Dirty, gross, smelly like weed. Crusty floors, "crusty" beds.

Guy in the front desk was terrible don’t even care about the guests, rude behaviour navjeet.

So far so good :) clean rooms.

The hot tub was green and the pool was cold. The cover for the controls of the hot tub was missing. Spider all over the inside of the pool area. The room were alright.

We stayed here back in June on a business trip. Arrived late. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We had to leave too early for breakfast, but there's a couple of Timmy's close (my favorite in Canada). The gentleman running the office was friendly even with our obnoxious schedule. Thank you.

The gentleman at the front desk (afternoons and evening shift I think mostly) is super nice. Honestly the most polite person, great customer service. The rooms are fair. Very clean and beds are comfortable.

Nice rooms with a good pool / sauna. Rooms are being renovated which is nice to see as well. Would stay again.

Have stayed here twice as it was a halfway point for our holiday up north. The fellow on the front desk on the evening shift went above and beyond on both occasions for us. Can highly recommend the service he provided. Also the morning breaky lady was lovely helping us make waffles. Thank you.

There are a couple buildings. Felt more like a motel experience. The buildings are dated but my family enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and the service was good too.

I asked the night person when I checked in if the hot tub worked, he said yes — nope. Was very disappointed because we were so looking forward to it. It is very dated.

Nice clean and comfortable and reasonable priced. Looks like it's recently renovated.

No pool or hot tub. Out of order. Door to outside bent on bottom so a mouse good get in. Room smells musty and saw a huge spider and a mite. Won't be back.

Would not recommend staying here. Dead bugs floating in pool, piles of dirt/mud in pool area. Dirty, bad-smelling room. Not enough towels in the room. The staff was friendly, but that's not enough to ever make me want to go back.

Please shut this place down! abosolute dump! useless staff. Hot tub broken, water in pools was yellow. Seriously dangerous wiring in rooms. Its a miracle this place hasnt bunred down! My sheets and comforter had stains on them. Staff brought me new ones which also had stains! My friends bed was full of spiders. Everything in hotel was falling apart. All the doors binded some coould not be opened or closed. The contenential breakfast was inedible to say the least. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMENED! I cannot believe they havent beem shut down. So many health and safety problems! DO NOT STAY HERE! Oh and their manager is on here posting good reviews and posting pictures of the hotel when it was new! Report his post!

Horrible! Went to crawl into bed and the sheets were stained. My husband went down to get new ones got back to our room the new ones were stained! He marched back down and demanded he pick his own sheets from the laundry room! Horrible and disgusting. I have no words for this hotel other then staying in the vehicle would have bee better. The hot tub was yellow and luke warm and our friend who had her own room had spiders in her bedding, sleeping on the sidewalk outside would have been cleaner, what a disgrace.

It was fine as a budget accommodation. Some staff were more friendly then the other.

I only give this place one star because this site doesn't allow you to give it negative Stars if you want to get ripped off have your children electrocuted lied to you that there's hot water and a hot tub and intelligent people that work in this place then by all means go there but if you have a single brain cell in your head run. And how could I forget that they have fraud in my Visa card not once but twice after accepting my cash why don't you research him on the Better Bureau branch because they ripped off so many people and scam so many people they don't make it I think we need to go to the Wyndham people and tell them that they need to close this site cuz it's giving them a bad name oh by the way you should check the electrical picture of my wife has posted on the site you'll love that one.

The only thing this place had going for it was the location… arrived at 8pm, the whole family was looking forward to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was colder than the pool… decided a warm shower would be nice, not even 2 mins in and the water was cold. Breakfast… if you can call it that. Cereal was stale, waffle maker broken, no hot water for the tea bags, coffee was behind the counter and no one there to serve it. Paid cash for the room, 2 weeks later a charge showed up on my credit card. I called to have the issue rectified, to no avail, the gentleman claimed they didn't charge my card… Overall, I wouldn't stay here again and I dont recommend it.

The nonsmoking room policy must be very recent. Rooms smelled horrendous. Ashtrays and butts outside every single door. The entire area reeked of smoke. Towels were dirty, bathroom had hairs all over the place and breakfast didn't open until 7:00. The picture of the nice condo style building is one small section. The rest is a run down, smelly and dirty.

Not nice. Dave was a complete jerk. Wife was nice. Rooms in need of repairs. Pool freezing.

Very nice rooms for the price comfortable beds a little creep experience outside but we looked after inside.

I give this place a 4 because the beds are comfortable. The TV is new. And the price is right for the quality. It provides a decent place to sleep and a middling kitchenette to make simple food. The supplies are not the best but you can ask for more from the front desk. The breakfast was fine and they provided a waffle maker.

This 'hotel' seemed undesirable to put it nicely; especially rolling in at night exhausted, it appeared to be in a "seedy" location. Where to start… The pools were closed, fill of stagnant dirty water, the front desk Manager gave us the wrong Wi-Fi password, the inclusive breakfast was stale cereal and pastries or a less than appetizing waffle station. This would have all been water under the bridge had our room been okay… As soon as I opened the door it reeked of second hand smoke. We turned the heat on as it was ice cold in there and it's obvious that no updates have been done to the heating/cooling/ventilation system in ages. Secondly, I went to bathe my baby in the tub and it was filthy! I did the best I could to wash it down and by the time I had finished my cloth was black from dirt and dust. Horrifying when you're just trying to get settled to bed after a long day on the road. Do not stay here. Put your money towards somewhere else, at least until they invest some updates and care for their establishment.

Great location, nice, quite and good value.

Room was pretty good. Pool was clean. WE paid 89.99 a night plus 15 for pet. Online we found out later it's 85.99 plus 10 for pet.

Very central, comfortable beds, nice big tvs.

Treated well when we arrived, had some problems getting hot water in the shower, which was promptly looked after and offered to change the rooms. The pool was not quite ready from issues earlier but the front staff communicated well, although the hot tub was extremely hot, we could only stay in it for about 5 min. Overall a bit dated but the staff made up for it.

I was there in the conference room for a course it was good but the coffee sucked.

The good: — location — decent breakfast The bad: — staff was little bit grumpy, but friendly enough — noisy trucks when worming up their engines in the morning — I paid $116 Inc tax. Bit high imo Ok if you travelling and need to stay one night.

Horrible experience. Left all of our bathroom stuff, and went back in the next morning and they said it was not in there. The older lady was really rude. Will never go back.

We won't be staying here again. The room wasn't especially clean. The pool house had a lot of spiders. Breakfast was severely lacking. There was only enough waffle batter for our family of four to make two waffles, and they never brought any more out. The only eggs were boiled, and the one my wife tasted was spoiled. Not a good experience.

A perfect hotel experience! We got a great rate and got much more than we expected! We were to visit our family friend at Quesnel Canada; the staff was so friendly and helpful! Check-in was seamless because they were completely prepared for us, also, my wife and I enjoyed the Indoor pool and the breakfast was perfect and well-stocked, The hotel looked Fresh and the rooms were immaculate and beds were fluffy and comfy, All in all, a great place to stay! Would recommend it to everyone.
