. I sometimes take my fur baby Magoo with me and when I do the staff spoil him and treat him like royalty (which he is:) The rooms are beautiful and inviting and the food is out of this world. If you are looking to visit Kingston the Delta is the place to stay. You wont be disappointed.

I like this hotel Request the corner room overlooking the lake. Good restaurant, but oh so many dishes with pork products in them. So many.

Kingston has poor hotel selection. This place has nice rooms in higher categories. Food food. Great service from attentive, friendly staff and stunning views.

Amazing views coupled with great food. The wife and I went here for dinner one night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was great, drinks and food great. Would recommend reservation as it can get busy but you never know.

The location was right downtown! Beautiful spot! Walking distance to sooo many amenities. The service at the hotel was amazing!

Terrible experience. I stayed for one night in Jan 2018. Intense music beat to midnight! Almost 1:00am. Do you want to sleep? No! Your heart is beating with the music! I had to call the front desk TWICE and was told there was a party on the sixth floor. Can you believe it? My room is on the 2nd floor. Was the whole building dancing with the disco music? I just figured out the small number of winter season customers just didn't deserve a quiet sleep. They don't care about your sleep.

Attended a wedding. Hotel is clean and the sheets are fresh. Comfortable bedding. Parking is slightly difficult but it is to be expected on a harbour. Beautifully placed in a downtown setting.

The location is incredible, the view from our hotel room was breathtaking. All of the employees seem to love working there and are very friendly and helpful. We just stayed one night but it was a memorable experience.

Was here for one night to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. We had a corner room overlooking the harbour with a fireplace. I booked everything through the Marriott app. We showed up and they took my name and sent us to our room. We get there which is a long walk to find out it's not even close to the room I had booked 2 months ago. It had two queen beds. We walked all the way back to the front desk and they apologized for the mistake. They couldn't find my reservation. … I had to pull out my phone to prove to them the reservation. They had one room left. It was on the 2nd floor. The view was still beautiful. We had gone out for a drive and when we returned the parking lot was full. There was a sign that stated lot full wait for an attendant. We waited for10 minutes. There were other cars behind us honking to get in. We were told our key card would open the gate. It did not. The only way in was to get another ticket. When we pulled in the only place for us to park was the 5 min unloading area. We really didn't know what to do. I was about to walk into the hotel when we saw a gentleman with a glass of pop in his hand and a delta hotel jacket. He told us to just park the truck where we are for the night. Since he's the bellboy he was in charge of parking the vehicles. He's really busy and hasn't had time to check to see if any vehicles were waiting to park We had reservations that night at Aqau Terra located in the hotel.

I have stayed here 5+ times with my husband, toddler and small dog. Positives include: friendly staff, clean facility, perfect location (Walking distance away from major attractions, restaurant patios and shops! ). There is also an excellent view from the hotel restaurant, so I’d highly recommend having at least one meal there during your stay.

Attended a wedding and reception. Food was delicious. Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was very clean. Bar prices were reasonable.

Rooms are decent. Great shower. Parking is crazy tight. If you park then pretty much expect your car to get a dent from someone else's door. Great location right on the water. Walking distance to everything.

Spent the excadet weekend here, some things I really liked others not so much. Room was lovely, I especially appreciated the tea kettle, Often you have to use coffee machines and not being a fan of coffee makes this impossible. Loved the bed and really liked the pillows. Enjoyed three meals, food was delicious. Wished meet & greet buffet lasted longer. Brunch and dinner Saturday was really good. Didn't appreciate staff saying they had a limit to wine glasses Saturday night. People like with e with dinner, glasses should be available. I resent having to pay for parking on top of the room… $21 a day was unreasonable. Thankfully the people we were meeting surpassed any shortcomings of the hotel.

The morning staff was great! We arrived early before check in and they couldn't take us which is fair since many had not left the hotel yet. They said we could fill out all the paper work in advance and when we come back at check in time and after our cruise we would just need to grab our room keys and that's it… So After our cruise, we came back to grab our room key since it was time to check in. The staff had changed. They informed us that our check in before wasn't done properly and they needed to re-do it. They wanted my credit card again to do all the procedures to checkin. Waste of time. We went for drinks later on that night around 10:30. We went at the bar and some staff that were done working were drinking there. There was a lot of swearing from that staff and some of the staff that was still working. They were finding it funny that one of them got stopped by the police before for drinking and driving. I found this very unprofessional. The hotel is very well situated. Nice view. Cost is high however for what you get. I mean the view is great but check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. So for less then 24hrs you pay more for a view. Parking is also 21$.

AMAZING! My wife and I got married in Kingston and used Delta at the Waterfront as our place of stay. We were treated to 10-star service! We were offered this complimentary desert and other very pleasant interactions and services. I definitely recommend you stay at Delta.

Never get to stay at this hotel but it left a bad enough impression. Planned a family trip for September and had booked this hotel from the end of April, only to be notified ON THE SAME day of our trip, after we had took off from Toronto just passed noon, that they were overbooked and we don't have a room. This is not what I was expecting from a Marriott and I was ultimately disappointed because we end up being sent to stay with a Ramada off highway, and it is completely different from what we were hoping for, a nice family vacation. My parents came all the way from Asia to visit and spend some quality time with my 13 months old, we felt like nobody gave a damn in that situation especially when the hotel didn't do anything or even acknowledge the issue. Extremely disappointed in Marriott brand and how they handle the situation — we end up being punished for their own mistake.

We just spent 2 nights at the Delta Kingston Waterfront hotel and loved it. The staff were amazing, the room was beautiful, with a view to die for. The location is central to anything you want to do in Kingston. While we didn't eat at the restaurant, which looked stunning, we did have snacks at the Vu which shares a kitchen. The pizza was probably the best thing we ate the whole trip. Thanks for making our anniversary extra special.

Room is amazing. Great view. Very spacious. Unfortunately doesn't offer free breakfast like the Marriott next door. Parking is not free.

A great place to stay in downtown Kingston. Fabulous customer service and a well well above average restaurant. We have been here at least eight times in the last decade and always are happy with our stay.

The hotel was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely (private and with a great view), but most importantly, the staff were wonderfully accommodating! We had our (almost) 4 year old and they did everything they could to ensure her stay was fun. They even found us a stool for our room to help her reach the sink to wash her hands and brush her teeth. Thank you, Delta! We will be back!

Your suite is not a suite. Terribly overpriced for what is offered. I have been a traveling worker for well over a decade and have stayed in both dives and high end hotels. Well yours is not quite a dive, it's priced like high end wich it is not.
3 dollars and eleven cents for a lobby coffee out of a carafe is insanity. No nuffins or fruit or cereal. 18 dollars extra for parking. And of course slap a destination levy which is taxable. All on top of a 359 dollar king room. Again not a suite, I've been around, not a suite. For that money the least you could do is give your clients satellite television instead of HD rabbit ears. No corporate rate on this particular room. Never again Delta not in Kingston and not anywhere you fly your flag. I'll try my best to not spend money at any of your sister hotels if I can as well.

Brilliant service throughout from very friendly staff. Views from all of the rooms are exceptional of the harbour and waterfront. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Nice hotel, conveniently located in downtown Kingston and the harbor. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean and tidy, outlets in the headboard did not work though. Would recommend if you're staying the night as everything is walking distance from here and a trolley stop is right in front of it.

The hotel and it's rooms have a nice contemporary look and feel. The desk staff are very efficient. While my room location was not ideal since it was right across from the elevator, it turned out to be very quiet. The only downside to this hotel is the dark, dirty and limited parking area. Overall an enjoyable stay though.

Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and overall the stay would have been a 5 star review. However, the TV in my room required inputting channel numbers to change stations — no scrolling between channels otherwise, and no guide channel, so trying to relax and watch some TV was a challenge. This seemed odd for a hotel that advertises its technology and related services. Otherwise, as mentioned, everything else was great. Comfortable room, relatively quiet, and helpful staff at the desk and answering phones. Breakfast was also prompt and the food was very good.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Delta hotels. The location was beautiful and Scenic and the check-in was painless. The rooms were great and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious. My only issue with my day was how close the stream of water from the bathroom sink tap was to the back of the sink itself. I was very self-conscious about making sure my hand didn't touch the back wall of the sink whenever I was washing them.

Loved the rooms and the modern theme. The service was great and we had a very nice view over the water. The location was perfect for spending time downtown!

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms were nice, contemporary and clean. Hotel staff were very nice. Water pressure was weak. Sound insulation is poor in the rooms. I was woken up at midnight by a couple fighting in the room next door. They almost seemed to be in my room and trying to kill each other. The lobby restaurant is overpriced, so go to one of the nearby restaurants for a better meal. $12 is far too much for a small bowl of berries.

This is a review of the suite at the Delta. It was perfect for getting ready for my wedding. The lighting and view were spectacular. It was easy to get my makeup done. The staff were very helpful and brought extra seating to help accommodate everyone getting ready in the suite.

First time at this hotel and we loved it! Everything was just excellent — accommodations, service, location. We were in town to see our daughter who attends Queen's U, so we're in Kingston 3-4 times a year. This was our first stay at the Delta and is now the hotel we will book every time we visit Kingston. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Every room has a waterfront view which was lovely. Staff were gracious, friendly, and professional. Our other daughter decided, last minute, to stay with us and we were accommodated with a room with a sofa bed. We loved being in the heart of downtown, being able to walk to everything. The view was wonderful. We had dinner one night at Aqua Terra, the fine dining restaurant in the hotel, and it was one of the best meals we have had in a while, again with exceptional service. Will definitely return.

We spend 3 days in this hotel on our roundtrip through Ontario. As we had a problem with our rental car TINA and DOUGLAS at the front desk help us without hesitation, eminently and very professional to cope with the hotline of the car rental company in the US and with the handling of our problem. We will remember Kingston and this hotel in very good memory.

While the entrance is a bit odd (through the parking garage), our first impression while entering the lobby was one of awe. It looks like you're walking into the future, or a spaceship, with dazzling, eye-catching décor, which continued throughout, right into our rooms, which were spacious, had gorgeous views of the harbour and the St. Lawrence River, and extremely comfortable beds. We headed to the bar after settling in and were offered samples of beer and wine by the very personable and friendly bartender, Rob, who recommended a shrimp appetizer that was out of this world! We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub on the top floor, complete with huge flat-screen TV, and truly didn't want to leave when it came time. Everyone we came in contact with here was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The price really belied the luxury we enjoyed in return. Definitely will stay here again.
