Room services are good. Breakfast is included. The room was quiet, specious and clean. Very reasonable in price and very good place to stay. The staff is very friendly too. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Had to cancel just under the “24” hour cancellation policy for a family matter and they refused to help us out.

Last minute decision to rent a room due to bad weather. They were the cheapest place I could find. But they were friendly and clean. And continental breakfast is included. Not a bad place to stay at all.

Nice staff, decent enough room. Fairly basic but inexpensive, recommend for budget travel as an alternative to a hostel.

Perfect score for what you're expecting. This is an extremely affordable place and I was even able to add two more days on to my stay without issue. There is even breakfast, which I didnt expect at this price. The breakfast seating is limited, so we took it to our room which had a table anyways so that was no issue at all. Very comfortable stay and close to downtown and easy access to the hwy to go to Barrie. Definitely recommend and would come here again. I brought two children that loved it as well.

Pleasantly surprised! Cheap very well clean very nice room very comfortable to taste of the day. Lunch lacks a bit of choice, could have fruit and some choices to put on the example roasted Peanut Butter. But in general really good.

Pretty pricey for what was offered in comparison to other bigger hotel chains. No pool, no spa. The breakfast is a few pancakes but the rest is cereal. Beds are springy but not to bad if you enjoy harder matresses. Our TV was a 40 ish insignia but our friends next door had some 2005 saia 28 inch thing that looked like a rock. Id say if you catch this for less then 100$, its worth it.

Business center. Wifi and breakfast. The smell of the room is a hint of dust, you can get it out by using the Ac unit. However, the smell in the air outside the hotel is ripe. It is strong. It must be farms of some sort around. The service is great though. Great staff.

Kind of low budget and away from everything except McDonald's lol but the price was great, and I loved that they let you pay your deposit in cash so you get it back when you check out. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. And The continental breakfast was cereal, fruit, juice, muffins, and coffee/tea.

The rooms should have been dusted better and there were no towel racks in the bathroom or even a hook on the door! However not bad for one night stay!

Price goes up on the weekend. Decent breakfast if you eat it. Rooms could be a little cleaner.

It’s an ok place to stay. 25 dollar flat rate cab ride to casino Rama (the entire reason we even stayed there). Room was okay until I pulled back the bed cover. The inside of the bed was filthy. Sweat stains and a ton of black hairs. This leads me to believe that they don’t actually wash the sheets after people stay there. “Only one persons stayed in that room… well wash the sheets after 3 sleeps” is what I can only assume is their thought process. Also found a timbit behind the table and just left it there. I’m not there to clean for them. Bathroom was solid though. The breakfast was also okay however maybe it’s because I made the wrong choice in food. Almost cut my gums on that year old stale cereal.

The king size bed was comfy. But it had crumbs and hair in it, which really put a damper on our 24hrs away with no kids. The rest of the room was clean. We didn’t complain as it would just stress my wife out further.

Good night sleep. Cheap and free breakfast.

Very accommodating! Clean rooms! The owner assisted parking and holding doors open as my husband has mobility disabilities. He made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Had a great one night stay here when up for a concert at the casino. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was clean. And also very quiet. Perfect for a good night's sleep after a concert. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a good and reasonably priced place to stay at when you're hammered, assuming you actually get a cab back from casino rama which I'd say is about a 50/50. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING — check out the pic.

Unless u have a car there is no restaurant close. The next day I decide to move the small couch that was in my room, I wanted to watch the TV so when I moved it I found a used injection needle under. Good thing I did not bring my kids.

The certian fell immediately when we tried to use it, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the TV was incredibly bad when you plugged in a laptop to the wall outlet.

Room 209 — housekeeping was excellent, since I was still in the room she offered me clean towels and she took the dirty ones. Also received directions to closest store. Front desk was very helpful.

I got no complaints about it… the manager stayed up until 2:30 am for my friends and I to get there. The room was decent but comfy.

We have stayed in this Inn twice in the past 6 months and it was clean and affordable and convieniently located and the staff and service was pleasant. It is obviously under new ownership because we did not experience anything negative about this place.

But I rated it a one becuz it has a roof. My boyfriend is in Orillia working on the new university that is being constructed. The bed sheets were full of 'bodily fluids' (yes, that is what I mean) and they had not been changed. When I showed them to the cleaning person he apologized and explained that he had been told by the owner that the room had already been cleaned. The bathroom was so filthy that I had to purchase bleach and rubber gloves to clean it. We also purchased bamboo mats from a local dollarama to cover carpets because they were so dirty they made our feet black. Fridge had to be replaced with a working one, dirty and had to clean it before putting food into it. Stay here at your own risk. I'm surprised this place has not been closed down by the health board. It is THAT bad.
