Hotel is located in a good spot for getting around. There is a pub attached and a patio outside. The hotel has a parking garage down the street from it (which is cheap to use). The rooms are small (bathrooms are very small) and a little dated, but clean. We only had a small floor fan in our room so I don't believe there is air conditioning in the room. Also no elevator so you have to bring your bags up a few flights of stairs. Overall not a bad little place.

Old building retrofitted hotel and restaurant use. Very comfortable and excellent location. Very friendly staff, semi lite breakfast included. Very close to vibrant waterfront and all key destinations including short walking distance Wolfe Island ferry terminal. On-street parking is just front of hotel.

Beautiful small inn. The rooms are a little small but it is a very cozy feeling. VERY comfy beds. Like you're sleeping on a cloud! The staff are amazing and very accommodating! I wanted to stay longer! And close to all restaurants and shopping.

I stayed here during Canada Day long weekend. The room was small and quaint, and the bedsheets and curtain styles added to the atmosphere. I loved my room, they provided air conditioning and an electric fan. Everything was perfect, however if you are taller than 5'5 you want to stay away from the attic rooms (3rd floor). I'm 5'2 and I almost hit my head on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Rates, location and staff are great. As this location was built in 1839, don't expect perfection. Rooms are quaint and quirky, and very clean. Floors slope in areas, this is all part of the Inns charm. There is a pub and sport bar on site too Parking is next-door and very reasonable. Located in the heart of downtown Kingston, you can walk everywhere.

Stayed one night, room was cozy and comfortable. Queen bed was very comfy and the staff was friendly and hospitable. The only downside is that noise from other guests carries too well, from the hall and the adjacent room you could hear a fair amount of movement (mostly walking). It's an old and beautiful building though, so there's not much to be done about that. Overall enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!

Love the food at the pub. Delicious burgers, sandwiches and sides and lots of TV's for all major sporting events. A regular stop for my coworkers and I!

Just went for a beer but the bartender was great. Knew his beer and better yet guessed what we wanted with ease. Recommended for a quiet place good atmosphere and beer.

Reasonable priced hotel right in the heart of Kingston. Very convenient but the rooms are small as you would expect from a heritage building. Room was clean and quiet and the service was friendly. Parking is in a municipal garage right beside the hotel, but be aware that there are height restrictions. Our Ford Expedition would not fit under the entrance bar but the hotel provided us with a free spot behind the hotel.

We had the nacho platter and quesadillas. Both were good along with the cold beer and great quick service. Hard to get soccer match was also being broadcast there. Lots of tvs for great viewing!

Cool little bar… good bar food and nice selection of beer. Historical building and the bar was quiet. If you like onion rings, get the tower… perfect to share with friends. Burgers are big and hearty, with a nice selection of house burgers to choose from. We had a nice time and the staff was just as chill.

Bartender was awesome if u like jokes and sarcasm. Fish and chips was great. Overall good experience so far.

Disappointing food. Freezer burn taste with the fries. Burger was undercooked. Bloody. Then got a new one and it was burnt. Service is depending on who serves you. One will be polite, another seemed annoyed that you asked for something. Dont recommend.

The waitress was awesome. She took great care of us and our drinks!

The Queen's Inn is a great quiet spot to grab some of the best wings in town and some great beers. Service is always great and it's never hard to find a table. The Queen's Inn feels like a well kept secret in Kingston.

Huh very nice location close to downtown, avoidable and reasonable price, friendly people. Keep it up good services.

We just stayed in the bar area and had a couple of beer. They had a $5 deal on one of their beer on tap there that night. The service was quick friendly and efficient.

The location and staff are great! If you need a place close to the water, hospital, Queen's, this place is great. The furniture and rooms themselves are quite dated and the walls are paper thin! Could hear the people next door talking all night / throughout the morning. Hard to get good sleep if you're like me a light sleeper so bring ear plugs. Also, you have to pay for parking but the good news is that it's in a lot right next door.

Very basic. Continental breakfast was coffee and a slice of toast. Bathroom was a very tight fit. Relies on City parking garage next door. Has a pub and a sports bar on the main floor, but only the latter had customers when I was passing by.

Good chicken fingers. They changed the frys so they aren't as good as before but it was still alright.

Excellent classic style in with a pub on the main level. Absolutely charming. Expect small rooms as it is an older eatablishment. Contenental breakfast was just enough to sustain the walk to go out for a larger breakfast. Wifi was unusable but that did not matter to me much. Staff was very friendly. We will be back!

Great place for the price. The rooms are small but cozy and clean. The staff are polite and helpful. The location is ideal and is actually better than many of the hotels by the waterfront since the Inn is right downtown and close to several highly rated establishments.

Great ambiance, limestone throughout with antique brass and nick nacks. Two bars one is a sports pub. Food is great and cheap. The bartenders are very professional. Great place around.

We came to visit the pub. It's a very comfortable place to be. Dark wood, a few televisions and courteous staff. I find that if you sit at the bar, you may be politely engaged in conversation by other patrons. It's a great reflection of Kingston as it promotes our local social nature.

Didn't get what we paid for! Room smells, small & squicky floor, bedsheets seems unchanged, asks for another, pillows are smelly & full of droll stain, sink clog> they should have done better unclogging it but NO! Room with aircon but warm didn't sleep, NOTHING POSITIVE of this place but ONLY the staff are nice & close to the waterfront.

Glad we only get for a night, WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. Glasses in the room filthy, clog sink even they said someone came to fixed it, can't pick up their Wi-Fi, glad we have our phone datas. Totally not recommendable if you know how to clean.

I stayed 6 nights at the Queen's Inn, and it was exactly what I needed. I brought my own oatmeal for breakfast but also took from the continental breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and very well-informed on places to visit and events in Kingston. The location is perfect, it is a short walk to the waterfront or the causeway and the hotel is close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. My room was cozy and everything was very clean and tidy. I'm docking a star because the internet was slow, and because I feel a bit more could be included for the price.

The room was a little larger than a broom closet — speaking of closets, there wasn't one because there wasn't sufficient space! I have never seen a hotel room as small before. No room for a bath so shower only. Barely room for a tiny TV positioned awkwardly beside the bed which you can watch if you don't mind cranking your neck 90 degrees. The bed is very uncomfortable and if you don't wake up throughout the night from back spasms, you'll wake up as a result of any noise at all; the walls are so thin that it feels as if all the guests are staying in the same room. we stayed here to save a couple of bucks. After taxes, our room came to $160 a night and I wish we had spent the extra $40 to have a comfortable experience somewhere else. i have never written an online review before. I write this because I don't want budget conscious travelers to be taken in by this place which markets itself as a great deal. It is a very raw deal.
