Room was clean. Had a good night sleep. Price was reasonable for the comparables in the area.

“Very comfortable and well located. ” I was a little apprehensive to stay here after some of the reviews but we found our room to be clean, the bed comfortable and the motel well located. I booked online without any issues. I was able to confirm over the phone the day before and once checked in they even called the room to make sure everything was ok. Superb Service & Clean, Cozy Rooms…!

Bedbugs in room 5. Very disappointed, left in the middle of the first night of a two-night booking. I found a bedbug crawling beside me as I tried to fall asleep. I got out of bed and saw a bunch more, a couple of which were engorged on my blood. No staff at that time of night, so I dropped my key in the mailbox and drove home. Now I just hope I managed to avoid bringing any bedbugs back with me. My arms are covered in welts and I'm paranoid about any new itch. This experience ruined an otherwise enjoyable time at Casino Rama. I have added a video as proof of the bedbugs.

Im here, I rate it a 4 out of 10. A 10 being the best place. I wouldn't recommend it.

Dirty… cobwebs on the wall… everywhere and dirty floors. Bathroom average cleanliness. Bed very uncomfortable. Couch badly stained. Will not return and will not recommend for $75 a night.

Watched a drug deal go down jn the room next to me… people living at the hotel kids playing screaming in the middle of the night… knocking playing ding dong ditch… Will not be returning.

Dirty, dust on walls, shower drain doesn't drain. Holes in bedding. No soap. No bugs so there is that. Mould in fridge. Guess I am picky. Lol. Price Sunday night $65, weekend $130! Not worth that price!

Way too expensive for not a great room. I regularly pay less than half for a much nicer room at the EconoLodge. Not sure if they just raised the price because they were the last rooms available in Orillia that night — but definitely not worth it.

Good room, staff was a little weird… but here's the kicker… they have the bathtub altered to give barly warm water… the sink gives hot water perfectly fine… 7 am woke up before anyone else and the shower is cold. You get zero credit for a move like that… they corrected the problem quickly.

Easy check-in, room was good enough for the cost. No real issues with cleanliness, especially for 50 bucks a night.

Last place in town to have a room. It seems Orillia holds a lot of tournaments so hotels can jack up prices at will. We paid $180 for 2 queen beds in what is clearly a one star hotel. Room hasn't seen a crevice nozzle of a vacuum in a long time. Pretty smelly, had to air room out before we could go in it. Good thing we were only sleeping there. Full view of sketchy apartments across parking lot too. No coffee maker or ice machine either. Stay away To avoid being wallet flushed.

My buddy and I stayed there for a Foriegner concert at Casino Rama. It is $20 in a cab to Casino Rama and about a 10 minute drive. We just used the room to crash in and didn't do any local sightseeing etc. The room did smell of cigarettes even though it is a non smoking room. We aired it out a bit but you can smell the cigarettes. We didn't complain to the management or ask to be moved. Maybe if we had complained they might have changed our room. The management was friendly and helpful. We had no issues really. But I wouldn't have wanted a child in that room because of the smell of cigarettes. Apart from that for the price we paid it was fine was us. The water in the shower was hot. The room seemed clean enough, the free Wi-Fi was decent and there was no problem.

Had a very bad experience. Knew I didn't want to go in as soon as I pulled up. Looks alright online. Different story when you get there. Funky smells, old dilapidated furniture and no wash basin in the bathroom. Have to go outside the bathroom into the room to wash up. Not worth any money they're asking for. They should pay people to stay there. Will never go back!

I went w/ a wedding party group and everyone concurred. It was only b/c of the location that most stayed. We arrived and walked into a room that had a stench of cigarettes stuck to everything. This was a non smoking room and the owners then said we were lying that the room reeked of cigarettes. They rotated rooms only after we made a huge fuss about the awful state of the room. They were rude and unhelpful. The second room smelt of mildew and febreeze. The shower knob fell off when I was adjusting the temperature and was actually on upside down when I first came in. There were rust stains on the tub. Our friend's tub had black streaks on it and the television only had a fuzzy blue screen for every channel. Everyone said their room smelt like cigarettes despite them being non smoking rooms. We immediately left the next evening to stay at the Best Western. Well worth the extra money.
